As quickly as you could tell me. Rundown of maybe some SOPs and checklists I could use with my GM. Yeah, as far as like SOPs go, you just want to break it down for every single role that they're going to be doing. So drive by estimates. The other thing that they're really going to have to learn is like how to schedule and dispatch. Building some kind of one page SOP around that is really crucial. Creating some kind of checklist. So end of day, like what does the routine look like? They've got to scrub the dispatch board, send out anything pertaining that's important. I would also look at like creating some kind of order of prioritization. Really get them the mindset right. Like what is the goal? What is the mission? What are we trying to do here? A good sop. One page, the least amount of text possible, bold. Put emojis in there, make it fun. So just an essay looking sop, video links if possible. And then ideally if you could have like some kind of checklist in there where either at the top or the bottom for as like a refresher for someone that's like done this before. They just need to like core stuff like check this, do this, do this, do this.
