You want to make it as easy as possible when you're asking these reviews. Perfect time to do it is right after we do a landscape project. Great opportunity when you're doing the walkthrough to be like, hey, Mrs. Jones, how does everything look? Cool. Hey, do you mind? Take 30 seconds and leave me a five star review. The company gives me a kickback on a bonus. You don't have to do any tip. Just give us 30 seconds, leave us a review, my name in it saying, I did a good job today like you said and I get a kickback. While you're there, ensure the person scans the code and just say, look, hey, I just want to make sure it gets to the right place. Can you scan the code? Because sometimes it makes them log into a Google account because they're not already logged in on their phone. Well, guess what? You're there to help. Walk them through how to do that. Get them to the point where there's literally a text box in front of their face with the words and be like, there you go. Now click that five star right there for me. Like that's what you need to do in order to secure these five star reviews. Don't cut corners. Follow the through with the customer all the way to the end. Make sure you get the Google review and it'll also help your location and the owners. If you guys are business owners trying to grow and scale your business, follow. Five star reviews are the most underrated things and I see too many people surpass this.
