Biggest reasons why customers quietly cancel without telling us why is simply due to straight lines. I'm gonna show you exactly why many customers cancel and how to avoid this in the future. This is a perfect reason of visually what it looks like when the lines between both properties are not straight. So we want to make sure when we are cutting in between lawns that we are creating a clear-cut boundary line that is as straight as an arrow in between lawns to make sure that they aren't canceling and not telling us why. It's little things that really matter. All right, this is a very good example that I could have kept going, but sometimes when you run over this stuff, the mower will actually chop this stuff up. And what happens when we cause damage on a property? We're gonna fix it, and we're gonna be liable for that damage. We all sign a damage case form. If we cause negligible damage, we're gonna pay for it. What I did was not go over this irrigation cap, I went around it. We're gonna clean that up with the weed eater. Look at this strip. It's nice and green. That's what we want. This is what it looks like to do a really good job. We've got a nice straight line in between both properties, which is one of the most biggest quiet reasons customers cancel. So very, very good job here.
