A brief YouTube monologue (uploaded by Worldwide Ty) in which the speaker reflects on their mother’s strong work ethic, noting that although her labor paid immediate bills, it was not always directed in ways that produced lasting family benefit. The speaker contrasts hard work that only meets short-term needs with effort targeted toward long-term advancement.
So when you. I wanted to talk about doing the work. Right. Because my mom worked hard. It was no if, ands about buts about it. My mom worked hard. And I remember talking to somebody about how hard my mom worked, but where she put her efforts at did not benefit, truly benefit the family. Yeah. It benefited the moment because the bill will pay. It benefited the bills. Right, Right. But like that work ethic, when targeted the right way, you go so much further.
