Welcome. I think I want to double-check that we're live. I just got technical. I think we're live. I trust and believe that we're live. All right, so welcome to the See Life Different Challenge. I am Zaakirah, and I empower women of color creatives to step outside of their comfort zone, operate in their purpose while mastering their storytelling and their marketing. And that's exactly what the See Life Different Challenge has been about. We are now on day 4, session 4, and it's been a blast. I've been having so much fun sharing my knowledge with you for free all week long leading up to my birthday. And I've been seeing life differently as well. And I can't wait to hear your takeaways if you have been watching all week. And I welcome you if this is your first time. I am Zaakirah. I am a creative strategist, a cancer survivor, author of the book called Seeing Life Through a Different Lens: A Survivor's Memoir on Overcoming Adversity with Resilience, AKA a mother and daughter's guide to seeing life more positively, positively, to advocating for yourself and to paving your own path. So all week long I've been going live to share, uh, 3 things, which we're mainly talking about 3 things. One is mastering your mindset. You got to master your mindset in order to clear out all the noise, get clear, and not procrastinate on your purpose. And then day 2, we mastered your, your branding, right? Your brand is what people say you are, right? But first, once you are able to clear out the noise and you know who you are and you know who you serve, then at least everything is able to match up and be magnetic. magnetic and aligned. And then day 3, we got into the marketing. Like, how are you going to utilize all these platforms all around the world, literally, to tell people about what it is that you do? And because there have been so many gems dropped for free, you actually get a free workbook to put all these notes in one place. So if you have not already, be sure to get the workbook. You have to be on my email list if you are not already to get your workbook and take notes. So go to bit.ly/3FizU51 to be able to get that, and you're going to get into the See Life Different Challenge. And also, all week you've had access to, if you're in the Facebook group to a concierge who can answer all of your questions. And with all of your questions being answered, I'm also answering some of the questions right here, right now, today. But before I do that, there was a question that I asked in one of the previous sessions, and I, from listening to the conversation that I have had with some of you all, is marketing analytics is something you are not fully aware of, and probably pretty much because it looks so overwhelming, because you're creative, you're a much more passionate creative. Numbers are not your zone of genius, and I get it. But there are some creatives that are both intuitive and both analytical, and especially if you treat your creative gift as a business, as a hustle, you kind of need to use the data. The data helps in so many ways. especially helps me, even though I've been doing this for over a decade. The data helps me. I'm so grateful that the data became more accessible for all of the big 4 social media platforms because there are some days where I do lose my creative spark. And then I'm like, what do I do? What do I say? I know I should be in front of the people that already recognize me or in front of the people that don't recognize me. But how? And the data has been super helpful with doing that. So that's what we're going to talk about today. But every day I've started the sessions sharing affirmations from Notique. Notique.com has affirmation cards and affirmation water bottle. And there's a special code if you use the code legacy, search for affirmation cards or affirmation water bottle. You can get these as well. All right, so in order for you to get value out of these sessions, you got to clear your mind, clear your energy, clear your space. Clear your mind, clear your energy, clear your space. And I'm going to recite a few affirmations from the affirmation cards and take what resonates with you. I am a woman of focus. I am focused on my goals. I am disciplined. I am not easily distracted. I will hit my target. I will mind my success. I am a mentally stable woman. I have a sound mind. I am at peace and free. I am at peace and free of anxiety. I am calm, poised, and emotionally balanced. I am a woman of wisdom. I am full of knowledge. I am full of understanding. I operate with good judgment. I am a woman of wise planning. I am careful and intentional with details. I am prepared and productive. I am a woman of vision. I am not confused. I am not disorganized. I walk in clarity. I execute with insight. My favorite part about sharing these affirmations is I've been listening to myself, my heart, for over a decade now that it's almost hilarious to me when I pick up things that are exactly what I'm going to talk about. The affirmations that I said are exactly what I'm going to be talking about, and I'm going to get right into it. So first, I'm going to start with the analytic. That's the bonus session that you're here for. That's the one that we shared. In the email list. And again, if you're not in the email list, make sure you are there by going to get the workbook and join the email list. And I'm gonna get my tech set up. And also I'm team transparency over here. We are team transparency over here. And so what I'm going to do is— it was kind of a really last-minute decision, as I slept on it and woke up again. But most women of color, small business owners, and creatives, side hustlers that come to me to work with me either through photography or through digital marketing, they don't seem to really know who it is