First, they now upload the rostered staff into a site‑specific system, which instantly provides crew members with essential details such as meeting points and required information, eliminating the need for manual checks before a shift. Second, they replaced the cumbersome end‑of‑shift Word‑document reporting process with a quick mobile or laptop form that can be completed in about five minutes, removing the need for internet connections and lengthy paperwork. These changes cut preparation and reporting time, lower administrative burden for field staff, and lead to more accurate and timely records.

One of the benefits from a site perspective is we can upload the rostered staff on, and that saves time with the site guys going, "Okay, who have I got on site tonight? Where's my meeting point? What information do I need?" It cuts down the amount of prep needed for the people going to site.
You know, they used to find it a chore at the end of the shift to open up the laptop, fill out a Word document, and then send it, find connection for the internet. They can just open up their phone or their laptop and do it there and then. I think it takes around 5 minutes to fill out at the end of the shift, which is great.
