Chapters
We're gonna piff it up. One of the best halal spots we went to so far. The one that had money.
The brisket place.
Oh yeah.
And then the Wagyu place as well.
The Wagyu place is already fully booked.
Yeah.
I don't think they need a marketing. All right, I'm going to take a quick. Let me see how the big deal loading looks. Let me see how quick the algorithm it is to refresh cuz usually I get recommended directly. Wow. Crazy. Allah put the Big deal loading in between brackets. Big deal, Huh? Good morning. Salam alikum. Salam alaikum. Good news. Loading. You just joined the stream. The stream just started. How's everybody doing? You want to come take two? Take two. How are you? Alhamdulillah? Great. How are you guys? What's the means?
What's the set of today? What's been happening behind the scenes?
So Alhamdulillah. We had some some influencer respond to us on Instagram so we're going to make this work. Going to promote some restaurants here in Dallas. Then we also. A brother we spoke with yesterday. The software company has the the last meeting today with the CEO which inshallah should. Ram. Sam, Do you know any clippers? You know where to find some. He basically hustled everything he could in the past three days. 10 hours of work per day. Come on bro. And be in the land. The hustle is going to pay off. What does it mean by big deloading? You have to be on the stream. You missed it. I'm just kidding. I spoke with a software company. They wanted to do some marketing offer them to build them AI content creator. They were looking to it. They said it's interesting now. I had approval from the first guy. Need approval from the last guy. Should go through today and then we'll go crazy. Seems you started the program last four days probably. I need some insights. You mean the challenge yesterday? Four days ago. Your smile tells me everything. Is the hustle room. Is it a good time to start influencer marketing for AI companies? I literally made money in like three days doing it from zero long back. So you tell me. Now. I'm doing some work this morning guys. You guys missed it. We had a call with a nice company. Actually we don't have anything to do now. Let's go to the spot is probably closed. We'll go to it later. We need to schedule and like go to like 10 restaurants. Can you find it? Do some research for like 5, 10 minutes. Try and find a spot we can have like, oh, is it cheating for us to do research? Come on. Is it cheating for ask us to do research? Technically. What was the name of the spot next to that masjid? The older one, First day we went to. Is it possible to see your laptop while you're working? Yeah, for now I'm not doing anything. Literally, I'm just responding to a message from someone else from my company. I'm not, I'm not working. What was the brisket one? Name? There's the brisket one, there's the dessert one. You had with a man. Oh, was that in Vegas? I think that was in Vegas. The one where we had the nice mumtaz guy. He was like, you guys famous? You guys do MMA fighting? Yeah, there was tea. Was it in Vegas?
Yeah.
Okay. We had brisket. The desserts one. What else? Yeah, we ate a lot of food. I don't think the other one will have money. I don't think so. The one near the barbershop. I don't think they'll have money. Trying to think of a nice fancy spot. We have Han Barbecue. What else? Oh, it's a chain. It's a chain. Let me actually just look at the, the competitors and see who they worked with recently. Halal mexican food truck. Tacos king. Okay, Tacos king. Sampler tickets. It. This one opens at 12. We can probably call them. Can you give me a phone? It's 13 miles though. 25 minute drive. I found an influencer that wants to promote some restaurants. So I'm going to try and go. Hello? Hello? Can you guys hear me? Yeah. How are you guys doing? Good. Are you guys open right now? No, we open at 12. Okay, cool. Sorry to bother you. I know you're still not opened. I'm just calling you because I saw your video recently with. On Instagram. You made a video with DFW Ishal. Yeah. I'm calling you because we would like to make a similar video. We have an Instagram page. We would like to work with similar restaurants. Is this something you guys would be open to? Yeah, if you wouldn't mind just reaching.
Out on the Instagram and the, the social media manager can take care of them. So just reach out on Instagram.
She'll take care of us. Okay. The, the thing is, I'm the, I'm the. I'm finding the, the partnerships for the account. I don't have the access to the account itself. Can you give me access to the, like the phone number of the manager and I can speak to him directly? Yeah, I Don't. I don't.
He doesn't have a phone number. You have to access the Instagram.
Okay, hold on. Appreciate you. All right, that's the first one. Okay, so potentially, we've got two influences now. The only reason why I'm cold calling, by the way, is because, I mean, I'm in person and I might go there in person to close them. What? Okay, wait. One thing I need to do. Do you mind if I save them as contacts on your phone? Just because I'm gonna get confused with the amount of people I'm calling. So create a new contact. This. Dallas is halal hunts. And it's 300 USD 3 post. Let me try and call this guy up. Hello. How are you doing? I'm good. So, so sorry to bother you. I'm just calling you because I'm. I'm working with a few restaurants here in Dallas. We're looking to work with a. To work with a few influencers. I saw your page. I was interested. Yeah, sorry.
I saw your message request. For some reason, Instagram let me. Instagram will let me accept your message. That's. I followed you. I don't know follow request, but yeah.
I was trying to apply to you, but no worries. No, no problem at all. You're good. So I just wanted to understand a bit more about how you guys work. I've seen you guys are based in Dallas.
And Houston.
Okay.
Yeah, it's dfw. Primarily based in Dallas.
I'm mainly in Dallas. I'm mainly in Dallas. So we only need. Okay. Are you the social media manager?
I'm not a social media manager. I'm so, like a food influencer. So I'll come in, I'll cover, you know, a restaurant, and then usually if the restaurant calls me back again, I do go again. But it's only if, like, you know, they're introducing new menu items or if.
They want me to cover.
Like some restaurants have like, you know, main part of their menu, but they also have like a dessert or breakfast menu. So sometimes what they'll do is they'll call me in for their main menu and then afterwards they'll ask me to come in to cover their. Come in to cover their breakfast menu as well, or they introduce new menu items. You know, I don't come in to cover the same things for restaurant. Of course, I only come into a cover restaurant twice if.
Yeah, it's better for content. Makes sense. Makes sense. Okay. What's your name, by the way? My name is Aubrey.
My name is Rabia.
Rabia Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you.
Okay, so in terms, because we have a few restaurants, we have a few options, we are marketing agency, we're helping different restaurants work with influencers. I was just wondering what would you, what would be your. The time frame? If, let's say we had a restaurant that was interested in getting a. For example, they had a new menu they wanted to share, what's your schedule like in terms of availability, how could you get there, get the video, etc.
So my team in Dallas, I have to check back for their schedule. This weekends they're almost going to be. They're booked for Saturday and they're going to be. So this week is going to be very hard because there's already two other restaurants waiting. Next week we have more options, we're open more for next week.
Okay.
But it also depends on, you know, where the restaurant is located. You know, restaurants are closer to us, probably, you know, be able to do them faster.
Watch out, watch out, watch out. What you say? Sorry, no, you.
No, no, I'm saying that like it depends also on how far the restaurant is from us. Cuz that depends on like when we go there is on big traffic time. If it's like very far then, you know, it might be weekend. If it's closer by, we have more chances of, you know, having time slots. So it depends on the restaurant.
That's fine. That makes sense. And then you handle everything from the shooting, the editing, the posting, etc. Right.
So yes, my team will come in, they will be taking the videos and the photos and then afterwards the editing the voice. If it's a paid promotion, I do a voiceover. And the voiceovers and the posting and everything, you'll be able to find it.
Okay.
But in Dallas they'll come in and take the videos.
Okay, super cool. So you mentioned if it's a paid promotion. Can you tell me a bit more about that? About your work structure? How does it work?
Yeah, sure. So for paid promotion, what I'll do is usually if it's, especially if it's a certain district after certain distance, I only pay promotions closer. I'll do unpaid as well. It depends. But for paid for paid and unpaid is almost the same. Except for paid I do voiceovers, which I didn't, you know, social media right now.
Voiceover. Yeah, but it's always better. I'm assuming it makes it more engaging, etc. Right, yeah, makes sense.
It doesn't mean that like it's not.
Going to do well.
But what I'll come in is we'll come and take usually how our work goes. We'll come in and take videos, photos, and then for it added, we edit it and then posting, I make a video and then I post that video on Instagram reels. Also, the day of, like, if it's not too late in the night, the day that my team comes into the restaurants, that same day, I'll post Instagram stories. Sometimes I don't post it the same day just because if it's super late at night, you know, not many people are gonna see it. And then the next day, if I have to post something else, sometimes those stories might get deleted or pushed. So that depends.
Makes sense.
I'll post Instagram stories, collaborative Instagram reel Facebook, where I'll share that same video.
Oh, yeah, that's interesting. Actually. Do you have a different page or do you only have the Instagram ones?
Facebook as well. I'm also in Facebook groups, so what I. What I do is when I share that Instagram video onto my Facebook page, I then share it into different Facebook groups. So let's say if you're in Richardson, I'll share it in Richardson foodies groups. I'll share it in I love Richardson group. I'll share it in the greater DFW groups.
Yeah.
And then also I also. I have a Tick Tock page, and I also will share it on my TikTok page as well. I can post that as a TikTok video.
Okay, very good. How many followers do you have on.
Tick Tock Tick Tock? You know, I think one of my videos is doing really well, so I was getting more followers. I'm thinking as of right now, I have.
Sorry, one second.
As of right Now, I have 3142 on tick tock.
Okay. So it's mainly on Instagram and on Facebook.
Yes, My Instagram is my main popular. Tick Tock, I would say, is also doing well. But my Instagram is the most like the one that I work on for, for like, you know, a couple past years.
Yeah.
So that is by me. Tick Tock, I would say, is probably the one after that.
And then.
Well, in the sense that. Because Facebook and Tick Tock have a. I feel like sometimes a slightly different audience. You know, the Facebooks are a little bit older people, and then Tick Tocks are younger people. So I can't say, you know, one is more important than the other because they're reaching two different type of age demographics.
Of course. So makes sense.
Instagram is my main one. I also always post on Facebook and subscribe.
Makes sense. So thank you so much for all the information. It gives me a great understanding of the scope of work. The last thing I'm missing is you mentioned depending on the distance and where it is, you might do paid promotion. Where are you currently located or where would it be that it goes past the.
The.
So right now I, I usually default to paid promotion.
Right.
Because my rates are not that high.
What, what are the rates?
It depends. Okay. I'm in Richardson right now.
Yeah. Oh, you're in Richardson.
Yes.
You're in Richardson?
Yes. Where's Yalls restaurants?
It's actually near Richardson.
Oh, it's actually. No, it's in Plano.
Sorry.
Are the restaurants in Plano like you said?
There's a few different ones, but it's, it's, it's not far. It's probably in a less than a 10 mile radius. Oh, okay. It's probably like, yeah, five, 10 miles.
In the Richardson area. So Richardson flat base is $50.
Okay.
That's what I do if it's like a very popular restaurant or if there's something we can work out. And sometimes I do barter collabs as well.
You do what?
Which is water collapse, which means that we come in and try the food for free. But you know, there's no additional charge after that.
Like, you know, charge.
Yeah, but so it depends. I go. It's like restaurant brand restaurant for me. You know, if it's something that's going to offer like a completely new different type of content for my followers. And like, you know, usually I still do 50, like most restaurants. I do 50 with some restaurants. I'll make an exception as well.
Like makes sense. So here's what I can do. I have various restaurants that we could work with. Depending on their budgets, we'll be able to go higher or lower, of course. Right. So this is what I'll do. I'll take your WhatsApp number. I'm gonna give a few phone calls here in the area, see who is available locally. That's the closest to you. What we'll do is we'll definitely have the, the most interesting food items, the newest ones that would do well for your content. We try. Well, I also ate out a few of those. So we try them before even considering them. And from that we'll then look into which ones makes the most sense and we'll see from of course, speaking with them what they would be over to. Right. Most of them. We'll see. We'll see what the budgets they have but we could definitely work something out. What I can tell you is we mainly work on volume as a marketing agency, so our goal is on volume. So. Well, our goal is that we don't just do one or two partnerships. Our goal is that we'll find five, seven, ten restaurants that we'll be able to work with. And that gives you a nice scope of work that you can schedule over the next few weeks, over the next few days, and that way you can start it in. You already know where you're going to go, you know the. The content you record, etc. And depending, of course, on the budget, average out to almost all the promotions being either paid or extremely interesting for your content, if that makes sense.
Okay, yeah, sure. I know it'll depend on the restaurant because, you know, everyone charge different budgets who they want to work with, but, yeah, I'll give you my number because, I don't know, sometimes Instagram acts weird. So you can just text me directly.
Do you use WhatsApp?
Yeah, I use WhatsApp as well. Or you can WhatsApp me.
Perfect. Yeah, I'll use WhatsApp. If you can text your number in the. In the chat with your name as well, so I can save it. And I'll probably give you a call back later today. I'm gonna go around today, give a few phone calls. I also know a few restaurants. I'll meet them in person and I'll give you a call back.
Okay, sure. And if you message me through Instagram, I'm guessing that it's letting you send messages, so I'll send it to you on Instagram.
My phone number? Yeah.
And if it doesn't then if you could just, like, give me a call.
What I.
Here, I'll just write down, tell, like, get my number just in case Instagram doesn't let me send it. It's eight, three, two.
I don't know. You can. You can text it. Don't worry, it should be fine. You can text it. I'll stay with you on the phone. I'll tell you if you land.
If you don't get a number, it's probably because I couldn't message you. I'm gonna. Just give me a call back.
No problem. You should. You should be able to message me. Okay.
All right, sweet.
Thank you, Chichin. So, Lama Bede, this one is. It's actually a better account than the other one, and it's cheaper. I'm using your phone. You don't mind? Okay, so I'm gonna text on WhatsApp. That's actually pretty interesting. All right, so so far there's two influencers closed. Nobody can lie. Half an hour now. The keys to go find the actual restaurants that we're going to sponsor. The good thing is I have the first guy. The first lady, she would do it for 150. She'll do three videos for 100. I'm gonna keep her for later. The other one, the guy has more engagement, he has bigger followers and he said if the thing is interesting, like the food is good, he would just get the food for free and not charge anything. And I can charge the company like just 100 bucks. 150 just for the whole thing. Because he's going to edit it etc and get something sick. You down? You hungry? And I go try some brisket. Let's go pack your stuff. Okay. Which one? Sorry.
Brisket please.
We'll see. Let me give this taco guy a call back. Sure. Awesome. Your call has been forwarded. What do you mean? Voicemail, Murphy, voicemail. If you respond now, Respond sir, please. Hello, sir. He said he's from Richardson. I just found a restaurant that just did a collab in Richardson. It's called 8 bit bytes at Richardson 1. Oh, you mind if I use Google? I'm just gonna search the restaurant name. 8bit bytes. Richardson. So I found it because they spons they sponsored the other lady and the lady cost like 150 and this guy would do it for free and he has more followers than her. And this 8 Bits paid the lady 150 for the video. This guy would do the video for free. So I'm gonna charge the company 150. And he goes ahead and does the video. He gets the food, he's happy. The company pays the same amount and get a better video. Everybody's happy. Win, win, win. Ab butts. Okay, this is a nice garan spot. 4.9 stars. It has 20 reviews but they're just starting out. Sam. Ra. Okay, they're not picking up. This guy would definitely to. We definitely need to piff this guy. It's literally in the same spot as the guys lives. It's in Richardson as well. I'm gonna crash out. Okay, this one is in Richardson too. Abu Omar. Abu omar halal. Please leave your message. What do you mean my message? I'm not leaving no message. Respond now. How far is Richardson? Let's actually go. Please leave your message. I'm going to crash out. These are not responding. Is 12 km away. What time does he open? Now. Now? Now? Yeah, we should go. I Have two now we either have this one, I have this one. This one. Joanne, Very dry. Opens at 11am Very dry. Let's go to this one cuz they're very good on and they're going to open in 25. In 35 minutes. It's the time to get there. They'll probably have the door open 10 minutes before. Just not. I saw him and I was like it. Let's see what they try saying. Does the brand pay to individuals? Yeah, they can pay individuals, no problem. So I come please update the Big Deal. It's loading. It's loading. It's not ready yet. I'm telling you as soon as I get the update I'm gonna straight update it. But now I can't. Make dua. Make dua. Shabbat for the Big Deal. Still working on the deal yesterday as well. Are we going for a different approach today? We're doing both. We're doing Big deal and we're approaching new things. I'm gonna arrive to the restaurant like a giant guy. Good morning guys. How are you? Good. Alhamdulillah. How's everything going? Alhamdulillah. Super good. Sorry to bother you guys. I just need five minutes of your time. We are actually a marketing company. We work with people in the local area here in Richardson and we help halal restaurants just like yourself bring more customers in. Is that something you guys would be interested in too? Super cool. We'll be super quick. I just want to say a bit about what you guys do. We have a few interns that will be interested in coming in, filming the food, posting them on their social media. They have a very engaged audience here in Dallas. They'll be super excited to come in. Do you have any questions? Anything? Okay, let's get started. How do you guys do this? What's the most interesting food you guys have? Okay. Have you ever worked with influencers? No. Okay, don't worry, I got you. Let's handle that boom boom boom. Montas campaign. Bonk sh the glass. You heard the noise. Me success in Dunia and the Baric. My favorite streamer is back live. Come on bro. Back live and don't share the glass. We have a little over 40 hours left in the challenge and things gonna work out. What would you other streams after the challenge? I'll see. We'll stream whatever is interesting. I don't like streaming if there's no point. So if we find something in nice. Inshallah, a nice idea. We'll do a nice stream.
Sam.
Bro, a high income Skill. Would you recommend me learning at 16 years old not knowing what they are good at or interested in? What? What? What is it again? What, are you guys gonna come with the ears or what? Is he here? One minute. Let me just use the bathroom. Huh? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You can chat to them. Yeah, you can brief them if they don't know what's happening. Wow, this is business part.
How we all doing? I am back. Alhamdulillah. So the plan is yeshabaab. Today we've got some influencer deals coming. Influencers and brands. Instead of brands we're doing restaurants. Insha'.
Allah.
So we're going to reach out to a few brands, restaurants, and we're going to go to them. Inshaallah. Tries to open deals. We have two influencers locked in. Inshaallah. With different rates, different packages. We're gonna try and negotiate, kind of get the best deals, insha' Allah out of them. And we're gonna go to the restaurants. We have two in mind right now in Richardson. Then we're gonna go to different areas as well, insha' Allah. And lock in a few deals. It's gonna be very sick. Inshaallah. We're making good progress. The guy that we had the meeting with yesterday with the software company, we're still waiting on that. Inshaallah. So that should be locked in as well. And then the third one, sorry, the fourth one will be the real estate guy, the marketing. He wanted to create content. The Somali brother. Still waiting on him to reply. So a couple of things in the pipeline. Alhamdulillah. I think we're gonna go from three dollars to like a thousand, fifteen hundred, whatever it is. Inshaallah. Like it's gonna be a big jump. So at the start it was very slow. 1, 2, 3. And then we're gonna fly up with. Mashallah. So that's the plan. Very excited.
Bro.
