Hello everyone, this is William Davis and I want to thank you for stopping by my website. You know, people have often asked me why I retired at the age of 60 and why instead of maybe slowing down, I started my own business. Well, the answer, honest answer, is very simple. I grew tired of the increasingly poor leadership we're being exposed to Everywhere. And after nearly four decades in corporate America, I've had the ability to see leadership at its very best. And unfortunately, I've been watching it drift further and further away from what it's supposed to be. You see, leadership has become more about authority than responsibility, more about control than guidance. and more about titles than people. And this isn't just my personal observation. Many organizations have openly discussed and acknowledged the same thing. The World Economic Forum in 2023 warned that we're facing a global leadership crisis, one that's rooted in a lack of trust, empathy, and human connection. And when you look closer at the United States, the picture doesn't improve. A national poll conducted by U.S. News World Report Harris found that 86% of the respondents said that we have a leadership crisis in America, with 78% saying we have a leadership crisis in corporate America. See, that should concern all of us because leadership shapes culture, workplaces, families, and communities. You see, I didn't retire because I was done contributing. I retired because I felt compelled to contribute differently. I wanted to focus on what I believe leadership has always been about: human beings, relationships, emotional intelligence, and maturity. You see, I started my business to help leaders remember that leadership isn't about power. It's about people. And if we want better outcomes in our organizations and in our lives, it starts with better leadership at the human level. Genuine relationships. That's why I do this work. So if this resonates with you, I invite you to follow along and be a part of the conversation about leadership, one that puts people back at the center. Thank you again for visiting.
