How To Make Halal Money Online Without Starting a Business (LIVE MASTERCLASS)

In this live masterclass Eyoub (Abu Lahya) and co‑host Shamsu guide viewers through a step‑by‑step roadmap for earning halal income online without building a full‑scale business. The session begins by diagnosing common obstacles – information overload, lack of focus, comfort‑zone inertia, limited finances, and missing mentorship – and presents a concrete “crane” metaphor that stresses the importance of concentrating on a single skill at a time. Eyoub then outlines a four‑stage learning loop: (1) pick one marketable skill that matches personality (the colour‑code exercise), (2) “sponge” the core concepts for 3‑7 days by consuming repetitive YouTube videos and the three most‑read blog posts on a top‑10‑tips Google search, (3) train the skill through targeted prompts to ChatGPT or real‑world practice, and (4) obtain feedback and mentorship, either free via AI or paid from industry experts. He explains how to re‑allocate time (sacrificing sleep, gym, or social activities) to free a “crane” for focused work. Practical tactics for client acquisition are covered – defining the ideal client profile (ICP), locating where the ICP hangs out (online/offline), making a strong first impression, uncovering painful problems, and presenting a value‑based offer that ties price to pain severity, speed, and quality. The masterclass also weaves in Islamic considerations: operating with Ihsan (excellence and honesty), ensuring halal compliance, and tailoring roles for women (behind‑the‑scenes marketing/tech) while respecting modesty. After closing, Eyoub details a delivery framework: set a single common goal, research the specific problem, give a quick win, maintain transparent communication at every step, and request a testimonial. He explains how to handle dissatisfied clients and bad reviews by re‑checking goal alignment, fixing mistakes, apologising, and communicating proactively. Scaling is presented as a repeatable loop – add proof (case studies), raise prices after 3‑10 successful deliveries, expand scope (e.g., from fixing a pinky to a whole hand), and optionally hire staff using the same problem‑solving framework. Throughout, Eyoub answers live chat questions on income potential, influencer outreach, lead‑list acquisition, financing for SMMA, and the ethics of AI tools. The overall takeaway is a repeatable, halal‑compatible framework that turns a single skill into a sustainable income stream without the overhead of a traditional business.

Okay, so to summarize again, in today's livestream, my goal is that if you watch till the end, you will live with clarity on how you can make money without having to start a business, without having to hire employees, without having to do something that's difficult because I know your situation. You probably just want to make more money. You probably want to provide for your family. You probably want to not have so much constraint around money in your life. And so far, you might believe that the only way to do so is by having a business, is by starting a huge company and. And doing so many things for so many people. And that sounds confusing, scary, and you don't know if you can actually do it, which is why probably it stopped you from doing anything over the past few years. My goal today is that you fix that. Is that if you genuinely want to work hard and provide for your family with a better way, I'll give you the steps you need to do. It's not going to be easy, it's not going to be quick, but it works. Cool. Great. Before we start, a point of social proof. You guys probably know me or don't know me already, and if that's the case, that's fine. My name is Abu Lahya. I help Muslims make money online. That's my job. I was broke when I was. I was born broke. I was raised Alhamdulillah in a great family. I didn't have much money when I was young, and I started a business because I wanted to provide for my family and have a better life since then. Alhamdulillah. I've been in business for over five years. I made millions of dollars myself. Alhamdulillah. For the right reasons. I still live like a broke guy. I just. Alhamdulillah. I want to be able to have more power because money brings you power. But that's a discussion for another day. Alhamdulillah. I now have a better life, and my goal is to pass it on to the next people. I helped over a thousand Muslims start halal online business, Alhamdulillah. Most of which have achieved amazing things such as making Hijrah, changing their lives, quitting their job, and so forth. Alhamdulillah. You can check some stuff online if you want to hear more about me. But that being said, in conclusion, Alhamdulillah, know what I'm talking about when it comes to making money. Sweet.
Will this work for a Full time uni student.
I started my business being full time in uni and also having a job at the same time. So hope that answers your question. It doesn't work for lazy people, though. But it works for people who want to actually make a change. Sweet. All right, how come someone who wants to spend time Quran. How can someone who wants to spend more time studying the Quran can make halal money online without being distracted? I'll cover that as well today. But long story short, you need to. Okay, I'll start dropping some gems. If you want to make money while you're busy, you cannot trade your time for money, right? You cannot trade your time. You cannot work like 10 hours a day and get paid for 10 hours of work because you're busy. You're busy studying the dean or whatever that may be. So you have to find another way to get paid. I'll raise. Oh, give me. Give me once. Oh, sham. So can you do me a big favorite? I can speak with you guys. Can you erase what's behind the whiteboard?
Yes.
Yeah, don't mind baraklawfic. I'll start explaining it and then I'll just erase that for you guys. Just keep this one here so I can flip it. So actually, you know what? You know, actually, let's. No, no, just erase this one. This side is fine. Yeah, yeah, I got it.
I got it.
Yeah, this side is fine. So, long story short, if you want to make more money and you're busy, you'll have to go away from trading time to trading value. I'll make it extremely simple. It's very easy. Most people fluff about this. I'll make it easy. If you don't make enough money and you don't have time, you're trading time for money. That's your current equation. You're probably working a 9 to 5. You're probably working in a job where a guy has a certain amount of hours that you work and he pays you a certain amount, it's because you're trading time for money. So if you want to make more money, you have to spend more time. What that creates as an issue, if you want to make more money but you don't have time, is that you basically have to trade one off. You either have to say, okay, for example, let's use a simple math. Let's say you make 20 bucks an hour per hour. So if you want to make $200, you need to work 10 hours, right? 200. 200 bucks times 10 hours. The issue is if you want to Make a thousand bucks. You keep adding, you have to work 50 hours and so forth, right? So if you're busy, if you say, I want to be able to make money and just spend more time on something that matters to me, I can do that because I'm spending so much time. The thing you guys don't realize is that somebody is paying you for the hour. But realistically, they're not paying you to just sit down and do and not do anything. They're paying you to sit down for 10 hours and work and produce something that's valuable, and that's ultimately what they're seeing. For example, if you're a cashier and you're paying 20 bucks an hour, you're sitting here for 10 hours being paid as a cashier, you're going to make whatever they feel like you can charge in terms of clients within an hour, and that's worth 20 bucks. So the value that you provide is worth whatever. Maybe you can cash in 20 clients within that hour. So it's worth 20 bucks. Make sense? Does anything make sense?
So far, the guys are using black marker.
Oh, black marker looks better. All right, I got it. So here, 10 hours worth of value. I want to make this point very clear. I can spend more time if you guys don't understand it, because this is one of the biggest things that. Can I help you understand how you can start making money without starting a business. You're currently being paid for your time. People will look at your time and say, this guy working this amount of hours is worth this much. It's valuable as this much. For example, cashier, Everybody can do it. You don't do a lot of work that's very valuable. You're just cashing in. Stuff that's worth the value of it is like 20 bucks right now. If you're a plumber and you fix a leak, that's worth a lot of money. Because if the leak keeps leaking, somebody has a leak in the house, the whole house gets flooded. The whole house is a mess. It costs ten grand to fix the house. So him fixing the small leak is valuable. Does that make sense? And you can see in this scenario, if the plumber not fixing the house is gonna make the house lose 10 grand because it's gonna fix the whole floor. The plumber doesn't have to charge by the hour. The plumber can charge for the problem he solves, and that problem he solves is valuable, which is why the plumber can fix it maybe in an hour, but he can charge you a thousand Bucks for the hour. And no one's going to complain because his hour is valuable and the problem he's solving is valuable. And that's one of the biggest things I want to help you guys unlock. Somebody asked me, I'm studying. I'm a student of knowledge. I want to make money, but I'm busy studying Quran and reading Quran and studying the deen. How can I make more money while not working more hours? And the simple answer to this is that you have to go from trading your time for money to trading value for money.
Someone just said trading your time for money is good. If per hour rate is crazy, value changing you again.
There's nothing like there's nothing right or wrong. I'll tell you that. Do whatever you want as long as you're happy, Great. What I'm saying is if you want to maximize the amount of money you make while minimizing the time, you have to get away from charging by the hour. You have to start charging for the value that you provide. So again, if we take the example of the plumber, a plumber might charge you 50 bucks an hour. And let's say he can only work 10 hours a day, he can only maximum make 500 bucks a day. Sure, that might be great. Now that's in the case where he's booked out 10 hours a day and he makes 50 bucks an hour. If not, a plumber makes $30 an hour and is only booked out 4 hours a day on average, then this plumber is making 120 bucks. He's making about 30k a month. Provide for your family, pay the rent, etc. Now he's suffocating. He wants to make more money. Guess what the plumber has to do? Work more hours. Whereas if plumber changes his mindset and says plumber fixing problems equals value. Let me charge for the value instead of charging for 20 bucks an hour. And I'm just going to come here and fix your leak. What happens if I don't fix the leak? Oh, the whole house becomes a mess. What happens then? Well, I have to replace the floor. What happens then? Well, it costs a ton of money. How much does it cost? Cost five grand. Okay, so what happens if I don't come here, don't fix your leak? Well, we're going to lose five grand, right? So what is me fixing your problem for you? It's worth five grand because. Because it's gonna save them five grand. This is. I'm gonna spend more time on this. Again, if you need to understand it because this is the biggest thing that help you understand how to make money without starting a business. Because we will focus on how much value you can provide with you specifically. But does everything make sense so far? You can respond in the chat. I can see it live. Sweet. So you want to focus and okay, I'll give you guys this. I'll create the how to be valuable. The biggest thing is you need to understand that people pay to solve problems. So if you have somebody solve a problem. Example. Example. We're gonna draw a small guy having a leak. So let's say I'm terrible at drawing, I'm setting expectation. But let's say there's a, let's say there's a water leak here. So this is, I don't know, let's say we're in the middle of the city and there should be some water going through this to like end up going in a, in a pool, right? In a huge pool. Like there's some water in the pool. Okay, this will be some water here, right? And let's say this is a normal, normal tunnel, right? And like the water is supposed to go here. And this thingy here is, let's say, I don't know, let's say it's, it's. This water here is like premium water because like 20 a liter, right? And this whole container here is 1,000 liters. This thing is being filled every day with 20, 20 liter water. Twenty dollar water and it's a thousand liters. This is going and like this is flooding away from here. Simple example, right? And that's going then into like somebody's house. And like somebody has like water that can go from the sky, whatever it may be, you don't care about that, where the water goes. Biggest thing I want to explain you guys is if here something explodes, there's like a bad guy or there's something, something wrong that happened. There's a big explosion and here there's a leak. And now the water instead of going here, stops going there, starts leaking. This thing is slowly going to start draining. Slowly is going to be fading away and this $20 water is completely going to waste. Now let's say they pump, let's say they pump 100 liters a day. So $20 times 100 is 2,000. So they literally waste $2,000 per day. Every day that this leak is not fixed, these people have to lose $2,000 of water that's gone. If you're a plumber and you have to make your offer here, how would you go about fixing the leak, would you say, hey, I charge $20 an hour. Let me come and fix your leak? And then they're gonna pay you. Maybe it's gonna take you an hour and they're gonna pay you like $20 to fix it. That's if you're trading. Oh, let me, let me write it. Let me write to the other side so you can see the comparison between trading time. Oh, you said, you said black is better, right? Yeah, yeah, black's better. Yep. All right. Time versus value. Time to make it valuable. Maybe it's going to take you like it's a one hour problem equals 20 bucks. You're literally going to be making 20 bucks to solve to make these guys two grand, which is insane. If you charge for value, it becomes a $2,000 problem. Guess how much you can charge. You basically can charge anything under 2,000. And it still makes sense because it's a $2,000 problem. It's literally going to waste every day. Now if this leak has been leaking for three days, that becomes a $6,000 problem. You. I want to, I want to do the reason why I'm spending so much time on this. I know that you guys are smart, but all of you probably still think this way. All you probably still have a job. All you probably still charge by the hour. And I want to make sure you guys understand that there's another side, which is not just starting a business and doing a bunch of stuff. It's just how can I think of my skill set and the stuff I'm doing as something that's valuable so that people can pay me for the value that I'm doing? Makes sense. Imagine if your barber charged you by the, by the hour. Like, it would judge you. Like, okay, I just want to go bold. Okay, $5. Okay, I just want to get a super crazy haircut. Then it's like 500 bucks. Like, it doesn't make sense. They have a fixed price because that's valuable. How valuable is it that you look fresh? And also, if you want to know, there's like 95% of the barbers that barely make any money. And the 5% make all the money. The 5% of barbers that make all the money charge for value make sense. They're like, you're going to look fresh. You can go to the other tab and barber that's going to charge you five bucks for the haircut, the corner shop guy, you're going to be chopped. People are going to look at you like, oh, me skin. Or you can Go to me. It's 200 bucks a haircut, but you're gonna be the freshest guy in the street. How about that? And then broke people are gonna go here. Rich people are gonna go here. Same thing for your clients. By charging, by the time, you're gonna attract broke and bad clients. By charging for the value, you're gonna attract rich and great clients. Anyway, enough rambling on this point. I hope you guys got it. Take a screenshot if you need to understand it. Screenshot. Shamso. Screenshot. Pose. All right, we're done. Great. Now, now, actually, some guys are asking some questions. Okay. Q and A time.