I want to make money with drop shipping. Please give me advice. I don't know, I've never tried it. I have no idea how it works. I'm the wrong person to ask. Is it okay to send one influencer to a brand to consider or best to send at least three or four. I'm not sure. That's a question for Abu when he comes back. Inshallah. How are you guys feeling? How's everybody feeling excited for this? Inshallah. Very, very excited to see how it goes. The driver is actually here already. Subhan Allah. So just waiting on AB to come back and then we're Going to head out, inshallah, to the restaurant. Close the deal. Yes, marketing is a good skill. What high income skill would you recommend me learning as a 16 year old not knowing what they are good or interested in? I'd say learn marketing. Marketing is a hundred percent a really good skill to have. So knowing how to target people, how to present. Yeah, yeah, let's go. How to present offers and services and products to different people. The psychology behind it. Marketing is definitely a good thing. He can continue the question. Let's go. What is a high income skill you recommend learning as a 16 year old?
Yeah, I think you covered that pretty well. Keep the tripod. Keep the tripod. Keep, keep the tripod on. I think it's gonna be good. You can put it in the car. No. Do we clean up or are they gonna. Watch out for the penguins? All right. Excuse me, bro. What order? Put this. That can go right under the water station. Okay. This as well or should I throw it? Appreciate it. Thank you. Oh, sham. Still got a whole truck this guy, man. A red whole truck. Next time bring a limousine. Good morning.
Good morning.
How you doing?
I'm good.
How are you doing? Very good. This is a nice car. It's an interesting first ride in a truck. Yeah, it's good though.
It's roomier than people think.
Sorry, it's.
It's got more space.
Yeah, it's very spacious. They'll be amazing if I came from the airport with all the space in the trunk. I saw the videos. Really? Do you have a paper? You want to crash out as well? Follow the sop. Huh? I told you the sop.
It's your turn.
You don't want it. He's have crashed inside. I saw that your videos had high views. How do you write your YouTube videos? The first thing I think about is what it. What would be the most interesting thing. The first thing you need to know. Like you need to really spend like 80% of your time is that is the YouTube title. Like the idea you need to find the crispiest, most interesting, interesting, exciting idea. Like really has to be like, the guy's going to click and be like, like see? He's going to be like, wow, what is this? So interesting. It's the first thing I think about is how I think even of this challenge. Like turning a dollar into a thousand in five days live. Like you're going to be like, yo, what's going on? I have to check this guy. So that's the first thing. Then you have to make an interesting thumbnail that Just is intriguing and makes them want to click to learn more. So they're gonna press that, and right away, when you. When they start watching the video, this is the time where you need to fix the. You need to confirm the thumbnail and confirm the title. So you reassure them that what they just clicked is the right thing. If I click the video saying, when I turn a dollar into a thousand in five days, and I start saying that, they click on the video and they see me just sitting there chilling, speaking about whatever they're like, that really clicked the right video. Whereas if they click and like, hey, somewhere I come, I'll turn a dollar into a thousand in five days. I'm doing it live to prove you guys that this works. Then I'm gonna. I'm gonna spin it with some crazy stuff. I'm gonna take the common belief everyone has, and I'm gonna go against it. So I'm gonna say, okay, I'm gonna turn a dollar into a thousand in five days. What is the first objection? People are gonna say, oh, you're gonna use your name. Oh, you're gonna use your contacts, or you're gonna use the money you already have. And now that's the. The spin. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna. I'm gonna go to the complete opposite. So I'm gonna say, salm, I'm gonna turn the dollar into a thousand in five days. And the tricky part is that I'm not allowed to use my name, not allowed to use my contacts, and I'm not even allowed to use any money that I have. I'm literally starting with $0. And we get started now to make our first dollar. Let's get in. And now it's, like, interesting, right? That's how you make a great intro. And the last thing is gonna be you need to add a payoff so that you delay as much as you can. So I'll say, and you don't know what's going to happen. Or, it didn't go as planned. Right? My goal was to make a thousand. I can't use my name. Whatever, whatever. And the craziest part is that it didn't even go as planned. You'll get to see that later. And I'll give you, like, a small snippet of, like, me failing or being like, whoa, I lost the money. The deal didn't go through, whatever it may be. Right? That's mainly here. You have, like, 95% of a successful video. I married. No. Are you going to make a conclusion video after the challenge. Yes. Inshallah.
You guys comfortable?
Yeah, super comfortable. Appreciate you, bro. For how long have you been growing that beard? Three years. The book code. We need to get Hakeem. Can you message him the occasion? Sir? What's up? Oh, crash out. Which country? Dallas? Texas? America? Lebanon. Le ban. Send the code. Le ban. Oh, look, there's a private jet working. Give me the camera. Oh, we can't see it.
No way.
It's gone. It's gone. Private jet is gone. No. Next time. Next time. Next time. Dude, this thing flies so fast. Yeah, this is peak. I think private jets is one of the things that makes you realize how broke you are. Like, one flight is going to cost 50 grand. One flight, just one way. Not even return. Peak. It's actually very comfortable to drive in a truck. Thanks.
Yeah, it's a smooth ride.
Sorry, It's a smooth ride. Yeah. I didn't expect it, cuz we usually have big cars, but not a truck. You know, it might be like a GMC or Cadillac, but a truck. Nice. A lot of people in Dallas drive trucks.
Yeah. Yeah, I think it says something. Yeah, they don't need them.
How long you had the truck for?
This is the first pickup truck I've ever had. I've had it for about a year.
Okay, what did you drive before?
BMW X5.
Okay. You switched from a BMW X5 to a truck? Yeah. That's an interesting drum.
It's a different. Yeah, it's an unusual job.
Yeah, I had a Range Rover. Okay. What do you like the most? Most out of the range rover. The X5. And this one. You like the truck the best? Really? Why?
I don't know what it is.
That's actually very interesting. Yeah. What would you say it is? Is it the drive? Is it the smoothness? Is it the space?
I think it's the space.
Okay.
And I kind of like being up high. It's kind of nice being up.
Okay. Very interesting. I'd have expected you to like the Range Rover more.
I love the Range Rover, but it was a vintage. It was a 1989.
Okay.
So, you know, it was a. It was beautiful, but, you know, it got like eight miles to the gallon.
Yeah. You know.
But I didn't have to drive very far.
Makes sense. Pretty cool.
What's your. What's your pitch? What do you. What content, you guys?
We do marketing. Marketing content.
Who's your. Who's your target?
Sorry?
Who's your target? Your demographic?
I'll target demographic. It's mainly towards Muslims.
Okay.
So whoever is Muslim and wants to start a business that's mainly what we focus on.
Muslims. Like specifically in Dallas Fort Worth or mainly?
Mainly just English speaking. So it's worldwide. Yeah, yeah. Uk, us, Canada.
Oh, I'm sorry, guys.
You're good, you're good. Yeah. All right. You're right. That's actually the. The right one. You didn't miss the turn. No, no, because you look at where it splits. I don't think you missed it. You would have missed it if you took it. I'm pretty sure.
Really?
Let's see. I'm. I'm 98. Sure this is the right one? Let's see. Because it's curving left. Oh. Actually.
But it looks like we didn't lose any time.
Well, let's see now. Now we're gonna see the turning point. You're right. You're right. No. Okay. Yeah. It's just a two minute difference.
Okay.
Yeah. No, no, you're good. Don't worry about it. Yeah. The book code is in the chat. You can claim the code. Claim the book for free. Are you gonna make conclusion? Yes. Hijra to Medina. We caught a glimpse of it. Okay, nice. The book code are legit. Guys, have one of the books with me Now. Madhavran, post an Instagram story about the book if you received it. Like post a picture of the book and post it on Instagram and tag me. Do you pay for shipping fees and how much is it? It depends on where you are. It can be like $5, $9, 15, $20. It depends where you are. But you will have to pay the shipping fees regardless if the book was free or not. So I bought the book, which means you only have to pay the shipping. Your future plans are Hijra to Medinawara. Inshallah. What's the plan for today? Go to some restaurants, chat to them and offer some. What's it called? Posted influencers. Take money from them. Is it better for my business that has a bravais to have Instagram and YouTube account that sends prospectof funnel with a VSL where you can pay directly. Send them after the funnel through a form. I'd say send them to a form first. And I say focus on one platform. Either Instagram or YouTube. Don't do both. Okay, let me log in. What's the name of the spot we're going to? Eight bites, eight months. How big is Richardson?
I mean, it's, it's a good size. I can't tell you the exact population. It's right in the middle of the metroplex. But I mean, I would say Richardson proper is probably 100,000 people maybe, but it's surrounded. I mean, it's. It all melts together. You know, it's just Richardson to play. No, D. It's all just.
Okay. It's just cuz we. We're touring around to see a few restaurants in Richardson. Uhhuh. And my goal is to try and find as many as possible today.
We.
We.
Restaurants in Richardson?
Yes.
There's a lot of them. Are you looking for, like, looking specifically for.
For halal ones here? Yeah. Do you know any?
Yeah, I mean, there's a. There's a bunch up here. Where are you going right now?
Yeah.
Which one are you going to?
Oh, eight. Eight bites.
I think you're in the right area.
Yeah, there's a huge, huge enclave. Super sick. But that's my goal. My goal is to get to the hospital and then just walk around or smell a small drive around and get.
To all of them where you drop. But you might be in a good spot where you are.
All right.
Sick or restaurants. Are restaurants part of your marketing?
Yeah, so that's what we're doing. We have a few influencers that are in Richardson that they, you know, post content. They go to a restaurant, they film a few videos, and they post it to bring more customers in. We're the one that. That structure the deal. So we'd find a restaurant, we'd speak about them, organize a marketing campaign, and then the influencer just has to go there, film the video, and post it. Can we hear the music?
Is there any way you can just lower the music, please?
Oh, yeah, if you don't mind. No, you're good. You could. Don't worry about it. Successful. Is it haram for YouTube to buy artificial lights? What? Huh? That's somebody asking a question. What do you want to tell you? You probably know the answer already. Again, I can't answer halal haram questions. What I'll tell you is deceiving is haram in Islam and buying fake likes is part of deceiving, so. Mm. No, I'm good.
I know somebody. I should give you a phone number. Yeah, I know a guy named Siddiqui. He's big in the halal community. Yeah, he used to own a restaurant.
I used to. I used to.
I'm in the restaurant business.
Okay.
And he does a lot of halal connections to the restaurant business. I give his phone number.
Okay. Of course.
David Allen. I'll give you one. Yeah, yeah, he'll talk to you. He knows a lot of People.
Oh, my God, you're amazing.
He might be a good connection for you.
Oh, for sure. You want to do it when you arrive? Yeah.
When we get there.
Yeah. His name is Sadiqi. Okay. You work with him?
Yeah, I. He owned a franchise. Barbecue franchise.
Okay.
It's a local grain size.
Okay.
The young one, I worked for Nicky's.
Okay.
I helped him sell his franchise.
Okay.
So he sold his business to help advise. I swear to God. To help advise other Muslim business owners in the restaurant business.
Super cool. Oh, he. He is the perfect person. Is he here in Richardson?
He lives in Dallas.
Really?
Yeah. He's a great guy. He's a good guy for you.
That's amazing. Yeah, that would be super cool. What do you think we could help him with in terms of value? I know about marketing. Digital marketing. Yeah. How could we be of help to him?
He'll be able to introduce you to a lot of restaurant owners.
Yeah.
Is that what you look. Are you looking for restaurant owners?
Yeah.
He knows a lot of restaurant owners that are halal owners.
Members. Okay.
So he sold his business.
Yeah. And then he advises the other ones. Makes sense. Makes sense.
His son is an attorney.
Yeah.
Very smart.
Yeah.
It's a really good family to know.
Yeah.
And we're in the restaurant business.
It's good. That's super good. Yeah, yeah, I'll definitely. I'll give him a call. Do you mind? Yeah, yeah.
I'll give you my name.
Yeah.
And the restaurant that I helped him sell.
Yeah.
He'll know exactly what.
Okay. That's super cool.
I talk to every day for six months.
Wow.
Help them sell.
Very good. So you were in the restaurant business?
I am in the restaurant.
Oh, you still.
Yeah.
Okay. You own restaurants?
I'm a consultant.
Okay. Really good.
I'm in between contracts. My next contract's not until February.
Yeah.
So I'm doing business on the side.
Makes sense. You do. So you do the. When you have a contract, you do the consulting full time. Yeah. Okay, so how does it work? You.
So it depends on the. It depends on the restaurant. Somebody like, somebody knows me, you know, they'll know me. They'll call you, and then whatever the problem is.
What would you say, for instance? Okay.
The one that I'm going to start.
Yeah. Yeah.
It's not for a restaurant. It's for a pos.
Company. Company. Okay. Yeah.
And they have a product.
And they.
Have a team of engineers, but their sales team doesn't know much about the product.
Yeah.
That's this job. But then other ones have been more like operations. Food cost, labor cost.
Pretty cool. Super cool.
How about make, make it more profitable?
Oh yeah. I can see a few restaurants here. Andalus Mediterranean Buffet.
What's that?
I said I can see already a few restaurants. I saw one here called Andalus Mediterranean Buffet. I think it's. Yeah, that's very good call. Do you think I'll have a chance to meet him in person today? Yeah, yeah.
He's a very friendly.
Yeah.
And he wants to help.
Really good.
Since you're an entrepreneur. He respects that. He'll like somebody, anybody trying to do their own thing. He'll respect that. He's a good guy.
Super cool. Yeah. We're just getting, getting started out with the, with the marketing company. I'm, I'm in Dallas for two more days, so I'm doing everything we can here from morning. Tonight we, we're hustling, trying to get it off the ground. Sure. So that's, that would be a super, super helpful introduction. Yeah, no, absolutely.
And if you call him, he doesn't answer, send him a text.
Okay. I think we missed a 10. What do you see is the biggest issue restaurants struggle with from you doing consulting with them?
The business side. You know, people get into the restaurant business and they don't understand the business side. So they don't know. They don't look at their profit loss statements.
They look.
They don't know if they're making money or not.
Okay.
They just, they get in the grind.
Cuz they're passionate about it. Yes. In terms of the. What would you say is the main issue that they, they don't know how to manage budgets? Is it a cash flow issue? Is it a marketing issue? What is it mainly?
All of those.
All of those. Really?
The different, different owners, different things.
Yeah. You know, makes sense.
Some people might have a natural instinct towards marketing and they're better.
Yeah.
Than you think at that.
Yeah.
But they don't. That they can't manage dollars and cents. And some people can manage dollars and cents, but they don't know how to market their business.
Makes sense. Makes sense. And from your experience, what's the best way to market a restaurant? Of course, this is a broad question.
The best.
Yeah.
Is word of mouth.
Word of the mouth.
But that's hard.
Yeah. I mean, the food has to be very good.
The food has to be good.
Yeah. And that's what does it makes sense. Do you, do you see a lot of restaurant owners investing in their marketing?
No.
No. You think that's a good thing? Or that's a mistake. No, it's a mistake. It's a mistake.
Yeah.
Really?
Yeah. They need, they need to invest in marketing. They need to do it the right way. I think there's too many people that will take their money for marketing that don't have their best interest in mind.
Makes sense.
Where do you, where do you live?
Sorry? Where do you live In Dubai. Dubai.
Just to Dallas and back to Dubai or other places in the States.
We were in Vegas, then we came here to Dallas. We actually have another trip. We have to go. We're going South Africa later this week and then then back home. Inshallah. So we have, we have to make something work in the next two days. Do you think that'd be doable? Yeah.
Two whole days.
Yeah. I like this mindset. What do you think would be the, the key to focus on, to make it work out over the next two days?
That's a good question. I mean I think.
Yeah, this is a nice spot. I can see a lot of food spot. I think.
You know, it's who you.
Can meet, you know, if you can.
If you can leave some, some trails behind you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Two days.
You think the main thing would be the network? The impression we make on the, on the, the network. Okay.
Then you have somebody that you can.
Yeah, it's right here on the left. Come back to. Okay. This actually very helpful. That was a much, much more helpful drive than I expected. He's right here. The restaurant right there. Yeah. Super cool. So we mainly use WhatsApp.
Okay.
Do you think he has WhatsApp? Yeah, probably. Here it is. You can type it in if you want. So it's from the U.S. right? So us number.
Yes.
Sid.
There he is. So I have him as Sid.
Yeah.
His name is Siddiqi. That's his son Sidiki.
Makes sense. Yeah.
972.
Don't. Don't say it out loud. Cuz this the. I just want to make sure no one is gonna, no random people are gonna call him. It's good. So then it's S I DD DD IQ IQ ui This. Yeah. I just put Restaurant. Restaurant owner. Super cool. You wanna, you wanna. Yeah, I can type it on my phone directly.
So my name.
Yep, One second.
So I'm David Allen. That's me. Yep, yep. Dicky's Barbecue. D I, C K E Y S C K C K E Y S.
E Y E Y S Barbecue B A. Yep.
So Siddiqui owned Odicki's Barbecue.
Yeah.
And David Allen. I helped him sell his Business to somebody else.
Okay. Okay.
He knows a ton in. Just mention that Halal. I want to introduce you to Halal restaurant owners. He knows a million of them.
Super cool. Thank you so much, David. Super helpful. Amazing, amazing guy.
You guys have good luck with everything.
Thank you so much. Where there's a security guys. Everything okay? Sorry. No, I'm not coming to the bank. I'm coming for a bite. Oh, customer. Bank customer. Oh, customer. Okay. So sorry. Yeah, because he's dropping herself. Thank you so much. So sorry, David.

Yeah.
You're super helpful. Thank you so much. He's gonna come in short.
I get it. Thank you.
All right. Thank you so much. I'll text you on your number. Thank you so much, David. Thank you. Take care. Appreciate you. Sick guy. How are you? Good. Alhamdulillah. Good. Watch out with the camera. Pull it down. Can you. Am I muted? Okay, pull it down because I'm. I'm gonna walk inside. Thanks so much for the ride. And the. Right. So I'm gonna put my backpack here just so I don't look like a Taban guy. You got it? All right. Huh? Yeah. Stay here. If you. If you want to film, film from the windows. Try and be low key. Morning. So I. How you doing, bro? I'm just looking around. Okay. I came here because I saw you guys on. On Instagram. Oh, yeah? Yeah. I saw a post from. I think it was Halal Hunt.
Yeah.
Everything is okay. Super cool. You. Are you the manager?
I'm not the manager. I have a kitchen manager here today.
Yeah. Yeah, that would be cool. All right. You can go around if you want to film from the right side, not from the door. I entered from the other door because they can't see it. So it would be cool. So. Yeah, you can film from here. You should be fine. As the guy of the manager is here. He said. He said, I have a kitchen manager. We're gonna see. Good morning, bro. How you doing? Good. Alhamdulillah. My name is Au. I just saw you guys on. On Instagram. Okay. I saw you from this account. We're actually a marketing agency. We're working with restaurants like yours and different influences in the area to, like, promote some restaurants, bring more customers, bring more awareness. Is that something? Because I saw you guys were interested in this. Are you guys doing more of this type of content?
We are. If you want, I can give you the owner's number.
Yeah, that'd be super cool. The only thing is we're only here for two days. Do you think he'll be around today? Yeah, he should be okay almost every day. Do you know around what time he comes? It's always random, right? Yeah, but if you give him a.
Call, you guys can set something up.
His.
His number is 607.
Okay, one second. Can you type it in for me? Yeah. It's a pretty cool concept.
Yeah, they're. They're originally from New York.
Okay, nice. What's his name? I call him TK TK TKA bites.
