Don't just give charity, right? Because, because you want to change the statistic, but go the extra mile to find the gems, the diamonds that are past all parameters, past all checks, but still happen to be coming from a woman of color that is absolutely resilient about their business. So don't do it just because you want to say that you did. Yeah. But because like it passes all the checks and, and create the allyship and the support and the mentorship, like make that business happen alongside that entrepreneur.