Okay. You guys are going off in the chat.
Okay, okay, okay.
Okay.
So
bingo is asking, is it better to get someone to do the work for you or just learn the skill yourself?
If you're starting out, don't be lazy and learn the skill yourself again. What? I said making money without starting a business, you're gonna make a lot of money. This works for everyone besides lazy people. So if the first question you're asking is, can I get someone else to do the work? No, the real question is, do you really care about doing the work, or do you really care about making money? Which one is more important to you? This fly is gonna drive me crazy. I'm gonna eat the floor. Have fun. Which one is more important, you making money or you actually doing the work? You don't really care about doing the work as long as you make money. So ask the right questions, which is how do I make money? And that's the transition for the plan. That was such a sick transition. Okay, so making hala money without starting a business, we're gonna cover three main points. And to make it easier for you, I'm chewing the word. Because you guys are probably overwhelmed with so much information, I'm giving you the actual takeaways that you can take step by step as we learn it. I'm going to teach Shem Tsou Shodan the whiteboard. I'm going to teach you here. I'm going to give the action steps here. Make sense? Great. Just like in school. So the first thing we'll do is I'll show you how to pick a skill that'll work based on your personality and who you are. I'm not going to tell you Pick this skill. I'm not going to tell you. Start this thing. Because that's the best thing. Because there's no best thing. There's the best thing for you.
Someone just asked, are you sure he's
live I might show him alive. How can I put on my life? I don't care. These guys, man, let me. Let me grip my phone. I'm going to mind. Blow them. Blow their mind. Look, I'm going on YouTube live. You're going to see my face popping here. Well, I just hope no madness loads because maybe some ads are mad. You're going to. You gonna see? See? Who's this guy? This is me making a thumbs up. This is me making a thumbs up live. All right, the next guy that says I'm not live, I'm gonna duck on your head. That being said, enough time wasting. Let's get to the real sauce. So first thing, we're gonna pick a skill. Shemso, you might take another whiteboard, because this. This whiteboard is the longest whiteboard to erase ever. You might take a care of it while I break some stuff here. Baraklawfiq. So first thing we'll do is I'll show you which personality you have, And then we'll speak about the four core skill. In demand. I'll show you this in just a second. Yeah, yeah, I got it. But the biggest thing I want you guys to understand is. Sorry, yeah, I'm going with. Come on. I'm a whole streamer now. I'm a whole streamer. I got it. Come on, man. So I was saying the thing I want you to understand and please pay attention if you're watching this live stream. I'll spend the next five to ten minutes helping you finally figure out what kind of business or what kind of skill you will do best in when you're gonna learn it. I studied so many people, I can't even think of anymore, but it's a lot of people. For. For reference, I have like 20,000 members in my halal community online where I help people make money. And I've studied a ton of people when it comes to who's good at business, who's bad at business, who would be good at certain skills, who would be bad at certain skills, what are the most in demand skills? So I know a lot of people when it comes to their personalities. And I also have Alhamdulillah. Over 60 employees now. 50 employees. I lost count. May Allah bless you. If you were working with me, I didn't forget you. I just. There's a lot of people. Sorry, may I bless you? And I have a lot of employees, so I employ a lot of people in the marketplace as well as know a lot of people when it comes to what kind of personalities are good for what business? The reason why I'm sharing this is I'm the guy that will pay people as clients. I spend money on people doing this stuff. I spend a lot of money. Hundreds of thousands of dollars go out of my pocket to other people so that they can make money because they provide a skill to me. Make sense. So I'll give you the other side. I'll give you what makes somebody attractive to me as making me want to pay them. I'll give you the source. So make sure you pay attention. Now, the first thing I want to break, the first belief I want to break is that there's a silver bullet. Everybody thinks there's one core skill. Shamsa, I'm off the thing. Everybody thinks there's the best business, the one thing. Try drop shipping, try smma, start this specific thing. Whereas there's not. There's a handful that you'll do well in depending on who you are. I'll make this simple. This has to be interactive. So pull out a pen and paper and follow this. We'll have two things. We'll have introverts, extroverts, young and old people. I'll say experience to not attack anyone. But if you're over 30, you're experienced, don't worry, I'm going somewhere. I'm going somewhere. If you're watching this live stream and you're between 18 and 50 and you're a human being, then you qualify for whatever I'm explaining here. I want you to fill out this chart if you're under 30, over 30. And now if you're introvert. Or extroverted, extraverted to know if you're extroverted or introverted. It's very easy. Would you start a conversation out of nowhere just because you're bored or would you rather stay by yourself with your own mind? If you would rather speak with people than not speak with people, there's a high chance you're actually extroverted. If you rather just stay by yourself, stay on your PC, do your own thing, you're probably more introverted. Make sense. Second thing, if you still can't figure out if you're introvert or extroverted, when you speak with people after a one hour conversation, do you feel more exhausted or do you feel like, oh, I can keep going, I'd rather keep speaking. Which one are you? You want to keep speaking. I want to stop speaking. You're drained. Keep speaking. You're extroverted. Stop speaking. You're introverted. Then under 30, over 30 is pretty simple and I want you guys to pick a color. If you're introverted under 30, you're blue. If you're introvert over 30, you're green. If you're an extrovert under 30, you're red. If you're an extroverts over 30, you're all right. Yo, we'll call this one. Yeah, this one is orange. I should be calling it yellow, but you guys can read yellow. It's fine. We'll just accept. Accept more concession. This is over. Officially yellow. I'm not. My eyes are not blacks, but this is officially yellow for the sake of the stream. Right.
Someone's saying he's a mix of extrovert and introvert. Different situation, different personalities. What would you say to him?
Somebody is a mix of an introvert and extrovert. Yeah, I need. You want to speak, like, one day. You want to speak with people one day. You don't usually. If you're in between, the introvert overtakes the extrovert. If that makes sense. Extroverts are people who just always want to speak with people. They're fine. If you're downing it, you're the other side, making it simple. Does it make sense? You pick your color. I'm about to erase it. Blue, red, green, yellow. Put your color in the chat.
Someone else is saying, it depends on the day.
Sure, it depends on the day. Some days you feel like speaking with people. Some days you feel like you don't want to speak with people. General. If you're in a group. If you're in a friend group and somebody wants to. Let's say you're sitting with five friends, it's time to pick the order. Somebody gotta get up and go find a waiter. Are you gonna be that guy, or is one of your friends gonna be that guy? And you rather call someone else to go get there. If you rather sit down and get someone else to go call the waiter, you're introverted. If you rather just get up and say, let me just get it done, you're more extroverted. You're right. Make sense. Does that still help you? Somebody said ambivert. What color is that?
It's like a mix. Ambivert is the mix between introvert and extrovert. It's efficient.
Ambivert. The guy is a hybrid. Hybrid. All right, let's carry on. Memorize this call is very important. The reason for that. Let me flip the whiteboard. Okay. Let me. One second. You want to chat to the guys or you want to raise the whiteboard? Actually, Shout to them. I think they missed you. Shouted him for five minutes. For actually one minute. You guys missed him. So. Oh, by the way, by the way. Actually, actually task guys, ask some questions and guess which color shimsu is, because I know.
Oh, yeah, this is good.
All right, let me grab my phone now. You got the chat on the right.
What is it?
You got the chat on the right.
Yeah, that's true. All right. How we all doing? We're back Alhamdulillah after a whole month. Allah. This is very valuable information. This can literally, if you're lost, if you seen all these business models and you don't know which one to choose, this inshaallah will help you literally laser focus on whatever road you should do and save you, like three, four years. Because personally, I tried a lot of things as well.
Tell them what you tried so they can resonate.
Two years or three years. I would literally go on. Tried copywriting, I tried to run an agency. I tried social media marketing. And in the end, it turns out that the way for me is not to actually have an agency or a business or any of that because I was bad at sales. I was bad at the whole running a team, managing people. And it turns out I'm just good at marketing. So guess what? I started working in marketing and Alhamdulillah. Someone's asking. Is trading haram?
I have no idea. I'm not a shaykh and I don't give halal haram advices. May Allah bless you. Please do your own research with a trusted sheikh. I can answer the question.
Shamsu is blue. People said that. Actually, someone said he's green extroverted. Because I know him in person. Okay, interesting.
People are doxing you.
Someone else is saying, how can I find out what I actually am
Sorry.
This whole thing, it's exactly what we said. So if you're introverted, extroverted under 30, over 30, that's the way you can judge. So go back on the stream, Just scroll back a small bit, look at the four boxes, and choose whatever box you're in, right?
Yep. This is so much sauce, guys. You guys don't realize this.
Stop asking haram halal questions. Can't answer that. We need to bring a shaykh here. Inshaallah.
Inshallah. We're in Medina, actually. So we could find a shaykh. But that being said, please, on a serious note, this small break. Small Nasiha, I am not qualified to answer halal al Haram questions. I do not want to bear that risk. And I don't want to advise on something that I don't know. So please find trusted scholars to answer your question. There's a ton of them. Really? Like, there's a ton. More than Abu Al Khalil can answer that I can answer. How to make money, that's fine. How to halal haram, I don't know. Let it be. Now, The reason why many of you guys make this whole test and all these colors is not because I'm a crazy guy, is actually because I run a business. And I know multiple people who run a business. And I ask myself, if all these people run businesses, they have people who provide them a service that they pay. Those companies pay people. A company that makes a million dollars a year spends most of their money on staff, on team members, on employees, on contractors, on freelancers, on people who are basically doing some sort of work for them. And those people make a lot of money. About 50% of most people's expenses go towards staffing, which, in other words, means if a business makes. I'll just do a small parenthesis here. If a business makes 1 million a year, they spend 500k in the marketplace. It's 50% of whatever businesses make in general. So by tapping into whatever I'm saying here, which is picking a skill and becoming good at it and charging for it, you're basically the. For people who are scared of, like, is this going to be saturated or can actually go ahead and do it. The amount of money that you can make is basically whatever amount of money is made in the world divided by half, you can't touch the other half, but you can charge from the pool of literally half the money that's created in the world. That's what you can tap into by doing this. So there's a lot of money to be made. And it's probably something you never heard online, because most people trying to push you their thing, like, just buy this thing. Like, just buy my course. Just buy my business model. And I was always honest. Since setting my course, I also set a course. It works for blue people. I'll get into it later on, but if you. This is why we have such a vetting process and whatnot. That's not the question today. The question is, what can you actually go ahead and do, depending on your color. And that's what I'll cover today. As you had earlier on the other side, if you remember, here we had introverts, here we had extroverts, Here we had under 30. Here we have over 30. So you were in one of these four boxes. If you want to make money by tapping into the marketplace and businesses who are spending money, you want to provide them a service that helps them make more money. Like we spoke earlier, the value and all that, Remember this? You want to be able to provide value to people, charge on value, all these kind of things. You're going to do it by providing value to the marketplace. You're going to find a business who is spending money for something they need to fix a problem. You're going to be the guy that goes ahead and fix that problem for them. Does that make sense? Amazing. There's four types of problems that businesses deal with, and those four problems cover about 95% of the money that they actually spend. 5% is across like 50 other smaller problems. But there's like four big fat problems that they spend money on. And you guys probably gonna start noticing what I'm referring to. Companies spend money on marketing. Companies spend money on sales. Companies spend money on tech. And companies spend money on operations. And oh, this is terrible. Drawing. I have one. And management. Does that make sense? Do you guys understand? Do you guys agree? Have you guys ever seen a company that doesn't spend money on this? Have you guys ever seen a company that doesn't do marketing? Have you guys ever seen a company that doesn't do sales? Have you guys ever seen a company that doesn't do tech? Have you guys ever seen a company that doesn't do operational management? This is boring, but this makes a lot of money. What I'm saying here is most companies are looking for people who can provide a service in any of those fields. If you currently don't make enough money, if you currently don't have the life that you want in terms of finances, you have a certain personality that aligns with one of these things and you're in one or two problems either. I'll go on the paperboard for. You're in two scenarios. Either you're the wrong color. Or you're charging for time so far, charging just so you guys can do a temp check on the live stream. Shimsu, can you point back this so far for the guys that were blue? How many of you do actually work in marketing or something related to marketing? Actually, let's make it simpler. Everybody who's in the chat that picked a color say, yes if the job that you have right now matches the field. Say no if the job that you have doesn't match the field. So if you're green. So I find if you're Blue. If you're blue and you don't work in marketing, you say no. If you're blue and you work in marketing, you say yes. If you're red and you don't work in sales, you say no. If you work in sales, you say yes and you carry on. You don't work in any. Musa. Funny, funny, interesting thing. What do you do, Musa? Cuz you probably don't make a lot of money if you don't.