We have another number if you wanted.
Me to give it to you. That's the second order. Okay, so that one is TK and then which one is the other one? His name is T. T? So I'm just gonna call him T. Yes, sir. You sure? Yes, sir. All right. You can type in as well. Okay. Appreciate you, bro. Yeah, man, any time. Thanks so much. So his name?
T. T?
What's his name? T or T? T, T, A M or R? Same thing. He's the same guy or is he a different guy? Brothers. Are there brothers in Own the restaurant? Yes, sir. Super cool. Okay. Do you think I could give them a call now? Yeah, go ahead. Let me give them a call. Do. Do you speak with them often?
I speak with them every day.
Okay. Do you mind giving them a call, letting them know I'm going to call them? Sure. That'll be helpful. You can tell them I'm here if they're around. That'll be easier if it comes from you. They're kind of busy right now. Yeah, so they said if the kids. Do you have any paperwork, you can leave or, like. Not really. I could send them a text. What time do you think would be best for them?
I don't know, because they're.
They have. They have a couple meetings. Okay, so just send them a text. Yeah.
And we're like.
Try to set up a schedule with them. Yes. And. Okay, sounds good. That's super helpful. By any chance, do you know around here if there's any other Halal restaurants? You don't know? Maybe the guy knows. You don't know. Okay, it's fine. What was your name? Osman. Thank you so much, bro. Appreciate you. Thank you so much, bro. Appreciate you, bro. Thank you, guys. You too. Thank you. Bye. Bye. All right, so that's two phone numbers. Let me chat to the other guy as well. Do you have the chat? Do you mind sitting in the chat? Because with the back and forth of the messaging, I can't really read it. So these are the two guys T from Eight Bites. Let me give Cedar a call. It. No response. Calling if. Give them the update. Wait, I don't think you have your mic on. Yeah, I mean, David, it's such a. Such a G, bro. So wait, just. Just so I don't forget, we have Sadiqi, which is the big man. We have those two guys from Eight Bites. Then we have David. Let me see if there's anything here. Mediterranean buffet. There's a seven minute walk. Which one? I walk. Let's go. I saw a spot right behind. Let me see. Because that one is this way. But I think we saw a few things here on the parking lot. Yeah. Okay. This looks like a halal one restaurant. Coffee. None. Yeah. Want to get a haircut? You want to get. You want to get a haircut? I need to get a haircut. Also, there's a M nearby. Richardson, because we're already here. We'll go for the. Inshallah. You can read the chat. I don't have in front of my eyes because I'm focusing on the. Yeah.
Nay.
This looks halal. All right. Same story. Wow. This looks. Let me see if they're open. Are you open?
Yes.
Okay. How are you doing? Nice to meet you. Are you the manager? Oh, do you think I could speak with him? It's just about the. The area. We work with the. A few different companies. We've seen a few restaurants on Instagram. Yes. And we help with like, Instagram content, you know, influencers, etc. If I could just chat to him. That was a bad report on my side. This is very nice. Which cuisine is it? Which. Which type of cuisine? Iraqi food. Mashallah. You guys Iraqi? Algeria. Algeria, yes. How long you guys been doing this? Six months. Okay. How has it been going? Good. Good. Sorry. Keep. Keep eating. I don't know about it. Yeah. Music is going crazy. Same thing. You can film from the windows because we can't see you if you go. You probably have to film from see where I entered? Nowhere entered. Can stay on the parking lot side and then you should be able to catch some cars. Yeah, yeah, you're good. You see what I'm over here. Go outside. Go where I pointing here, Outside the. Yeah, on the parking lot. It'd be fine. And then you zoom in. Let me look them up real quick. What's the name? Nay Nay Restaurant. Nay Cafe Restaurant. Very good, Huh? I give you this number for the Muhammad. Yeah. This guy, the manager, another guy, he take care about the marketing and everything. Okay. Yeah, he's here. I think it's coming there. You can call. Yeah, you can't call now. He answered the phone. Okay, Yeah, I will type. I will type. What's his name?

Muhammad. And he's from N. Okay. He's the. Who is he? He's the owner and he manages the social media and everything. Okay. Do you. Do you think you can give him a call? Just tell him I'm gonna call him because he will. He will appear as a strange number if. Because I've seen you have. Good, good Instagram. Mashallah.
Yeah.
My name is Au. Aub.
My name is Aubrey.
I can call him. Okay, perfect. I will call him now on. What's up? Yeah, he's okay. Okay, I'm going to call him. I can sit here. It's okay. Because it's ours because it matters. 40,000 participants took part in this year's Jerusalem Winter Marathon.
Because you want to be a part.
He's not. I think I need to call him directly from the number. March 27, 2020 26. Come run with us at Shabby Fabrics. We offer exclusive kits, lock ons and clubs you won't find anywhere else. With over a thousand supporting YouTube videos. I think I need to show him a giant guy. I'm gonna say I run marketing agency from Dubai. Giant guy, respond please, sir, again, as you can see, there are so many reasons to make shabby fact for all things. Chef boss. You sure this is good number? He's not responding. He has. He has WhatsApp949. No, this is. This is. This is. Same, same number, but he. He not. Not responding. WhatsApp. He has WhatsApp. Yeah, I call him now twice. No, no response.
Maybe I don't know what's up.
Like, okay, let me, let me go outside. I will maybe call him on the. The line. Sorry, habibi, what's. What's your name? Ahmed. Ahmed, Nice to meet you, Ahmed. Sham, I'm going to need your phone. This one I'm going outside. Yeah, give me your phone because I'm gonna call him on the direct line. Hi. If you record your name and reason for calling, I'll see if this person is available. This is Ayub calling you. I just spoke with Ahmed. He gave you a call. We here at your restaurant on N to speak about your Instagram marketing. Inshallah. Hello. Salam Alikum Muhammad. How you doing? Alhamdulillah. How are you, brother Alhamdulillah? Very good. I saw your restaurant. Very nice. Masah. My name is aub. What is it? My name is Aubrey. Are you. Are you. Nice to meet you, brother. Nice to meet you. I was just here at your restaurant. I spoke with the brother Ahmed.
Okay.
And mashallah, you have a very good restaurant. I saw your Instagram account. I'm calling you because we have a marketing agency. I saw you guys already do content on Instagram. You have some people coming here, making some videos. We help restaurants like you, Halal restaurants do more of this content. Content work with influencers here from Dallas that can post about the restaurant, bring some people, etc. Is this something you guys are interested in? Yes. So can we, can we get like a proposal? What are you gonna like, are you gonna be able to manage Facebook and Instagram? Tick tock. Making shots? Yeah. Posting daily responses. Google. Inshallah. Definitely. We can, we can discuss this definitely in person. My goal is to first understand where you guys are. What do you guys want to do? What do you guys want to post? Inshallah. From there, we can definitely handle it. Do you have like packages or how do you work? Yeah, the, the best thing, I'll tell you this because right now I'm already on site. Are you at the restaurant? No, I'm not. I'm. I'm really far. I travel to Houston. I would. I'll be back like probably a week. Oh, okay. The only issue is I'm not from Dallas. I'm from Dubai. But I'm only here for the next two days. Do you think there's any chance I could meet with you in person? Yeah, but I told you, like, oh, you won't be here until next week to meet you. Okay. Are you familiar with, you know, Zoom or Google Meet meeting? Yeah, we can do a Zoom meet. Okay. Are you available now? Not right now. Tomorrow. Tomorrow this time. Tomorrow. This time might be a bit tough because I'd be flying out on Friday. Do you have any other times available today? I can be flexible. Inshallah. Maybe in half an hour. In half an hour? From now. Perfect. I'll be free. Inshallah. I'll give you. I just. Can you just do one thing for me, please? I texted you on WhatsApp. I don't know if your WhatsApp is working. Yes, it's working. Okay, can you check? I should have texted you. My name is Ayub. Okay, can you see. Okay, let me know while I have you on the phone. I see like a message. Okay, let me know and I'll give you a call back inshallah, half an hour from now. Okay, I got it. Okay. Is there anything you want me to prepare before the call? What are you guys mainly interested in? You mentioned to me you have different things. You want to post daily, you want to post content, etc. What would you say is the main thing for you that would be the most helpful for the business in terms of marketing? What is my target? Yeah, what's your goal? My goal is, you know, to approach as much as. As we can to customers. Okay. How do you. How are you getting customers? So is it word of mouth? A word of mouth? We have the social media that is. That you already see. Yeah. Who is managing, who's managing the social media? Used to be a company that I was assigning to, so. But I.
I just like want to change another company.
Okay. What's. What to see you, Dino, performing more than that. Makes sense. Makes total sense. That's fair. What was the previous company doing for you guys? What is it again? What was the previous company doing?
They mentioned to you everything.
They were managing the Google. Okay. All the social. All the social media. Yeah. Posting daily stories. Yeah. Two videos a week. Yeah. And taking photos twice a month. Okay. They were here, local, in Dallas. Yes. Okay. And okay, so they were posting daily, recording twice a month, posting stories. And how much were they charging you for that? Around 800. Around 800amonth, sorry. Yes, around 800. Okay. Makes sense. We'll try to see how we can, how we can beat, inshallah, what they're doing. What would you say you're mainly looking for right now? Are you looking for better marketing agency? Someone that would do better performance? Are you looking for somebody that would be cheaper than them? I want, as I told you, like, I wanna, I want more visibility. Okay.
I want to approach more to customers.
Okay. Good performance. Okay. I need numbers. You need numbers. Okay, makes sense. That's a fair. Walking more customers. Walking more customer. Visiting more customer. Train. Yeah, yeah, yeah. As much as we can, definitely. Okay. And in terms of budget for the marketing, how flexible are you how flexible are you in terms of the budget for the marketing? Because I can see the previous marketing agency, they had a. They had a fair price. You tell me. You tell me. Like, if we do this budget, we.
Can reach up to this.
Okay, very good. If we do this budget, we can.
Reach out to these numbers.
Very good, actually. Well, I'll have that prepared for you because I'm. I'm pretty sure you're busy now. I'll have that prepared for you in half an hour, inshallah. What I can tell you already is I know, I know some influencers here in. In Dallas that, that live nearby Richardson. They have a big audience in Richardson. People follow them here, and they already been helping restaurants like yours, halal restaurants, get more people to walk in. You know, they make a video, they come in, they shoot, they make a video, they talk about it, they. They post it, they get engagement in the comments, people asking where the address is so that they can walk in, etc. Would that be something you guys would be interested in? Yes, why not? Okay, perfect. Have you ever guys did that before? Have you guys ever done that before, having somebody come in that's, you know, that has followers on their accounts and give a shout out to the restaurant and when influencers, they came in? Yeah. Have you ever had influencers come to the restaurant? Yes, many. Many. Okay, and how did that go?
It was doing really good.
It was. Sorry. It was doing really good. Really good. Okay, so why not doing more? We are scheduling more. Why not? Okay.
I'm feeling like I need someone to manage the socials.
Okay. The Google and influencers.
Maybe they can bring more influencers.
More than that. I know, yeah. Yep. We could handle that for you. I'm asking this because that's our expertise. We, we have experience doing social media. You can coordinate with them and get us, like, better prices from them. Yep, I already have. I already have influencers that I spoke with this morning, actually, that are in Richardson and they will literally be ready to come record today or come record over the weekend if you guys are available. Okay. Yeah, we move very fast, so I'll speak to you in half an hour just. Just to know about scheduling. How. How early could you get started if everything made sense? How early that we can start? Yeah, immediately. Okay, done. I'll have something prepared for you in half an hour, inshallah.
Okay.
Muhammad, I'll speak to you in half an hour. My name is Eve. Salaam alaikum. Okay. The hustle. The hustle keeps going. Let me throw this in the trash. There's some glass on the floor. How do you feel, Shamso?
Huh?
Let me just throw this. This glass is gonna stab someone. Let me go. Let me go. Guys, let me show you here what we did. Walked in. You see how insisting I was, but without pushing? He said, oh, speak to the other guy. Give him his number. I said, can you call him now? I'm giving him a call now. Spoke with the guy, etc. Okay, Mumtaz. Oh, tomorrow. No, I need to speak today. Half an hour. Okay, Mumtaz, get the call now. Now, the guy inside the restaurant, Ahmed. I'm gonna go back, build more report. Build like a Jawan guy, make him like me. Because if he likes me, what's gonna happen at the end? He's gonna speak with Muhammad. Hey, Muhammad. I saw the guy. He's very. Mumtaz, He's Joanne. We should make a deal with this guy. He's gonna bring influencers. Very good. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? He said he was paying 800 before, but he was not getting results. I think I shouldn't make a big jump. I was gonna charge like 1500. I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna hop on a call with him, say, hey, sir, this is what we're gonna do. This is how we're gonna help. We're gonna do X, Y and Z, normal price. We should do 1500. And because you had previous agency, we only do 1000. We're gonna have Joanne posting. We're gonna start from one week from now. The headache is I'm gonna find a way to fulfill on that. I need to find a guy to record here badly. I can find some normal. Normal Houston guy. Come here. Record twice a month, make some content, and don't shut a glass. Actually, let me. Let me. Oh, this is. Okay, wait. I have the guy from 8 bytes that's calling me. One second. Does that send me a message? Let me call the influencer from this morning back because he's Joanne guy. Maybe he can. He can come here. If I pay him a fast stack, he can make the content for them. Etc. Yeah. Joan. How are you, brother?
Sorry, my name is Ravia, but that's okay.
Sorry. Yeah, I'm good.
I said I'm actually like brother and sister, but.
Oh, sorry.
That's okay.
Sorry, sorry.
It's okay. I'm good. How are you?
Good, good. Alhamdulillah. I'm calling you back because Alhamdulillah. We're moving quite fast. I already found A restaurant that would be interested here in, in Richardson. It's called Nye Restaurant and Coffee.
Oh yeah. I've actually already worked with them though.
Okay, that's totally fine because actually for this one I have a bit of a, of a special, a bit of a difference proposal. But before that let me ask you a few more questions. What is your main, your main area of expertise? Do you mainly focus on creating content?
Yeah, so I mainly focus on, you know, you can go to my Instagram page.
Yeah.
So I'll take videos of the food and then, you know, post it. So like promoting new restaurants. Promoting new my items. Yeah, Places to have haul options.
Is this something, is this something you do because you, you know, you're passionate about it? Yeah. Okay.
I mean, something I like to do.
Yeah. Okay. And when it comes to the night restaurant, how did you like the food when you went there? How was it?
I like the kebabs.
Some can.
I can't remember what I tried. I think I tried kebabs. They were good. The rice I thought could have a little bit more flavoring or seasoning, but I went right when they opened. So you know, maybe like, you know, I probably. They've had a while now, so I'm pretty sure.
Yeah.
Adjusted and improved.
Yeah, they've been, they've been growing pretty fast. The reason why I'm asking you this is have you ever done social media management for another restaurant or for another account, as in posting for them?
No, I haven't. No, I haven't. And even if, you know, that is something I am considering maybe inshallah next year for the project, I can't do it right now because for social media management and you know, my team creates great work, but since it's a more responsibility commitment, I would like to do the managing myself. And unfortunately I won't be able to do that right now. Yeah, some personal reasons. So because I'm on an extended leave in Houston, I'm not in Dallas myself physically.
Makes sense. Makes sense.
So it could be something that I'm willing, you know, enjoy maybe considering in the future.
Yeah.
Once I get back to Dallas.
Okay.
But as of. But right now, no makes sense.
And when it comes to. Would you, would you know anyone else that would be interested in this social media management?
I can ask around. I think I do, I do know some people who do it.
We're just looking for one person, but we're looking for someone that's really good because we're basically going to replace the current managers that they have by Someone else that has more experience, that really knows how to do content. I saw that on your profile, so it came to my mind. It seems like you know what you're doing. I've liked the content. You do.
Thank you so much. I would love to. I would. That is something I am actually considering in the future. But you know, due to some unexpected reasons I have to take, like I have to. I'm in Houston right now, so once I start that, I would like to be, you know, in Dallas physically myself. And then you know, once, once, you know, we have a schedule routine going, then my team could take over.
You know what's actually interesting? What I could mention this to you and of course you, you take your conclusion from this is that they don't need as much recording time as you would expect. The, the previous agency used to only record twice a month, so your team might be able to handle it remotely and then you could just schedule the content, if that makes sense.
Yeah, but I'd still, I'd still prefer to be there in the beginning, starting off, even doing the recording. But yeah, like, you know, once I get back to Dallas, I can contact you guys about that and, but I can also give you. I know someone. He does pretty good. I'll reach out to him.
Yeah.
And then, you know, let you know.
How soon, how soon do you think we could have an answer about for him?
I'm outside right now.
Okay.
So maybe inshallah once I get back home, I'll message him.
Okay. Is there any chance we could get a response a bit faster? The only reason why I'm asking this is we have a follow up call with the restaurant in just about half an hour and I'm on the site actually right now I'm at the restaurant. All I could.
Okay. So I'm actually right now outside shopping. But let me. I could. The thing is I can text him on like message him on Instagram, but I don't have his phone number so I can't call him.
And you could try, you could try giving him a call just like I'm giving you a call now on, on Instagram.
I can't. But yeah, but I think usually he doesn't. Like, a lot of people don't pick up on Instagram. Actually I've tried but. But I'll give it a call. Any fe. If you purchase up I'll. Can you message me your number?
Of course.
And then you know, I can send the.
Of course him the number and then.
I'll get back to you. But if he doesn't.
Then you know, that's totally fine.
Sorry about that.
That's totally fine. And last question then. On the, on the actual content side, would your team be able to make a video here? Because that's also something they might be interested in, which wouldn't be the full social media management. They would be coming in here making a video etc.
Yeah. So they could come in there, want to make a video. That's not a problem. But the thing is that I've already worked, I've already covered nice food.
Yeah.
So unless they're trying their want they brought.
I think, I think they probably would have something new. I. I can speak with them, but I think they probably had something new.
They can. I know, I'm pretty sure they know what I've worked with in the past, like what I've done in the past. You know, you can always pull up the video from my page and their page. Page I'm pretty sure in Ocean it is. So if they have some new menu items that they've introduced since then, I can tell my team.
Okay. And well, I just, I just texted you my number. What was the deal structure you had last time? How was it? Because you mentioned to me you had different structures based on the company. What is the scope of work you guys did last time? This one.
So for n. I did do what I told you, I think, I'm pretty sure, I think it was a paid. A paid promotion. I came in, I posted a video on. In Instagram, Instagram reels. I don't know if that time I think I posted on Tick Tock.
Okay.
Because Tick Tock is fairly recent. So Tick Tock and Facebook and Instagram. Their Instagram video did pretty well.
Yeah.
But yeah. And I know they reached out to me again I think to come in to do a video, but I think I was busy with some other restaurants because I had already worked with them once. So you know, unless this second time I work with the restaurant, it is for sure paid.
Yeah.
And like, you know, I was wondering like, you know, if they had new menu items or if there's something.
Yeah, I'll see, I'll see that with.
Them, you know, something different.
Yeah. I'll ask them about that to their menu. Yeah.
You know, I can show my followers it's not the same content or it's not the same things that they could have gotten the last time. It's like, oh, these are new menu items.
