Wedding planner Jamie Wolfer reacts to a Reddit post about a chaotic wedding with last-minute changes and demanding requests. She breaks down the drama between the bride, groom, and wedding party, offering her take on whether the mess is salvageable.
Well, hello lovely humans, and welcome to Engage, a wedding planning podcast for the modern day couple. I'm your host, Jamie Wolfer, and I truly believe that wedding planning does not need to be complicated or time consuming. I kind of picture these episodes like jumping on a quick phone call with your wedding planner. You get your answers and you go on your merry way. Because sometimes not all of us have an hour to dedicate to listening to super long podcasts or super long intros. So without further ado, let's just jump right on into it. Today's episode is actually a audio recording of one of my most popular YouTube videos. I don't know about you, but sometimes I just need to sit down and be able to process through the audio without the distraction of a video. So we decided to take this sweet little nugget and turn it into a podcast for you. I hope you find this helpful, my friends. I'm late, I'm late, I'm late, I'm late, I'm late. This happened like a month ago and I'm just, I'm just now, I'm just now getting onto this. You guys. We have got it. We got a situation. We need to talk about. Wedding day change last minute to a weekday in another state. I don't know whether to be excited or afraid. So what do we have? We got a Reddit post with screenshots from a very bold bride. And I'm like, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm anxious. I would love to think that this is not real. We've got 57,000 upvotes, 16,000 comments, but you know how we do. Let's read the post first. Important date change. Hi everyone. We wanted to make you aware of a critically important update. The ceremony date is now June 27th and location has changed. Please note this down carefully. Thank you so much. We have decided we want to have a church ceremony in addition to our planned beach ceremony and reception. The officiant of our choice does not do weddings at the location outside of his church. Having a church ceremony is very important to us morally and ethically. We are canceling the beach ceremony. You just said you'd have a beach ceremony to spare redundancies. There will still be a reception on. The beach ceremony will now be Friday, June 27th at 2:00pm at Blah Blah Blah in Somewhere, Oregon. The reception will be the following day at blah blah blah in Port Angeles, Washington. Say Port Angeles. Is that how you say it? I don't know. I grew up in California. We say Los Angeles, but I think some people say Angeles, if you cannot make the 27th, we understand, but please be aware that will be the only opportunity to to participate in professional photos. Bridesmaids, we kindly ask that you wear this yellow dress for the 27th. Don't worry, it's linked. Still, reserve the gray dress you already purchased to wear on the 28th. Just a quick outfit change. Just one more dress in addition to a new location. Not a big deal. After viewing the interior of the church, gray would just not work. Thanks. Groomsmen, yellow ties will be provided for you on the day of the ceremony. If you have any concerns, go ahead and reach out to our super girly wedding planner, Blank at blank. Thanks. Can't wait to celebrate with you. This poor wedding planner. I mean, she might be in cahoots. She might be all about this, but already I'm like, oh, goodness gracious, don't worry, there's more. This is from a bridesmaid coming halfway across the country. Also a relative of the groom. Important. Am I understanding the above message correctly to mean that your wedding ceremony is now a weekday during the day? If so, I have to admit I'm pretty surprised and disappointed. My family booked tickets months in advance to travel to Washington, and the church appears to be several hours away, necessitating a another hotel stay. Between that and the unexpected day off work, we can't afford this extra day. I was not participating for the party aspect so much as this special memory of seeing you and Blank get married and be a part of that milestone. If I'm misunderstanding something or there is another ceremony that will be happening on the 28th, I apologize for the confusion, but please let me know asap. I have no notes. This person replies, let's be respectful and take this offline, please. Oh, so this was reply all. Okay, maybe that's the note. The only no I would say is just maybe talk to them directly. Ladies, friendly reminder. Contact Blank directly with any concerns so as to not spam everyone's inbox. Kiffix. This is so unheard of. This is so unheard of. This is. This is. This is borderline unhinged. And there's more. There's more screenshots, so I have a feeling it's just gonna get worse from here. Hi everyone. We are so excited to have you as members of our wedding party. Thank you to those of us who actually care and stuck with us. A few quick notes to DOS and fyis. I'm so sorry that this is the voice I'm assigning to this person. It Just feels right. General, we will no longer be using a wedding planner. What? I am shocked they tell you. And appalled. Blank and I are just too quirky to fit into a box. Those are the words I would also use. We're doing