I closed another $4,000 client from YouTube with 371 views only. So here you can see the proof, $3,850 in my bank account. But the best part is using this exact same strategy that I'm gonna give you in this video, I've literally booked over 60 calls for my high ticket consulting offer in the past 2 months alone, despite being my average views around 100 to 200 views per video. So in this video, I'm gonna give you the exact same strategy that I am using with this YouTube channel that allows me to book over 60 calls for my high ticket consulting offer and close multiple high ticket clients that pays me $4,000 to $6,000 upfront to work with me. You will learn the exact micro niche content strategy that I'm using with this channel that you guys are watching now. Then I'll break down my entire YouTube funnel. And lastly, I'll give you my entire sales process so you can literally copy these things and implement it into your coaching or consulting business. So my name is Lucky, and from the last 2 years, I've been helping coaches and creators start or scale their coaching or consulting business. So if you are looking for help to start or scale your coaching or consulting business, you can click on the first link in description. And book a one-to-one call directly with me. Let's start with the micro niche content strategy. Now, before going on to the exact strategy, first we need to understand these three types of content because if you really want to grow your personal brand and make money from it, you have to understand these three types of content. The first one is top of funnel content. Now, top of funnel content is the type of content where you focus only on reach but the right audience because you don't want to be the next MrBeast. All you want is high quality people, ideally your ICP following and watching your content because that's why this entire strategy works. Top of funnel focused on reach, The only thing that we care about here is how much views you can get, but with the right audience, right? Then comes the middle-of-funnel content. Now, middle-of-funnel content actually nurtures them to build trust. Now, this is the main differentiator between content creator and a business owner. Content creator doesn't know about middle-of-funnel content. What they do, they just get tons of views and they start selling product, but they completely miss the middle-of-funnel content, which is required to nurture their audience and build trust. Because if they don't trust you, they'll not buy from you. That's the simple rule, right? So middle-of-funnel content, you are showing them that, hey, you are the expert in your field and you can literally help them by solving their specific problem in your content. So this is the type of content where you nurture them to build trust, which is required to sell any high-ticket offer. Then the bottom of funnel content where all you are doing is directly conversion and direct call to actions inside your video. So this is, you can say, you are literally promoting your offer in these kind of videos. And the best thing with using micro niche strategy is this allows you to be precise with your content. Now here's an example. Let's say you are a fitness coach, right? So here's Fitness Coach A, and here's Fitness Coach B. Now Fitness Coach B just post random content. He don't know who he's targeting. He just post basic gym stuff, right, that everybody knows in 2026, right? Because there are literally millions and millions of fitness coaches or fitness content creators on Instagram, on YouTube, on TikTok. But Coach A choose a specific niche and a micro niche. So let's say this is the entire total addressable market for Coach A. Now instead of targeting the entire market, he goes on 3 to 4 layers down, like niche down. So for example, This will be all the people who are interested in fitness. Now these are, let's say, skinny guys. Now the layer 3 will be 25 to 35-year-old men or skinny men. Now the 4th layer would be entrepreneurs, 25 to 35 years old who are skinny and put on muscle. So you get my point. We are just niching down as much as you can. And at the end, we are targeting a small piece of the total addressable market. Why we are doing it? Because this allows you to be precise with your content. Because when you post micro niche content, your ideal client literally think like, hey, this guy really He knows my problem, so probably he knows the solution, right? That's the entire goal with this micro niche strategy. And as the name suggests, micro niche, we are not going on the total addressable market. We are selecting a small, small, like a smaller niche inside your total addressable market, right? And the main goal here with micro niche is you become the guy. Now, the guy, for example, let's say you are a trading coach, so you become the forex guy or you become the crypto guy. You are not any random trader. You help 25 to 35-year-old men who have a 9 to 5 job make $5,000 to $10,000 from trading. Now this kind of micro niche will literally crush it because now you are exactly talking to 25 to 35-year-old entrepreneurs or men who have a 9 to 5 job who want to make a side income from trading. So that's the difference between the normal content strategy and micro niche content strategy, right? So BS Alfredo, he's making over 6 figures a month from his coaching or consulting business. So he become the organic, I guess, organic dropshipping where you just do dropshipping