Makes sense. Yes. Okay. When it comes to the actual rate you mentioned to me was you if was $50, right. Plus the food.
Yes, yes. This is my second time working with them.
Yeah.
So I'm going to discuss with my team. We'll see if we can keep it $50 or would they be able to do like 60 since this is my second time coming in for them.
Okay, so we'll see because the. The reason why I'm saying this is we probably will handle the deal as well. We'll. I'm discussing with the owner of the restaurant in about 20 minutes. We're going to create sort of a campaign with them with different influencers and also some content management. And it would just be as a global package. So you. You'll get paid through our agency.
Okay.
Okay.
I'll discuss with my team. Most likely will be okay for $50 as well.
Okay. And how soon do you think you could get it. Get it started.
So this week it will not be available.
Okay.
Because for sure, two other restaurants. I'm already, I'm talking to my team about their schedule. Two other restaurants are already waiting for it to be scheduled. So inshallah, maybe the soonest would be next week.
Okay. Okay, cool. Do you have any dates in mind?
If you could.
Sorry, sorry. Go ahead.
But if you could first like you know, let talk to Naysca restaurant and you know, if they pull up the video, they'll see what time I can came in and we would come in only on like, you know, if they have new menu items that they are introducing. If it's the same thing menu that I came in when I came last.
Time, I think it will be different because I think they open. They only opened like six months ago and I think you came in right when they opened. Yeah, yeah.
Pretty early.
Yeah.
So I'm thinking sure that they should also have maybe have some new menu items. But I know not every restaurant does new menu items right away.
Yeah. How about this? Let's say best case scenario they have a new item. So we'll be able to do something if they don't have a new item. But we can have a new either maybe. I don't know if you saw the desserts last time. If you saw the. No, we didn't.
There was no desserts.
Okay. So maybe we could explore that. Right. So maybe it wouldn't be a completely new menu, but as long as we can find. Because I'm assuming from your side the reason for wanting a new menu or new items is so that the content is not similar to the previous one.
Yeah, it's not only when content are similar it's just a rule that I do whenever I swear for my followers. Because, like, for example, I'll go to a restaurant and like, some restaurants have big menus, so I'm not covering every single dish on the menu.
Right.
Or even every section. I cover the main parts.
Yeah.
But also, like, sometimes, and if it's a menu is the same, I don't go in because, you know, my followers can go in and see the same thing like they went in last time.
That's fair.
But sometimes some, some restaurants have called me in and I'll say, like, new menu items. Like that would be the hook line at, you know, whatever Iraqi restaurant or at nay coffee. And so that's something that when my followers go in again, they can see that. Okay, this is new. I didn't cover desserts, so I could.
Say I'll speak with them.
Desserts also.
Yeah, that would be good.
But, but the thing. Or like, I know last time they were saying they were thinking of opening up like a coffee bar or something. I don't know they've done that. But the thing is, nay coffee is not like, it's not concentrated. I don't know if you've seen in Richardson recently, there have been a lot of like dessert places opening up.
Like.
Yeah, chocolate drip, Bora Bora. Like, they're concentrated. Their main specialty is desserts. Right?
Yeah.
So nay coffee is not like specifically based on desserts. So yeah, I wouldn't like only one dessert. It would have to be like a lot. And then also we'll find a way.
To make it work. We'll find a way to make it work.
Yeah, yeah. See if these, you know, if this is new menu items or it's something like a coffee bar, then I could tell my team to go in. But you know, I would, I would not want to come in if it's like the same thing like last time.
Yeah, makes sense. Makes sense. I'll. I'll update you on that. And last thing, I also have eight bites. I don't know if you've been there.
Yes, I've been there. I did a promotion for them like two weeks ago.
Okay, cool. No problem. Then I. Oh, yeah, sorry, carry on.
No, no, go ahead, go ahead.
Yeah, I said I. I'll actually. Give me one second, cuz I have the menu in front of me. Just give me one second. I'll put you on. On hold for just a second. Semi compl. I spoke with Muhammad. I have. Inshallah, I call with him in 15 minutes. I just wanted to Ask him. I'm speaking with someone here from Dallas that makes videos about, you know, food, etc. They came here six months ago when you opened. They're asking did you guys have anything new you added? Any new menu, any new items, any new food, any desserts? Maybe you added anything new?
Not now, but later.
Yeah. When we want to do coffee machine. I will copy here. Yeah. And do GR open. Okay. Because I know the GR open. Yeah, I do.
I do only soft open.
Okay, nice. Do you have any time frame and you, you know when? Approximately?
I think December 10th.
December 10th, yeah. Okay. And I have, I have another application. I want to open it cuz this one just fast food. Fast food?
Yeah.
What's the name? Is it nearby? Okay. Okay, I'll speak with them. I'll tell them.
Okay.
Can I take a menu? I'm just outside. Can I take a menu? Yeah. Can you hear me? Yes. Okay, so. Yeah, I can hear you. So there's a, there's a few, there's a few, few updates. So can you update me on the last thing you tried when you came here for a.
For which restaurant?
For Nay.
N. I'll have to go in and check.
I'm trying to.
It's been a while.
Yeah. Cuz I'm trying to search it up. Do you remember roughly the time when it was.
No, it's been a while. But, but if you go to my, in my highlights, I have Mediterranean. Mediterranean or Arab food in like one Highlights. It's in there.
Oh, it's a Mediterranean. Right? Let me, let me search it up. Yes.
Yeah, it should show up on the highlights.
Yeah, you did a ton of spots. Oh yeah. Night cafe. That was in. Yep. Okay. That was, that was in September.
Yeah, there was one right when the first open.
Okay. The newest Iraqi restaurant. Makes sense. They're telling me they're going to open something in this number. Two things. There's a, there's a new location that the owner will open which is going to be a fast food. And the second thing is they also are going to open the, the coffee side of Nay. So they'll have the coffee machine and different, different foods that they'll have available here. Would that be something that you'd be interested in? They're launching this on the 10th of December. So it's right about a month from now.
Yeah. So what's it called they can do if you're saying. Sorry, did you say just a coffee machine or is it like a coffee bar or.
No, it's coffee bar. It's coffee bar. And the whole thing. Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
Then that's something new that, you know, I could do it to say like, you know, coffee cotton, new coffee drinks at N or coffee bar at N. So yeah, that's something we could cover. The fast food restaurant, do you know what their name is?
Like he, he, he didn't give. But I could get that information for you. I'm just looking if, if you'd be open, I could get more details for you.
Yeah, yeah, sure. Since that's a completely new restaurant, I would be, you know, interested in working with. Interested in doing that.
Okay, done. So coffee bar too? Sorry, what? No, that's, that's, that's the, the main information I was looking for. I'll, I'll speak with them later in, in 15 minutes. Just so I can understand a bit, a bit more about what they're looking for. Info. I just wanted to know what you'd be open to. So now I have an understanding. Around the 10th of December, they're going to launch something new. I could probably include that as part of the asparity package. I'll. I'll look into that with them. And in the meantime, if you have any updates on the con, the social media management you mentioned to me, you know someone, if you could refer them to me, that'll be very helpful.
Okay, sure.
Thank you so much. Thank you. Of course.
You're welcome.
Bye. All right. That was the craziest objection handling to get someone to make a video for a restaurant. Just come in and show the new shawarma. Oh, can you give me your phone number? Your phone? Wait, where's your phone? Oh, I have your phone. Let me call the other one. No, it was called Halal Hunts. Yes, sir.
Hello?
Hello, this is a. Again. I gave you a call this morning. Yes, I'm just at a restaurant here. This why I'm calling you. It's in Richardson. It's called Nay Restaurant. Have you ever worked with them before? Yes, I have worked at restaurant. Okay, how long ago was that? It was this last month. It was last month. Okay.
Yeah.
And it got pretty good menus and shares also. Okay. And I also have eight bites right, right around the corner. Know. Have you worked with them as well? Which one? Eight bites, eight big bites. I have worked with them also this month only. Okay, makes sense then I had a different question. Have you ever done social media management?
No, sorry, I. I had, I had gotten to a marketing agency to India before.
Oh, you worked with him before? Just once, yeah, with SE Media before. Okay. Is that something you're interested in Cuz I I with the restaurants I'm speaking to, they're also looking for someone to do social media management for them. Oh, social media management. Are you asking me to do it? No, no, no, no. I have no idea about all of this. Okay, that's fine. That's totally fine. Okay then thanks for the time and I'll give you another call if I find something else.
Yeah, you were speaking of barbecue, right?
Yeah, yeah, I'll give them a call later. They're not open yet. They open at 4pm yeah.
So that's one restaurant I haven't worked with yet.
You can talk to them. Okay, sounds good. I'll chat to them later. They're going to open at 4:00pm Inshallah. Okay, thank you. Bye. Bye. I'm gonna crash out. Let me call the other guy. The bites A bites guys by. Yeah, it's in 10 minutes. Inshah. How can I help you, brother? You're going to help me bite Bon Glass.
We could say either or.
Hello? Salam alikum. How you doing, bro? Good. Who's this? This is a. I called you, I just walked in into eight bites and the, the kitchen manager gave me your phone number. Is this Tamar?
Yes, this is Tamar.
Nice to meet you. I'm sorry to call you out of the blue. My name is aub. I run a marketing agency. I'm here in Dallas. We help halal restaurants work with influencers, do social media, etc. I saw you guys on Instagram and I thought I'd just give you a shout. I just walked by the restaurant and you, you were not here so gave me your phone number and told me to give you a call.
Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
Okay, awesome.
So just tell me about your company, what you guys do.
Yeah, so we mainly focus on social media management and influencer marketing. So what are you guys currently doing in terms of content?
So we have a marketing team because we are a franchise. There's eight locations, we're from New York. So we have a team that handles all the Instagram and Tik Tok and ads and stuff like that already.
Okay.
Yep. As far as influencers go, we reach out to them locally. We do our own research, try to see, you know, who's active, who has the most amount of, you know, following all that kind of stuff.
So do you, do you manage that yourself? Sorry, the team does. The marketing team as well. Yeah, yeah. Okay. And how has that been going so far? Can you hear me? Yeah, I can hear you and I Said. And how has that been going so far, Alamola?
It's been good. You know, the team is diligent. If you see. You know, if you checked out our Instagram. Yeah, yeah. So the engagement is good. The following is good. You know, since we've come to the Dallas market just about two and a half weeks ago, we've gone up by like 5k followers. So, yeah, the team does a good job.
Okay. Do you feel like there's anything else I could. I could help with? I'm from Dubai. There's a few different things we've done in terms of marketing. If everything is going well and you feel like nothing could be helpful, I don't want to hold you longer. But if there's anything on your mind, anything you think could be helpful. We have experience working with different influencers. We know some people locally as well. Here.
Gotcha. Gotcha. Yeah, brother. Why would you do this? Let me send you my email.
Yeah.
And I'll send you my partner's email as well.
Yeah.
You know, send us what you got. If you guys have, like a pitching deck or company info stuff you guys do.
Yeah.
Type that up. Take a look at it. Me and my partner, I mean, this weekend, this week is like a holiday. So we'll probably be out for the guys won't, you know, meet up for a meeting? Because we usually do have our meetings on Thursdays.
Yeah.
But this way we'll have you guys in our inbox, and once we take a look at it, I'll reach out again if there's anything that we want to do with you guys.
Okay. Is there anything. Anything in particular? Because of course, I don't want to just, you know, send some information and look like everyone else. So what do you think would be. Would be helpful? If the marketing agency is already doing a great job with social media, if they're also already handling the influencer marketing, what do you think we could be helpful with?
So right now, the market, like the marketing team we have right now is in house.
Right.
So it's our guys. We don't work with the agency at all.
Okay. Any particular reason for that?
So our experience in New York hasn't been great. We don't really see folks, you know, really engage with our content or come visit our stores for. In person.
Yeah.
And, you know, they. They promised a lot of stuff. They promised like SEOs and, you know, more users on our websites and stuff like that. But at the end of the day, we don't get anything.
Yeah.
So it's a Thousand, it's multiple thousands of dollars that have gone down in the trade.
Makes sense.
So it's just like if, you know, compare yourself to any other marketing agency, what makes you distinguish or what makes you separate from everyone else? What is your guys's primary focus? And then maybe we could take a look at that.
Makes sense. So I can tell you already, our primary focus would be social media. We don't really focus on the SEO side of things because we see that mainly people, if they like something, they come by themselves. Right. And that's what we can, we can mainly. On social media. Even probably yourself, you mainly eat up at places you see you found yourself rather than, you know, something you saw on, on Google or wherever it may be. That's the first area. And the second thing is, is influencer marketing. So we see more and more people trust, you know, people that they see locally. So if they seen an influencer go to a certain spot, give them a shout out, run a giveaway with, you know, comments and, and you know, tag other people, tag your friends, come grab a meal, etc, that's something that does a lot better. So that's the main thing we focus on. I don't know if that's, that would be helpful for you guys. I don't want to promise you anything again.
Gotcha. So let me ask you this, do you guys have like a portfolio of influence influences that you guys currently collaborate with?
Yeah, we, we have that in Dallas and we're currently expanding it as well. So if we have someone that's outside of our portfolio, we'll also handle the outreach, the negotiations, get you guys better rates and make sure we can, we can plug you guys with the better, better influencers, even if they're not in our portfolio.
Gotcha. So I think to answer your questions then why don't you send me like, you know, stuff related to influencer marketing?
Yeah.
How you guys work with them, other brands that have worked with you guys, you know, whether small or big. Give us some context.
Yeah.
And then we can compare, you know, apples to oranges.
Okay, that sounds good. Can I tell you one thing, Tamer?
Sure thing. All yours.
I'm here in Dallas for only the next two days, then I have to fly back out. I do.
Where are you flying out to?
I'm flying out to South Africa. And then, and then I'm heading back to, to Dubai.
Gotcha.
Okay, so the company is located in Dubai. In Dubai, yeah. But we have, we have team members worldwide.
Gotcha.
That's not a problem. As in for the recording side, etc, we'll have people on site at Dallas. That's not an issue. I'm the founder of the company. The, the goal is, do you think there's anything. I know you guys are busy and I know this is a specific request and you're already a big franchise so that probably won't slide, but I'm shooting my shot. Is there any way we could get something sorted out over the next two days? If we make something very compelling that would make sense for you guys.
Unfortunately, just because of timeline, that quick of eternal turn around would not be possible. And just being transparent with the timeline.
I appreciate that. I appreciate that. Okay. That's totally fair. Is there anything else you think we could be helpful with? My goal is to help you guys out. I know a lot about influencer marketing. I know a lot about marketing in general. I know a lot about other agencies and what they do and how much they can promise without delivering results. And this is why I'm on the phone with you. Gotcha.
Yeah, no, like I said, like let's send out that email if you can. I mean like our primary focus would be influencer marketing for now.
Okay. Primarily in Dallas, of course.
Yeah, primarily in Dallas for now. Yeah.
Okay. And let's say I want to beat the guys that you guys currently go. What would I need to put in the email.
To beat the guys that we are currently using? Yeah, I mean like I said, we don't lose anyone. It's an in house team we pay with. They're on a salary base. Yeah, they pretty much do all the outreach. They do the negotiations.
Are they solely focused on influencer marketing?
Their primary focus is social media marketing.
Okay. So would that be beneficial if we were to handle all the influencer marketing and that would allow your team to fully focus on the social media marketing and then we would focus on the influencer marketing side. Would that be helpful?
Yeah, we can work that out. Yeah.
Okay. Now to get straight to the point, you're already spending money on your team for that. So if we add a huge cost, you already spent thousands of dollars and you said it didn't work out with the other agencies, so that was money lost. What would be something that that would be reasonable for you to allocate towards the influencer marketing agency side in terms of management.
Off the top of my head, I could not tell you what that number would look like roughly.
What would make it a no brainer?
Just on the influencer side, I would say under 5K.
Okay. What would make it Even more of a no brainer. Such a no brainer that we could get something worked out over the next two days and trust me tamer, I'm good at what I do. I don't know, I have to make something work out bro. I'm being super upon with you.
Send me something that right? No, but I just need something. I need a website. I need to like you and I are talking right now. Yeah but I want to see like you know your website. What do you do? What, what else is there? Because if there is something more compelling enough we could be like hey, you package this together and then we'll fly with it.
Right. Makes sense.
But like I told you, I'm gonna be transparent again. Like that two day turnaround time is just not possible. My guys are doing a turkey giveaway. This for the remainder of the week. We provide 3000 turkeys to the entire state of New York. So the guys are on the ground you know, diligently doing this as well. I'm in Dallas running right now, this new location. So I'm focused over here. So everyone is just scattered and this way you know we're not going to get together anytime soon to come to get back to you soon enough.
Makes sense because you guys make the decisions together, etc.
Yes sir. It's a team.
Makes sense. Makes sense. That's totally fair. Okay, I'll tell you this just so you understand where I'm coming from. I'm doing this specifically because I'm, I'm running an actual challenge where I'm very limited by time. I have to start a marketing company and get it off the ground within five days here in Dallas. And we're on day three. I have over five years of experience in social media marketing, generated millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of views and I'm starting off the ground fresh and I can't really use my previous name, Social proof, etc within those five days. This is why I was a bit, you know, bidding around the bush when it comes to the website, sending an email over etc because within the rules of what we're doing right now, we're not allowed to do so does that make sense?
Yeah, that makes sense.
Okay, so it's a one off situation.
That you're in right now. Exactly, I get that, you know and I understand that there's certain goals that you set for yourself and for your team to get something up and running within the Dallas market but. And you know I can never even for that.
Like who?
Best of luck for doing that. It's just that our brand, very different. We're not a local mom and pop shop that could just, you know, sign up and say like, hey, we're ready to go. Like I said, taking into consideration eight locations right now. You know, and it's run by three guys.
Right.
All three of us are partners. Whatever we do locations, we open up, decisions we make charity. We do. Yeah, we, we get together and it's a joint effort.
That makes sense. That's fair.
So, so that two day timeline is just too short for us.
Makes sense. That's totally fair actually. I really appreciate the honesty. That saves me time and yeah, I'll, I'll think about the best thing I can do. But time constraint, brother.
I'd say, you know, first thing would be to get your website up and going. Right.
Because. No, no. So that's the thing. Let me give you the full context. I already have, I have over 60 employees right now, what I'm doing and I already have the website, the whole thing. The thing is here we're running a challenge where we're starting from scratch, proving we can make something work out in five days. This is the actual goal. Does that make sense? Yeah. Now the goal is I can use everything but my name and my previous contacts and my social proof. Otherwise it would make it too easy. This is why we're doing it this way. Does that make sense?
Yeah, that makes sense.
Sense. It's pretty fun. Trust me. I'll give you a call back when everything is done. You'll see it. It's, it's, it's something very impactful. Now that being said, Do you think that is there's anything else that a marketing expert could help you out Aside from handling the influencer marketing or such a big campaign? Is there any, is there any one off thing that you'd be, you know, you feel like is a bit boring. It's something you don't want to do. Guys. Guys. And someone else could handle for you?
No, nothing else that really comes to my mind at the moment.