things our own way. Please do not contact Megan with questions anymore. She is no longer involved with the planning of the wedding. Oh, Megan. Thoughts and prayers, girl. Please come early on the 28th. Because we have been unable to secure enough chairs. We won't really need them. We'll be dancing all night. And if you're not into that, you could sit on the floor. It's free seating. If you're in the wedding party, you are not expected to send a gift. Your presence at the special day is gift enough. Days. Special days. Good, good. Just a little modicum of sanity kind of ekin on through. As previously stated, we are unable to accommodate any dietary needs or requests. Please bring your own food if you require that. I feel like we could have taken that individually to people that have dietary requests and not put everyone on like that. Just. That's not a good look for you. Whatever. Okay. After careful consideration, we have decided that with the exception of our boys, this wedding will be child free. That's. That's not the right exception. But then again, I feel like really none of these are. That does also include the reception. Please plan accordingly. I can only assume. I can only assume that this is from this month. Like right now when I'm recording this. This is June. If that is this year. Okay, let's just. Just make a blind assumption here. That means with a handful of days and. Or weeks left, the couple is now telling you, hey, by the way, you can't bring your children. And I can't quite tell, but I'm pretty sure this is to wedding party members, some of which may be coming in from out of state and are now participating in a two day event. Listen, two day events are perfectly common, totally normal, especially in specific cultures. You have a lot of different events that you need to include. This is not one of them. From what I can tell, this is also something that's been adjusted at the very last minute. We're assuming this could be for next year, but based on the language and the overall vibes of what we got going on here, I'm. I'm gonna go out a limb and say it's this year. We'll have special goodie bags for all members of the wedding party available for pickup at the venue. Smell, smell. Smile. Spoiler alert. It includes a plant. So if you're traveling internationally, please plan accordingly because you're taking it. Wait, so you have people traveling internationally and you just added a day? Bridesmaids, if you're over five' five, please get these flats instead of the initial requested heels. You can't have. We can't have you looking taller than me. Listen, as a 5 foot 9 girly, I would much rather be wearing flats anyways, okay? Because then I become gargantuan. But I want the choice. It's the premise. Makeup will be $300 per person per day. You don't have to get it if you don't want. On the 28th, but we kindly insist all bridesmaids get it on the 27th if they want to be in any photos. Oh, honey, is that your bare face or did you. Did you do that yourself? Oh, yeah. No. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. You just need to just step right on over there with all the other ones that decided to save money and you just won't be in the photos. It's fine. Or alternative suggestion for this bride is maybe get a photo with everyone in it and then just scratch the faces out of the people that didn't get professional services done for $300. If you are making it a choice, like an option, it's optional. Fantastic. If you're making it a requirement, again, totally fine. Usually if you require it, you pay for it. If it's an option, they pay for it. But drawing the line that like, you will not be allowed to be in my photos because I don't think the way you handle your own face or just you without much makeup at all is worthy of being next to me on my wedding day. For reception day, we will be getting ready starting at 6:45 at our Airbnb. For the ceremony day, we'll be getting ready at the venue time TBD. But the ceremony day, 6:45 in the morning. You're not even doing a ceremony. The reception is presumably not starting until what, four? And even then, that's relatively early for a reception time in general. These are all assumptions I'm making as a wedding planner. Hi. If you're new here, my name is Jamie. I'm your online wedding planner. Subscribe. We talk about this stuff all the time. Literally what I do for a living. So why are we getting started at 6:45 in the morning? This tells me that there's likely not enough hair and makeup artists for the size of the wedding party. Or that the bride is a total control freak. I don't Know what do you think? If you're not there on the 28th by 7am, you will not be let in. To ensure things run on a timely schedule. No one wants a repeat of the batch. No one wants that. No one wants that. Okay. Sitting here listening to a podcast is all fine and dandy, right? But sometimes you need an actual person to be asking some of these questions to, and you may be sitting there going, you know what, Jamie? Actually, yeah, that. That makes a lot of sense. I would love to be able to ask you these questions. Guess what? You need to join the master plan. You've heard me talk about it, but do you know why I love it so much? Along the way, join me and my virtual clients over in the master plan and get all your wedding