I think to make it easier as well.
Oh, by the way, we'll flip it back to the other one as well so you can see it.
Or, or you can just write on the actual thing each thing.
Got it? Got it.
So people can know their color.
Oh sure. I mean it's written in the color
for the new guys. For the new guys that are joining. Yeah.
Introvert. Okay.
Moose replied. He says he's jobless.
Oh, you're jobless? Yeah. Then have one then. Then pick your color and start working something. No, no, no, no, no. No accounts but in red. If you're accountant, you're here and you're working in your red. Moshkilla. Again. No, no, no, no, no. How come 30 is tech when I believe younger people are better than tech? Yes, they are. But what I'm building, what I'm saying with tech is what is the longevity you're gonna have for the rest of your life? And unfortunately, as someone who also studied software engineering, the future of tech is not as glamorous as you think for somebody who's older than tech is going to change a lot in the future. AI and all the stuff that's coming in is a lot more difficult to adapt by the older generation. So I give you 10 years and it's going to start becoming more difficult to actually make more money in tech. If you've been there for a long time, if you learn tape, then you're going to learn the new way of doing tech, which is much easier. Which is why I'm saying If you're under 30, you're here. If you're over 30, you're here. What if we're not bothered what we're doing? We just want the option that will likely work the fastest, then that's literally exactly what you should do. This here, in simple terms, answers one single thing. What is the one thing they have the most chances of making money in the next three to six months if you actually apply yourself to it? That thing's going to help you do it. Because all these are super in demand. I spend so much money on every single thing, every single company. I literally was sitting next to Alex Ramozi a month ago. They spent so much money on every single one of these, if that makes you more comfortable. And again, the people that are in marketing are blue and they make a lot of money. The people that are in sales are red and they also make a lot of money. The people that are in tech are green and they also make a lot of money. And the people who are in yellow are in operation management and they also make a lot of money. Now if you take a red guy and you put him in marketing, guess what happens? He's bad and he doesn't make a lot of money. So all of you who answered no in the wrong field, then sorry, but you'll have to change what you do, which is a good thing because that's what I'll show you in part two, which is how to get good at a thing that your personality matches the most. Now, just so you guys know, we started on this point here where I said if you don't make enough money right now, you're either the wrong color or you're charging for time. If you're in the wrong color. So for example, you find that you're red but you're not working in sales, or you're blue but you're not working in marketing, or you're green and you're not working in tech, or you're yellow and you're not working in management, then you're in the wrong color. You need to, number one, change color, change row. We'll speak about it in a second. Don't quit your job. Don't panic. I'll just show you how you can slowly start switching lanes without putting yourself at risk. I'll show you how to do it. Realize you can live life on easy mode. The reason why I'm saying this is most of you are literally walking the wrong lane. It sounds crazy. Shamsu, can you come in for a second? This is not scripted by the way.
Yep. Now also just one thing to mention, bro. We have a Q and A session. Inshaallah. In 25 minutes. You can see the timer on the top, right?
Yep.
So if we don't answer your question, just wait until the Q and A session, pop your question and we will answer. Inshallah.
Shamso, you were working in an agency. You had your own agency before.
Yeah.
You as a business owner was doing everything.
Everything.
You had to find your own clients, you had to do the sales to close them. It wasn't the best. You were also on Google sheets and struggling and trying to manage people and hire people. And Meskean, you had some software and everything. I saw your subscription. It was a madness. Anyway, how did you feel when you finally made that switch? Like, realized that you were in the wrong color because you were like, literally a mixed. You were like a mixed cocktail juice. Like, mixed of all the colors. How do you feel when you changed raw and you actually got in the right color? How did your life feel?
Honestly, after I changed and focused on my color, I was just more happy. Life was so much better. I stopped stressing. It feels like a whole mountain that was on my head disappeared.
What this is is basically that you were living life on hard mode. You were very good at 25 or something, and you spent 75 of your life doing something else.
And the problem is, for me, I only did that because I just saw people online saying, you should start a marketing agency. You should do an agency. Do an agency. It's the best thing you should do. And I tried and juggled for two years and I couldn't just grasp it. I couldn't make money. I was like, forget the agency. Forget all of that. Let me focus on my thing.
His thing. By the way, for the guys that
don't know, I'm making more money now than the whole two years that I had my agency. It's crazy.
I'm sharing this so you guys actually understand that it works. And Alhamdulillah, of course. But again, I really want to make this clear because. And I'll speak to you guys right now so you guys understand it. But if you're blue, you're probably someone who would be willing to take some risks because you're still young. You don't mind doing something that's more difficult, challenging, and rewarding, but you rather stay behind the scenes and use your brain. Be smart about what you're doing, and you want to be rewarded for how smartly you can solve a problem. If that sounds like you, you do really well in marketing. I'll explain you how to do well in marketing in just a second, but let me talk to the sales guys. If you're red and you're watching this, you're probably a guy who don't mind speaking with others and be a pro. You don't mind getting up and saying it how it is. You also would probably be fine facing rejections. And you also don't mind putting in the right amount of hours that it takes in order for you to be successful. You'll do whatever it takes. You'll make it work. You'll brute force through it. If that's the case, you'd be amazing at sales. Again, just so you guys know, everybody has a bit of everything. So if whatever I'm saying, you sound like you're in both. Stick to your color. I'm just describing the extreme of it. If you're green, you're somebody who already is more stable and you're looking for more stability. And you like to think through problems as what would be a once and for way to fix it. What could I put in place that I won't have to ever touch again, though? Keep fixing the thing. You think in systems. That's a tech guy. You do really well in tech. I'd add AI, by the way, here and there, tech. But if I add AI and I have all the other ones and everybody's gonna FOMO and say, I just want to do AI and it's gonna be bad because you won't make money. So just stick to your column. If you're yellow, you're somebody who is stable, can call the shots. If somebody. Something needs to be fixed, if somebody needs to change, if somebody needs to make a change, you'll be up front. You'll be the guy that stands up and goes, gets the waiter to fix the order. But you're also somebody who can understand when people are struggling and you approach it the right way. You're not just gonna brute force through it. You have the emotional intelligence and the experience to be like, okay, this is how we'll approach this situation to communicate with that person and make sure they're good. That's a long story short of me describing you to show you that, yes, this is actually you. Scary how much I know you, even though I haven't never seen you. Crazy right. Now this is clear. You guys finally picked your color, and this is the end of chapter one, which is finding your skill. Moving on. In the next few minutes, I'll show you how you can start getting good at it, because now you picked one of the four core skills that match your personality. But you're probably not good at it because you're not making enough money. And I'll show you how to do so. You guys ready? Can you pop up the transition for us? Chemso. I'm gonna drink some water. I'm curious. Ima would be marketing or sales. Even though it's marketing, it's a lot of chronic acquisition, right? Good question. Ima is sales. When it's starting out marketing at scale. Also, IMA in and of itself is a business when you're doing sales and marketing. So it's a mix of both. But people who want to scale IMA and become very good marketers. Because you're running an influencer marketing agency, you're towards the blue now to do client acquisition and you're on the client facing side of things, you're going to work towards the sales. Make sense? Great. What if you don't like the thing that matches your personality? Good question. Dino, why do you not like it? Help me understand so I can help you get clarity. Because most people have a bad understanding of sales, marketing and all that kind of things. I live in Denmark. Taxes are high here. May I make it easy? Oh, Shams, by the way, the stream is laggy. I don't know why. Yep, sure.
Yeah.
Alrighty. It's lagging on the tv. Load it on your phone, see if it's lagging.
All right.
Oh, sweet. Yeah, we're sweet. Yeah, Transition up one we don't get good at. Finally pick your skill. How about getting good at it? And Dino, if you don't like the skill that you picked, you probably just don't know what getting good at it looks like and how much money you can make if you're good at it. So you might want to stick through it and I'll show you how much money you can make and how easy you can learn it. That probably will change your mind. All right. Oh, I almost done. F1. I don't want to do a madness. Huh? In layman terms, what does marketing consist of? I love. I love the question. May Allah bless you, bro. Marketing, layman's term. Getting attention and directing attention. I'll write it down for you. Shamsu. Next time. Sha'. Allah. We buy. We buy a whiteboard that takes more time. Two business days to erase. Inshallah. Yeah. If you guys want to want to know how to get big forearms, don't go to the gym. Just buy a whiteboard and raise it five times a day. Trust me. Forearm training by Abu Lahair. Okay, Two business days later, we're good. Stream is lagging badly. I should be fine now. How many people are going to own Shimsu, which we have?
116 brothers.
All right, all right. There's 116 people live. Woohoo. And the last one is tech. When is the Q and A? You might want to push the Q and A back by like 20 minutes. Yeah, is that fine? It. So a sales guy is somebody who's going to speak with people until they're ready to make a change. If you're ready to do this, and if you find speaking with people until they finally ready to make a change, your biggest sales guy, marketing. It's simple. You attract and direct attention. So if you're good at marketing, if you want to be good at marketing, you want to be good at attracting attention. So getting a lot of views, getting a lot of eyeballs, getting a lot of people to click on stuff, getting a lot of people to read, getting people to stay when they're reading something. And you want to be able to when you have that attention directed towards something else. So if I'm running an ad, I'm saying, sam, Malcolm, pause and watch this video, I got your attention. And then I have to say stuff in a way that will direct your attention towards something else. If you currently hate your life, you currently don't feel happy, if you currently want to make a change, whatever. Whatever. Click here. I have to think the right way. How can I get attention and how can I direct attention? This is marketing. Second thing, third thing I want is save time, money and efficiency. Save time and money. Using technology. This I have to be good at. If you want to be a great tech guy and get paid really well, you need to help businesses save time and money using technology. Whether you use AI, whether you build systems manually, whether you code, you basically help people save time and money by coding something. By putting some tech out there, You keep the business running. You make sure everything is good, Everything makes sense. So if you're a sales guy, you'll be able to be able to speak with people until they want to make a change, which is why you have to be great when speaking with people. You're not going to be exhausted after a conversation. And you can handle rejection because that's what helps you be a great sales guy. Because you're going to be rejected a ton of times, but it will help you finally make some money because you help people make a change and you're going to be naturally good at it because that matches your personality. The second thing, if you want to be great at marketing, you need to be great at attracting attention and directing attention. So I explained it already. Make videos. Whether you edit them, whether you script them, whether you record them, whatever it may be, you'll help attract attention and direct attention. So under this, under these roles, when it comes to marketing, you have whatever is videographer, video editor, copywriter, script writer, somebody who makes ads, somebody who makes content, somebody who runs A marketing agency, all these kind of things fall into marketing. It's always the same thing. Help people get attention, direct their attention to get something. For somebody who want to be a tech guy, you want to help people save time and money by putting some tech in place. Maybe they could have a faster process. Maybe they're doing things manually. You could code something. You could nerd out on a problem and find a way to make it more efficient. That's your job. They'll save money, they'll save time, they'll pay you a lot for it management. You want to keep the business running, make sure everything is good. There's a lot of people in the business. There's a lot of clients. There's a lot of stuff going on. You need a manager to manage employees, a manager to manage clients. A lot of stuff is going on. You're experienced. You know how to handle things. You know how to call the shots. But you also have the experience to know when to behave a certain way, know when to calm down, when to actually go crazy. Because you need to go crazy. You'd be a great manager. Everything makes sense. Let's move over to how to get good at MySQL for this, I'll keep you on the whiteboard. I want to run you through my Get Good at Something framework. And it consists of four steps. But the first thing is I want to ask you Yas so I can tailor the presentation to you. When learning something, what is your current process and what are you struggling with? When you try to learn something new, put in the chat. It will help me make the presentation better for you. Let me see what the chat is saying.
Someone is asking, is, is the stream gonna be up after?
Yes, the stream will be up after. It will be live on my channel. You can watch it again. But it's better if you watch it live. Can you zoom into the whiteboard? It's kind of hard to see. Can you zoom in on here? Big man champs. I'll stay on this side so they can have me here. When you started your IMA journey, did you lie to your clients? I never lied to your clients. Like, yeah, I have multiple clients and experience. Even though he might be your first client. No, don't do that. Don't do that. You'll make money. You won't have better guys. It's sister. What's the idea? Don't lie.
We're going to tell them later.
I will explain you later how you can be more d. But anyway, I'll tell you why boys in Medina. Huh?
We're going to tell them later how to get the first client.
Oh, somebody's asking how to get the first client.
