In our community, with black and brown people, we are so focused on making money. We're so focused on, like, trying to, like, build a business that communication in business directly impacts the environment that you're building for your company. It's your environment. It is your workplace. It's like, when you're talking about communication in business, that means that you're building a culture. Yeah. Within your company that says, this is how you communicate with one another. This is how you do not communicate with another. And what it does is it pulls everybody into the same accountability bucket. Yes. To talk to one another, Talk to each other in a kind way. Talk to each other with the standpoint of, like, curiosity. So if you don't understand, the first thing you should say is, like, hey, ask a question.