planning questions answered. Literally thousands of couples have gone on this journey with me and I'd love for you to be next. Check it out@wolferenco.com tmp that's wolferandco.com tmp Listen, wedding budgets suck. They're just like the actual worst. And the hardest part for me is that weddings are not cookie cutter. They're not one size fits all. And I think it's important to make sure that you're budgeting according to your priorities. Build a budget that works with your vision, and you'll be on the path to planning a wedding that you really want. So if you want my recommendations for making your perfect budget for you and your partner, head on over to wedding priorities.com this is insufferable. This is. This is like the word. I can't. Groomsmen. Per tradition, the groom cannot see the bride prior to the ceremony. So unfortunately, there is nowhere for you all to get ready on the 28th. Since you basically just need ties. This is no biggie. Some people were going to get together at Blank Pub beforehand. Feel free to coordinate amongst yourselves because that's what you want to do. With grooms in. Go ahead. Y' all could just figure it out. We're not gonna give you time to show up or a place to get dressed. Just, you know, be there after a few drinks at the pub. What could go wrong? Hi. Just a few quick updates and gentle reminders. After careful consideration, we have decided there will be no speeches. Again, why are we saying this to everybody? Only confirmed Catholic bridesmaids and groomsmen are permitted to stand with us during the ceremony, not our rules. The church is sauerkraut. Some of you have not paid the 25 per plate per person deposit for food, which sets a poor example to the other guests as y' all are the wedding party pet peeve. Y' all is Y apostrophe a L l, not Y A apostrophe ll. I live in the south now. I feel duty bound to correct it when I see it. The only exceptions are brides like this. We are kindly insisting each member of the wedding party chip in $650 for expenses. I'm sorry to have to ask this at this point, but it's customary for the wedding party to just offer. I don't know of a single culture where this is the policy or where it's customary, so please educate me in the comments. Please go off in the comments if I am missing something or misunderstanding something, but I have never heard of this. If you don't drink, we gently suggest you seriously consider whether or not you really want to come to the reception. I think all of us, regardless of whether we drink or not, are seriously considering if anyone should go to this reception. This is meant to be a once in a lifetime celebration. And it only takes one wet blanket to snuff out everyone's fire. This is a personal choice for you to make. Is it? Because it doesn't sound like it sounds like a directive from the bride. We will offer translation services for those who need them. Please direct your guests who require such services to sit in the back on the left at both functions. That's considerate. Thank you. Don't. I don't know why we're making sit in the back, but like, maybe that's where the translator is. There will be 30 minutes of open bar before the other guests arrive. As a thank you to our number one ever wedding party. Love you all. Those of you who stayed. Everyone else who left, they're not a real one. But wait, there's more. Hey, ladies and himbos. Why does that feel inappropriate? I don't know what that means. Would anyone be interested in helping us get a wedding cake? You'll be shouted out specifically during the ceremony. You know, like influencers shout out things. We'll do that for you during our ceremony. It has to be dairy free. We will not be making any dietary changes for any of you peasants. But our cake that we expect to get for free also needs to be dairy free. Okay? Needs to be free of cost and free of lactose. Thanks. Love you all so much. Someone needs to take this person's finger off the keyboard for many reasons. Important read this can't wait. Can't wait. If you are no longer participating in our wedding, pulling out just days before the ceremony. We totally understand, but please be advised, we won't forget who stood with us or not. Good freaking grief. I'm sweating. I'm sweating. That was. That was brutal for everyone involved. And honestly, I feel like I should apologize for including you in that. So bad. Let's unpack this for conversation's sake. Like we referred to earlier, we're gonna act as though that this was 2025. Okay? Even if it's 2026. Still unhinged. But it makes for much better storytelling if it's 2025. So humor me. Okay, let's play along. Adding a ceremony date a day before when most, if not all, guests have already scheduled their travel in a different state now on a weekday is not appropriate behavior. That's not okay. Many guests will not be able to accommodate this, and that will be seen as an affront to your guest, which is why we obviously saw the relative of the groom go, hey. Am I understanding this correctly? This seems like a lot. I mean, I hope I'm misunderstanding, but, like, that's. That's not why we're doing this. So could you clarify for me? Only be put on blast. I wonder if that's the person who took the screenshots. If not, then someone else was already feeling and thinking the same exact vibe and things. But my