Abu Lahya bought 10,000 copies of Alex Hormozi's book for $264,000 by working around the website's $1,000 donation limit with a bank transfer. His purchase was so large that Hormozi's team created a new incentive: anyone donating over $100,000 gets a day with Hormozi. Lahya got invited to meet him.

It looks like you're gearing up to become the Muslim Alex Hormozi.
How do you feel about that? I heard that so many times and ended up buying 10,000 of his books, so it didn't really help. How much did that cost? 250 grand. 264 to be precise.
I saw he did it with you, so like you can buy 10,000 copies and you go and have a meeting with him?
Yeah, it was if you buy over 100,000, but that's after, because I was the first one to do a donation that size. After that, because the maximum you could donate on the website was 1,000, and I went there and I had a crazy idea. I wanted to do kind of a marketing stunt, and I called the support team and I said, I want to buy 10,000. I can't check out on the website. Can you like send me a link? I'll bank transfer it. And I just did it. From there they're like, oh wait, there's some people who would buy more than just $1,000. And then they went on school and made a school post saying, if you want to donate over $100,000, we'll invite you for a day.

I'm pretty sure, because I was the first. I didn't do it for the incentive. I did it before the incentive was there. I did it for a marketing stunt and also it's beneficial. People would get a free book.