Okay. Do you feel like your, your marketing team would, would benefit from any help when it comes to creating content? I think as in having a better system. I don't know how they're going about it. I'm currently building a, a system for a software company that helps them generate more content and create content content in a faster way. It's you know, using some AI and look into what the competitors are doing and so forth. Would something like that be beneficial for you guys?
Yeah, for like collaboration on content for sure. Like of course there are times where we run out of ideas on, you know, what the content should be. So of course if you add systems and processes and AI and all that stuff into it. Yeah, for sure. It'll certainly speed up our process. To answer your question. Question. Yeah, that's something we can add on, looking into.
Okay, very good. Now the, the key question, you're not gonna like it and I hope you don't crash out on me, but that.
Today, if that question is two days, my professor. You know my answer already on that.
Okay, let me ask you this. You're. You're a partner in the business, right? Yeah. Okay. I'm assuming every decision, every important decision is, is a shared decision amongst everyone. I'm also assuming if, if tomorrow you want to buy a coffee, you don't need to consult with everyone else. Right. That's such a small purchase you can do by yourself. What do you think? What do you know is the threshold that you can just say, hey, this guy seems cool. Let me give it a shot. Whatever it may be, it would, it would help out what is the scope that you can have ownership by yourself without having to discuss with the other guys because it's, you know, it's not such a big deal. That would still be helpful for the company.
Let me, I, like I said, I can't really give you that threshold either. That's being transparent. One more time.
Sorry.
Look, within the three day marker, right, how many people have you signed up with this new company so far? You sent me a list of the names that you have worked with right now that you signed up within the three day market saying hey, these are the people that have signed up. These are how many people I've got.
Right.
Without using your previous company name, their previous.
Whatever. Okay. Right.
How much have you been accomplished?
How much? Okay, let me, I'll actually be very upfront. I'll tell you this right now. So let me tell you this in terms of influencers. There's an influencer called dfw. IT Halal that post in Dallas here. I'm already in talks with them and I'm planning to plan a new collaboration with a restaurant called Nay. I'm right now in the restaurant at Nay Cafe and, and restaurant. I'm on site and I'm currently having, I'm going to have a meeting with the owner of the restaurant in just about 10 minutes scheduling a campaign. They're right across the Eight Bite restaurant that you guys have. So that's one, the second one I'm Discussing with is also Dallas Halal Hunts. Both of these influencers already worked with you guys, which is why I didn't mention it, so it wouldn't make sense. You guys are already collaborating with them, but these are guys I'm also working with for other restaurants, and that's within just the past three days. Now, another thing is in terms of the content creation side of things, because I'm pretty sure what I told you about in terms of the influences is nothing impressive. I'm building a content system for a software company. It's a, It's. It's a $30 million company. They have over 200 employees here in Dallas. And I was speaking with, with one of the co founders yesterday, and I'm building an AI ghost rider for them that helps them create content and helps them get more ideas and speak to the customers in a better way that reaches the actual goals that they have when it comes to creating the content. Got it. Does that make sense? I can give you the, the company name as well, if that helps. It's called Strike Ready.
Strike Ready.
Okay, you can strike ready.com. it's a cyber security company. Again, that's different than the restaurant business, but marketing is marketing.
Gotcha. Okay, so you already saw, know that we already work with those two influences that you gave me, right?
Yeah.
So at this point, it's not really providing us, you know, much help on our end that, you know, those are the, those are the influences that you're working with. But like I said that that platform that you're talking about.
Yeah.
If you guys, if that's in production or if that's still being, you know.
That'S, that's in production, it's in rollout phase. That's important. So, so how about this? How many team members do you currently have for the marketing side?
It's a one man show.
It's a one guy. Yep. Okay. This guy is an employee, I'm assuming. Okay. If I were, for example, to help him produce more out of the hours he's already spending, out of the money already paying him, if I were to help him produce more content, get more stuff out there, would that be something that would be, that would be beneficial. You'd be basically paying the same thing and getting more out of it. Yeah.
I mean, because we're already.
Sorry, can you say that again? Sorry, you cut off.
Still there.
You.
Yeah, I'm still here.
Yeah. So you're saying that because we're already paying him. How does it, who does it help? How does it.
So that's the thing. You're already paying this guy, right? And he's getting a certain amount of content out. What if we found a way that we would help him post more content? As in we build a system that facilitates him creating content. It would make it easier and faster for him to create content, which means you'd be paying him the same amount you're paying now, but he would be producing more because it's easier and faster for him thanks to what we built for him.
Okay, so is that via you giving us the, the like giving us access to the software or are you still. How do you want to work that?
It would be something along those lines. Yeah. So, so basically I would, I would take the software that we currently have for those guys and I would adapt it and, and build it custom to you guys.
Okay.
Would that be any helpful?
Yeah, that would be helpful.
Okay, what would you say would be mainly helpful with. Because I'm seeing he's posting on Instagram. Is he posting on Tick Tock as well?
Yes.
Okay. How does he go about his content strategy? Do you know about that?
The content?
Yeah, like how does he come up with ideas? How does he come up with the content? Does he shoot as well? What does he do?
Yeah, he does the shooting and the content that does come out is, is catching, you know, whatever the viral trends are right now. And pretty much just mimicking those again, makes sense to our platform.
Yeah, makes sense. How many times is he posting a day, a week on stories, etc.
Stories. I think he's posting almost every day. But the posts are generic. They are probably once a week right now.
Okay.
Strictly, you know, to the brand because like I said, it's.
Yeah.
It's eight location. It's a big company. I know, I know. Yeah, yeah, of course I know. I know who I'm speaking with. Tamer. Come on. Okay, so when it comes to the content, would you like to post more than once a week? If the content could stay the same quality.
Yeah, if it's, if it aligns with brand. If the content is good, it still displays our products and it's, you know, relative to eight bit.
Yeah. Then so why is he not not posting more?
It's rather than just flooding the algorithm with a bunch of, you know, stuff where, you know, you could catch.
Yeah. You don't, you don't want to post. Of course.
Right. It doesn't go as viral. So. So like our post, sorry, like when we use the exact tactics and work with the right influencers, we get up to 13 million plus views on our reels or whatever we, we do create.
Right.
Depending on how much money we're spending in the, the sponsored ad campaigns for certain locations or certain content that we do, those get upwards of 100k views. Right. So those are all satisfactory level numbers for us.
Makes sense. And how much.
Like I said, they're all very focused on, you know, what we're doing. It's not just anything and everything that we post.
Yeah.
We need to resemble the brand. We stay on top of the brand. If we're releasing a new menu item, it's focused on that.
Yeah. So what I'm understanding. What I'm understanding is that your main concerns are staying close to the brand guidelines and making sure you stay on brand while you can post quality content out. Right.
Correct.
Makes sense. So now my question is, if he had more ideas that were as good as the ones you currently have or even better, would there be anything preventing him from posting more content? No. Okay. And would you guys benefit from him posting more content that would be the same quality or better?
Yeah.
Great. So, so I think there's a valuable position here.
I agree.
Great. So again the sticky question. If I were to. I'll pull an onliner, I'll figure that out for you. Would we be able to get some. Just before I say that, how much are you roughly spending right now on this guy and the marketing side, the social media side.
Where I that understood. 5K budget.
Okay. A month. Perfect. And that's, that's for the whole social media management.
Yes.
Great. So if for example, for a fraction of that cost on a just a one time fee, we would help you build a system that helps this guy create more content that would be better and higher quality. You'd keep spending the same amount of money every single month, but you would get more out of it. Would that be helpful? Yeah.
What is that fraction of a cost?
I'm trying to make it as low as I can because I have to pull something off. I guarantee you it'll be the most valuable thing compared to all these agencies that promise you whatever actually deliver stuff that works. There's a reason why a multi million dollar software software company decided to work with me with no social proof because I know what I'm talking about. If I, if I helped him produce 20, 30, 50 more content, what would you invest as a one time investment? Once and for once and for all, what would you be able to do without having to discuss with the other guys?
Well, I need you to throw me a number, bro.
Like I'm trying to gauge, like, could you do.
What is that fraction?
Let's do half what you're paying him. 2500 one time, nothing else.
2500 one time. For how much content are you producing?
I could produce you ten banging ideas. That's over two months of content. And I would also give you access to the AI content generator that takes the ideas from what you guys are currently doing, the brand and helps and helps you create more of that content. I'll give also access to the social media manager so that he can then use it as well.
Okay, and is that 2500 on a monthly recurring basis or is it one time thing?
You're saying I'll charge you 2500 once and never charge you ever again? That's only because I got to make this work out today.
All right, so why don't you take it. That information that you just gave me, write it up in an email. Write that. I also would need a proof of a demo of what you've already done with this platform just to see what the output caller what the is of this. Right. If you guys haven't used the platform already, because it already exists.
Right?
So you have something that's working.
I'm currently building it out. Now, one thing I can do for you because I understand you might be skeptical, is this even gonna work out? He asking me for a two day notice. Is this a weird thing? I'm more than happy to put a reverse clause in the contract. As in if anything happens in the 30 days you guys are not satisfied with it, I'm happy to compensate for it. To make sure you guys live happy with the thing that works or at least you don't lose money if it doesn't work out. Would you guys be open to that? The only reason why I'm doing this, I'm very transparent, is because, number one, I have to make that work over the next few days. Number two, I want to make sure I can build you the highest quality MVP. If you give me 24 hours to build it out, it won't be as quality as if I build it over the next seven days. Does that make sense? Okay. Because my goal, my goal is to research this, to do as much research as I can on your company, to digest all the content you're already putting out, to analyze what's working, what's not working, see what the competitors are doing, see what's the interest of people in Dallas. So that way I can feed all of this to the model, train it, get feedback from it show that to your marketing guy, see if he likes it iterate, change it if he doesn't like it until the output is perfect and from there you guys can take it from there and produce a lot more content with half the time. That's my go. Can you hear me?
Gotcha. Yeah, I can hear you. Yeah. So like I said, you send this over to me in an email. Let's. I'll give my guy a call, see if he has like 30 minutes to jump on a call right now and then I can get back to you after you're done with your meeting with me.
Okay, good. Can you actually give me his phone number? I would appreciate if I can hop on a call with him before sending over the email because he probably has deeper insights on the social media that helps me tailor their approach.
Gotcha.
Would that work out? Sure.
Let me send you his number then.
Appreciate it. What's his name?
His name is Ali.
Ali. It's a Muslim guy. Yes, yes, Mashallah.
All right. But only thing is, I don't know if he's gonna pick up your call because A, you have a very weird number. So before texting him, just give him some context who you are. He'll open up your message and then you can give him a call.
Okay? Okay. By any chance, I know I asked a lot from you. Would you be able to make a group chat between us three so that he can see I'm not a legit guy?
Sure, let me do that.
You're amazing, T. I'll make dua for you. I'll tell you that. Regardless if this works out or not, you're amazing already.
Gotcha. Hey, why don't you do me a favor? Give me a two liner from you so I could copy and paste that message.
Of course.
Into that.
No problem, no problem. I'll type it out for you right now. Stay with me. It. I'm almost done. Do you want me to add in the social proof as well in there? You think I'll be fine for the first intro.
Social profile, please.
No social proof. Social proof?
Social proof?
Yeah, like as in the, you know, the companies I mentioned to you I work with.
No, no, that's fine.
That's fine. Okay. I sent it to you. I'm a marketing agency helping companies post better, better content on social media. I'm reaching out to explore helping you guys with 8bit and posting more content while sticking to your brand guidelines and content quality. Is that fine?
That is perfect.
Perfect. Appreciate it. I know you're a super busy Guy, it's already amazing. You gave me. You gave me your time today. What would be the best time to reconcile after the call with him so I can walk you over over the proposal.
I'll.
I'll. I'll make an actual, you know, an actual deck, because I actually care about what I do. I'll make sure it's good. And I'll be able to propose you that today. Maybe in a. In a hour and a half, two hours from now.
Yeah.
Would you be free?
Yes, sir.
Thank you. Perfect. Then I'll give you a call back. Can you. Let me see if the group chat. Have you made the group chat? I haven't received the invite yet.
Working on it right now.
All right, all right. How you feeling so far? You see the stickiness? I'll sell you anything. I'll sell you water to a fish, bro. My goal mainly to make it more. More simple. Timur is. Ali probably spends some time already daily on the content. So he spends. I've been creating content myself. It's very difficult when you want to create content. You want ideas, you want to make sure you know the content you're creating is good. You want to make sure it resonates with the audience. You also have to write out the copy for the content. You have to write out the caption, all that kind of thing. That is time consuming. Oh, now it's back. Okay, I'm calling Ali. Your call has been forward. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Murphy. Voicemail. Respond to me now, please, sir. Please, sir. Resp. Your call has been forwarded to voicemail. Can I crash out? Can I. I'm actually hungry. You want to get some food? Yeah, let's get it from here. I think I should focus mainly on this guy. On. On the. This one I just spoke with. It seems like the more plausible to. No, but let me chat to him. Okay, let me see. We're gonna be out there. Side. You want to eat outside? Inside. Music is crazy. Actually, we're going to have some food. Yeah, I'm going to have some food. Of course. Yeah, I'm going to. Can we eat outside? Huh? Can we eat outside? Whatever you want.
Inside.
Because we're going to be speaking. Etc. I don't want to bother the guys. Okay, no problem. So I'm with this guy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So you want me to order? So we make frictionless. What do you want? We take whatever. Make something easy.
What kind of cuisine is this? Okay.
Actually pick whatever, chat to the guy. How many need to drink as well. And dehydrated. Random. Let's get one player. We should. Sure, boss. Haim, what do you recommend? You want to grow or you want to rise with? I mainly want protein. Mainly on meat. Meat. Chicken. Chicken. I have grow. Mexico. Mexico has come for secure chicken. This one okay? Yeah, this is good. Where is it. Mixed? Grill here. Okay, let's have this. We have meat. Mexican or Mexican? Yeah, it's good. Yeah. Is this enough for two people Try. Yeah. Is it. What is the difference between full order and half order? What's the order to secure? Oh, let's do. Let's do. Let's do four. Four. Yeah, full order. What do you want to drink? I have. Four. Skewer mix? Yes, please. What's this? Drink this. This? Yeah.
Smoke yogurt.
Oh, this.
Oh, okay. Am nice.
Yeah. I'm going to have. Yeah. What do you want to sit outside?
Yeah, please. Or here on side.
Do you think it would be possible to turn the music off inside? Huh? Oh, it's just because after we. With the sound, we're gonna. We're not gonna hear.
Oh.
Almost it's finished. Okay, you can put down. Okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Maximum. Maximum down. And what would be the drinks? Juice. I'm gonna get orange juice. What do you want? You want to get. Can you please get hummus as an appetizer? Yes. Thank you. What do you want? This is good. Yeah, on the side here. 10. I'm gonna grab my bug. Yeah, I was gonna need it, but. They have voice for you, huh? You can ask the guy. I don't. I wouldn't expect such.
They do actually.
It. The soup is good. Long, better. Chimes.
You interrupt him. Someone's saying sometimes you interrupt him. Is that okay in sales? That's on purpose because I heard the number one rule is to learn. It's let them talk.
First of all, I don't have time. Like these days, I'm extremely constrained by time.
Of course.
Always let your. The guys speak. Right. That's one thing. Second thing, I understand people very fast. Alhamdulillah. I've done this for years. So when somebody says two words, I already know the next five words. So I'd rather save time by just cutting it, cutting through the chase, saying back to them what they were going to say so we can move forward. And last thing, sometimes I would cut someone off because they are about to give me an objection if they fully say it can be an objection if I fully understand what the objection is going to be. Handle it before they finish it. They're Gonna be like, oh yeah, makes sense. That's why I cut people off.
Make sense. What's the mvp? Sorry, what's an mvp?
Minimal viable product.
What does that mean?
Minimal viable product.
What does that.
Oh, that means that's the first thing that, that people see. And it's the first version. Okay, like let's say the music is crazy. Can you crash out? I'm drained. Huh?
You already crashed out.
Yeah, go, go remind the crash out.
Speed to lead action is crazy. Following call in two hours is crazy.
Hang on time, bro, we talking about. What's actually crazy? Is the objection handling? You don't realize how many objections he gave me. Oh, but we're already doing influencer marketing. Oh, but we don't have time in the next two days. Oh, but we already have a guy doing content. Oh, but I need more information. Oh, but this, this, this, this.
Someone's saying, I have a deal for you. How can I contact you? What kind of deal?
I can't. I can't get it. I can't use names.
Sam.
My brother is saying, I've heard you started your career with marketing. Were those offering YouTube and Facebook ads to businesses?
No, it was offering social media management. So I was actually doing the content for them. Like on the account and everything.
Do you have any advice for finding channels for IMA? I struggle a lot. I tried very hard finding YouTube channels that don't have music, but I didn't manage.
Why don't you just tell the guys to not use music? That's what I do. Like some of the guys I speak with, they might. I don't care about what they do for the content. That's their life. My content. You don't do anything. Oh, nice Crusher.
Successful.
Crush has success. Successful.
What did you think of the static ads? You said our window and I did it in just a few.
Oh, that's the guy who made the ads. They're pretty good Lamb. I saw it. He made. He made a good impression on the speed, I'll tell you that. But looks a bit taban. I can't use them because the way it looks can't really suit what I do. As in it looks like an AI generated ad and I don't post on my content. Mashallah. Yo, let me take the jacket off. This is getting serious.
Okay, just to clarify, you're not going to be working with female in influencers as you spoke to a sister? Or are you just using her to get male influencers contacts now that you know she's a sister? What's the plan.
I was reading. What is it?
No worries. So just somebody is asking with the sisters you spoke to, are you going to be working with them directly or are they going to get.
No, I'm not going to work with them directly.
Of course not towards the plan.
I don't care what they do. They have. They said they have a team here. They're going to send the team to record the content and then post and edit it. I'm not going to see any system. Yo, should we crash out again?
Okay. Makes sense. To go to the Met.
Big thing I'll say you guys, is. It's crazy how much you can shrink deadlines by just saying we can't. Like the guy was like, no, whatever. I was like, bro, we need to make something work now. Anyway. Like the deadlines changed. Like it's. It's actually crazy how you can just. I literally told them, no, we need to make it faster. And they're like, okay, we'll make it faster. Most people have a limiting belief when it comes to the time. The guy that wanted to have a meeting from the restaurant, he said, tomorrow. I said, no, let's have it today. He said, okay, 30 minutes from now. Just because I said it. The other guy said, no, we can't. No way in two days, whatever it may be. I was like, okay, fine, take more time. Let me speak with the guys now. Come on. See, This is for him. Which one is this? Orange. Orange juice? Yeah. Thank you, bro. This is a 1 liter. 1 liter orange juice. It's gonna knock me. Sam, You got an eye on the chat.
Yeah. Somebody's saying when you started your career, were the first clients from the usa?
They were English speaking. I think my first client was from. It was a Scandinavian country. I forgot which one it was. Okay, it's one of these European countries. I forgot either. Kosovo, Hungaria. I forgot. Something like that. Okay.
So basically to summarize, for IMA, find guy with good views, find sponsor via LinkedIn, set up contract and agree with the influencer to not use music.
Very good.
Nice. Yeah. Should you tell an influencer that you're Muslim as a justification for not using music or what excuse should you use?