Yeah. Cuz that question relates to that.
Yep.
So we're going to cover it. Inshallah. Don't worry.
Inshallah. Sales struggling with communication skills. Lose motivation because of considering what you're doing. Thanks, brother. Time management and a lot of information. Knowledge to learn. Okay, okay, okay, Okay. So people said a lot of stuff. They said lack of focus. They said overload of information. They said I have time. Can you read through and read me some of the reasons why people can't learn stuff. Can you read through the chat?
Just ask the question again.
What is currently preventing you from learning something? What makes it difficult for you to learn something? What is my beta routine? I don't have one. I just make that. Sales struggling with communication skills. I have mastered marketing though. Tech is good. Okay, brother, what was the question about how we learn? I'm doomed. Somebody said I'm doomed. Low time to make 100x. Istighbat is the guy who said should Allah. It's okay. Make tawbah. Allah is the most forgiving. Exams and school. I have a bad operation. Okay. Time but no direction. Okay. This is very good.
Someone said road map.
Roadmap. Distractions. This is so good. There's two issues with the time. Two issues with distractions. My comfort zone. Ah, this is amazing. It's amazing because I'm gonna solve it for you. I'm gonna solve it for you. Shiny coin syndrome. School and the rat race. I'm not gonna lie.
Someone said not enough financial resources.
Not enough financial resources. Maybe he's mentioning like, I can't pay people to teach me and it takes me time to learn. No mentor, good mentoring. I don't know where to learn from. No direction. Need help. Laziness, low energy. Amazing. This is lovely. So if you guys have overloaded information, no time, no direction, no destruction, too many distractions and too much comfort. The. The good news is we can fix it. All these are fixable. I went through this. I've seen people who went through this. And Maytaala will help you fix it. Now the first thing to get good at anything, the first thing I like to do is just focus on one thing. I'm gonna show you why. Let me just take the black one. If you guys, let me just erase the focus here because that's not the issue. The issue is lack of focus. If you guys have overload of information, no time, too many distractions. You are not focused. You are trying to learn so many things at the same time. The easiest way to understand it, imagine you want to build a building. You have a crane here, let me draw a crane. Let's say this is a crane with like a magnet in there and you want to, you want to make four buildings, right? You're trying to build four buildings and make them big. What you're doing right now is you're focusing on adding one thing here, one thing here, one thing here, one thing here. And basically your buildings are going to be ready in four years. That's when you're not focused. You're doing four things at the same time. You're distracted, you lack of focus. You're focusing on so many different things, it's creating confusion in your mind and you feel like you don't make any progress. So you get lazy and you stop. What I rather do instead is focus on one thing. Get the three other buildings, let them burn, it's fine. You make this one grow, this one grow, this one grow. Now this building is done. Next up, take the crane, move the crane, get this building up. 1, 2, 3, super easy. And you're done, right? And the story carries on. We're currently doing here. All these are different skills, Etcetera. What you guys are doing is learning a bit of each skill, not mastering anyone. And then you complain that you don't have time when you're overloading, you can't focus, etc. You're distracted, you're doing too many things at the same time. You can only start living in a building when it's fully built. You're not gonna live in a two story building when they're building the two next floors. It doesn't make sense. And most of the time halfway through, you'll give up. If somebody says, yeah, the building will be ready when all four are ready, you're just gonna get some another building. Whereas if somebody said the building's gonna be ready in a month and the other one's gonna be ready later, you'll just jump into this one first and buy the other ones when they're ready. So you need to learn the first skill first and learn the other ones when you're ready. So the first and biggest thing is that you need to focus on one thing and eliminate everything else. It's very important that you understand this. So if you pick the box, sales, marketing, circle management, kill everything else. Whatever else you were learning, whatever else you were trying to do, whatever else you're busy with, get rid of it. Make sense. Sweet. That allows you to get your time back because you're not spread so thin. You get the crane back. The crane is back free. You can focus on building one thing up. Biggest thing, because if you don't do that, the crane is still messed up. Even if you have the best crane, even if you focus on, you don't grow. Focus on one thing, eliminate the rest. Second thing, let's take the scenario where you're broke, you don't have any money, or you don't want to invest into anything. My framework to work and learn anything very quickly is to be a sponge. Sponge for seven days. Honestly, if you're just learning one skill, I would even slice that and do three days. But anyway, what that means is you go and you watch YouTube videos, You go and you read. It's gonna sound crazy. Win whole 20, 26. I'm gonna tell you this, and it's gonna blow your mind. You actually go ahead and you read blog posts because the things that you are learning are core skills that are mastered by some people. There's some guy who's like a sales nerd and the only thing he could find to do on his Saturday evening is write a blog post about sales. And there's like 17 people who read it. Well, if you don't make money, so you'll be the 18th guy who reads it and you're going to learn a ton about sales applies for every other skill. The reason why I'm saying sponge for seven days or three days if you have brain rot is because, first of all, most of the information is going to be repeated by some other people again and again, and you're going to start understanding it. For example, if you want to learn about marketing, you're going to search on YouTube Marketing Masterclass marketing for beginners. How does marketing work? And you spend like two hours a day watching videos. I guarantee you, even if you watch 25 YouTubers, 80% of the information they all mention will be the same. And that gives you the core nugget of what marketing is. Does it make sense? Thanks to this, you now, in three to seven days, have mastered about 80% of whatever skills they need to learn. Now, you understood about the skill set. You sponged on it. You're still not good at it, but it's kind of like the room was completely dark. Now you just turn like a candle on so you kind of can navigate your way through it. The next thing, I want to put like a big flashlight on it. And a big flashlight is training it. You Learned about you focused on something, right? Let's do a reminder because I know you guys are buzzing out right now. Too much information. You freed up your time by eliminating all distractions, you know, Then you want to focus on one thing and one thing only. After that, you learned about it and you sponged on it for like three to seven days by reading blog posts and YouTube video and watching YouTube videos on the topic. Once you've done that, it's time for you to actually start training yourself at this skill. And I guarantee you I learn things very fast and I hate fluffing about it. So what I do is there's two versions. There's I'll say lonely and there's the. Feedback. If you're by yourself, it's gonna sound crazy, but go to ChatGPT and say, I am trying to learn insert skill. So I'm trying to learn sales, I'm trying to learn marketing, I'm trying to learn whatever. I got a bit of understanding on how marketing works or how sales work and how tech works, whatever. And I don't want to train the skill. I want to become better at it. How can I do that? Can you please ask me questions, give me trainings, give me homeworks that very quickly can help me become better at it, and then I'll give it back to you and you'll give me feedback that's free, tractivity is free and that actually helps you train it. Only risk it might be a bit generic, but if you prompt it well, if you keep asking the questions, if you use the voice dictation for ChatGPT, you will get great answers. For reference, I use this myself and I run a big company, Alhamdulillah, and I still use ChatGPT and it made me a lot of money. So if you want to make a lot of money as well, trust me, it works. You can go to ChatGPT, insert the prompt, I am trying to learn. Insert skill set. Please give me some homework and some feedback I can get so that I can learn it. Then he gives it to you, ask you like 10 questions. Like ask me 10 questions about it. It's going to say, okay, in your mind, what is good? What is marketing? How do you make a great headline? And then you'll be like, I don't know, try entering, it's going to correct to give you the feedback. Makes sense. That way you actually improve yourself. The second thing is very simple, is that you find someone who's already good at it and you pay them to do the same thing. That strategy would do, but they would just tailor it to you. But that costs money. So you have free version and paid version and I advise you to start with a free version. Start with a free. Ask ChatGPT to give you feedback. Learn with it, and when you get better at it, you might exhaust the knowledge of ChatGPT within that field. Then get somebody who's actually working in there to give you feedback. For example, get an actual sales closer to help you do it. Get an actual marketer to give you feedback. It just makes sense. Everything makes sense. So far. Everything makes sense. I think it's clear. Any questions in the chat? Is it going too fast? It's going too slow? Are you guys understanding it? You guys have time to digest it? I can repeat it if you want. Everything clear? Standing next to the whiteboard, I'm waiting for the Q A. This is inspiring to send inspiration to action. What's the investment needed? Does ChatGPT sell you data? If you're afraid that Chargept is going to sell you data, just create a new email account and then use that email account just for chatgpt. Create a fake name, create a fake whatever, or create, create a name that doesn't exist. How about that? And just use it. And also if you want them to erase your data, just use, what's it called, Temporary mode. And it will erase every single conversation after you've done it. Don't be so skeptical. Just find a way to fix it.
Somebody asked a question, how can you do number one, which is, can we just see it?
Oh, sorry, yeah. How can you do number one? Focus on one thing, eliminate everything else.
Yeah. So how can you do number one if you have school and Quran, you can't really eliminate it.
Yeah, that makes sense. You have to sacrifice something. If you want to make more time and you currently don't have time, but you have no choice but to make money, you will have to sacrifice something. You can't sacrifice school, you can't sacrifice Quran. I guarantee you these two don't add up to 24 hours. You probably spend eight hours a day in school and what, three hours a day learning Quran. That's 11 hours. You have 14 hours that you spend 13 hours that you spend somewhere else. Sleeping, eating, spending time with friends, going to the gym, you sacrifice that. Because if you're afraid of sacrificing your gym, the time you spend with your friends, the time you spend sleeping, what you're realistically saying is that you find wasting. The goals that you have is that you find wasting where you want to take your family is that you find wasting the potential that you actually have. So the only answer, and I'm sorry sounds harsh, but you have to figure it out and sacrifice something else. I personally sacrificed sleep for a long time. I slept five to six to seven hours a day, a night, maximum. Some nights I said four hours. And people who know me personally, I'm a very big sleeper. I need a lot of sleep. Can you confirm fact. But you get the point. The second thing is it's. It's a hard choice, but you have. It's like either you sacrifice temporarily or you sacrifice long term. Like you can keep the job you have right now, keep the life you have right now, and it's fine. But at some point you'll start hating it and you regret not sacrificing the small sleep so you could have a better life later on. So you have to sacrifice something else. I hope that helps.
Sayed Hussein Al Din said. Can you repeat again about the blog post idea? Because he didn't get it.
Sure. Blog post to sponge knowledge for seven days, you go on Google. Not on YouTube, not on ChatGPT. You go on Google and you write marketing top 10 marketing tips top 10. Insert the skills you want to learn. Tips top 10 tech and AI tips, top 10 sales and whatever tips. And then you're going to open the three most read blog posts. I mean, those are the ones that I rank on Google because the algorithm of Google just feeds you the stuff that's the most read. And then you just read that post and when it's done, you read the next one. And when it's done, you read the next one with just that. You're gonna literally learn about like 75% of the whole thing in like two hours. Make sense. And you can also use that for anything else. This is my framework to milking knowledge very quickly. I would do like, even if it's not just as broad as sales, I'll do how to learn closing on one call. Top 10 tips how to learn paid ads on Facebook. Top 10 tips how to learn video editing on what's the software for video editing?
Premiere Pro.
How to learn video editing on premiere pro top 10 tips. And then you read posts on it. I guarantee there's a blog post for every single thing people have. Like insane. There's like 7 or 8 billion people on the planet and all the blog posts can be translated in English. That's a ton of blog posts that can be written. Let me get some. Oh, let me introduce them to a Break. Let me introduce them to Jawan Juice. If you ask me what's inside this, I have no idea. It just tastes good. I bought it in Medina. It's the corner shop, corner store that sells juice and fruits, and it's very good and I think it's healthy.
I hope somebody's acting smart here.
What are you saying? What are you saying?
You're losing money and time on cleaning whiteboards. I'll do it for you. And it doesn't increase leads and. No, hold on. And if it doesn't increase leads by at least 8%, I will work for free. So he wants you to pay him to clean the whiteboard because it's wasting our time.
M. Celio is my guy. I really like that. Yeah. If you're in Medina, swing by DM me on Instagram, Shamsu respond to you. Come to Medina. The boss was like, shemso, can you put his question on the. On the stream? Can you put it up on the stream so you can see it?
Yes.
Yeah, just copy, paste it, write it down. I want to help you guys see how. What he just did, which is actually very important. Brother is smart, Brother is slick. Bro said, I'm watching your live stream. Pay me. Oh, sh. So somebody said, the audio keeps cutting off. Can you check? Cutting off?
Are you sure?
I don't know.
I'm not sure.
Are we lagging?
Yeah, it's lagging. Actually, no, we're back, we're back. It's only when we download things and refresh the overlay.
I'm back.
We're back.
