Abu Lahya: Why SPEED Is So Important #muslim #entrepreneur #business #islam

Abu Lahya argues that speed to lead, not wealth or resources, determines success in business and leadership. He cites L'Homedic's Shemso, who set up streaming equipment and secured funding within 24 hours of a single request, showing how rapid execution and delegation separate effective leaders from the rest.

Yeah, so it was really 13 years. No, it was 23 years. I mean, yeah, 23. Yeah, so in 23 years, he built something that changed the entire trajectory of the planet. Like, hundreds of companions taking over, like, countries, millions of people. Like, ridiculous. Extreme efficiency, leadership, delegation, EQ, business owner. So, like, everything. That's what I mean by speed to lead. It's like, do you really think he would have done that if he delayed things, did it later, not took enough, not made it enough? Like fast enough while dealing with every single test you can think of. Losing children, losing family members. Yeah, yeah, come on. Why did we mention this in the first place? Because L'Homedic Shemso got us a whole new gear very quickly, very well. L'Homedic, everything looks super cute, super nice. Like you can have good lighting now even though everything is taban here in this— To explain to you, we said maybe 3 sentences, 24 hours later we had everything necessary to— I think it was one sentence. It was like Shemso, it was like expectation setting. Yeah. And then it was like one sentence. I was like, Shem, so are you ready? It's gonna be crazy. It's insane. I'm gonna ask you a lot. You got a dog in you. Yeah. Okay. We need to start streaming, figure everything out. Here's your credit card. That's what it was. And then 24 hours later. And he didn't even use the credit card. He paid with his own. That concept is called speed to lead. Speed to lead. Yeah. It's speed to implementation. How quickly can you— it's a sales concept, speed to lead. It means when somebody wants to buy your thing, how quickly do you call them to keep them fresh and sell it quickly? But it's a concept that applies in life. It's like, how quickly do you take an idea and turn it into reality? And that is what actually dictates how strong you are as a man. It's not what you think, it's not how much money you have, it's none of that. It is how quickly you can go from having an idea to turning it into something real.