which is the normal thing, which is completely saturated. So he came in, he introduced a new type of model, just a new name for doing the exact same thing, which is dropshipping. So he named it as organic dropshipping, where instead of running ads, you are doing it organic. And then he just post micro niche content around it and he become the go-to guy in his niche. So what you do in micro niche, you pick an even smaller niche and become the guy in that niche because it's the only thing that you're going to talk about in your videos. That's the most important part of a micro niche YouTube channel. Let's say your channel is related to fitness, then the only thing that you're going to post about is how your ideal client can find solutions for their problem. You are not going to talk about yourself. We are not going off path due to, you know, some viral trend or for getting some views, we are posting any random video. No, it's the only thing that you're going to talk about in this video. And this guy, BSM Fredo, have done a really good job here. All he talks about in the videos is just literally how you can make more money from organic dropshipping. And he now, I guess, makes over 6 figures a month and he had had around 40K subscribers at this time. And this is the same thing that I'm doing with my YouTube channel. On my YouTube channel, you only find content related to info coaching, consulting. I'm not posting any viral trendy video. All I focuses on is that my ideal client will find solutions for their problems in my YouTube videos. That's it. That's the only thing that you need to do. As you can see, here are some of my videos. Info is broken, here's how to crack it full course. So it's a 30-minute course on how you can crack info. Then steal my $2,770 a day micro niche YouTube blueprint. Then I also broke down other people's funnel who have been really crushing it in the space. So all in all, you can see that my content revolves around info and coaching because that's my target audience. And once you do it, people really build associations with your YouTube. So if now I post like a video, they already know that, hey, if this guy posts something, it's about info, it's about coaching, consulting, or it can really help me with my coaching or consulting business, right? It's not that I'm telling my life story or I'm doing XYZ. That format works, but in micro niche, all we are doing here is picking a smaller niche and making content around our ICP and their problems. And if I give you guys my strategy, that's really simple. I post 2 times a week on Monday and Thursday. Then split is 2 by 1. So I post 2 top of funnel videos to get more people, more new people into my funnel so that they know me. Then 1 middle of funnel video to nurture those new people, right? I'll also give you an example. Then I'm only using raw format because I just noticed from the past couple of months, people kind of really hate over-edits. So if I'm posting a video like Hormuzi style editing where, you know, there's tons of graphics, animations with like a really expensive setup. People kind of get bored of those kind of videos. All they want is just the solutions for their problem. They don't really care about the setup, the production and all. So yeah, you can leverage the raw format and also it's going like, I don't know, but the algorithm is pushing it more than the traditional videos. Then I am only posting educational videos and that what you must be focusing on if you really want to close high-ticket clients. And for my content ideas, guys, I just use outlier strategy. And basically it's just a fancy name for, you know, finding 2-1 ideas. Now what I do, I look for proven ideas in like similar niches of mine, or I just look for videos that have more views to subscribers ratio. So I hope you get my point. Let's say on an average, if a channel, on a channel, the video get 10K views, then he post a video and it got 100K views. So that's an outlier and it's a proven idea. If you make something similar to this, there are high chances that it'll also go viral in your niche as well. Because the thing is, you don't want to be the first guy to make tons of efforts and get the results. You want to be the smart guy who still gets similar results. So he copies your stuff and copy, I mean like he steal your stuff, add his own spin to it and get similar results. Now obviously you are not gonna get the exact same results as the first guy, but still it's a very, very good strategy if you are just starting out and you don't even know what you're doing with your content. And if you think it's bad, Surprise, surprise, your favorite gurus are doing it already. So she's the first one, Nisha, to make this type of content, Laziest Way to Make Money Online for Beginners. This went viral. Then Iman Gadzhi copied it, Laziest Way to Make Money Online. After Iman Gadzhi, then Martell copied it and also James Smith copied it. So there's nothing wrong in finding proven ideas and adding your own spin to it. All you need to do is find outliers, which is videos which have more than average views. On that channel and then add your own spin to it. And for example, I have a video on my channel, this one. Yeah, so this one got 8,000 views at this time. Now what I did, I just found out a video on similar niche that, hey, these breakdowns, like breaking down big personal brands really helps a lot. So I just add my own spin to it. I did it for