Abu Lahya explains that the five daily prayers include 34 moments of sujood, when you're closest to Allah. He recommends using each sujood to make a specific dua for your goals, whether starting a business or getting married, and repeating the same request until it becomes habit.

So you see how we have 5 daily prayers, and if you count all the raka'ah that we have, we have 17 raka'ah. Now each raka'ah has 2 sujood. That means we have 34 sujood a day. Now another thing Allah (SWT) just said, the closest you are to him is when you're in sujood. You basically have 34 opportunities every single day to ask to help you with any sort of problem you have. My advice for people is actually a tip, and I genuinely hope people take it. Anytime you're trying to achieve something new, trying to start a business, trying to get married, anything you want to achieve, it could be even as small as just succeeding with your exams, make a specific dua. Let's say it In every single prayer and every single sujud, continue doing it until it becomes a habit. And then you realize after saying it, wait, it's been granted already. And then you go from asking Allah to give you that thing to thanking him for giving you this. That happened to me.
And you're like, whoa, subhanallah, wait, I should be thanking him now.