that they serve. They know what they like to do, which is fine. That's great, because I am all about you doing what it is that you like to do. But what happens is we're in a world where everything that you utilize is human-made. It's a human-made idea. And service has always been a part of the world and universe. That's really how the world goes around, right? And so what I want you to keep in mind with these analytics is that— okay, several things that come into mind. One, I'm still thinking about these analytics that— sorry, not the affirmations, the other A. The affirmations that I shared with you. I'm sure you heard a lot about mental stability, anxiety, and you have a sound mind. That's super important because with me being a cancer survivor with secondary cancers and polycystic ovarian syndrome and being the creative that I am, we operate differently from the people that you admire. I know it's so easy for you to I feel like I don't have enough time in the days, or I'm limited by my circumstances. But I don't know if I shared it with you, but I feel like I did on day 1. But I feel like I'm touching on a few more things from day 1 because we got to bring back our mindset. We got to reshift our mindset every single day. It's a constant, constant process. But I have literally made it through everything that I've been through. to be here to show you that you can do it too. And I've also been able to have been blessed to have technology advanced skill sets to be able to show you to utilize technology to make it easy for you, right? That's why I was heavy on automation yesterday. I would talk about automate everything, right? And So now we're literally going to put the puzzle pieces together. We're showing you your analytics, okay? So bear with me, I'm going to share my screen. Okay, I'm going to share my screen. All right, so basically my biggest platform is My most consistent and biggest platform is my podcast, the See Life Different podcast. Now, if you already have a podcast, every podcasting platform has their own analytics. So right now I've sorted it by my top 10 episodes. And yeah, feel free to screenshot it because you kind of want to listen to these episodes. So with these being my top 10 episodes, it's really helped me to continue to narrow down what do I talk talk about. 9 out of 10 times I've opened up my platform to have other people on my platform, which is great for growing brand awareness, right? I talked about this when, when it comes to growing your brand and utilizing marketing. Get on other people's podcasts, on other people's platforms, so other people can get to know you and you get to know them. But after a while, once you have done it for a little while, like for me, um, this is just where I'm at in my career. I've been doing this for 12 years, not just on the podcasting side But just networking and being in the different circles to really hone down on what it is that— how different am I? How am I using my story to be different? Okay. So the See Life Different podcast, you get to see, I get to see how many people listen. Right? And so keep in mind, when I'm sharing with you these numbers, do not look at it like, oh, my numbers are bad. Oh, those numbers are bad. All those numbers bad. All those numbers good. They are not. For that, so not about bad or good; they're about what's working, what's not working as well as you'd like it to. Okay, and what can you tweak to get more clarity to actually be more consistent? Okay, so as you can tell, it's a little bit of both. There's life, lifestyle, mentality, mindset, and peace, mindset, wellness, advocacy, and mental health. Right, but I can just tell you right now that. There's only 2 episodes out of total. But, you know, this is how it was being able to grow it on other people's platforms, right? So every podcasting platform has data, and that's how I use this data to see, okay, these are the kind of guests that I would say I will have on my podcast. And so this is the year I actually made 10,000 downloads. I've been doing this for almost 4 years. In March, it will be 4 years. So podcasting, remember, just your own radio show. It's a different way to have a blog. Now I'm going to go over to YouTube because remember I was sharing with you about social media will be changing all the time. So I am team email list and I am team long-form content, which is podcasting and YouTube. So for me, I've sorted this by the last year, and my views have been going up, mainly because of this one video that I uploaded. With this one video, it was one of those videos where I would— it was one of those videos where I was just like, I don't know, should I upload it, should I not? Should I upload it, should I not? And then I did upload it, and it took off. And that gave me the idea. Normally what we do is when things are going so well, we love to sabotage and just be like, okay, well, never mind. Oh, I can do it. Now I know that I can do it, but how do you keep the momentum going? Trust me, I've been where you are. So utilizing this also lets you know which is the content, the best content to continue to post. So even if I can go over to the content tab, it says what kind and who all over there looking. So, okay, this isn't the one where it's showing me my exact content. Hold on. Videos. There it is, my top 5 videos. So I was traveling. One of my definitions of rest is traveling. So I was traveling a lot, so I did hotel. reviews and scenic views, scenic views and hotel reviews, and those became my big videos. So like I said, don't pay attention to the numbers, just pay attention to that content ideas and where people are coming from and how you can market it, okay? Next, I'm going over to Facebook because that's the biggest thing. Facebook and Instagram have actually