Abu Lahya: How to Make Customers Happy #muslim #entrepreneur #business #islam

Eyoub shows how small freebies like chips or watermelon with feta turn frustrated customers into loyal ones. A $1 side dish eliminates waiting frustration and boosts tips and repeat visits. For any business, find where customers get stuck, then fix it with something cheap that removes the friction.
What's this?
Looks like chips with sauce. Complimentary stuff makes people feel happy. Now I'm happier. I have to wait less for my meal. That was already made before. They just packed it and put it here. Takes 0 minutes to prepare. They served it already straight after I ordered. That makes me easier to wait, so it makes me happier overall with my experience here. So I'm more likely to leave a tip. I'm more likely to come back, more likely to give a nice review because my experience was good. What does that cost? Maybe it cost a dollar. You Imagine I leave a $3 tip, no profit. I used to do that back at my agency. I used to give complimentary free services just so that they get happy. I would rebuild your website, redo your copy, I'll write your email sequence. I'd be like, that's on me. And I was, I was really good. So give your customers free stuff, but make your free stuff good. You seen how much of these I ate? Yeah, that was trash. Would have been so nice.
What other ways can somebody replicate this in their online business?
Well, you find stuff that can be a headache for your clients and you make that easier for them. For example, restaurants know that when somebody orders They're going to have to wait for the food. They sit there, just wait for 10, 15, 20 minutes. That's long. So they thought about, was like, how can I make my experience better? Well, instead of hiring more chefs and making the food faster and building a bigger kitchen, it's going to cost me tens of thousands of dollars. How about I just give them $1 chips and they eat and then they're happy? A lot more money saved. So it can be the same for you. If you have some headaches that your clients don't like, if you have some things in your process that make it long, make the people you work with not appreciate the experience as much, or if it can be just done faster, right? If they would like to something to be done faster. Well, the conclusion is find the bottlenecks, find the things that people don't like in your journey, in the client journey while working with you, and find ways to fix it. So ask your customers, hey, you've been working with me for a month, how was the onboarding process with you? Would you like to change anything? Would anything have been done faster? And just look at an easy and cheap and frictionless way of solving it, just giving them chips. You can ship your clients chips. No, but on a serious note, find what makes your clients not enjoy the experience as much and do less of that. Or fix the issue.
Second complimentary, mush gush watermelon with feta cheese.
If your clients are happy, it costs you very little to make them extremely happy. So we were already happy to do that. They just gave me what, a bite of watermelon? Now I'm super happy and it also tastes good. Now my experience went from— I walked in here neutral, it was 7 out of 10. They gave me free chips, it's like 8 out of 10. They gave me another complimentary, they served it, come on now, I'm ready. 9 out of 10. I haven't even started eating. Let's say now the food is trash, what am I gonna say? The food was a bit, huh, but they were a good experience. I'm still gonna leave a good review for like what, $2 worth of free stuff? And now imagine if the food is good. Alas, I'm buying the restaurant, I'm sponsoring it, I'm saying, yo guys, you live in Dubai, you're coming to Dubai, stay here. And all that, what did that cost them? $2 worth of free stuff.