Afnaan Khalifa and this video, I guess it booked me around 30 calls, this video alone, right? So outlier strategy is just amazing. All you have to do is find outliers in your niche or similar niche Add your own spin to it and make a video. So that's my micro niche content strategy that I use for my consulting business. And yeah, this is the exact same strategy that allowed me to book over 60 calls for my consulting business and multiple high ticket clients. Now let's move on to my YouTube funnel. And when it comes to funnel here, you'll realize how good this micro niche strategy is because if you see the customer journey, right? So whenever somebody saw you on the internet for the first time to becoming your client, there are tons of stages. The main stages is first time they know you. Then they consume more of your content, they start liking you, they consume more of your content, they start trusting you, they consume more of your content and they just buy whatever you have to sell. These kind of is the stages of the trust. Now with micro niche strategy, why it works really well is with top of funnel, we are maximizing the reach. We are maximizing the amount of people that know about you. Let's say you are a trading coach and you are posting top of funnel content, you are maximizing on the number of people that know you for trading. Then we post middle of funnel content, and this is again the most crucial part of this process because here they will see your content and realize how much value you give in your content. So first, after knowing, they consume more of your content, they start liking you and eventually start trusting you as they continue to consume more of your content. And finally, bottom of funnel content, which is just promoting your offer, sales-related content. Now they already know, like, and trust you, so the sale becomes 10 times more easier, right? And honestly, guys, on my sales call, these are not even sales call. Most of the calls are just onboarding calls, right? Because my clients already made their mind that they want to work with me. And on the sales call, we are just, you know, having some chat and talking about the pricing and all. But yeah, you get my point. So if you already have a sales team, these guys will love this type of lead quality because the problem with YouTube and organic content is just, you know, the quality of leads that you are getting into your funnel if you already have a sales team. Because the thing that we've done right here is we are not posting any random videos, not any entertainment We are posting educational videos and being very intentional with them because top of funnel reach, middle of funnel like and trust, and bottom of funnel sales. This really increases the audience quality. No any random entertainment videos, only educational videos. It increases the audience quality. Finally, the lead quality will be way, way higher than your average YouTube views. If you already are running a coaching or consulting business, you know how important lead quality is. What it does, the audience quality increases, lead quality increases, the sales call become way more warmer. By warmer, I mean, you know, there is no objections. All they want to do is just pay you to work with you. That's literally what it is. So on my funnel, I post top of funnel videos. As I told you here that I, in my strategy, that I do 2-1 split. So 2 top of funnel videos and 1 middle of funnel videos. So for example, those 2 are the top of funnel videos, Exposing NeuroKnowledge $3 Million YouTube Funnel.. So this way I am also getting more reach and I'm also giving value that, hey, I know about my stuff because I'm literally breaking down their entire businesses. And the same thing here. And these both videos did decent according to my number of subscribers. This one got 8,000 views by now, and this one I guess around 2,000. Then comes the middle of funnel part, which is again, I told you the most important. So here I'm posting these kind of videos. So in this video I'm just explaining the concepts of how story sequences work and how you can use different marketing tactics other than the old funnels and things like that. And And the last thing is bottom of funnel content where I'm just promoting my offer or posting a video with multiple call to actions to book a call with me or basically just check out my stuff. So they watch my YouTube videos, they watch my micro niche YouTube videos, they eventually realize the value that I'm giving in my content. And in almost every single video, I'm doing 3 to 4 call to actions for DMing me on Instagram or booking a call by clicking on the first link in description. And hey, you can also do it if you want my help to start or scale your info coaching business or consulting business, just click on the first link in description and you can book want to interact with me. And if you have any questions, my IG is also linked below. But I'm doing 3 to 4 times call to actions that I just did, and then they click on it. Now I have a link to my calendar page. So in my top, like at the top of my description and the pinned comment, I have the same link to book a call with me. And then the second link in my description is just my Instagram. So that's it. You don't have to overcomplicate your description, your comment section with links. All you want to do is just 2 to 3 links at max. Now I have only 2 links because these are just the same, my calendar