Don't worry, guys. As always, if the stream is laggy, it's gonna fix up. If a question doesn't pop up, it's gonna pop up. If something is bugging, it's gonna fix up. Don't worry, we fix problems here. The question should be. Where's the question? Did you load it up or did it go. Oh, oh, that's such a giant pop up. Look at this. We're officially streaming now. I'm a whole. I'm a whole. I'm whole speed now. It's fine. I'll do it. Without a question. His question was. His offer was. The guy who just offered to clean my whiteboard said, you currently have a problem with your whiteboard. You're wasting time and money. So come here, I'll help you. And if it doesn't work, you don't pay me. So that's an offer that helps me save time and money, but also keeps the business running. If this guy could find A spray that would erase the whiteboard easily, then that would fall under saving money and time using technology. If the guy would just make sure everything is good, which is make sure I can keep streaming. It falls under management if all of the operations. So that guy who wants to get paid to clean the whiteboard, if he said, I'll clean your whiteboard for every stream, I'm going to think, okay, how long are the streams? That's like one hour. I'll pay him 20 bucks an hour. If the guy said, I'll make sure you'd be able to stream for longer, I'll make sure your views are more engaged. Now he's talking to value. My view is being more engaged. Me streaming for longer is worth a lot more than $20. So I'll pay this guy whatever value that is. Maybe that's worth a thousand bucks. I'll pay that. Whatever is under that. Now, of course, I'm not insane to pay a guy a thousand bucks to clean a whiteboard, but you get the point. That's a simple example. Makes sense.
Somebody's asking. It's a Q and A session now, actually.
Oh, it's a QA session. Let me bring a chair. Can we bring a chair, please? Yeah, let me get Alan to bring a chair. All righty. Actually, if you can go ahead and get it super far, We're gonna start a Q and A. So a lot of you questions. If you have questions on sales, marketing, tech management, or questions on how you can learn anything. And if you have questions when it comes to what you need in order to learn something, Alrighty. I think you need to put the camera down. Victims. Is web scraping good in 2025? It's a classical example on saving people's time and money using tech. You're going to be finding information, finding data that you can help businesses with. And if you sell it by itself, it won't be a great service because AI can start doing it. But if you do something with the data that you find, then yeah, it's helpful. All right, load your questions. Don't hesitate to ask anything. Inshaallah. I'll do my best to help you out. I'm gonna skill that is not my color. Should I combine them? I'm good at tech, but my color is blue. Yes, you should combine them. I'll show you how to do a combination of skill probably in another stream. But yeah, if you are blue, you would make the most amount of money being blue and working in marketing. But if you have been green so far in Your life. Then you'll do better combining tech and marketing so you could help people. For example. Crazy idea. You could help people with a bot that helps them create content. That's a combination of tech and marketing because you'd save them time and money and you'll help them attract and direct attention. Yeah, Shamsu, we gotta stop loading questions. It makes the stream tank so bad. It's fine. What is your opinion on studying AI? If you're green, go for it. I want to do smma, but I don't know how financing works in non Muslim countries. I'm asking this because I want to consult with an Islamic scholar about halal haram about financing. You don't need financing to do a smma. You just. You're just charging clients for whatever service you provide. Yeah Shamsu, trust me, don't download anything. It's going to tank. The big thing. If we go important exams, we have service. Business idea. Sha la delay starting to focus on it. Should you focus on your exams or should you focus on starting your business? Same thing. Can you sacrifice your exams? No. Can you sacrifice your business? Neither. You'll have to sacrifice something else. I guarantee you. If I looked at your schedule, I could find something to find time. First of all, make the apps so that you have more Baraka in your time. That's the first thing. But second thing, find time and you're gonna literally like squeeze time. Finding time is not natural. By default you're gonna be busy. Like it's unnatural. You have to like squeeze out of the drive through to find time. Like push your gym session to later on or cancel the gym session if you are more broke than unhealthy. Then cancel the gym subscription. Just like figure out where to make money and then walk your way to getting into a job so they stay healthy. And you also make more money because you have time on your business. You're sleeping eight hours. Can you survive speaking, sleeping six hours and drinking a coffee? Like it's gonna sound extreme and sound insane. But again, do you really have a choice? If you want to make a change, you have to sacrifice something. Life is not easy. And I'm saying that doing it firsthand. I did it myself and I'm still doing it. If I have big goals, I'm not gonna be like, yeah, I want to be comfortable and achieve big goals. It's one of both. Either you be uncomfortable, you have big goals or you don't have big goals and you're comfortable. Pick one. I'm gonna have to send you my Schedule then. Trust me, you don't want to send me a schedule. I roast it so bad. Will you live about kula commendation soon? Shaaallah. It'll help us choose the right business. Might do it. I might do it. How do you position your offer when selling websites to local businesses? Can people find you when they're googling you? I would always. Whenever I'm trying to sell something, I'd find the problem of me not doing it or like the problem they currently have. People buy when they have a problem. So I would go to them and say, hey, to sell a website, I would say, hey, when people Google you, do they find something? What do they. First of all, they didn't. Can we find you on Google if we can't imagine how much business you're losing and your competitors are getting the business, That's a big thing, right? So now I'm gonna sell the website. They don't have anything. If we can find them and say, okay, great, we can find you. What does it say about you? They say great stuff or bad stuff. Okay, it says great. Like, okay, it says bad stuff. Let me make you a better website. Done. Okay, it says great stuff. How great? What does great look like? Let me see what your competitors do, right? When's the last time you refresh your website with fresh data? Look at this design. Would that not look better on your website? Right. Sell the website.
Someone's asking, how do you network and where do you meet like minded people?
How do you network? Extremely simple. You become better. You become somebody worth networking with. That's the best answer to networking. You literally just have to become somebody that somebody want to network with. I can tell you, yeah, you go to these events and like you send this special DM and what, like people don't care? Do you think Cristiano Ronaldo needs to run the like? Learn the best way of like cold dming people to network or is he just somebody that people want to go to? Simple example. So become better. You don't have. It's also not just about money. Just become more useful, become more knowledgeable in a specific thing that's helpful. You might be an amazing fitness guy, you might be amazing at speaking, you might be amazing at giving advice. You might be amazing at supporting people and people want to go to you to ask questions. You might have a lot of money, you might make a lot of money, whatever that may be, become very good at that. People will go to you for it. And that's how you network. You attract people. You don't go to them. Yeah, I'm good at helping people make more money and time with tech, but I'm not good at selling it. That's a classical thing I found with tech guys. You're going to struggle with selling your services. You guys are underpriced, underpaid and you don't know how to price and you hate selling it might sound scary because I studied like so much about psychology and and I cross referenced psychology with business and. Okay, okay. Shamsu is saying the guys want to get back to the whiteboard. Let me take a few more questions and get my whiteboard. I think if you zoom out so they can still see the board. What do you think about being a shadow operator and sell digital products by using AI and working with content creators? That's interesting. Monetizing on content creators is a thing that works. I've done it myself and it is actually doable. It's a combination of skill set you need to have. You need to be both good at finding creators that you can help them. You also need to be good at creating info products and you need to be good at selling it. It's a combination of skills they need to have. It's doable but it's a whole business. It's not a one man business.
Someone asked a really good question with these four key skills. Do you work as a freelancer, join a business, run an agency or what do you do?
Very good. You can do all three. All four. The last one is running like this as a whole operation. Business or one man business? You can do all four. I would say you just start. You just let's get back to airport. You just climb the ladder. Here you have freelance. Here you join a biz, here you consult and here you rent.
It's a bit too small.
Is it too small? Can you zoom in? Yes, super zoom in. Can you carry the whole camera and bring it or is it gonna mess it up? It's fine. Alright, good. So you start by freelancing on whatever you're doing. And if we have dollars dollar amount then that's like how you make money, Unlimited money. So freelancing is just hey, I provide sales services. Anyone want to pay me? I pay by the hour, pay by the whatever. Give me some money please. I just want to do sales. Right? You start freelancing after you've been good at it. You say, hey, I've been freelancing at sales for a long time. I want to now start helping you guys grow. I want to join your business. Can I work for you. Can I get a full time role? Can I become valuable in your company? You join a business, you make more money. Your employee slash contractor here, for reference, you make like a thousand bucks a month. Two grand a month, maximum 3K. I'm taking the average of what all freelancers make when they're doing it. 1 to 2k a month freelancing, 2 to 5k a month joining a business. Actually 5 to 15k a month doing consulting for businesses. And 15k plus a month and unlimited running your own business. Roughly again, not a guarantee, not promise, just average. Data I've seen by looking at freelancers, people who run a business, people who consult with people, and people who run their own business. That's rough data, right? So when you join, you start here and you work your way up. Please just say this live is recorded. Of course it's recorded, habibi. Of course. Come on, man. You really think I'm gonna do a whole two hour presentation and then just like delete it? Come on, man.
Someone's asking. Astra Knox is asking how to keep yourself motivated to work on this skill when you're seeing no results.
Yep. And that takes us to point number four. I should be Mr. Transition. This is so sick. Here is. This is my framework to learning myself anything. I would start by focusing on one thing, eliminating everything else. Recently, over the past three months, four months, I spent all the time I had learning paid ads and alhamdulillah. Very quickly, I became very good at paid ads. You probably see my ads on Instagram or somewhere. Hello, I'm the guy. Anyway, I did this by focusing on one thing. I called my CEO, I called everybody in my team. I was like, guys, for the next three months, I don't care what happens. I don't focus on sales, I don't focus on tech, I don't focus on management. I focus on marketing. And within marketing, I focus on ads. That's the first thing I did. Second thing, literally for like three to seven days, did everything I said. Go on YouTube, watched all the videos about marketing, all the videos about ads, Literally every single thing. I know all the YouTubers, every single thing you can think of. Watch that all. Not all the videos, but you get the point. A lot of got repetitive. I started understanding it. That means I got enough of the YouTube. Get to the next step. Training. First thing. Lonely chatgpt. I want to learn paid ads. How do paid ads work? Talk to me like I'm a child. How do paid ads work? Explain it to me. What's the first step, what's the second step? What does good pay dads look like? What a bad paid ads look like? Ask it. Got it. Makes sense. Next thing, got feedback. Ask some people around when it comes to paid ads. I was like, I'm trying to make some ads. What do they look like? And like, this is terrible. I was like, okay, thank you. Let me do it again. How does it look like? Better fix this again. Okay. How does it look like? Yeah, decent. Ran it, ran it, Made some money, right? So that's me doing paid ads. Next thing I did, which got me the biggest unlock, I did it last. Not first, I did it last is get mentor, get people who are, who trained me. Just two weeks ago, I got for reference, just so you guys get it and real numbers. I'm going to disclose everything. I paid the first guy 5,5k pounds to start running my ads per month. That's after like sponging everything. I was like, great, start running my ads. Let me just sponge everything on you now that you're running my ads so I can understand even better. So it's kind of like getting a mentor. Then I spent over 10k going to an event where a lot of people were good at ads. And there I met a guy who was very good at ads and I paid him. I signed a contract for about £20,000 to learn more from him. And now Alhamdulillah got me to about. I started running ads in July, August to now becoming Alhamdulillah. I would say probably like top 3% at running ads. Does that make sense? So this is a roadmap. I follow. And the reason why I said mentor and I tied that point with somebody who is struggling with accountability is because the mentors gives you clarity, it gives you feedback, and the biggest thing, it gives you accountability. This is something you have to accept with yourself that you're not a superhuman. And if you want to learn something, it might be hard, it might be lazy, maybe difficult. You like having someone by your hand, by your side, holding your hand through it. And people, I'm sorry, won't do that for free. But good people could give you clarity, give you feedback and accountability when it comes to learning something. Makes sense. Very good.
Just let us see the page.
Oh, yeah, sorry, a few seconds. Take a screenshot. Screenshot time.
So let's take a screenshot.
Good. All right, sweet.
Could you not jump straight into consulting if you've learned the skill, or is it essential to start small with freelancing first?
You can start small, go Back to this. Did you see how here I just put money and not timeframe. You could freelance on one project and you got it. Then get a job at the same company. For example, you're doing tech. I'm gonna build you a website for 100 bucks. Okay, just do that. That's your first client freelancing for 100 bucks, get a website. Second thing, same company. Now I build a website, I'm gonna build you an actual e commerce store. That's for a thousand bucks a month. You pay me as a full time employee. Then it's like, okay, that could be like a week after building the website. That's called an upsell. After that it's been a week of building the website. $1,000 a month after they got paid for doing something for them, which is building an e commerce store. Then you know how to build websites and e commerce stores and you've seen what are the difficulties of fixing an e commerce store? What are the good things about fixing e commerce stores? What are things that people struggle with and did this a few times. You can then jump to consulting another business. You can find businesses who have e commerce stores and say, hey, if you have an e commerce store and you have X, Y and Z problems, I fix them in that business. I can help you. Show you how I fix them in that business. So you can fix it in your business, then you can solve for them. Make sense and it doesn't need to take time again, even though you have the skills, I advise you, if you've never done it, go through the thing, go through the roadmap, it just makes it easier.
