This is my framework to learning myself anything. I would start by focusing on one thing and limiting everything else. Recently, over the past 3 months, 4 months, I spent all the time I had learning paid ads. I did this by focusing on one thing. I don't focus on sales, I don't focus on tech, I don't focus on management. I focus on marketing, and within marketing, I focus on ads. Second thing, literally for like 3 to 7 days, go on YouTube, watch all the videos about marketing, all the videos about ads, watch it all, get to the next step. Training. First thing only, ChatGPT. I want to learn paid ads. How do paid ads work? Talk to me like I'm a child. Explain it to me. Next thing, Got feedback, asked some people around when it comes to paid ads. I was like, I'm trying to make some ads, what do they look like? They're like, this is terrible. I was like, okay, thank you. Let me do it again. How does it look like? Better. Fix this again. Okay, how does it look like? Yeah, decent, run it, run it, made some money, right? So that's me doing paid ads. Next thing I did, which got me the biggest unlock, I did it last, is get mentor, get people who trained me. 2 weeks ago I paid the first guy £5K to start running my ads per month. I think I was like, great, start running my ads, let me just sponge everything on you. Now that you're running my ads, I can understand even better. Then I spent over £10K going to an event and there I met a guy who was very good at ads and I paid him, signed a contract for about £20,000 to learn more from him. I started running ads in July, August, to now becoming, alhamdulillah, I'll say probably like top 3% at running ads.
