My name is Ayub and I run the biggest influencer marketing agency in the AI industry. Our portfolio of clients is worth over $100 million. And in this video I'll show you exactly how you yes, you can start your own influencer marketing agency. So you can make anywhere from 10 to $30,000 a month running your own agency. I'll show you everything from how to get influencers to how to get brands. I'll show you all the stores, give you all the source for free. So make sure you stick till the end of the video because no one else is doing it. So salam alaikum. If you want to make 10 to $30,000 a month working a few hours a week, from any age, any experience you have, this video is for you. I'm going to teach you exactly how I have done it so how you can do it as well and just give you all the source for free. As I said, I run an influencer marketing agency. I basically connect influencers and brands and take a commission. Let's say you go to MrBeast. You ask how much he charges for a video. He says 1000 bucks you get. Cool, can I get 20% if I bring you a deal? He says, yes, you, you're going to find deals. You make 200 bucks per deals, right? You do this on a 10k video, you make 2 grand. On 100k video, you make 20 grand. And you get the idea. So before we get started and you start asking me so many questions, let me just clarify a few points. The first one is that most influencers are broke, okay? A lot of influencers just don't make money. They have a job and they create content on the side because, you know, the algorithms and all these platforms don't pay that much. Unless you get like hundreds of thousands of views every month, you can't really make a living. So you have to get sponsors. But they suck at getting sponsors, so they're broke. And you know they're not making the money they claim they make. The second thing is that brands, they want to advertise and make more money because they make so much money with influencer marketing that they have a huge amount of money to spend, but there's no one to take it, really. You can email a brand with the perfect influencer, they just throw you money, but no one is doing it somehow, as you can see, if you Google influencer marketing, you can't find any resources because no one's talking about this business. It's like the bluest ocean you can have. Anyway, those points were just to tell you influencers are good for content creation and they suck up business. This is why 99.9% of influencers who actually make money work with agencies so they can make like real money. Anyway, so we take sad and broke influencers, we find them brand deals, we turn them into rich and happy influencers. To give you an example, let's say someone charges five grand for a video, I get 20%, I make $1,000 per deal I bring, I make three deals a month, I make three grand a month. That's very simple. If I just double my commission because I've been working with the influencer for a while, I have a good relationship with him, I can charge 40% commission, I make 2 grand per deal I make, I get 3 deals a month, I make 6k, you get 5 deals, make 10k. And you get the idea. By the way, 5 deals a month is like what you can make in after like two months of starting. So anyway, the first step to run your influencer marketing agency would be to pick your niche. This is the step everyone overthinks and start to ask so many questions. Realistically, to pick your niche, you just go on YouTube, you check the stuff you like, the stuff the algorithm recommends you, you just look at whatever you could be able to talk about for like 20 minutes without, you know, starting to left and right. And that would just be a niche. If you're watching fitness, then, and fitness is your niche. If you watch gaming, soccer, football, call it however you want. Whatever's on your YouTube feed is your niche from now on. That's it. Just don't overthink it. Pick this, you can always change it after. So you pick your niche, right? Then you need to find an influencer in your niche to start making money. You find an influencer with good engagement. Followers don't matter. I'm just going to prove you why this guy has N100k followers and you can see the views are consistent. There's no video in the last 6 months that had less than 150k views. So whenever a company is going to see this profile and they want to whatever he's going to charge, they can say, okay, worst case, we get like 150k views, we're going to pay, I don't know, like five grand. So that means, you know, we do the math and we know how much we're going to spend, how much we can expect to get back. That's a good profile because he has good engagement, consistent views, and he's posting actually valuable videos, which means, like, people trust him and people would buy from him. Right? Let me give you another example of, you know, why followers don't matter and why, you know, it's. It doesn't really make sense to just pick someone because he has a lot of followers, this guy. Nothing against him, by the way. He's, you know, one video is getting 3,000 views, another one 11,000, another one, and again, 3,000 views, 6,000 views, 8,000 views for 400k followers. This is like really bad. So he's getting bad engagement, no consistent views. The video is still valuable, but you know so many different things. It's not really someone you can, like, grab a hold of and, and be sure your video is going to hit when you're going to post it. So you don't really want to work with someone like this. So anyway, you pick someone with a good engagement, consistent views, and he's posting valuable videos and just reach out to them, okay? To reach out to them. This is the part when everyone mess up. You start to be weird and selling.