Astranox is asking, how can I convince my parents that I can pursue a skill alongside my studies instead of just focusing on academics?
Honestly, prove it to them. Just prove it. Why should they believe you? Why should they believe that out of all the 2,000 students that are in university, the only crazy guy who wants to drop out is you? And that out of nowhere makes sense. All your friends want to go to school, all your friends want to get a degree. You want to drop out and they should believe that you're smart. Why should they prove it? Start it on the side. Make some money. Show them they're not going to believe it. Make more money. Show them again, they might doubt it. Make some even more money. Help them with the money, they're going to start believing in it. Make even more money, change their life with the money they're going to ask you to drop out again. Did it myself.
Another question. Really want to send 100 to 150 emails weekly. But I don't know how to find that many addresses without scraping. What should I do then?
You can scrape, that's fine. But to give you an actual source, let me think. You can buy lead lists online. Just Google whatever clients you're looking for. There's people who scrape websites and sell the list, emails, phone number and everything. You can buy a list online. That's option one. Might cost like fifty hundred bucks depending on the list. Of course now your deliverability and the amount of responses you're gonna get are not that good, but at least it's cheap. Second thing, scrape it yourself if you don't have time. Third thing, hire someone to scrape it for you.
Another question is, if an influencer puts music on his videos, should I only care about no music on the ad I got him?
Just tell your influencers to not use music. I work with 100 plus influencers.
Never.
Never once I got a guy to never once I told the guy, don't use music and I got an issue. Many times they ask why. I just explain why. It's because that's how I run my business. I don't use music. Are you against it? No. Okay, that's why. Fine, just run it with the music. Sweet. Let's get back to the plan. Similar. All right, so get good at it. We said there were four steps. Focus, sponge, get feedback, get a mentor. Focus on one thing. Get R1 sponge. That was the second one. Sponge for three days. Secret. Which is get feedback. You can use ChatGPT for that. There you are. And then get a mentor. Alright, so now you pick a skill that matches your personality. It's one of the four core skills that are in demand. And that would forever be in demand. Inshallah. They've been in demand for the past 10 years. They won't be in demand for the next 10 years. So you're safe if you make money with it. You become good at it by focusing on one thing. So you just focus on that skill. Eliminate everything else you find, two hours a day, whatever it may be, to work on it. Then you sponge for three days and every single thing you can, you can think of when it comes to that specific skill set. And then you get feedback on it. Make sense? Clear. You can use ChatGPT to get feedback. The small thing we said prompt it, ask it to ask you 10 questions to challenge you. You answer the 10 questions, they'll tell you if you're good or bad. And that's it. Lovely. And Sweet. Now, third part. How do you make money from it? Let's go to three business days again where we're gonna try and erase the whiteboard. Me do it, huh? You got it. Okay. Somebody said I asked so many questions, but I didn't get answers. How come my questions? Please give me one question. Yeah, please ask your question again. I'll. I'll answer it right now. Idris Ahmed, what's the reason you started to learn about business and do all this? I think I'm just crazy, if I'm honest. Be me really real with you. I think I'm just crazy. Guy. This is literally the longest whiteboard ever. No sham. So what is this? Okay, they're going to crash out.
What you mean?
I thought you finished erasing it. You had this in school. When your teacher erases the thing, but, like, leaves a small, tiny thing and it was like, itching you for the whole class. I'm a nice teacher. And make sure to erase the entire whiteboard clean. I mean, Shemsta is doing it. Feedback for next time. Get a better whiteboard. Can you make halal money online? Can women make halal money online too? Maybe with IMA. Since 100% from home. All these kind of things can be done 100% from home. Actually, if you're a woman. Don't do sales and management. Don't do the extrovert things because they involve speaking with others. And it's better when you have your camera on and when you're speaking with people. And if your sister don't do that, stay at home and cover yourself. You can stay behind the scenes, which is what I mentioned to. With the behind the scenes skills so you can focus on the marketing and tech. A lot of sisters are very good at marketing. That's a huge thing. They're like, so, like, pay attention to detail so much. They know how people feel. Like, does that make them feel good when they receive this email? Does that make them feel they want to buy it? Like, I'm telling you, I know sisters. They're like, I have a sister as well. Joanna. Marketing. Very good. Maybe it's easier with water. I think we have a whole spray to erase the thing. We do. We do.
Yeah.
Yeah. What's this operation, man? Come on, what's going on? Actually, it's fine. It's fine, it's fine. I actually like it. Having Shamsu spending two business days erasing the board. We'll fix it later. How to choose value without being scared, wasting time or learning one of them how to choose My value without being scared, wasting my time learning one of them. Very good question. So his question is, I picked red, blue, green or yellow. And I don't know if that's actually the thing I should do. Again, biggest thing, let's go back to getting feedback. You can either find someone who's in the industry of sales or marketing or whatever and ask them, honestly, you're in the industry, you make money with it, do you think I'd be good at it? They can tell you yes or no, depending on who you are and why. That's the first thing. If you don't know anyone, back to basics. ChatGPT is free. Go on, ChatGPT. Hey, ask me 20 questions that'll help me see if I'm actually good at sales or could potentially be good at sales. Be honest, don't be biased. Send it, answer the questions. He'll tell you. Let's make an automatic erasable whiteboard. These guys are so on.
How do I give value to the brand, bringing them the most ideal influencers and to be able to think so that they can actually think, oh, this is the guy to go to.
Yep. You need to be very good at finding influencers and very good at finding the right influencers. So you find the brand, you need to match them with the best influencer and you need to look at the audience of the influencer specifically and say, does the audience match exactly that product? Would they buy it? And if yes, how should we speak about the product so that the audience wants to buy it? If you do that, you're gonna be fine. Do you study? Oh, sorry, no, go ahead. I'm just reading a question. Go ahead.
Yeah, someone's asking Amjad, Amjad Khan is asking, do you personally study Islamic finance? If so, how has it influenced your decisions and work?
Actually do. Yeah, very good point. Actually, the fries would be for later. I picked up. I thought I was going to be sneaky. I picked up a fry. I wanted to eat it, but you guys have some questions, so I'll answer it first. The fry will wait. Yes, I do study, not Islamic finances, but I studied the rules of business with the Sharia and specifically how the Prophet and the Sahaba were doing business. And one of the biggest takeaways I had from it is that they would always deal with ihsan, which means they would always deal knowing that Allah is watching them, and they would be mindful of every single thing they're doing. Tell the clients about the default, the defects of their products, be honest in transactions, not have Hidden fees or something. That's weird. On a clause that's not disclosed. Make sure you care about your clients when delivering a service. Make sure you're selling the right people, not the wrong people. Which means when you're selling someone, you believe they actually need your product and will actually benefit from it and all these different things. Basically, in simple terms, doing business with Ihsan. So yes, Alhamdulillah, I learned about it and I'm still learning about it. And it helps me tremendously my business. It helps me feel better doing business, and he helps me grow as a businessman to a point where now, literally in my company, I have a training that's made of probably 1020 modules or 1020 chapters, whatever lessons you want to call that. 20 lessons, that's literally called Ihsan. And every person that we hire has to go through it and it's called literally how to work at our company With Ihsan, you have to go through it before you start working. So yeah, it does help make sense. All right, last chapter. Chapter three, how to make money from my. Oh, this is going to be so, so, so fun. From my skill, I'm gonna write skill in different colors. This is so fun. Am I just a big child? Yes. I don't think I should be allowed to make streams, man. I'm actually cooked. There's these four colors and five letters in scales. Oh, shoot. Okay, well, we'll just use black at the neutral color. This is actually so fun. How to make money from my skill.
That doesn't make sense. How make money.
Oh, sorry, I have one. I was so focused on the other thing. How make money. We'll focus on three things here. First one is you need to find clients. The second thing is you need to close them. Of course close them. The third one and the fourth one are gonna be disclosed later to keep your attention. Haha. Making streams is so fun. I'll do this because of your own good. I actually care about you. And if I reveal everything, you leave the stream. So make sure you actually pay attention. This is so Jamaican. Put this down. We're gonna flip it. Don't tell me I need to erase it for 5. Business or LA Mustang. Okay, yeah, let's just get back to it. I don't want to spend five business days cleaning it again. I'll just do it on paperboard.
Someone said it looks like the school logo.
Yeah, it looks like the school logo. Number one, where to find clients. One question I like asking myself. Whenever I want to find clients, I just say who is my ideal client? Who do I want to help? If I'm a sales guy, it's somebody who's selling something and wants sales guys. If I'm a marketing guy, it's somebody who would benefit a lot from having marketing. If I'm a tech guy, it's somebody who would benefit by me coding something. Am I going to be coding for bakery? Like, do they actually need something? Of course not. But am I going to be coding for a software company? Am I going to be coding for an education company? Of course, right? So you ask yourself, who is my ideal client? Then where does he hang out? That question made me so much money. Where does my ideal client hang out? Question mark. Does he hang out on LinkedIn? Does he not hang out on social media? Need to find him in person? Does he hang out on Instagram? Does he hang out on like he reads emails? Where is my client so I can actually go ahead and find him? Somebody saying, echi, keep doing live session like this. You're liking it. I appreciate it. You ask yourself, where does my client hang out? And to give you. I know that you lost. I know that you lost. Let me use my brain to actually fix it. Yeah. Online, offline. And then. That's actually interesting. Let me think for a second because somebody's going to be asking, where can I find my cp? Where can I find my clients? You ask yourself if they hang out online, offline, and then you ask yourself if they're hanging out online. Should I? Ah, that's interesting. I want to find a single word that can help you crack this. This simple framework will help you know, where does your client hang out? So if you're a sales guy and you want to be doing online sales, you ask yourself, where does my ideal client hang out? He will probably be online, right? And if he's online, should I reach out to them? Or are these the kind of people that you can contact privately? Are the kind of people that need to be introduced to you so. So that you can reach out to them. For example, if you're a business owner. Sorry, if you want to reach a business owner that's running an online business and needs a sales guy, usually sending them a private DM if they beg is not really going to work out. You want to differentiate yourself. You might want to join a community, you might want to ask one of the employees, you can see who they're following on Instagram, see if one of them is a team member, reach out to that person, ask for an intro and that helps you get the point across, but through networks and like other people. And same thing. If they're offline, it's the same concept. So if they're, for example, I don't know, you're trying to build a website, which is marketing for a local bakery. Well, they're offline. Should you actually ask somebody to introduce you to the bakery? Of course not. Just go ahead and walk into the store make sense and ask them directly. So it's in private. That answers the question, where can I find clients? Which is where does my ICP hangout? Once you've done that, you send them an email, you call them, you send them a video that explains what you're gonna do for them. You ask somebody else to make a group chat, to make an introduction, whatever that may be. Right. Once you start the touchpoint, that's where the sale starts. That's why you start closing them, which is part two. And this part is my favorite part and one of the easiest parts, which is number one. Ask about their problems. Oh, part zero is make good impression. And make them like you. This is very quick. So you found the client. You want to close them. You first make a good impression. Hey, Salay, how are you doing? Oh, you smell good. You're super nice. Hello, Hello. Oh, super nice. Oh, lovely. Mashallah, Mumtaz. How's everything going on? Lovely. Super good. How about you? A gift here, some dateso sweet. Look. Let's go. Great. Good impression made. Done. You also want to make a good impression on how good you are. So here are some dates. Whatever. You're happy? Yeah. That's nice. Also, I'm very good at sales, by the way. Oh, I'm very good at marketing. He's a nice marketing project I've done. He's a nice whatever. Here's how many people I helped. Again, example of me starting this live stream. I started livestream by saying I helped all these people make money. I actually made money myself. This is social proof. This so that you can trust me. Right. That's what you start doing is step zero. Next thing you do is you ask about the problems. You just say, what's wrong with your business? What's currently going on? I'm a good sales guy. What could I do? Using my sales skills to help you in your business. What could I do? What problems can I solve as a great sales guy in your business? They'll give you their problems. Biggest mistake people would do is trying to jump straight to solving it. Big mistake. Second thing you do is.
Can I ask you a Quick question.
Sure.
You said make a great impression. Hello. How are you? Here's some dates. How do you do that online?
Oh, simple. You compliment on something that they actually did. Everybody love compliments on achievements. So you look up what they did, whatever they achieved in their life, make it personal for them, and you compliment them on it with something that's specific. So this company achieved whatever they became number one in whatever industry. Hey, guys. Looked you up so that you're actually the big G in the game. Congrats for that. You're big man. I have big man like you. That's me doing a good impression and showing them I'm actually good.
And how. Just another question as well popped into my head. How do you ask about their problems without seeming a bit too pushy or weird? I was like, what's your problem?