I don't need an excuse. I just tell them for the content we're going to use, we don't use music. And if you ask questions, I'll just explain you guys. But one thing. Stop asking dumb questions and start asking questions that you're not facing yet. Like, have you reached out to an influencer that told you I'M going to use music. Then ask me the question. You guys probably never sent a cold outreach email so why are you asking me how to negotiate when he is about to post and he wants to use music? You're not even there yet. Figure it out and then we can speak about it. Because you guys are getting limiting beliefs. You're not doing anything trying to find the next problems and then saying okay, because of that I can't solve that problem. I'm not going to do anything today. That's so stupid. You're never going to succeed that way. 24k worth of deals six.
Yes.
And you never ran a business before? Never run the business.
I was driving two jobs.
A full time job and a part time job. Working almost seven days every week.
Months didn't all I remember I used to make.
It. What are they saying? How many sh.
We got? 42.
42. Chevalier.
Dunk on the guy's head. Looks nice.
So how. How is the call? Yeah, what did you like about.
Was just so pushy.
It was so pushy. Really? But in a good way. That mean that pushy has a negative connotation? You can't say push in a good way. It's like I'm saying you're stinky but in a good way. Like what do you mean.
I was insisting in a good way. What's a good word for it then.
You need it to get it done.
When an influencer gives me a rate, is it a good idea to feed JBT the influencer analytics subs and average views and ask it to give an idea of the rate based on that?
Yeah, it is. But it's important they ask a chatgpt to explain you how it works and how you made the calculations so you don't just get the job done, but you also understand how it works so you can do it yourself next time.
I've already watched your YouTube videos and I'm part of the Halal network. Are there any good resources to learn influencer marketing from that you recommend for beginners? Someone's calling. By the way.
Is this Ali? Yeah, this is Ali. Nice to meet you Ali. This is aub. I don't know if you checked your WhatsApp. Tamer just made a group chat between you and me. Who? Tamer, your business partner. Oh, Jo. Okay. Oh, you call what's his name? I didn't see it.
Okay.
No, I was just returning the call. Should I read the messages first then? Yeah, yeah. How do you can read it? Okay.
All right, so I'll read them And I'll ring you back.
No, I can read that out for you if you want. It's a. It's a three, two paragraph message. Hello? Sorry, go ahead. Okay. Is everything all right? Okay, I'm in the car now. Let me see. What does he send you? I'll give you the context in just a second. Let me know when you read the message. I'm. I don't like talking on the. Sorry.
Yeah, I'm just reading the message.
Okay. Yeah, I mean, we're kind of happy with. Is this for eight bit or is this for bell? So sorry, this is for eight bit, right? Yes, this for a bit. Let me give you the context. So I've spoken with his name. You said his name is Tamar. What's his name? Yeah, Tamar. Okay, I've spoken with him. We spend about close to. Close to 40 minutes on the call. He discussed with me when it comes to what you guys are doing in terms of the content. Can you hear me? Yeah, I can hear you. I pitched him the idea. He was excited. He said everything makes sense. He just want to run it by you. So this why I'm calling you. And then sh. We can all speak together and have a final conclusion when it comes to the. The actual workload. But let me give you the. The context first so he Hang up. Please leave your message. How do we know if we've been blocked on. On the. On. On the phone? Please. Oh, if he. If he blocks me, I'm gonna crash inside out.
All right, let's go there.
Now it's working. Sorry. Yes, now.
Now it's working.
It wasn't freaking working before. All right, so. Yeah, you spoke to t over 40 minutes about marketing. Yeah. Correct. So I'll make you very quick. I know you're busy. I run a marketing company. All right. Where are you guys based out of? I'm based in Dubai, but right now I'm in Dallas. I'm literally right across your restaurant. That's in Dallas. We mainly help with social media, with social media marketing, etc. I know you guys already have a social media guy, which is why I didn't pitch anything. I know you guys also do influencer marketing already and I've actually, I'm in talks with some of the influences you guys worked with here in Dallas. Can you hear me okay? Yeah, I can hear you. Okay. So the main thing I discussed, I already explored the options with Tamer. Our goal is over the next few days to see what would be the most beneficial things in terms of marketing. To help you guys grow. You guys already have a guy that's posting on on Instagram. I've heard he's posting once a week and he's posting about daily stories which is doing good and you guys are posting great content now. I spoke with Tamer and I asked him why you guys not post more if he's doing well. And he mentioned to me that you guys want to stay on brand, keep a good quality of post, which limits you to only posting once a week to maintain the quality. Did I understand this right? I mean, we post more than once a week, but we post like two, three times a week, I think. Okay, and how is that going social media?
There's no point of it these days.
I can't stand it.
It doesn't have the same effect it.
Used to have three years ago.
We have all those followers but it.
Means okay, anything to sales.
Okay.
I just do it because we have.
A social media girl and she's not that expensive, so it's whatever. Yeah, but I can't stand social media. I hate everything it stands for, okay? Because you don't get as much conversion, as much walk ins. Right? I've done everything.
I've done performance marketing, I've done social media marketing, I've done influencer marketing.
And this means nothing. Absolutely nothing. It's like pain, pray. It's like sorry, pay and pray.
You pay and then you pray.
You make money, you make dua. Yeah, okay. Yeah.
There's no way it makes you. There's no guarantee.
Anything works, bro. Okay? That's what you've experienced so far.
Very small budget for it.
Yeah, makes sense. Makes sense. Make. My goal again is to help you. I'll give you more context on why I'm doing this, but my goal is to help you guys make this work out. I know every other marketing agency you work with probably promised you the moon and delivered nothing, which made you lose all the beliefs in marketing. I know you kept trying and doing things and you mentioned you have a very small budget for it, which means you still have a budget for it. Somehow there's still some sort of a belief that it could work out that we can dig into. Okay, so I mean, what do you guys do? You guys create content. Like what's, what do you guys do? Like so that's the thing. We create content. We create content. We also do influencer marketing, so we help with influencers, etc. But you guys already have someone in house that creates the content and you also already have someone that handles the influencer marketing. Right. Yeah. So I'll go. I'm not stupid. And that the. The person, I'm assuming, are they doing a great job? Well, what's the definition of a great job? Do they get influencers and negotiate the rates to the lowest rate possible? Yes, they do. Okay. Does it actually make me any money at the end of the month? There's no way to track it. Okay. Does it get me some followers? Yeah, sure. Okay. What would be. What would be the thing that. Because it seems like you're not getting the output you want, what would you actually. What do you actually care about?
All I care about is my bottom line, bro.
Okay, $2 million a year. Yeah. Show me those for each store. Show me that number go to 2.5. Okay.
That number never goes up.
It's actually father bro.
All this money we spend marketing, that number stays the same, you know, when it goes up. When I put more money into Uber ads.
Okay, Put money into Uber ads, doordash ads, and grubhub ads. Huh. I see increase in sales. Okay. You see increasing marketing. It's just. Yeah, it doesn't do anything at all anymore. So you got five more minutes before I got to get on another call. So what else you got? Okay, that's fine. Now what I can tell you is I understand where you're coming from with social media marketing, and we can just say, hey, it doesn't work and don't do anything about it. Now, I've helped people actually make it work out, and I've seen tons of people actually make money, get bottom line profit from doing the right things on social media marketing. I can mention a few things, but have you been doing specific campaigns to attract people to the local area? And particularly if you've done that, how well have you done this? As in the person who done it, do they have experience doing it? Do they have experience actually focusing on the money? Or they're just looking at followers and views and saying, hey, we did well. We're with a hundred thousand views, but no one walked in. Yeah, I mean, that's pretty much what always happens. I have a video that did 15 million views. Nobody walked in. Yeah, because what was the video about? The chicken tenders. New chicken tender item. Great, so that's viral content. That's exciting because that's new. Was that targeting specifically people locally? Did that have any call to action for people to come and get something from this video into a location? Nope. Right. And if you had, do you think you'd have had more conversion? Well, we used to have Call to.
Action ads that were buy one, get one free free chicken tender sandwich if you come in for your first time. And we converted 40,000 redemption.
And then the people who actually walked into the store, less than 40. So step one was done, but step two was never completed. So nobody ever came into the store. They redeemed the coupon online. The robot chats with them. They make it sound like it's going to be, you know, guaranteed conversion.
And then from 4, over 40,000, less.
Than 1% came in. Makes sense. So I saw your Instagram and I saw you guys have all over 100,000 followers. You probably also have a Tik Tok account, right? Yep. The thing is like 70,000 or 80,000 on Tik Tok. Okay, so. So you have close to 200,000 followers on social media, but you're telling me that out of those 200,000 followers and the hundreds of. Of thousands of views that you're getting, or the millions of views that you're getting, you're not getting any actual revenue coming to the business from it?
Nope.
Okay. All my revenue comes from Uber Eats grubhub.
Regular people walking by in the neighborhood.
Traffic.
Makes sense. Now, would I be ridiculous to think that you could actually generate revenue from those 200,000 followers? What?
By doing what?
Collaborations with other brands? No, that's. That's something you guys are already doing. I know how to create content that converts people. I don't focus on views. I'm here for money. We have principles. Align. Now, would you be open to exploring? Exploring something that could help you guys convert the audience that you already have? Because it seems like you're creating good content, you're getting good views, you're spending money on it, but you're not getting no return because you're getting views that don't convert. Yeah.
So you guys are gonna create content. That's.
That's the. No difference.
You think the content you create will be better?
I can't. Well, what I'll tell you is this. I can. My content will be focused on what gets you conversion, not just what goes viral. Because I know that when you're spending money as a business, I have a business as well. I know that when you're spending money, the only thing you care about, like you said, is what comes back. We have. We can create systems. We have created systems that can help people create content that's tailored for a specific outcome, not just getting views. You can create content for views that gets viral, that helps the account grow, helps people know about you. But no one comes through the door. You can also create very specific content that helps convert which is basically people are going to walk into the door. You want to keep it. It sounds like you want to keep it a secret until I sign something.
And I'm not doing that because I already learned how all these marketing companies work.
So unless you have specific examples you.
Want to show me through email or text. But I got to get on this call at 2:00'.
Clock. Just text me.
All right, I gotta go.
What time would be the best time to to reconcile? Just text me. We'll figure something out through text. All right, bye. They le there. Seems like a tougher crack. Whoever hurted this guy may make it easy bro. But this is common though, the way. The way you handle it. He's been burnt. He's been burnt in the past and he lost hope. One of the inner circle students just saw that I was calling businesses and getting them to advertise girls on a restaurant. He just did the same thing and he's gonna collect someone. Funny guy.
Someone's asking can you. Can you nod your head if I should switch from construction to tech in ima even if I'm getting a few brands interested now?
No. Why shouldn't you?
You like me.
I like to move while talking. Yeah. I can't stand still. This is crazy. Almost done. I understand why my appointment service might crash out now. And we just crossed the end of day three. We're starting day four today because at 1pm every day and now it's just 1pm so we're just starting day four. We have 40 hours left before the end of the channel. Long back. A lot of sense learn from it. No. No. It's not. It's not over guys. If that's where you guys give up. That's why you guys don't make. Gonna give timer a mumtaz. Go back my guy mumtaz guy like habibi mumtaz. Oh, I'm gonna crash out. He put the music back up. I'm gonna crash inside out. Gems. I'm gonna need your phone. Sorry, I'm gonna need your phone again. I'm probably gonna need it the whole day. Let me see. You can read it on my. At these type of people who are hard to sell better than the people who are easy to sell. Yes and no. So that's the thing. If somebody is hard to sell. Usually if your thing is good they're actually gonna buy it and stay long term with you. If you think it's trash then they're absolutely not gonna buy and they're gonna give you a headache. So. Yeah, the guys. The guy didn't seem happy at all though. I don't know what happened.
Abdullah responded and said what time are.
You guys free today? 5pm Yeah. And when I ever saw it coming him know how to judge. But I don't know what you guys are talking about. If you guys are bugging out because the the guy hang up. It's normal. He's busy and he hates marketing. Like I'm not gonna disarm him in the beginning. Like no, I have to first break the belief that he hates marketing. Showed him that we're actually legit. And from there I'm gonna chat to him. 8:3 that.
I'm sorry. The person you are trying to reach.
Has a voicemail box that has not been set up yet. Please try to.
How's the meat tasting?
It's good. Lombard, Trust me. Starting a business in five days is the biggest headache ever. I swear. Because everything is so easy. The only headache I'm getting is that it's a five day headache. It's five day deadline. It. Brother. I'm trying to sell a prospect and I see some logical flaws in the speech. Should I go debate or let it slide? Depends. If what they are. If they are arguing is core to what you're going to deliver then. Then you need to clarify if they just have a different view or different opinion on certain things. That's not. I'm not gonna win every battle. I just want to make money. Did the other guy pay? Not yet. I think every once to do an IMF for some reason instead of searching for something else. Do you think that's good or not? I don't know. I'm a Facebook ad specialist. Is there anything I can help you with? I appreciate it but unfortunately I'm not allowed to use anyone from my network, so. Not allowed to use any follower, not allowed to use any employee, not allowed to use any. Not allowed to use anything. Just allow us to use my brain.
How long are you gonna stream for?
5 more hours. Call it Shallah. We've been streaming for three hours. Aubis that the omega word? Mashallah. Like it? Yeah, it's a. It was a gift from my team. It's a very. It's a cheap watch. People think it costs a lot of money. This. I mean for watches. It doesn't cost a lot of money. It's like. It's like a few hundred bucks. Like 400. I think something like that. But I really like the watch, it's a. It's a watch for people who know watches. And the big thing is it has a meaning. Like my team bought it for me. So. Shout out. Shout out. Ali. Shout out Wasin. Shout out Alan. Shout out Jalan, Brother. I keep watching this live instead of studying. I'm doomed. Okay, just go study.
We want to benefit.
On a very drawn note, the only thing that I hate is the deadline, the five days deadline. Because it forces me to do so much things that are bad. Like I could have a Montaz website, a nice presentation, a nice thing for them, but it would take me more time. This guy says he hate marketing. Send me a text. Someone broke his hat. Yeah, someone. Someone dunked on his heart. Not just broke it, took it, broke it, sent, dunked on it again. This spread across the world. Dunked separately everywhere. It was collected back again, burnt it. Ali. It. One thing though that doesn't make any sense, Ms. King, is that marketing actually works. Like, it actually does help the business grow. They have hundreds of thousands of followers. That's how they get most of their customers. Even the people who buy on Meta. Everyone who buy on UberEat, they buy because they know them. Like you're gonna order, somebody's gonna order. Like McDonald's on Uber eat. Not because they pay Uber Eat to know them, because everybody knows McDonald's. Like, that's what it is. Don't eat McDonald's. But you get the point.
He just knows. Maybe he just can't see the track.
Yeah, that's the issue. But that's, that's the difference. I mentioned it earlier. That's the difference in marketing between branding and direct response. Branding is what you get. Long term is what people think of you, is what people associate with your name. And they're like, this is good. Long term, I want to stick with this. Short term is direct response is you pay an ad and you try and get return directly from it. Direct response is when you have to constantly learn about marketing, constantly update the trends, constantly update everything. Branding is where you play the long term. You lose money for so much time and then actually it only goes up after that. Like if you look at the return on ad spend that big companies like Subway get, it's ridiculous. Subway can spend 10k on ads and get like a million dollars back, like 100 grand, 200 grand back, 500 grand back, because everyone knows them. And then they can just do a conversion campaign which is, hey, you already know about Subway. You already know a Subway that's close by. Just go there and claim a free cookie. Like so much conversion. Whereas if this Taban location crispy cookie just says, hey guys, claim a free cookie, how many people do you think will actually go there? That's the thing. And that's not because they spend a ton of money on direct response, because Subway actually invests in branding. It.
Just for Sharp Cuts Studio. You're asking, why don't you allow to work with followers for this challenge? We can't work with anybody that we are connected to. But just let us know, what exactly are you offering? Are you offering for this challenge or just in general?
It.
Okay, you said just in general. So you want to work with us in general on what? On Facebook ads, Is that right? Somebody wants to work with you on Facebook ads.
Like maybe like 1 million other people. So but if they're good, why not.
If you're good, why not reach out? I do a business that can make me max €600 per month. Should I try to learn a new skill while doing this or stay on one? Because. Because jack of all trades is the master of none. I think you've answered your question yourself. Jack of all trade is the master of none. What do you think?
No, actually it depends the, the $600 a month business and why, why does the maximum make you 600 bucks a month? Is it that you don't know how to make more than that? Is it that you, it's a physical business and you can share with the location. What is it? One thing that would be helpful, guys, if you're in the watching the stream, when you ask a question, give me context. Like I answer the hundreds of questions. I, I, I can't know who you are, what you do unless you tell me. And there's so many different questions. There's somebody that's, there's going to be 15, somebody's gonna be a 45. There's somebody that's gonna be in physical location online. There's somebody else have an agency business, someone that has a software company. Like so many different things. So what I tell you might apply to this guy, not to this guy. So you need to give me context on who you are, what you do so that I can actually tailor that approach to you.
Someone asked, what are we going to do with the money?
Don't worry about it. Something good.
It's a surprise.
Inshallah. Something good, something beneficial, maybe they go through and we'll tell you what we do with the money. Okay? Until then, make that. It's.
Facebook ads. Guy was asking, where can we get in contact.
If you're so good at marketing, you can probably figure out where to get in touch with me. Guys, I'll give you this advice. Part of you wanting to showcase that you're good is showcasing that you're good. Part of me showing you guys that I know how to make money is me actually doing a live challenge, figuring out a way to make money live and documenting the whole thing. That is undeniable proof that I know what I'm talking about.
How to do IMA for long term.
Yeah. Guys, at this point, if you're just spawning questions for no, for no point making it.
When you ask the question, please put context behind it. One sentence questions are very hard to answer. Okay, okay, there we go. We got context. So the guy with the business that makes maximum 600 to €1300 because it's a physical business in his local area, each client takes time and he needs to move himself. So he does renovation of the headlights of cars.
Okay.
That's what he does, renovation of headlights for cars. So maybe he's like how can he scale that? How can he make. What is he doing renovating headlights for cars.
Oh, you can get employees to renovate the cars as well and you pay them and you get more clients.
Okay. So it doesn't have to necessarily, necessarily learn a new skill. He can just scale his business. Right.
Okay.
Does that make sense? Diane?
It. Okay, we have the lady that responded to us. She said Daniel is his name. He does social media marketing. Marketing and managing. Okay. It's pretty good. This guy looks decent.
Montage.
Looks like a montage guy. Here's.
He wants to make hijra. That's what he's asking.
So yeah, there's people who made hijra on Ima. I'm making money with Ima. The other brother said. He should be free at 2:30 his time. Time. And he's in Utah. Utah, Utah time to D time. And that is time difference. One hour. It's one. So it's going to be 3:30 our time in two hours. Inshallah. It. Let me see what are saying in the chat.
Someone's saying I've closed the car influencer with 500k followers but he does things like street racing and drifting.
Can you see it again?
Yeah, I closed the car influencer with 500k followers but he does things like street racing and drifting. He already got good responses from brands saying they don't condone illegal stuff. Does he look for someone else?
When I was responding to a message. Sorry.
So he does like Racing and drifting and everything. And the brand saying they don't want to work with him because he does illegal activity.
