I was experiencing a great deal of depression and anxiety. I was having challenges day to day. There were some really dark times. I had aspirations, but my day to day plans didn't really align with my goals. I didn't really know who I was and have a grip on my life. I didn't have a framework. Just felt like I was spinning. The day I reached out to Zark, I remember it, I think it was a Saturday. I felt stuck in my bed. I felt like it was going to be tough to peel myself out of bed, but I was kind of exhausted from this depression and something clicked. I just, I told myself, that's not going to be my story. I can do something about this. And I remember looking myself in the mirror and I said, let's go. The most challenging part was doing the work. I knew that I didn't want to be stuck on that low frequency kind of wavelength, but I also had to introduce new habits, new ideas and attitudes that I didn't have naturally. And the other thing I found to be challenging was getting off of or outside of this low frequency kind of wavelength. As soon as I found the high energy, the high frequency, it's like I started to see color again. You know, it was just like, things were really exciting. I actually, really simple things were really exciting, like going out for a walk, hanging out with my, my family, my wife, my baby girl. I got more lucky. You know, as I, as I operated on, on that higher level, things started to happen for me. My work, I was more productive, performance was improving. I wanted to be and, and am now a good son, a good brother, you know, a good friend, a good colleague. Like all of these things, you know, I'm really proud of. It almost becomes contagious because everyone starts to get energy from your energy, you know, and they want to spend more time with you and they want to talk to you and you know, they love your stories, they love hearing about your challenges. You just feel like on top of the world, actually, and, and you wake up the next day and you just want to do it again. You're like, okay, let's go. Next, next, next. So I just, you know, I feel unstoppable. I can tell you right now I don't feel like there's anything I can't do. I can do exactly what I have in my mind and I have like a very firm grip. You know, I'm taking life by the horns. I know what that means now. And yeah, so life has just become super exciting. You know, one of the things I'm really proud of is I lost about 25 pounds in the months during and after the program. And I continue to lose weight. My body has never felt better. I don't drink anymore. You know, I feel like my energy levels are at the best they've ever been. I have great sleep. I have a morning, morning routine now that sets up my day in such a way that, you know, I'm just achieving more. And I have a lot of clarity at the beginning of the day. When I think about what qualities Zark has that really enabled me. I think about being stuck in that kind of dark place. And he didn't really just reach down to pull me out of that hole. He actually jumped into the hole with me. He sat next to me. He sat next to me in the hole. You know, when I was trying to deal with my depression and my anxiety, I spent quite a bit of time with different therapists. What was really different about the program with Zark is the dialogue, the openness. And it was really. It was two way. And so Zark would tell me about his stories so that I could feel open and I would share about my stories. And we became, you know, really transparent with each other. That transparency was the beginning of the change. When I peeled myself out of bed, I remember looking myself in the mirror and I remember saying, let's go. That's the moment I'm the most proud of, because that was the turning point for me. And it was not easy. That moment was really, really challenging. But I'm most proud of it. And I know why I did it. I did it because of my wife and my baby girl and myself. I wanted to. I wanted to live a full life, you know, my best life. So.