Yep, very good question. One of the things I love doing the most is being honest. And I would just say, hey, guys, my goal here is to make money. And to make money, I have to help you and be valuable to you. Can you please help me see how I can be the most valuable to you to do so you can share the biggest problems that you have in your business, and I'll show you how. I'll fix them for you and bring the most amount of value to your business so I could make the most amount of money. Could you please share with me what are the current issues that your business is facing? Do I sound salesy? He said no. He's behind the screen, but he said no. You asked about the problems and then you. You need to get, like, to zoom into it and like, see the details of what's wrong. And I would say, see. See the consequence usually as well as what they tried. This is one of the easiest things I use when I sell people. I just say, hey, I'm very good at sales, very good at marketing. I would help you with your marketing. What's going on with your marketing? Okay. Viewers are thinking, no one is going on your website. Okay. What have you tried so far to fix it? I've tried getting SEO. I've tried sending ads to it. I've tried whatever. Okay, Makes sense. And what happens if you don't fix that issue with your website? Because that is going to create problem. Because those two create a feeling that everybody hates, which is pain. It's actually painful. And when people are in pain, They pay better. That's a bar right there. When people are in paid, they pay better. Okay. Okay. This is Joanne. But basically you understand when people have an Actual problem that's painful. The only thing they want to do is get out of it. The simplest analogy I have is, let's say I'm a pharmacy, right? I sell medication. I can go to you and say, hey, do you currently have some pimples that help on. You know, you wake up, you get a pimple, and, like, maybe you want to fix it. Let me give you this small serum. It cost $50. It's a serum that helps you fix your pimples. That may know. Maybe once in a day you have a. Once in a. Once in a blue moon, you have a pimple. People were like, yeah, what's the pimple made of? What's the serum made of? Okay, how much does it cost? Ah, that's expensive. Give me a discount. I'll think about it. I'll see you later. They're not in pain. They're not gonna die over a pimple. Next up, bring the guy that walks into the pharmacy. He cut his finger off in two hours. His finger is never gonna be usable again unless he fixes it. I'm gonna sell him whatever medication that costs a thousand bucks. Is he gonna ask me, like, any questions about it or just, like, take and swallow it? He'll take and swallow it. The only difference between those two guys is the level of pain that a guy is suffering. You see how we got completely out of, like, the time? The. The. How much time is it gonna take? The. What is it made like they don't care it's painful. Fix it now. He'd pay better, he'd pay more, he'd pay faster. Same thing with your clients. If you're gonna help them fix something that doesn't have a bad consequence. If you help them fix a website that doesn't really get traffic and they don't really care about it, you can't charge a lot. You need to find a single biggest problem in the business and help them fix that thing. And they're going to pay you a lot for it. Make sense? Lovely.
Someone's asking, how do you prove yourself to them when you're just starting out for the first clients?
Yeah, there's a few things I like using. One of them is, I don't have a reputation. I'm going to build my reputation off of the job I do with you. So I kind of have to do a best job. And that shows them something that's simple, which is aligned incentives. One of the easiest ways to get people over the line of working with you is show them that them having good Results will help you as well. So they realize they're like, oh, it makes sense. This guy actually wants this to work out because this working out will help him as well. So you can say, I work with you. This is whatever problem I'll solve for you if I do it well. You give me a case study, give me a testimonial, you write me a nice message, a nice review that says, I'm doing a good job. That's why I'm working for it. Of course you're gonna pay me as well, but that's what I'm working for. I'm working for the good review. So I have to do a good job because I want to get a good review. Makes sense. And then now you have aligned incentives. They're gonna be like, why does this guy wanna actually do a good job? They're like, oh, no, no, he wants to. Oh, this guy wants to do a good job. He wants the review. And then it makes sense.
Cool.
So closing them like we said, you start by making a good impression. Making them like. You ask about their problems, see the consequence and what they tried about fixing it. That creates pain. They want to start paying. And after that, you make the offer, Which is, I will solve problem in time frame. Actually, let me write it down here. Make the offer here. Solve insert painful problem. In. Time frame. For. Value, Which is money. Make sense. You make the offer after understanding what the biggest problem is. It's very painful. You say, I will solve your painful problem in X amount of time for this amount of money. And. And the thing you can keep negotiating back and forth is not the price, unless you actually want to change the other ones. Let me break this down for a second. If you guys are negotiating and you don't know how to negotiate, you just change the price. You don't have any leverage when negotiating. If you want to be able to negotiate well and keep your prices high so they can make more money and be more valuable, you want to be able to change the variables that make the price. How painful is the problem time, how quickly I can fix it, and how well I can fix it. Will detail the price. If I can help fix your finger that's very, very broken very quickly, I'm going to charge you a lot of money. If I can fix your finger that's very broken, but it's going to take a long time, you're going to pay way less. For example, fix your finger very quick. I charge you 500 bucks by, like, literally doing surgery and everything right now. Careful. Surgery. I'M not going to do surgery for 100 bucks. I'm not going to do that. Surgery cost 500 bucks, but I'll give you a cast. It's going to take six months to fix. That's 100 bucks. And then he's picking between value. What's more valuable, 500 bucks or broken finger for six months. Then he makes the shot and pays 500 bucks.
Or
if the issue is not the time frame or you can't change the time frame, then you work on the problem. I'll fix, like, half your finger. It's still gonna stay broken, but at least it won't hurt anymore. And I'll do it now. That'll be like 200 bucks. They're like, bro, it's good that it doesn't hurt anymore, but it's still broken. It's like, yeah, okay, then I'll fix it now, and it won't hurt anymore. It's 500 bucks. Again, comparing value, you see how it removes the argument of, like, getting a discount or any other? Because I'm changing the variables. I'm not changing what I'm selling on. I'm not saying, okay, I'll fix your finger now for 500 bucks. Then you say 300. I say, okay, what does that sound like? Like, I try scamming you for 200 bucks extra, whereas, I'll fix your finger now. It won't hurt anymore. It will be fixed for 500 bucks. Or I just give you some injection that stopped the pain, but it's still very broken, and that's 300 bucks. They have to pick between what's more valuable, 500 bucks or broken finger. Same thing for the company. Makes sense. Lovely.
Yeah, that was a good analogy.
So now that you made the offer, you close them. I don't need to add a part where you negotiate. You got it? You understand it? I can add it, actually. So they can take a nice screenshot, not forget. Any steps, negotiate. And clarify questions. This is very simple. Like, it's normal that people are going to ask questions. They want to negotiate. Same thing with a broken finger. They might be like, okay, okay, okay, I'll pay 500 bucks. But is my finger gonna fully recover? Am I gonna have, like, lifetime damage? No, he's gonna fully recover. Makes sense. 500 bucks. Oh, okay, he's gonna fully recover. Am I gonna be able to play basketball after that? Yes, you're gonna be able to play basketball. Okay, 500 bucks. What if I actually break it again? Is it gonna be easier to break? No, because we'll make sure we fix the bone perfectly. Makes sense. Great. 500 bucks, right? You clarify the questions. This is normal. Don't get angry people just ask questions before being able to buy. That's fine. Make sense. Great. Negotiate, clarify questions and then collect the cash. This is the pile of the most. I don't know why. I kind of know why. Collect cash. Alright. Does it make sense? And you successfully closed your client. Now that you close your client because you're doing things with Hassan, you need to deliver on your client. You need to give them good results. You need to make them happy. You need to make them feel comfortable for giving you cash for you to solve the painful problem. So what you do. Is
Sheikh. Before you go ahead.
Yep.
Can we get a quick summary?
Sure.
What we've done so far.
Everything so far. Yeah. All right.
Just a quick summary.
All right. Sure. You guys ready? Full summary of what we've done so far. I'm gonna make it quick, but make sure I rearrange your brain proper mont opa. And we can also get the whiteboard back. Okay, so far. Summary of what we've done so far. We helped you pick and start a one person business by picking if you want, introvert or an extrovert and seeing if you're under 30 or over 30 so that you know what personality you have and what's the highest level skill they can learn in order to make money with it. You're either blue and you should do marketing. You either red and you should do sales. Either green and you should do tech or you're yellow and you should do operational management. From that you picked your personality and you have one skill that's in demand. The second thing is you need to get good at it to do so. To get good at it, as sales, marketing, tech or management, you want to focus on one thing which is eliminate all the distractions. Buy as much more time as you can. So sleep less, spend less time on the things that don't really matter long term and get back your time and focus on that thing. Once you've done that, you spawn for three days every single thing you can about that specific topic. You look at all the videos on YouTube, you watch all the blog posts by searching sales top 10 tips. Marketing top 10 tips. Take whatever top 10 tips and you watch the blog post about it. It's going to help you understand more about it. From that you get feedback. You go on ChatGPT. I want to learn more about tech. I want to learn more about marketing. Ask me 10 questions. I can see if I'm good at marketing or tech or whatever. Ask your question, send the answers, get roasted, get feedback, ask questions again, speak about it for a bit, and then you're going to become better at it because it's going to correct you from that. If you can afford to get a mentor, if you can just keep going. And you want to start making money from it. To start making money from it. We just went over, I point the first step, which is I'm gonna bring the next time, find a taller whiteboard, something that's even taller. Make it until the moon. It's okay. First step of getting clients.
You.
You need to find your clients. So you ask yourself, where does my ideal client hang out for me to sell them? Sales, marketing, tech, or management services. You see if they're online or offline. And depending on if they're online or offline, you work on either finding somebody through a network or publicly that can introduce you to them, or you reach out to them privately so that you can finally close them. Once you got in touch with them, you start the closing process, which is first of all, making a good impression and making them look like you by showing them how good you are at your thing. Next up, you ask about the problems and the time frame that they have in order to fix it, and you see the consequence and what they've tried so far to fix it and what happens if they don't fix it. From that, you get pain. And people who are in pain pay better. So you want to make the offer which is, I will solve your painful problem in this time frame for this amount of money. If they're not ready to pay you yet and you can't collect the cash, then you have to negotiate and clarify any questions you might have. You can change the problem they're going to solve. You can take a smaller problem for less money, or you can take a bigger problem for more money. By the way, it works the other way. Or you can make it faster for more money or longer for less money. And after that, you collect cash.
Now, just a quick question, right? This is not just about clients or having a business. It's also about, for example, finding a boss or finding someone to actually work for with your skill.
Yep.
Does this also apply?
I hire people. Like, I would love if people, if people applied to work with me, instead of saying this, how much money I want to make, pay me that they actually went through this. I probably would pay them more money and it would probably be happier working a job, and I would be Happier hiring them. If they had an understanding of what was going on in my business and what was wrong and they could actually help me fix it, it would be sick. And I'm pretty self. It's pretty self explanatory for me when it comes to the consequence of me not fixing it. But I really like if they asked me what I tried before to fix it and then they showed me why it didn't work and why they can help me fix it because then it makes them more valuable and it will show also a bigger and more painful problem. From that they can make a better offer and I'll pay them. Mumtaz.
Yes. For the guys that are asking if the live stream is going to be up, it's to going gonna be posted, right?