Okay, what should he do?
Look for someone else, I guess.
Should I jump from a plane without a parachute and then when I land on the floor and I'm dead, what should I do? They love asking these type of questions. I like I'm. I'm going to be a magician. It. Hu.
Someone wants to meet up with us in person.
Toothpaste type of a question. Yeah, the guy I want to meet up, I think you. You know, you spoke to him. What have you dream where people are asking you ima questions on the opposite side of the bed? When you have a dream where people are asking you ima questions, do you turn to the opposite side of your bed, spit three times and seek protection from Shaitan?
Somebody. Somebody's asking what do you think of the school system in France? Should he give it his all if I. If he has the bac in eight months or should he focus on business?
Finish the BAC and then it's called back Back Back. Yeah. Finish Finish.
Oh yeah. Bacaloria is important. Yeah, it's good to have. You can get a job with it, no?
Yeah, if you don't have it. You look a bit taban. Yeah.
Someone's asking how to get the books. Once the timer is down to zero, it has 40 seconds left. A link is going to be sent in and you can get the book that way. Inshallah.
Do you think that I need only a formal final for my business to have to do? You just need a form. But what you need mainly is stop asking a million questions, start doing it. You been on the stream for five days. I've had time to set up a whole new business. Hop on sales calls, make a new offer and close clients or you haven't even made your first thing. You're moving way too slow, bro. That's the real thing, Brother. Doing influencer marketing UNC for a month now, Lamb. I closed one deal but the profit is really low. To be honest, I live in Germany. It's hard to find people that really sign the contract I made like you told. So you made money in a month and you're complaining? Should I crash out? Am I. Am I allowed to crash out. It. From construction to tech? No, I. Stop asking the same question 50 times and stop asking stupid questions please. On a serious note. All right, so I think we should get going. Where do you want to go?
We can go to. Let's get this take away to the Place beside the. When they open, we go in to reach out to them. Pick up the laundry from beside it as well. What do you think?
Yeah, Let's actually pray here. Can you chat with the. With the. The stream? I'm going to make W and pray.
All right.
Let me give you the. I'm gonna mute the mic. Okay. Actually, no, put it to charge. Can you put it to charge? Can you put both of them to. Everything to charge. We're gonna have the midday break. We're gonna take 20 minutes. Pray. Okay? You charge everything. All right. All right. Put the shotgun mic on. No, no, Chat with them. You okay?
Yeah, yeah.
I just. Speak with them. I'm gonna go play, and then you have a break.
All right.
You got.
We are back. We are back. All right. Chat to me things. How you all feeling? Let me know what questions you have. I will answer all of them. Inshallah. So if you don't see your country listed in the shipping places, then we can't do much about it because we're not shipping the books ourselves. It's a company shipping company. So if you don't see it, then maybe you have somebody that lives in another country that you can ship the book to, and then they can maybe visit you and bring you the book. Just you can try. Figure out a way maybe. Inshallah. You texted me on Instagram, Barakallafiq. I saw your message. I'll reply to it as soon as I can. Inshallah. And we can set up something we can meet up in Allah. My name is shams. Shamsuddin. What brand did you connect him with? What do they do? There's no brand. It's just the restaurants that we connected with. It's this restaurant that we're eating in now, and there's another restaurant called 8 Bit that's literally just across the corner and a third. So it's a few restaurants that we've connected with, and it's the influencers that we reached out to as well on Instagram. We're kind of in the middle of setting up a few deals, insha'. Allah. So we'll see how that goes. The recap of the day, we basically started the day by reaching out to a few restaurants. We got in contact with an Uber driver, actually, that gave us the contact of a person that knows a lot of restaurant owners. So that was a really good lead as well. We reached out to a few influencers on DMS and we got a few responses as well off of Instagram. Dms. So we're Kind of cooking a few deals at the moment. We're still waiting on the software guy as well to respond to us. So Alhamdulillah, it's looking good. We just have to wait. It's like the waiting game, the time game, you know. Can you break down Objection handling When a brand says they already have direct contact with the influencer or brand. That's a question for Ayub. I'll wait for him to come back and he can answer. Inshallah, I have no idea. What's the current streaming setup look like? So we are running a DJI Mic 2, right? These mics, we're running them into the camera. Straight into the camera. We're also running a lav mic right here. So this is the rode lav go. And this plugs right into the microphone. The DJI puts it into the pocket. This runs from under the T shirt and clips inside side so it stays hidden. And the camera itself is a Sony A7SIII with a 24 to 70 lens, G Master 2.8 f 2.8 aperture. We also have a rig on there, a small rig cage with a V mount battery and yeah, a small mini tripod as well. So we can have the camera on the table. We also have the live view, if you know the live view. It's a streaming kind of encoder. I can probably show you. So this is what it looks like, right? It's a streaming encoder. It has two modems. So these two modems are what connects us to the antennas. So it finds antennas and it grabs Internet from them, puts them into here. And this thing just kind of runs everything and pushes it to the cloud, which is what you're seeing on screen. Then we have a power bank, 26,800 milliamp power bank to run the whole thing. So it's a heavy rig. I'm not Algerian, I'm Syrian. I was born in Ireland, but I'm originally from Syria. What is a good process of felization? A client. I don't understand what that means. Can you just elaborate on that? Please show the watch. Allah Mubarak. It's just a normal watch, just nothing special. It was a gift. I suggest everyone to have a lot of nerves and accept rejections from a company. Don't give up. Yes. The more nos you get, the closer you are to yes. It's always that way. Even now. Like we're getting a lot of no's. No, no, no, no. I don't want to do marketing. You just keep going and you get closer to a yes. That's just how it works, Subhanallah. But if you get emotional when you get a no and you give up straight away, you'll never get anywhere, really. How did you get connected to Abu Lahya? It's a very good question. So three years ago I went on a retreat with Fawaz Central and a few of the other Buddhas in Morocco. Subhan Allah and one of the brothers called Amman, which is the COO of the company that works with Abu Lahya right now. I basically got to know him three years ago and we had a good time together. I think we were there for like a week in Morocco and then I came back and we kind of. We never really spoke, me and Aman, but we know each other. So three years later, a man works with Abu Lahab and they needed a camera guy. So a man reached out to me and he said, can you come to Morocco? Because Abu Lahe needed someone to film for him in Morocco. And I met Abu Lahe there and the rest is history. Alhamdulillah, What's your Insta brother? I'll type it in now. That's my Instagram. Oh, you can't see Saudi Arabia. That's interesting, Subhanallah. Yeah. Probably find like the closest place to it and then maybe you can bring it from there into Saudi Arabia. Insha'.
Allah.
Focus on school or business or both. I've already seen some success in business. Not that big, though. If you mean school, as in school, like school school, then yes, school is really important. Get that degree of school. If you mean university, then it's a different story. University, maybe. Allahu Ana. It depends what you want to do. I would say it's a good idea to like, get a degree because at least you have it in your back pocket. It depends what you want to do. Again, if you want to be a doctor, a lawyer, engineer, I'm not here to, like, give you life advice. But school, yes, 100% finish school. School is really, really important. Like the Bacaloria, whatever you call it in. In France, or we call it the leaving cert. It's similar to the GCSES in the uk. So finish that. You get that because nearly every job asks you for that. Like they need a minimum of a leaving cert or like Bacaloria or gcse. So do get that because if you want to get a job working for a restaurant, whatever it is, make, you know, some. Some money and work in a shop, save up some money to start a business or whatever, you Want to do? Yeah, it's really important. So do finish school. Do finish school.
What?
Prayer time. Right now it is time for dhuhr, right? But because we're traveling, we're gonna pray dhuhr and ASR insha' Allah and then we're gonna be on our way. What are you doing? So right now we're. We're sitting in a restaurant and we are praying. We're gonna. I'm gonna wait for him to pray and then I'm gonna go pray, inshallah. And after that we are going to head out, inshallah, to collect our laundry because we put our laundry yesterday. So it's finished now. Alhamdulillah. Then we're going to reach out to another restaurant that we went to on the first day. Actually we sold karak tea and we made a dollar over there. So we're going to go back to try and upsell them something more. Inshallah. After that we might be meeting with somebody special. Inshallah. Hopefully.
Hopefully.
I just asked them what time they are free. So if it is, it's going to be sick. It's someone you probably know. And so we'll see. Inshallah. He's. He's in Dallas. Any information? Answer brand questions I can't answer. So I'm going to wait for him to come back and answer it because I have no experience in ima. My final question was, what is a good process of loyalty with a client? Interesting question. Loyalty with a client. Very interesting question. I think if a, if a client treats you well, if a client treats you well and it's easy to work with them, they don't give you any headaches, they don't go against what you want to do for the future, then loyalty is really good and you can always provide extra for them. For example, if you promise them eight posts, you provide 10, if you promise them certain results, you kind of go overboard. So that's really good loyalty. If they treat you well, if you think the relationship is amazing, if they're not draining you, but the opposite is also true. If you feel like the client is draining you and they're asking too much and they're going against what you want, then loyalty isn't so good. But yeah, loyalty is always any beneficial in a business. Especially panel on. When you're working with a client and the relationship is so important, like even outside of work, maybe you have a client and you want to build the relationship with him, you go out, you get dinner, you get some sort of food, you sit In a cafe, you just chat about anything apart from business. That way you build that relationship and when it comes to business or work, then you perform so well and the relationship is stronger. So I hope that helps. So the big deal that's loading is the software company. We already have a meeting with them and we're just waiting on the response. So that's in progress. It's loading. I do read sometimes. I do read sometimes. The last book I read was, was Goated Ads by Alex Hormozy. It's a book about ads. It's like a playbook. Yeah, that was the last book I read.
Really, really good book.
Yeah. So strike ready? Strike ready. We actually met with them recently. It's the guy that we met outside the masjid and that's his company.
Sorry, animal food. Want.
Are you not going to eat?
No. Okay. You want more? I.
Dinner?
You want more? Yeah, we can put.
Take away.
Are you sure? You can go pray. The, the, the thing is ready. I'm going to get a haircut.
Okay.
It's right there.
All right.
You want to set it up and pray the bishop. Give it to time.
Pray in the barber shop.
Yeah.
You. I'd rather pray here, to be honest, because they probably have music. There's someone's calling.
Huh?
Someone's calling.
Oh, no, no. Hello? Hello? Yeah, can you hear me? Okay, I can see the name on the phone number. Can you?
Yeah. You visit?
Oh yeah, I spoke with, with Ali briefly. He told me he had a call so we didn't have time to go over, over everything. Do you know if he's. If he's gonna be still busy for the rest of the day?
Same thing. He told me that he was really busy today as well, so we couldn't really talk much in depth.
Okay. I got a better understanding. He doesn't see a return out of it. So he was kind of like I'm tired of marketing. It doesn't work. We don't get return from it. I've experienced this at all in the past. What this actually is is more of a conversion issue rather than a social media doesn't work. Cuz I've looked at the Instagram account. The content that's being posted out there is more like viral friendly rather than actually convers. So that's the good thing with the, the AI, Whatever much they're doing with the other company. I don't want to be too nerdy and going to like the different awareness levels of marketing and whatever. That's what I focus on. But basically they have an issue where they make a lot of content that's, that's not understandable. But it converts like they put stuff out there, people see it and they're just like, okay, cool, we make sense. And then they don't take an action. It doesn't confirm from what he's doing. So I see a similar issue here and that's what I would train the, the, the AI on. Do you think that'll be helpful for you guys?
Like, you know, there something is. We just need to discuss even more and I know you are on a timeline as well, but unfortunately we cannot make any decisions on this.
Okay.
So me and Ali just need to sit down and really understand. Okay. How can we best utilize your guys services and if it's a route that we want to try again with the whole marketing thing because you know, we've done it in the past and it just hasn't worked. So we just want to weigh our growth and comfortable making a decision with you guys.
Makes sense. What would be the con? Like what would be the worst thing?
Yeah, I mean the con is just wasting a lot more money.
Right.
You're spending thousands of dollars even more into this.
Anything else? Right?
No, that's about it. But yeah. My bad, brother. I just wanted to return your call, let you know, give you that update that I spoke with Ali too. Karen and I are, are, you know, still in discussions about it. You know, sometime in the future we could get things touch this again.
Okay. Okay, I'm. I'm gonna let you go. One thing I'll tell you is if the, if the concern you guys have is losing money, I know that the time frame I'm giving you guys does not let you the time to think. Which is probably why you want to push it for further. That's the main thing. Yeah, it makes sense. Yeah. Can you, can you give me like two minutes? Unfortunately.
I knew my bad brother. I have this, you know, Dallas market that I'm going to pick up some more stuff for the restaurant. So I have to go.
2 minutes, 120 seconds. That's the only thing I need you never hear from you again. I'm telling you I appreciate you. What I'll do is this, you know that I'm here for two days and if you guys don't have the time to think about it for today, which is most likely the case, we won't be able to make this work. I know there's a way where this works out and you guys benefit from it. And I know you guys been burnt in the past, you lost money and everybody's promising you something and keep losing your money. I'm ready to put myself at risk to make sure you guys either benefit or you don't lose money. Would you be open to an offer like this where literally either works or you guys recoup all the money that you paid and it's not some weird whatever thing is on the contract. I'll sign it, I'll put my name on it, you guys name on it. If it works out, I keep all you guys paid. If it doesn't work out, I return every single penny you. You guys paid. That way you either have a benefit or you don't lose money. And I'm making a crazy offer because I only got two days.
Gotcha. I hear you, you, but it's just not a, a move maker for me. Like, I understand the offer is great too if you, you're really into incentivizing us to like really jump on board with you. But it's not just something that, you know, we're really focused right now. Our focus is something else we're trying to grow within the Dallas market. Right. And we know from past experience that just marketing, you know, utilizing marketing companies to grow the brand is just not our output.
I'm not, I'm not, I'm not going to do marketing for you. I'm helping you in house team that's already in Dallas make better content to grow in Dallas. So that's aligned with all you guys have.
Gotcha. Yeah, I, I don't think we'll, we'll move on here.
Okay. That's totally fine. I appreciate the time you gave me. Appreciate the time that you gave me as well. And appreciate you, bro.
Inshallah. Same likewise, brother.
Move on to the next one. Don't, don't pray. Go break.
Sometimes it doesn't work. Sometimes it works. It move on.
That would have been a crazy play though. What a one call close on a cold call with a guy that hates marketing for such a huge company. That would have been a crazy play. This is insane. Yeah. I mean, look, when you, when you make an offer, when you're trying to to when you start a business and people give you objections, you have to play with what you have. I'm asking a company that has eight locations that each of them make $2 million a year long B. I'm offering them to own a phone call, buy something that they don't know who I am and I don't have social proof. Like, come on. Have to. I Have to pull something crazy out. Yeah, we're all good. We're moving on to the next one. It. It's frustrating, isn't it? Was Ali a marketing employee? Business partner. A marketing employee. It's crazy that they even considered you a. They don't know who you are. A ghost is impressive. Come on, Sam. Let me check you marathon. Let me ask the guy to put the food takeaway. I'll be right back. One second. Gonna make me crash out with his little. Your room is not loading a tiny. Basically remember the brand. That's all you do. But one of them was like the core set one. I'll tell you the commission decent, like on ground commission. Basically everything was cool moving forward. And then as soon as I gave him access, like the brand gave access to the course and stuff, he just.
Instantly said like it's sketchy.
It's basic info. You can get this stuff off YouTube. I'm happy to move forward with the other brands, but this one I'm not really good. And then I basically told the brand like on this one he said. And they kind of reply and they gave me a good reply which I gave to him. And they also said happy job which I kind of avoid him. So I gave it to him and.
Now he's just gruesome. Next message.
Basically said it's sketchy, I don't like it. What they do is weirded. There's fake Reddit accounts. Even though I thought the brand solid and whatnot. They're kind of off for a job.
But he's just being weird about it.
And now he's saying like 31 money and stuff about no replies to him. Can I get the bill? Yeah, You can pray. Got a nice offer and stuff. And yeah, like I said, I told him on the influencer. He gave me like some replies which I thought it was influencer and I just replied again basically I don't know if there's any chance he would do it but I don't know. I try and frame it. I think it's really good for his.
Because there's a course.
Yeah. The deal is dead. Is dead. I'm sorry, I'll be to the point. Yeah. Is that the reason for that is whenever. What's the first thing I said in influencer marketing before I even said on the YouTube videos, I said you can. You can work with every single influencer except the guys that sell the courses or when it comes to like courses in general, like it's very, very difficult for someone to accept working with your company. If you sell a course, like, it's. It's one of the things people trust the least. So if you're asking an influencer to back you up and to back your company up by saying, hey, these guys are selling courses and it's good. It's impossible. Okay.
Like, it's.
It's good for your audience because. To be honest, the reason to be honest, I don't want to do. He's applying to my emails because there's current collapse going on. But, like, this is ignorant.
I don't understand.
Yeah. So first of all, for the guy with the courses, the deal is dead. Sell the thing to someone else. So people just know and hate companies sell courses. That's the first thing. Second thing is, when it comes to the guy that's airing you, I would give him the ultimatum. I'd be like, hey, I'll give him a call at a day when I know. Like, I would check back the messages. When he responded, at what time he usually responds. And I would call him at this time, at what time he sees the messages and I would call him the. At this time, just so you can have the highest likelihood of him picking up, you know, and honestly, I would just give him a call and be like, hey bro, would you. I just give you a call so it's to bother you because we need to get this going. Let's speak about it. And that's it. That's the main thing I would do, to be honest. Nothing much. What did you miss a almost crash out session?
Very cool.
This guy. Let me wait until Shimsu is back. I'm gonna give this guy a call. Seems like he does marketing as. What happened with the guy who wanted to be the Somali, Jorgen? No response since then. Let me give him a call, actually. All right, so this guy, I can. I can close the discussion. These guys not going to make it work. Same same Muhammad Company, city of the restaurant. Let me get vehicle. Yeah, Bruce had a summer motivated and then and then didn't do anything. Okay, the CDP guy is not responding. That's the guy. The Uber gave us a. The contact. Let me call the Somali guy. No response. No response. Well, let me call this guy because the barbecue giant guy, I'm gonna swing by and all that. No one is picking. Oh, he's responding. I can come to the shop now. I have a very good news for you influencers. Very, very good audience from Dallas. Want to come make a video with you. He said text me a mini meaning try guy. Don't call anyone who doesn't call you first makes you feel like you're desperate from them. How they are they going to call me if I don't call them? Tell the Somali guy you don't want to save the problem from Trump. He's not even responding. Can anyone please explain what's happening and what can possibly happen? What's happening? Trying to make money. What can possibly happen? We will make money. That's a a pretty good summary. Man. I have the feeling that you are losing your time with a non decision maker person. I don't know who you're referring to. When are you going to make money? When Allah decides. Would you recommend sales guy to start? I am a agency. I don't know if you like sales. Why don't you stick with it and make money with sales? What's your favorite color? Maybe blue. How's it feel to the guy who just has on the phone? Yeah, he's not a decision maker but he's friendly decision maker. So. Will you come to run the next stream inshallah? Maybe. Messi or Ronaldo? Ronaldo for sure. What's your favorite human in the. In the Dunia that's alive today. It's probably one of my family members. What do you think is the best way for a student of knowledge to make money? You can have a business. A lot of the students of knowledge have a business loan. Better. Four days streaming. No joke. Yes sir. What? What streaming 10 hours a day for four days does to you? Feeling good. You prayed. I forgot. What is the benefit of saying when something doesn't go your way? I don't know the specific any Hikmah behind it. I just know it's better than saying like a curse word or like whatever it may be and it's dicker. It's also a reminder. What do you expect to be hard or easy based on your experience? The challenge is going as I expected it. The only thing I regret doing is putting such a small deadline because I'm not giving the good example because I'm burning the right practices. What do you think Selling his agency. Congrats to him. Did you get. I mean that the last offer he gave him would probably be okay if you had directed the decision making on the phone. Not him. Yes and no. It seems like he wasn't really the pain point that they had anyway. For money Now I ch for Hunter burn Ian I love this. Never seen ab hadis T. Am I looking Taban? Honestly? No. Do I look Taban? What are you guys talking about? I'm Just chilling cuz we had food. I'm good.
