Do not spend money. Cut out every single thing that's not survival. I used to speak with someone. I was on a sales call. I told him, okay, what's your burn rate? How much do you spend every month? He said, well, I have this for rent, this for food. And then he kept speaking. I was like, what do you mean? What do you need more than rent and food? He started speaking about grooming, about buying perfumes, about a gym membership. What do you mean? You're broke. I used to have a backpack, put my books in there and lift it and do dips on my desk. I swear, wallahi, that's a true story. I was so broke. I come from there. I know what I'm talking about. And that's how I got out of it. Not by doing day trading or some madness. I was working. I was making €800 a month. I would save €600 a month. I was living with my parents, giving them a bit of money, and I would spend for food. That's it. It's not like, oh yeah, I had a $20 dinner. $20 dinner? The first time I paid for like an actual dinner where it was cooked outside was when my net worth was over $100,000. If you make a million a month, you don't need to live on €30,000 a month. So save your money. And that's the thing that allows you to then build something for yourself. You want to build something that's bigger, something that lasts for your family, something for your, your kids' future. Your current lifestyle should just be survival mode. That's it. And that's how you get out of survival mode— by staying in survival mode until you save money, and then you get out of it.