guess is whoever took these screenshots hung in there for a while because they kept getting more and more commentary. Unless the couple also included people who dropped out, which would be purely diabolical, asking them to have a second dress option this late in the game. Tack. Not appropriate. Not okay. If it's not cultural and they're not warned about it way, way ahead of time in order to have enough time to set aside the money to go shopping for it. I mean, you did kindly provide the link, so. That's cute. That's great. Also, yellow and gray. Totally hip roll. Royal gray color combo from 2009. And the huge distinction between the requirements placed on the bridesmaids and the requirements placed on the groomsmen. Bridesmaids, if you're not there by 7am both days in a row, you're not allowed to be a part of this. If you don't spend hundreds of dollars getting your face done the exact way that I want you to, you're not allowed to be in my wedding photos. You can be there, but I will not allow you to be professionally photographed. Oh, groomsman. Oh, hi, Guys, hi. So he can't see me. So y' all just go drink and then just show up with your suits on. Don't worry, we'll have your ties for you when we get there. And then to put together a goodie bag with a live plant when you know people are traveling internationally. There's just every part of this feels insane. And then losing the wedding planner, charging people for their food and then requesting that they pay even more on top of that $25 deposit for their plate, $650 donation to the wedding. But don't worry, you don't need to bring a gift. You don't need to bring one. You just need to give us cold, hard cash to offset the cost of this. Ladies, you also need to purchase two different dresses. And if you're part Amazon woman, you can't wear anything but flats. No kitten heels allowed. Also, by the way, if anyone wants to get us a free cake, we will totally shut you out. I'm telling you, influencer culture is going way out of hand these days. But enough for me. Let's head to the comment section. Are you excited? I'm excited. Ha. She says, as previously stated, we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or requests. Then turns around and requests for dairy free cake. What a joke. I didn't even piece that together until I read your comment. And my God, the deep, deep pockets where she must store her audacity. She also said that if you're in the wedding party, you're not required to send a gift. Then turns around and asks for $650 plus $300 makeup, plus $25 meal deposit, $600 makeup, $300 per day. Between all that and the two dresses, shoes, etc. Any bridesmaid that stuck it out will have to have spent about 2k plus travel for this. Wow, there's some doozies in here. Just one of these is bad. All of them. Please be, please be, please be fake. We're canceling the beach ceremony, but keeping the beach reception. We don't have a lot of chairs, but that's okay. Everyone will be dancing all night. Yeah. Cool. Sweet. Let's place bets on how ankles we get. We're too quirky to fit in a box. Barf. Our goodie bags include a plant makeup's $300 per day. Only Catholic bridal party members are allowed to stand up in church, so. Not to mention a bridesmaid attempting to double check what the heck is going on and immediately getting shamed for it. Just like, hey, hi, I'm. I'm actually on the grim side of family, so I just want to, like, I don't know you. So I just want to make sure that we just. I'm reading this correctly. I have to have misunderstood somewhere along the lines here, did I? Please tell me I misunderstood. And I'm actually going to reply all just in case anyone else is thinking what I'm thinking, because they might not know you. Let's take this offline. I'm surprised that they have any friends who would want to be involved in this nightmare. I mean, truly like how they had any people left afterwards. I don't. I don't know. I don't know. There is this I hate the attitude of it's our day. Show up and deal with it. It is not. You can absolutely have your marriage. If you are going to throw an event where people are attending, you need to take their wants, their needs, and their comfort into account. Wait. Oh, OP is here. OP is the person who screenshot it. Okay. She's not usually so nuts, or at least she's never shown that side to me. But before, she had a ton of really good friends. Now, several bridesmaids have dropped out from my understanding. I'm very curious to know the number of people who RSVP yes to the original event versus how many people will attend now. Someone else quoted, she'd never shown that side to me. Bridezillas don't normally do. I don't know. I feel like I disagree with that. I don't think a wedding necessarily makes you a completely different person. This is where honestly, a lot of couples fall into the trap of, like, diying too much because they think all of a sudden they're Martha Stewart because they're planning a wedding. You're not. Respectfully. So just know yourself when you get into planning. But I. It's not like wedding planning cracks something in someone's brain. They become someone entirely different in both a good direction and a bad direction. I gasped so many times and I still had like four pages left. Same. I kept just being like, no, this is it. We're done. Surely