I'm getting ready to start a community. It's going to be called the Inner Circle, and it's going to give folks access to me, um, multiple times a month. And I want to be able to answer questions, but I also want to be able to do like behind-the-scenes stuff. Like, one of the things that I realize is one of my blessings in the music industry is that I can call my industry friends when I have a question or a problem. Like, I can call Deborah Manus Gardner and ask her a question about sampling. I can call Liz Garner or Ray Daniels when I have a question about publishing. I can call Fly from Think It's a Game when I need to know something about monetization. If I need to know something about metadata, I can call Kingpin, or something about street promotions, I can call Kingpin. If I need to ask a question about touring or whatever, I can call Russell or Warren G or Benny the Butcher, and I realize what a benefit this is to my career. And I want you guys to have access to somebody that can help you too. I can't answer every question in the world, but I can find the answer to almost every question in the world. So I'd like to know what would bring value to your careers? Like, how can I be more of service to you in your careers to help you get to the next level? Because a rising tide raises all boats. What I mean is, if we're all more savvy and we know more in the music industry, then we can start depending on each other, and we can all grow our careers together, and we can all come up at the same time, and we need more of that in today's music industry. You guys already know that I'm super down for independent artists. That's my passion, that's my love. But what you probably don't know is I'm really adept at negotiating deals with the major labels, and I've got a lot of people in place at the major labels that I can call on for support to answer questions, etc. So I want to give access to you the way I have access. And I already know what benefits me, but I want to know what would be more beneficial to you guys. What topics, what areas can I be more supportive? And that's whether it's in how to balance your life, or what is publishing, how to collect, you know, on your metadata, how to whatever, how to monetize your music, how to, how to stream more music, how to make more money in the music business, how do sync fees work, like the stuff that, that's really gonna be helpful to you to build your careers, but also the stuff that I've learned throughout life, like how to balance my life. Like, I've got amazing balance in my work and personal life, and that did not come easy. That was a hell of a lot of work. So I want to be able to answer questions that can really help y'all get to the next level. So, um, put in the comments below what you feel would be most helpful to you to achieve from me in my community. Um, I really want to know. I really want to make a difference in your lives.