Yeah. Live stream is gonna be recorded and hosted on the YouTube channel. You're gonna find it Abu Lahain YouTube. Just go to live streams and watch it. Alrighty. Now that you found clients and close them, you need to deliver on your clients which is basically you doing the work for what you promised. The thing I like to do, I almost made a madness and roll with the one pen. The thing I like to do when delivering on clients, The first thing is set a common goal. That's the first step you do. You say the biggest thing we're gonna both work on as me working in your business is fixing that thing. Not everything, not whatever. I'll have you. I hope you fix one thing, that thing make sense, common goal. Then you use your brain. You use your brain plus research. How to solve X problem. Use your brain. Let's say they have a website problem. Let's say they have a marketing problem. They said they have a sales problem, whatever that may be. You research how to solve that particular problem in their business. Now you use your brain first of all because you're sponge on how knowledge works and how that specific industry works and you understand what a painful problem is. What the painful problem is is you also understood what they tried before to fix it and why it didn't work. And now you know how you could potentially fix it. On top of that you want to avoid mistakes that you might not know about. Which is why you want to research how you can solve that problem for like how that problem has been solved before. Again, Google Strategy PD your best friend. YouTube is your best friend. There's so many people who post case studies on how they solved X1Z problem. You go ahead, you consume that, it's going to help you avoid certain mistakes. You might do third Thing, get them a quick win. You want to find a smallest chunk of that problem and fix it for them. For example, let's take the broken pinky example. I actually broke my pinky, like, four months ago, so it's actually fresh. You want to set a common goal. We will fix your pinky right now. We'll stop everything and just focus on your pinky. Thank you. Now I feel happy. Second thing. Like, just that one. It's like, you're not gonna fix my stomach. You're not gonna fix my leg. You're gonna fix my pinky. Cool. We both agree. Great. Second thing. They're gonna go and search up pinky surgeries performed before. Oh, if you open the guy vertically, he messes it up. So let's open. Open it horizontally or whatever. That may be great. We avoided messing up his pinky. And they also use their brain. I'm a whole surgeon. How do you open a pinky? Well, you fix it that way, and then you put the bone here. Okay. Makes sense. This is how we're gonna do it. Great. And then they gave me a quick win. They say, sir, we're actually gonna start by giving some medication so the pain can stop. And then we're gonna fix your pinky that's broken. Quick win. So I feel happy quickly. Overall makes the service better, Right? So that's for your client. If it's. If you're fixing a website for them, I would change one of the first pictures. I would change the headline, or I would give them something quick. They can be like, hey, guys. Hey. The biggest problem you have is that you don't get enough traffic. Let me give you that quick win, small thing. Maybe that'll make an Instagram story talking about your business. Gonna help you get some traffic, whatever that may be. You find something that can give them a quick win for that problem. It kind of like, solves, like, 5% of the problem. Give them that as soon as you can, because it buys you more time to fix the problem, and it overall makes them happier. Them giving me something that stops the pain makes it easier for me to stay longer in the surgery room. And I also feel, overall, like this is a better surgeon because he actually cares about me. Make sense? Great. Fourth thing. Work on fixing the problem. The problem. Big warning here. Big thing to not make a mistake on. Make sure to communicate. A lot at each step. Very important that when you're solving something for someone, you communicate with them at each step. What do you think would happen if somebody's fixing my pinky? Literally opening it up live and doesn't speak to me for like a whole three hour surgery. And I'm awake and I can hear, like, and I can't know what's happening with my finger. I can't see it. I'm gonna be crashing out, yo, what's going on? They don't care. I'm like, yo, hey, stop. What's going on? He's like, no, I'm doing my job. Like, tell me what's going on? Why am I hearing a whole machine entering my finger? What's going on? Whereas he was like, sir, we're starting to open your finger. It's normal if it hurts. Okay, thank you for letting me know, sir. Now we're proceeding to breaking your finger. Oh, wait, why? Because we're going to break it to refix it. Okay, thank you. Imagine if they didn't communicate and they open my finger and break it. I'm like, yo, you're supposed to fix it. I'm crashing out. You see, Same thing with your clients. Most people would complain at you not because you are a problem or you have a problem just because you don't communicate enough. People are not really mad when you don't do something. They're mad that you didn't let them know that you couldn't do it while you're doing it or while you're fixing it. This is literally why Uber, instead of trying to fix delivery time, they just added the timer of how quickly it's going to come. Because it costs a lot more money to get every single driver to drive faster. Much easier to just tell you, hey, the guy's going to be three minutes away. Oh, so sorry, delivery is going to be delayed. The guy just crashed on the street. What if you're, like, waiting and you have no information? You will actually crash out. Make sense? So communicate. At each step of you fixing the problem makes it much easier. People are going to like it like you more. Overall, your service is better and the final step is fix, deliver. Deliver the fixed problem or the solution is easier. And then six, get a review. Press a. Makes sense. Once you delivered on your clients, you give them the solution. Hey, guys, we just fixed your pinky. Very good. 1,000. You can work. Wow. So amazing. You make sure when they say that they're on camera. You make sure when they say they can take a screenshot. You make sure when they say that you can actually share it with others so that the next client so that the next client who walks into the surgery spot and needs to get his Pinky fixed. Guess what's the first thing we want to talk to him about? The previous guy who came here and needed to fix his pinky. And we're going to show him how it went and that the guy's actually super happy. And then it's much easier to close them because we have case studies, we have proof that what we did before actually works, and we did it for other people before. Make sense? The last thing you need to do after finding clients, closing them, delivering on them, is scale. And that part doesn't need much explanation. You just take the process and repeat it again. That's it. You go ahead, you repeat it again. I'll give you that. I'll write it down. I'll make it easy. Skill is just repeat the process, Add two things. Number 1, f1, Add proof. Number two, charge them all. When you want to scale, you just do what you did again by adding two things, adding proof and charging mode. So you repeat closing, F1. You repeat the entire process, which is finding clients, but this time you show them that you fixed it for others before. In your outreach, when you're trying to make a good impression, when you ask for an introduction, when you walk into the store, you show them that you fix it for other people before, which helps you make a better impression because you're saying, hey, I'll fix your broken pinky. I'll fix your broken pinky. I fixed it for this guy before. That's how you walk into the store. Then you say, what's your current issue? Oh, your pinky is broken. What happens if you don't fix your pinky? It's very painful. Here's me fixing someone's pinky right now in one hour. Here's a video of it, or here's a screenshot of it, or here's the radio before and after, whatever that may be. I can do it for the. I can do it now for $600. Two things I can change. I increase the price. I can probably do it faster because I know how to fix pinkies now. I've done it multiple times. I know how to increase prices. I also, rule of thumb, I advise you to increase prices every. Like the first time, do the thing you're doing three times at the same price, then increase the price, then do it again for another maybe like 10 times, then increase the price. And you keep doing so until people can't pay anymore. And then you stop at that price. That's like rule of thumb, like, do 3, 10, maybe like 50. And then if people can continue paying do like 100 and then time 10 pasta. But usually, like, I don't like increasing prices more than three or four times because then either I need to make bigger jumps of prices, or people just won't be able to afford anymore. And that's when you stop. But you can increase the price because you've done it multiple times. You can fix it faster. Or maybe you fixed pinkies before. You can start fixing, like, the whole hand. That's a bigger problem. You can charge more for that. You can charge a thousand bucks, and then. Yeah, it's more valuable. What. What is the most valuable? If I can fix your pinky or can I fix your whole hand or your whole arm? The whole arm is more. Is more valuable. So I can charge five grand for the whole arm, and maybe I can do it in two hours. Right. And maybe after doing the whole arm for a long time, maybe I can start charging 10 grand because now I fixed the arm in one hour instead of two. And it's more safe to save it in one hour than two. Right. It has a better success rate. And that is echoa, your live masterclass on how to make money without starting a business. Let's take the first roadmap we have. And now we know how to make money from it by finding client, Clothing, them, Delivering, and this one is scaling. And now you know how to make hard money online without starting a business. And that was Abu Lahia 2026 coming back.
We're taking over final Q and A session.
Final Q and A session. Let's run it.
I'm thinking about sit on chairs and just.
Sure, bring it on. Run it up. Okay, so this means we can charge more for it because we're doing it faster. Yes. If I can deliver your food in five minutes or one hour, I can deliver it in one hour for $10 or five minutes for $12. Same food, same exact thing, same location. I can't charge more because I'm delivering it faster. This is the fry that was waiting for me. Oh, actually, I think you can see being the chat. And I can see in front of the whiteboard. Like, see, make sure you're not in front of the whiteboard so I can write on it. I mean, why would the client pay more for the same service? Because he can do it faster. If I can help you do something faster, I guarantee you people would pay more for it. People. People pay for, like, fast delivery. It's the same service. I take one thing, I'll deliver it to you. It's Just faster. People pay for a plane instead of just driving everywhere. I guarantee you can get to most countries by just driving there. It just takes a ton of time. It's the same service. You're transporting somebody, you pay a lot more because it's a plane, it's faster. So people pay when they can do something faster. It's your.
Did you answer this one? What if they're not happy with the service?
Sorry?
What if they're not happy with the service? Did you see that?
Yeah. What if they're not happy with the service?
What if they're not happy with the service or you make a mistake and they might leave a bad review?
Yeah, usually you made a mistake on one of the things I mentioned. Why do people leave bad reviews? You worked on the wrong thing. Let me just flip the camera. Yeah, you got it. The brother asked, how do I handle it if somebody is not happy with my service or left a bad review? I would go through the questions and see where I messed up. Did you agree on the same goal? If not, then you worked on the wrong thing. If you agreed on the same goal, then did you actually find the right way of solving it? If not, then you did something wrong. You found the wrong way of solving it. You need to fix it, apologize for it, and fix it. If you agreed on the same goal, found a way to solve the problem that was correct, and they're still not happy, maybe you took too long. You should have given them a faster win first. If you found a common goal, use your brain to know how to solve the problem, and you gave them a quick win, they were happy. You probably just didn't manage to fix the problem, And you probably didn't communicate with them early enough, so they just crashed out. Because if you communicated on what's going on and explained why it's not working for now and how you're going to go ahead and fix it, would they really go out of their way and leave a bad review? They probably would actually give you a good review even if you didn't solve the problem, because they would see that you tried your best and that you did everything that was in your ability to make it work. And ultimately you'll make it work. If you're selling a business, a service, why would they not just hire an employee to do it for them? People don't care if they hire an employee or a freelancer or whoever to fix a problem. They just care that a problem gets fixed. They don't care if they have to, like, clap in a corner for them to get the problem fixed, it doesn't matter as long as the thing gets fixed. I guarantee if you can prove them, you can fix the problem faster, cheaper, better, they would hire you rather than someone else. If you can prove them that you can hire, then you can solve the problem faster and better. They will pay you more than an employee. Is it possible to suggest a better way of doing their business and pointing out a problem? Maybe they didn't think about, like, for example, proposing to a brand expand to new markets. Sure. But again, I would try and do something that's proven because my goal is to make them happy. If I'm trying to sell something they don't need, it's going to be very difficult setting a common goal. If we can set a common goal, it makes everything else much easier. If they're talking about something they don't need, how can you have a common goal? Because they need something else. You're offering this. It's not a lie. MSL is. So, Joanne, he said you lost over 30 minutes on whiteboards and flipping the pages. 30 minutes ago, you still had 70 viewers and have lost 20 viewers by now. I clean the whiteboard under 10 minutes and I'll save you viewers. That's a fair point. That's a fair point. Sure. Now, what's very good actually is see clear display of problem. Losing viewers. This is bad. Wasting time, losing viewers. So I'm like, ah, ah, fix it. I'll pay better. Whereas if it was, I would, I would, I would give you better pens. I would give you a higher quality pen. Like, I don't really care. It's not really painful. Like, how much is it? Like $1 more. Sure. Now, if you want to charge like 50 bucks, I wouldn't do it. I don't know. I don't care. How about. You'd get more viewers. Yeah, that's painful. If viewers leave, like, that's a big problem. I'll pay better for that. People are in pain. Pay better. That's a bar. Come on, man. Abu. Abu. Freestyle now. All right, all right. Throw me some more questions. I'll take one or two more questions and that's a wrap. Insha Allah. How long have we been live for?
We have been live for two hours, 30 minutes.
Okay, two and a half hours.
So a few more questions and then we are going to.
Yeah, I'll take two more questions and then we'll call it a day. Barakullah, for making it to the live, by the way, hope you guys have some value. Hope you Helped you solve your problems. Hope you got some clarity on how you can actually make money. Inshaallah, ta'. Ala. Don't hesitate to ask any questions. I still have time to answer any questions and then you can take that and apply it. Inshallah, ta'. Ala. Make some money. What's the chat saying? Scroller? There's like a bunch of questions they asked earlier they couldn't get answered.
Well, someone's asking, can I legit make 10k a month sustainable with your course if you work?
Yeah, I found local cafes and yeah, for the guy asking, just I have a second channel called Abu Lahr extended. Go there. There's actually living proof of human beings who bought my course and make money from it. Go there. Watch it. I found local cafes and restaurants. Can I contact influencers to visit them and charge both of them a fee? Yes, you can. Is there a way to find business problems through research? In the beginning, yes. Most businesses would suffer with the same thing. Like most boys who are 14 and going through puberty would have acne. Like that's a common thing. So if you want to target. That's very weird. I'm not gonna say that. I'm not gonna say you're gonna target boys who are 14. That's very weird. But you get the point, right? If you're a college guy and you're 14 and you wanna make money and all your friends have acne, then you probably know by market research that most people who have that age and that demographic have that problem. Same thing happens with businesses. You know that most likely a cafe in your local city would have XYZ problem depending on the size they have, right? And like most of the cafes would have the same problem. Find a solution for them. You can sell it to everyone else. If you find a solution to acne for the guy who's 14, you can sell it to the entire college and they would all fix the problem. Same thing for the cafes. Same thing for the whatever business you have in Barak Lafiq Mashaallah, May Allah Amin barakhlafiq and you too. That's an amazing dua. And I think those are the two questions. That being said, I think we can call it a day and see you in the future in the next live stream. Inshaallah Barakkalu faikum for tuning in. I hope it was helpful. I hope you enjoyed the value. A lot of people made some money with this and if you actually apply Ibn Allah, you will make money. Barakullah fikum for the time Haikum wallah. May Allah bless you. May Allah great success. Reminder. Make sure you make dua. You sujood. Whenever you want to achieve something, it actually helps you. I did it. I do it. My friends do it. My team does it. Alhamdulillah. They achieve amazing stuff. Do it too and you'll achieve amazing stuff. And on that beautiful reminder. Subhanallah bi Hamdikawatu lake Wasalam Alikum warahmatullah.