we're done. There can't be anything further to this, right? Oh, no, no, no. There's more. Yeah, sorry. It's long. Haha. I thought about summarizing it, but I couldn't think of how to do that without leaving something out. Oh, no need to edit. We're here for it all. You don't apologize, Opie. You weren't the person we did. In fact, is there anything more that you could add because we. We do these videos like once a month. Ish. Sometimes it's just not enough. I would read the novel version of this. I don't even need it made into a movie. Just modern day social media epistolary novel would be perfection. No, no, I need more. I'm dying for more. Do not apologize. This is amazing. No, no, no. Every page was better than the last. I wish it kept going. There obviously will be a follow up since the last was obviously written after participants failed. Many $650 will not be arriving and they totally understand but won't forget. OP may be the last man standing. Honestly op, can you just hang in there for us and just like tell us how it goes? Can we start a GoFundMe for OP to cover the cost of the expenses of attending this wedding so we can get the results? God bless Planner Meghan. I can only imagine what that poor woman went through us honestly. Same like what planner, whether seasoned or not goes, you know what, I'm out. You just added a whole extra ceremony, whole extra event that now I need to manage. My guess is the couple doesn't want to pay the vendors any extra towards work two separate days just based on their over financial desperation vibes they're putting out there. This is like a whole extra event and it's a lot to plan for. Especially when now the couple's saying, well we're only going to have professional photos the day before. Moving photography, moving, potentially videography among other things. Absolute nightmare. So I can only imagine, especially when she's directing everyone to send their questions to the planner instead of answering them herself. Each email got worse and worse. Holy. You know what, I'm exhausted just reading all that OP said. I almost posted this early on in the emails, but I decided that would be petty and inappropriate. I know weddings are stressful, etc. Then it kept going. So is this a wedding you are actually a part of? I'm a groomsman for now. How old are these people? It sounds young. Young drama. But you never know. 33 and 47. Yeah, that's old enough to know better, honey bun. Or not. I don't. I don't know. I love the Internet. This has zero effect on my life whatsoever. But this bride is now my son. Sworn enemy. I think this may be one of the craziest email threads that I have ever read. Op, was this person normal slash a decent friend before this? In the time I've known her, she's been a little erratic, but overall fine. I never would have anticipated anything like this. She and the groom met and got engaged in the space of a year. So I knew the wedding would be a little choppy on the organization front, but never imagined something like this. Listen, I have planned a wedding in 12 weeks flat. It was a little choppy, to be honest, but that is no excuse anything in under a year. That's. That's fine. That is fine. I have multiple videos on this channel on how you can plan your wedding in less than a year. Okay, it's possible. This has nothing to do with the time frame and everything to do with the personality of the person planning it. I don't mean Megan. May she rest in peace. This is wild. On top of date changes and the other big stuff, she wants bridesmaids to be purchasing additional dresses and shoes not even a month before the wedding. Oh, okay, so we might get confirmation here and the wedding party to contribute 650 each with a $25 food fee and a required $300 for makeup and is giving plants as goody bags, knowing some folks are international and is shaming folks for not drinking and they can't accommodate any dietary restrictions but are requesting a dairy free wedding cake. So close to the wedding Crazy OP says, oh, it gets worst not included on this thread since I wasn't involved in that aspect. The bride demanded a bachelorette party when it became apparent no one was planning one. Oh, I guess bridesmaids assumed they'd already spent so much they weren't expected to. Also, none live very close together. So then the bridesmaids were expected to contribute $500 each for a destination bachelorette party overnight with fewer than two weeks notice. I thought the girls were joking or exaggerating until I started getting these emails. Oh friend, oh friend, oh friend, oh, this is so messy, but I feel like I've now crested the the peak of like, oh, this is hilarious and unhinged and diabolical to like where did this woman get so get so off? Who hurt her? How did this happen? This is not and we're not excusing her behavior, but like oh my goodness, expectation versus reality has left the chat. So what happened at the batch that nobody wants a repeat of? To make a long story short, OP says destination party mandated by bride and announced with barely a week's notice. $500 required to participate. They planned the party under the assumption that all the bridesmaids would go, so booked a hotel, etc. Book before they collected all the money. Then a bunch of women either said they couldn't go or that they couldn't stay