Kenya is a prime real estate hub, being the East African hub for technology and travel. In this video, I will be showing you a few of the real estate places I've gotten to either visit on a tour or stay at myself when I was searching for Airbnbs. I have been in Kenya for a little less than a year now, and I have had the opportunity to stay at certain Airbnbs for for various stays, and for some time I was even looking for real estate opportunity for myself. So I decided to record most of my tours and decided to share them with you for several reasons. One, you get to see and debunk any myths about how life is in the city of Nairobi or the country of Kenya as a whole. Now, the 3 places that I've been to are in the region such as Nairobi, which has the, you know, urban living, which is— if you're American, you are reminded of New York, you're reminded of Atlanta, Georgia. And you also get access to modernized technology, luxury, a lot of amenities, which is great for you, especially if you're doing a lot of short-term travel and you're a digital nomad and you need to depend on Wi-Fi and food delivery. Then I will also show you where I've been to in places such as Mombasa, which is the coastal hub, which used to be the hub for those imports and exports. It still is the port for imports and exports, but a lot of people choose that as a central hub to the central location to other coastal locations. And then I will also show you a few villas or houses or duplexes that I've either seen or visited And you get to see the difference of what it's like to be on the coast and still have a sense of places to stay or even invest in. So I'll show you the last kind of the, of the 2-bedroom that we have. This was our 2-bedroom show house. We have 3 kinds of a 2-bedroom, 3 kinds of a 1-bedroom, 4 kinds of 1-bedroom, 3 kinds of a studio. Okay, so I'll show you the different variation. Okay, and I also took you to an empty one just to see how the units come. Again, still comes with a good 4 by 5 foot bedroom. We have this block that we are in.
Yeah.
And then the other one is on the other side. But I think this unit is sold out.
Uh, 45.
So this side faces the street, the other block it will face the poolside. See, no, like this one, the living area is smaller, but the kitchen is nice. The one— they both have their own bathrooms. That's the difference. Then there's another separate bathroom. So for— how is this? The 2 bedrooms is exactly as you see it is. Area, balcony, then you have your first bedroom in there.
Okay.
Which is a suite. So the 3 beds would range from $180,000 to $200,000. Yeah.