merged. I don't know if you can— yeah, Facebook and Instagram have actually merged. you can literally take a look at who it is that you saved. So I'm gonna go over to— sorry, I'm gonna go over to audience. Now keep in mind there, you can see even from graph, if you enjoy reading graphs, I literally stopped using Facebook and Instagram for a while. I would focus on, like I said, email list, podcasting, and YouTube. But Now, how do I share this? I personally stopped using Facebook and Instagram, but like I shared in the previous day, don't stop using Facebook and Instagram. Okay, so this is perfect here. You see where people are coming from. I don't know where this is. Both. I hope it's both. I'm like, who's from B&I? But so Atlanta, every place that I've lived, except for I got a A few people are checking me out from Nigeria now. But every place that I've lived, my audience. Now this is big because I actually was still big and still advocate for in-person networking. I still advocate for in-person networking. So 9 out of 10 times, the people that I'm interacting with on my Facebook, I've connected with them. And I've shared them, cross-promoted a social to share with them. Okay, next. Actually, I think I'm gonna go here first. So for Twitter, Twitter has been my most favorite platform. But what happens is Twitter is, it's different because, I mean, they're starting to be like every other social media network where you can, You can just put your pictures, put your Instagram pictures there. You can put short videos there. I think every page has a limit now. I think for most pages you can post 3 videos, 3-minute videos, which is fine, because if you're already using short-form video, that's perfect. But I love Twitter because it's not your own content that gets a lot of impressions. And remember, impressions is who all saw it. Right? So I think what happens is we tend to get discouraged and we look at our numbers of followers and whatnot, when those aren't the most important numbers that you need to be paying attention to. Impressions is who many people— how many people see it, right? There's a lot of people that see things that don't act on it. So those are the people you need to be focused on, the people that see things but don't act on it. So, and then engagement is the people of who actually do something with it. Like, they'll like— if they don't actually like it or comment on it, they're actually checking you out. They'll engage with your post. And so, you know, like I said, like, I'm always interacting with everybody else. So those are the posts that end up being, you know, the most popular posts. So that's Twitter. I would go over to LinkedIn. LinkedIn will show you, if you just go to linkedin.com/analytics, will show you which ones are your most engaging content. Now, LinkedIn is huge, don't get me wrong. You probably have heard them say, should I be focusing on LinkedIn? Yes, because like I said, LinkedIn is tweaking so that it's not just about finding a job, it's actually about connecting. Your network is your network. And you can do that on LinkedIn. And remember, don't care about the engagement because I just started to get ready to— get ready for— look at that, 3,000%. To get ready— where'd it go? I don't know where it went now. 3,000. Anyway, you saw that. To get ready to share with you, I started posting more. But like I shared, if you look between the last 12 months, life was happening. I was not posting. But now I get to say what kind of post I should be posting. They love to see your accomplishments. Okay, and then audience, I think if I hop over to audience, LinkedIn, unless you pay for it, it's still pretty— it'll be more detailed if you pay for it by using LinkedIn Premium. LinkedIn Premium, right? And yeah, you see my My little help statement, because every place it's— I can choose by sentences. Okay, and then Google Analytics. Google Analytics, this is the one you really should be using, because this gets really, really detailed. So, I know that these are normally the ones that people get confused by, but Sessions is how many people are literally looking at your pages. That's the session, every time they look at your page. Usually it's literally per person, right, who's coming for the first time to your page. You can literally add Google Analytics to your— I highly recommend keeping it on your website because that's why, you know, we're all about step— when you can step away from social media, when you do step away and tell your story in a book, in a podcast, That you use the data to take a look at that when you have no idea what you should be posting. If you're not going to ask people on a survey, then use the data, okay? I think that is— I think that's that. So data, data, utilize your data, okay? Utilize your rest, but also automate. That's how I can encourage you all to really see life differently. See life differently. Okay? And of course, any questions you have, put it in the Facebook group if you are in the Facebook group. And last but not least, I am definitely available for more details on this, right? Because you're probably looking at yours, and if it's your first time looking at it, you don't even know how to get there. So you can book a call with me in order to start with that, because if you use your data, you actually won't even care about who's actually watching my videos and who's not, who's looking at my posts and who's not. Okay. So with that being said, I'm now answering your question. The first part is over, but now I'm asking you questions about the See Life Different Summit. The See Life Different Summit has been opened up. We've opened up those tickets. And the See Life Different Summit is based off of the 3 things that we talked about. You're talking about mastering