overnight. So just the bride and two bridesmaids were left with the tab. The bridesmaids were obviously not going to cough up everyone else's share. I don't think they could have even if they wanted to, but to my knowledge no one came late to it or anything, if they came at all. So I don't know what that comment was in reference to. Maybe just like not showing up. Details we need to know. Good on you for asking the big questions. Thank you for doing on the Lord's work. Apologies if you've already answered this, but are these people known? Looney Tunes Groom no, at least not in this way. Bride unclear. She's had some eccentric behavior in the past, but nothing of this caliber. It was just a little preview, a little snack of the full meal that was to come. Please post those and tag me. I was not copying the actual communication. I'm friends with the groomsman who is married to a non plus bridesmaid that was updating us all. Opie this whole time I've been sus that you were a bridesmaid given how much you know. Or maybe a spouse of a bridesmaid. Do you mean to say all this tea is just floating around in email? OP didn't reply. Op, we need you to come back and give us some more answers. This person says this can't be real. Let it not be real. Op I've always lurked subs pages about weddings gone wrong because I've been in four prior to this and they were so unremarkable I figured most posts about disasters had to at least be exaggerated. But now here we are. Props to you because this is honestly the most gasp worthy post I've ever seen on this sub. And it's not a retelling, just pure receipts. Honestly, I'm shook top tier material. We are so here for the ride. Please update us on the multi day festivity details. Op yeah, if I don't see an update I'm gonna be ticked. Was this person ever told no as a child? What does their partner think? This is insane. The partner thinks this is nuts but doesn't want to get in the way of her day. You can tell he's on a different plane with this whole thing by how comparatively fewer instructions there are for the groomsmen that I talked about that earlier. Like we're just like ah, it's fine, just show up. We'll have a tie for you. We'll help you button your jacket too if you need it. $300 per person for makeup. Is everyone getting a full new makeup kit? As a goodie and as a sober person, that comment on wet blankets would be enough to cut contact completely. It is so entirely inappropriate for so many different reasons, but just plain disrespectful. OP Says. Couldn't agree more. My partner is in recovery, and I asked if we just shouldn't go on the basis of that offensive comment, but she said, won't let them determine if she gets to see the S storm or not. I mean, props to her. I'm like, I'm not gonna take that personally. I'm gonna see this. I'm gonna see this play out. Which makes me hopeful that we might see an update. This one's been bugging me. Having a church ceremony is very important to us morally and ethically. That's why we decided at the last minute to have one instead of a beach ceremony. Our whole plan was beach, and then last minute we went, no, no. We cannot deny our morals and ethics. We have to change things up and go to the church. But the pastor won't leave, so we got to do it there. But also, you can't come if you don't drink. And also, you need to pay us a thousand bucks a piece because morals also, only confirmed Catholics can be in the wedding. But the anime SAUI Drove me to wish them to distraction. Who the heck offers an open bar for 30 minutes? I would make that a personal challenge to those 30 minutes to wipe that bar out tossing shots on the floor if I had to make everyone miserable as I was being there. I mean, I don't recommend that, but, like, please give us an update after the wedding OP I want to know how disastrous it ended up being. OP Said. Will do. Thank you. I'm glad I don't have to dread it alone anymore. You're not alone, friend. This is 19 days ago as I'm reading this, and I. If we don't. Okay, wait. They said 27th, so it could be this. It could be this week while I'm filming this. Could you. Are you ready for the update already? Oh, if he. If he leaves us in alert, I'm gonna be so mad. I feel like I need to end on this now. Otherwise, I'm just gonna keep going. You must drink and drive. Gentle reminder, we never forget. Bring money. You cannot refuse to take this plan. Be below average height and convert to Catholicism prior to attendance. No bareface, uggo and pigs. P.S. organ. They decided a few days. Okay, sorry, I can't not include this because now that we know that it's this year, they decided a few days before to make it child free. Wtf? Yeah, luckily I don't have kids, but I know at least 2/3 of the bridesmaids do, so not sure what they were thinking with that edit. Also know that each of their children from a previous relationship is coming 5 and 12 me casually pre gaming for a 2pm wedding at the redacted pub oh my gosh you guys, we need some levity and wedding planning every once in a while. That's why I love breaking it up with some good Reddit posts. This one though exceeded expectations. I'm with my girl Megan on this one. I probably would have high tailed it out of this wedding as well. If Preston Bailey can drop out of an event, even us plebeian wedding planners can as well.