link, and the second one is My Instagram. If they have any questions, then they just choose the time from here, and then they go on to this questionnaire. Now, the name, email address, their Instagram, phone number, and this is just to confirm, you know, just a reminder that, hey, you are choosing this time, so you have to show up. And then they can confirm the booking. So that's it. That's literally my funnel. Now, in my funnel, I just optimized it so it have minimum friction. Now, what is friction? Friction is the amount of steps that they need to take to book a call with you, in my case. So from watching my YouTube videos to getting on a call with me. Now the more steps here, the more people will drop off at every single stage. Now especially in the starting, if you're starting out, I suggest you have minimum friction in your funnel. What I mean is just minimum steps from watching your videos to booking a call with you. So that's why I directly have this calendar link and this questionnaire. Now you can also remove questionnaire if you are just posting your first video on YouTube ever. But once you start getting enough volume, you can add a questionnaire. So this also adds some friction. So now people are way more serious who are jumping on a call with you because they are filling out this entire questionnaire to talk with you. And some people also have VSL funnel, that also works, but not in the starting because in the starting all you want to do is just take as many sales call as you can. It doesn't matter if they are qualified or not. You just want to become a better salesperson by getting in more reps. Now, if you are already getting attention, I'll suggest you do a VSL funnel. But yeah, this is literally my YouTube funnel. Very simple, very clean, minimum friction. Now my sales process. So you've already seen how I get views, like my entire micro niche strategy, my YouTube funnel, how they they can book a call with me. Now what happens after they book a call with me? So if we generally talk about sales process, sales process contains every single step from the first time they watch you to literally becoming your high ticket client. Now I covered these steps in here. So this is my content strategy, this is my funnel. Now what happens after they book a call with me? I asked for their Instagram and their WhatsApp number so I have these details so I can reach them out on WhatsApp and Instagram to start my pre-call flow. And pre-call flow is just, you know, I'm sending them some resources if I know their current situation because I can look up to their Instagram and see how are their socials performing, if he's gonna a right fit for me or not. So I can basically qualify them before the call and also prepare for the call and send some resources to them before the call so they are more nurtured, more warmed up before jumping on the call. So that's literally the easiest pre-call flow. Now some people really overcomplicate this, but again, if you are starting out or if you are not making at least $30,000 to $50,000, I do not suggest you having a complicated like pre-call flow. I've already made a video on it. If you are making 6 figures or above, there's a video on my channel which goes over pre-call flow in very much depth. But yeah, that won't work if you are just starting out because again, as I explained you, each step, the more step you have, the more people will drop off on each stages, right? So after the pre-call flow, they jump on a call with me. Now as I told you again, the call is very, very warm. The leads are really high quality. So most of the time it's just met and enough fit, if he's fit for my services or not. But still I follow a process on every single one of my sales calls, which starts with intro and goes to discovery, basically asking about their current situation, their goals, et cetera. Then pitching my offer, telling the pricing and all, and just closing. So this is my 5-step sales call framework and this is the sales process. That's literally it. So that's how I booked 60+ calls in the past 2 months and closed multiple high-ticket clients. And once I get enough volume, as I was telling you, so once you have enough volume, all you can do from your YouTube videos, you can have a VSL, Now what the VSL is doing here, it's adding friction and disqualifying more people before jumping on a call with you. So they watch your VSL, now they have more idea about your offer, what you are selling, how your results, et cetera. So now they're way more warmed up if they want to work with you and they will not book a call with you if they are not interested. So again, it's a friction, but if you are getting enough volume, I would really suggest you do this, then they can jump on a call with you. Now most of the part, most of the nurturing part you have done in your videos. So again, the sales call will be really, really easy. So yeah, that is my macro niche content strategy. My entire YouTube funnel and my entire sales process for you. And that's how I'm closing multiple high-ticket clients by averaging 300 views on my YouTube. So if you want to work with me to start or scale your coaching or consulting business, you can go onto the first link in description, book a call with me. And if you have any questions about the video or anything I explained in the video, you can DM me on Instagram. It's also linked below in description. So that's it for today. See you in the next one.
