We don't need the tip. The tip is, is great. It's gratuity, it's extra. It's on top of. We are grateful for it. It's always appreciated. Never expected. One of my favorite tips I ever got from a couple was a pair of plant related socks. Because they know I really like houseplants. That meant so much to me and it was so intentional and it showed that they cared about me and what I liked and it just personalized the entire experience for me. I had a couple get me an actual plant before. Like, I've had couples be so, so intentional with the gift that they give afterwards. And that's what it is. It is a gift and it is not expected. And when it happens, I'm thrilled and I'm so appreciative of it.