your mindset, and we're actually going to have 2 amazing women who are going to talk on all things mindset, mental health, and wellness, and nutrition. And then we're also going to talk about your branding, right? You actually get a photographer to— how do I say this? Your brand is your brand. It's also how things look on the front end, right? You should be utilizing Instagram as like a portfolio of what do you do, who do you serve, how can they work with you? And most of the time people do that because, think about the beauty industry, right? You're attracted to certain people because of their beauty. They're out of beauty first. So having, once you know your colors, knowing your brand colors and what kind of energy or aura you want to get off of. That is the importance of having a brand photographer. And although I have over a decade of experience as a photographer, I'm not going to be the photographer. The goal of the See Life Different Summit is also to bridge that gap between women, women of color, and differently abled women. So every one of the speakers is either an ally for chronic illness, neurodiversity, which is ADHD, infection, ADD. And the chronic illness is also cancer, like if you're a cancer survivor. And autoimmune are also polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis. So I'm all about empowering the marginalized because I too have been marginalized all my life. I think I have been blessed in a way to be in all of the categories, a woman of faith, a woman of color, autoimmune, and chronic illness. And so ideally, those are the speakers. They are in one of the 3 categories. So with that, going back to that, you get one branding shoot, and you're also going to be continuing to go to work on your brand. But by the time we even get to the event in person in March, you're getting into a membership community. So one, you already know who y'all going to be there because they're going to be in the membership group. But 2, you already know what you need to go to work on by the time you're there for 8 hours from 11:00 AM to about 7:00 PM for just the general ticket on March 11th, because you would have also been doing that work with monthly sessions. sessions like this, except we're actually going to get to be together on Zoom. And then last but not least, you get a sense of community, right? Because I've been a part of plenty of in-person and virtual networking events where, you know, the support is one way. Because I've been where you have been when it comes to just, oh, I don't know, like, I want a community, but I haven't been able to find it. And even for me, I get it. I've been in all of the circles and I still haven't found it. So, you know, I knew that it was, it was my turn to create it. And so that's the See Life Different Summit. And I'm actually looking at the website to see if there's anything else I should be sharing. So when the— when you make your deposit, you actually get access to the membership community, and we start on January 4th. That is your welcome session. And you also get access to these replays. You get access to these replays. You get access to the replays from the last summit, virtual summit in 2021. And I'm sure you're thinking, oh, more videos? I really don't have much time for videos. I get it. And that's why we have different realms of how you intake information. Why do you think I gave you slides all week long? Why do you think I continue to share my screen all week long? You have content to do it on your own pace, but you also will have those monthly coaching sessions, right? I get it that you learn differently. And 9 out of 10 times, the people that work with me are also visual learners. So you're going to be able to learn, you're going to be able to implement, and you're going to be shifting your mindset because it is time for you to walk into your purpose. It is time for you to walk into your purpose. All right. So then of course you also get the See Life Different workbook and guide in a gift bag. You know, we're going to have vendors from women who are also disability-owned, differently owned and operated businesses, women of color, minority-owned businesses. So it's going to be great. I'm excited. I'm excited for you. I'm excited to continue to serve you. And that's not all. That's not all. We'll be back on Monday because we actually get a special guest. We get a special guest. Shawnee J has been the concierge for the entire summit. She's been the one who actually sends people Sending you the emails and posting the recap graphics. But I've also taken her photographs as well. So you actually get to have a conversation with her and really just see life different with her. And then be sure to check your email as well because Tuesday, December 20th is my birthday and I'm opening up. I've been trying to figure out how to do this for so long, but I think I finally, finally figured out a way. I will give you access to join me live. And practice. Yes, one, being video comfortable. Practice using your help statement. So make sure you do your homework assignment. Use your help statement. Come join me live on video. And yeah, I'm literally giving you that. My birthday gift is that you actually operate in your purpose. So I'm giving you, let's say, give yourself 15 minutes to literally come ask me anything or share your takeaways live on video. And I can't wait to see you then. Thank you. That's all for today. Be sure to watch the rest of the replays because they will also come down when my birthday ends, like the clock strikes midnight Central Time. So you might get— depending on where you are, you might get them back to time. But that's about it. So be sure to watch this over again, ask questions as you need them, and I will see you tomorrow night. Bye.
