Hi everyone, this is William Davis and this is today's Leadership Minute. You know, over the course of my 40-year career, I had the privilege of working with some incredible leaders, and many of the ones who impacted me the most were women. They showed me something very powerful about leadership. They showed me that being human is not a weakness. It's the foundation for leadership. You see, the women leaders I worked alongside understood something many people miss. Leadership is not about titles, not about authority, and it's certainly not about control. It's about your people. It's about listening, having empathy, accountability, and that genuine connection that I talk so much about. And that's why leadership is always stronger when women are at the table And when they're actively leading. Because when women lead, something important tends to happen. Performance improves, culture strengthens, and trust grows. Those aren't soft qualities. Those are the exact things that make organizations thrive. And if we want stronger teams, healthier organizations, and better leadership overall, We need more women not just participating in leadership, but shaping it. Because see, leadership at its core is about people. And the best leaders never forget that. This is William Davis, and that's been today's Leadership Minute.
