You know, your, your team as an artist matters. It could be that your manager just isn't a people person and they're not a good cheerleader inside of the building. Yeah, I haven't seen that. The manager— I've seen that more than anything. The manager— actually, that's not true. You know what I've seen more than anything? The artist get in their own way. I've personally seen that more than anything.