So I'm just screwing the ND filter on.
Yeah. Oh, it was a stick transition. Look, look, look, look. You made a transition without doing it on purpose. You, you put your hand and then I spawn you guys seeing the transition. Okay, read. How do you realize the sharp individual in multiple rounds when you demonstrate? Usually I'll see. I'll see someone be shop with a few things. Number one, they're fast. Like they respond fast, do things fast. They don't. They don't ask too many dumb questions. They understand quickly. It's somewhat somewhere already always related to speed, the speed of action and speed of understanding. That's how usually I see somebody show. I don't need to say so many explanations for you to understand it.
If you can.
If I can say half a sentence and you can complete it and like you understand what I'm saying. I'm like okay, this guy's sh. Stopping my question. What happened with the call which I had five calls. I'm going to crash out with which call? With the call with the restaurant. They're not interested in the AI thing with the call with the guy yesterday we had a follow up with the co with who I had like a million different clothes here. Make an effort. What are you saying? Oh yeah. Can we have a bite for this? Yeah. Second, yeah, I shan university to save time and increase the inputs for the business certified skills. I started with copywriting. Can you search science to be more focused and comfortable? Have to figure it out in the time frame bro. And I have a flight anyway. I have a flight on Friday afternoon. I'll. It's a 34 hour flight so I'm probably not going to make money on the flight. How about me? I'm speedy. Yeah, you're speedy. Tiny. But you don't understand things fast. You ask like 1 million questions to clarify which make you look not as smart as you actually are. And this is because you lack confidence in your actual decision making. Unless you fix that you're still not going to look as sharp as you actually are. Cuz you are sharp bomb. But you just ask like a stupid clarifying question or like you'll doubt yourself even though you actually know the answer and that makes you look much more, much less intelligent than you actually are. What is the big deal? Loading. You'll see. What was your expectation goals when you started your course last year? My success was let me make sure everybody who joins has the most benefit and let me make sure I make the best Course in the world, Alhamdulillah. Do you think it would grow this fast? I wouldn't call it this fast, honestly, alone. But it's, it is from Allah. That's what we say. And I'll say, how long do you spend closing a brand influencer? Do you leave quantity over quality? No quality first. With a call today, two hours ago. With the call today, two hours ago, I had a call with the restaurant guy that was the owner of 8Bit and he said the conclusion was, no, we're not interested because the time frame is too short. Like two days is too short for them to make a decision. They can't do that. That's the first thing. Second thing, I spoke with the other brother that wanted social media marketing. He said he was spending 800 bucks before I said, can you, would you be interested in something else? He said, yes, but I'm gonna keep this one on the back burner for now because I don't think it's gonna be the best deal so far. I probably have better options. Let's just see if I think. And those are the two goals I had today. Why not have clarity on something though? Because, I mean, you should have clarity by yourself. Like, you see, I just said, then you should understand things faster. And you said, oh, but shouldn't I not just get clarity? Like that's you showing that you don't understand things fast because you had to ask me a question in order to understand. Did you grow up in the usa? No, I grew up in France. Are you still in the AI content creation business or did you switch to something else? I'm in the business of everything. I'm in the business of whatever you want to buy, I'll do it. Ready? Let's go. The mics are charged.
Yep, Just need to put it on. Let's get this haircut, haircut, haircut.
And let's maybe go to the master after. Let's keep the mustard from going.
Sorry.
The message.
Yes, sir. Just need to pick up the laundry though. Don't forget.
Oh yeah, actually I'm going to be Kehan after. Yeah, let's get a haircut and then go to BE because they're gonna open soon. Okay. I don't know if he's in the online meeting or something. Have you got thoughts like, why did I even start studying? I could have done something better. It's not so much what I could have done something better. The only thing, like I said, the only thing I, I was wondering is why did I put a five day deadline because it's fun, it's interesting. Only thing is, like, this guy, I would have. I would have 100 closed it. The AI thing, if it was not within two days, like, I'd have followed up with them later. Now I'm like. I'm like shooting a home run. It's either you buy now or you never buy. It's not a good offer to make, but because I have two days, then I have to make it work. It's interesting, though. It's challenging. We'll see how it's gonna work. May I grant you success, brother. How do you know it's the right time to go to Cool. I'm talking about time of the day. I just call bro. Hello. Can we hear me on the mic, Guys? You don't imagine how excited I am to not have to stream in two days. Because I'm not gonna lie. Streaming 12 hours a day, every day is extremely raining. The thing. The only thing I don't like is that it takes the entire day. And I literally. I get. I get nothing out of it. Yeah, I'm going to make what, $1,000 that I'm going to give to someone else. Can I pay? Marketing. Okay. Influencer. Tariff influencer. So what, we have social media. Okay. Not a social. Marketing influencer. Can I pay? I got you. I got you. Mashallah. Okay. Oh, I had a menu. I got to give you back.
Oh, the menu.
It was outside. The guys are ready for asmr session. A live haircut, Actually. It's probably going to be muffled because they put a thing on top.
Very light.
Yeah, put the camera down. Let me just see. You free. No, we don't have appointment. No, Chat to him about the camera if it's fine. Chat to him about. Where? You got to try. Where you going to film. Just. Just try and crash, Bro. Honestly, I'm tired. Halas, habibi, You want to haircut as well? You want to cut your hair as well? It's not about that. It's just who's gonna do it. This guy's busy. You want to have it tonight? Tonight? I'm actually just buying time because. What's it called? The BJ Khan. Whatever. Opens up four. Hand clipper. 4.5. This will. One point five. One half, two. I had a one half. One and a half. You want to have a sea sham. So these are comfy. I said comfy. I meant comfy. I think it's good. It's good. Vacation. You want to see if the sheikh. You want to see if the Sheikh is free now. Yeah, because the guy, BJ Barbecue, said 6pm that's late. Yeah, you can call him. Yeah, yeah. He knows you. This is the easiest circuit ever. Super fast. Sa. It. Sa. Sachet. Let me know. All right. Sa. This. 8:00pm there's no way. Yeah, not today. We'll be sleeping at 8:00pm oh, wait, Shimo, check the audio. I think it's being taban for the guys. The audio? The audio of the stream. Like. Yes. Listen to it. Somebody said, the mosquito in my room at 3am. Can you turn it off?
Then turn off your.
Can you turn it off from your side? Oh, wait, wait, wait. They said the audio is perfect. Is there an issue or not? Can we hear the machine? Like, is it taban? Huh? Okay, I'll talk to them after. They said, no. It's good. They like the mosquito noise. I think.
The mosquito in my room at 3am is going to be gone, Inshallah.
Sure.
We go. The mosquito is gone. Okay.
Happy?
Oh, you were joking about the buzzing. Well, too late. We turned it off. That's funny. What is Free book. Free book is Alex Hermosi 100 million money models. That's the free book.
Inshallah.
Going to send the link in right now. Because it is time for the link to be sent. Just give me one second. Inshallah. I'm gonna send that right away. That's the link sent there in. Inshallah. How you guys liking the haircut? Is it clean? Rate it out of 10? Inshallah. Rate the haircut out of 10. And tell me what your favorite type of haircut is. Let us know.
What are they saying?
10 out of 10? Haircut, 10 out of 10. Somebody's asking, what's the main factor in growing an IMA quickly? If you had to scale to 100k profit in three months, what would you do?
Send insane amount of volume. It's like just volume. Send an insane amount of volume.
Insane amount of volume. That's what you have to do. Insane amount of volume.
It.
Whatever questions you have, write them in. Inshallah. I'll get them answered about business, about mindset, about ima, anything. Someone's asking, would you stick to one niche or do multiple?
Yeah, you're gonna fail if you do multiple. You're gonna fail if you do multiple. Just stick to one. Every guy who tried, every guy who did something else, always fail when they have mult.
You heard it. Just stick to one niche.
They always come back to me. They're like, you. I didn't listen to you. I Did multiple ones. How can I put.
Now you can turn on the mic, I'd say. Yeah, yeah. What's the camera setup? Okay, the camera setup. Oh, actually, because there's a huge mirror here, we can show you the setup. Live camera looks at itself. So we've got the beautiful Sony A7SIII with a handle. We've got the top handle as well. We've got the phone holder so you can see the chat. We've got the ND filter. We've got a mini tripod as well. And we've got the V mount which you can see, but right here behind. Yeah, this is the vmount. Yeah, there she is. Absolute beauty. Oh, and also the road M. That's the setup right there. Are you watching Champions League tonight? No, we don't watch football. We're too busy making money. The lens is a 24 70G Master F 2.8. Super crispy lens, like super, super crisp.
It's beautiful. Can I pay with card?
The barber must be confused looking at such quality camera, thinking he's on live tv.
What do you say?
What they say everywhere we go we get, you know, these confusions. It's too, too high quality. There's a great question, actually, where they.
Said the barber is going to be confused of what he's looking at a.
Huge quality camera as if he's on live tv. Someone's asking. Give me a quick rundown how you would create a cold calling agency with no knowledge about the niches. What would be the pricing and what's the approach?
I have no idea. I would probably charge. I'll start charging performance only, as in I get a percentage of whatever code calls I set or whatever clients they get from the cold calls and from there, depending on how it goes, I would, I would see the kind of money they make and then I would find a way to charge that pro. If you don't know what to charge, just. Just start. Start. That didn't take long because I just buzzed the whole thing. The same size. It's up to you. It's just that. It's up to you. What's the. The bk vk khan guys probably gonna be busy. Let me, let me try to do chat in the meantime. Hello, I'm back. Thank you, bro. Just looking more clean, fresh, you know what I'm saying? Is there a way to pay for one on one session? I don't, I don't do one on one, brother. I'm stuck in medicine school the next four years in advice, making 2K a month to 5 5K a month in the next two years. Start online business on the side. Shams are getting the A special. No, I don't think. I don't think. But make sure, make sure you want you precise that it's taper low because it's gonna going to get until the half. The B. Must be confused as such a quality camera thinking he's on live tv. Yeah, I am a equal vision that bridges the gap between influence and brands. Am I correct? Maybe the best platform to make deals. Instagram, YouTube as well. Ahmed, what's the next move now? Inshallah. Now we got to find a spot where I can actually work. And from there I'm going to get back to calling people. Stop turning around, bro. We. You guys know I just walk around. Even on the call, I had to keep moving. Let me see. Let me see what looks like. Look at this. Wait, wait, wait. We're going to see, guys. You're gonna see the full Full. Too much, Johan. Even the sheikh next to it is crushing out. Full crush out. Wait, I almost tripped. If you don't know what to charge your star. You didn't finish. Oh, what I meant. I meant if you don't know what to do. If you don't know what to charge. Start on performance. Performance. You charge like a percentage of what you make. Well, I gotta. I gotta fix my beard, guys. You want pro beard advice? Whenever your your beard is curly, like here, you see, like here. It's a bit taban. It's a bit taban. Take a brush. You brush it the opposite way. You have to break it. I'm gonna look like a crazy guy for a minute. You have to break it a little bit of everywhere. So you break the actual. I don't know called waves or whatever it may be. See, now we're breaking the waves. Rushing it this way. I'm rushing the other way. Then you go back to normal, just to give it back a normal shape. And then you need a solid brush. You see this brush? This brush has space in between. So when you brush it, it doesn't go straight. So you need the giant brush like this that doesn't have space in between. And then montage. And that was. I would have it advice fixed in two minutes. You see? No more weird, weird taban. Taban waves. You see Full. That was beard advice. If you want more beard calls coming soon, brother, Leave it like that. People are gonna start arresting me if I be like a guy. Come on. Have you always been this tenacious in sales? Is it something you've developed even they didn't close the sale with a software company other than this, you didn't give up even on the last minute. Yeah, you never give up. This is a normal thing. It's something I learned. Of course I used to like send one email and then be like alas, it's over. It doesn't work. Let me give up. But yeah, you have to be extremely tenacious and especially the more the more you stay in business, the more tenacious you have to be because people get more and more bored of they get more and more tired of people just being like hey let me study this, let me sell you this. You have to be more and more and more and more tenacious. Actually ask if I can get a coffee. F. Guys one of the best things I discovered in my life was coffee. The ability to just get a recharge and start working again just from a little drink that's natural. Based on your experience, you and your experience. Where's a good time to quit your 9 to 5 and go full on the business when your full time job has been making. When your business. Sorry, the best time to quit your job is when your business makes more than your job for three months in a row. Then you can quit brother. How do you get in touch with Emir Ali Bin Mansoor? He we saw each other's content online and then I had an event with him in person that was in Dubai and also a man. My secret CEO at the time was working with him but he was also working with me on consultancy and he was speaking to him about what we do and word of mouth and they heard about it and then we started working together. Married? No. Have you tried E commerce or drop shipping? As in I almost did it when I was young but then I saw it was haram so I didn't pursue it. For drop shipping I'm referring to. I heard about you from him. Amazing. Are you for language learning niche in IMA? Would you look for same benchmark of 50k subs and views or would you? Oh would you you to go down a bit because it's more loyal audience. Yeah, I would go. I would go down a bit. I'd go. I would go down a little bit. Are you. Have you ever thought about growing your hair out? I used to have long hair. I used to have hair as more than Shimo. I don't know if on the other guys but I used to have Superman haircut. You know the one on the side and I used to have. I went from Superman haircut Short beard to long beard. BK. By the way, guys, there's 50 people on the live. On a serious note, mela, bless you guys for tuning in the live stream. This is actually a thing I enjoy a lot doing, which is like answering people's questions, helping people out, etc, you guys enjoy. It makes me, it makes me feel happy. And yeah, you got, you got fixed up pretty quick, you know. You want to fix the lineup? Huh? No, just, just tell him this. Trust me. Have a seat. No, no, the lineup is done. Just ask him to clean this with the. Just do it here. You're going to look proper. Ja' an Shamsu. Someone said jaan, pronounced is an Arabic word that means hungry. Google said this. Yes, it does. That's literally what I said. Ja' an means hungry. You want to eat food. This is a word we developed from the sales team. Our sales team was being a bit, which means tired, like a bit lazy. And then we said, yo, what's going on? You guys know Joanne, you guys, you guys, you guys fool. You're acting like you guys fool. You don't need to work, you don't need to call people khalas, you have money now. They said, no, I'm ready. I said, no, you know, you know, hungry. You're not Ja'. A. And then they say, no, I'm Java. And then from there, Ja' a became the, the quality word. I'm Ja' Alan. I'm Jawan guy. Do you know self improvement brother Hamza Ahmed? I don't know him personally. I, I've. I know who he is. I don't know him personally. Can you show at least a few rows of ima? We understand more during the live stream. Get ready to work many hours. Don't be lazy. Find good influences that are cheap and, and, and find the right brands for them. Be a good guy. Do a lot of volume, quick lineup. Why are you coming to Marash again? If Arab barbershop people suddenly go on the mirror and use the tools, but only the ones that are cool with the barber. How much does it cost to live in Dubai? And why did you choose Dubai? Dubai is actually expensive. I'm not gonna lie. Especially depending on where you want to live. Of course rent. Rent would probably be the, the most expensive thing. I'd say you could live in dubai on like 4k for 5k a month USD. You could live like a normal life. Of course you could survive with like 2k, 3k. But like your goal is to live a normal life. But this will heavily differ on where you live. So if you want to live in like super center business bay or like Downtown Dubai, even 10k a month genuinely you're going to be like a Tabang guy. Because rent is going to be like 7k already. And everything around here is to going to be super expensive. If you live on the. On the inside Dubai still but more on the surroundings. This areas like M Etc you can have much cheaper. You can find rent for 1.52k USD. Those kind of things. I'm going to pay. I'm going to pay. Huh huh. Together. Dubai is still cheaper than London. It's good price, custom discount and attic tip. Are you. USD? Of course. Mumtaz. Mumtaz. Mumtaz. Barbershop 1010 miya mia. Huh?
Quality is insane.
Yeah, quality is full. You should have seen the Joanne quality when you were sitting down. You looked proper montage. Let me show you, let me show you. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. No, no. And I remember. Chill, chill, chill. Relax. It's not alone. Almost, almost here. Almost here, sir. Okay. Here, here. Like J guy. Wait, wait. Here's where you look. J. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Sho Sho sh. The J guy. Wait. I'm always right. That's the thing. I'm gonna crash out. Where were you? You see, when you scroll you can't see. That's why they don't want to scroll. You see? See? Make me look like a Tavanga now. Okay. Nice taper. Hello sir. I make you nice hair. Four wives now. Ln t montage. Testing Shamsu's patience. Now he's patient. I mean Shamsu, do you think you need patience to live with me? Patience?
You need patience everywhere in life.
Okay? Everywhere. You take Qatar same. I've never been to Qatar.
Where is this? It's not straight.
Why did you choose Sudan? Dubai. With what's going on in Sudan over somewhere like Saudi? I just have my company I set up in Dubai and I have a lot of business that's going on in Dubai and it's a hub that's very accessible for multiple things. That's why I live in Dubai. I don't really pick my country based on like geopolitics and all that. I'll be very honest with you guys. I'm super unaware when it comes to that. Like I'm really not the guy to speak about geopolitics or like what's going on in the world and all these kind of things. I make dua for people and then I focus on my business and I help people out to live in Downtown Dubai. You need to make 20k a month minimum. Yeah, 10, 15.15k minimum. Yeah. I heard that you can now buy land in ksa even in Medina. Is this something you plan? I haven't heard of the rules. I know that they have a bit difficult rules to when it comes to buying and selling it already. You didn't watch the last two lives when you found a guy with his father in his. What is the news in the project other the Escalade? The white Escalade you're talking about? I had a meeting with them. I made the offer. They're excited. They should discuss it day. Inshah. I'm going to give him a call in 30 minutes. Are you in London now? No, I am in Dallas. Dallas, Texas. Let's get going. Ready?
Let me get the car.
When do you want to get the car?
Now.
Now?
Now you want to get it to which place again?
Inshah. I'll meet you all today. Where will you pray? ASR we already prayed as we're probably going to go somewhere for Malibu. Oh actually Hassan is now. But you have some here. You have here. Yeah, clean it up. You have. We might want to go somewhere for hassle. Even though we prayed. Get the mumtaz Ali dong Shady glass parking lot funnel.
Let me look up on the street.
Montage. I gave a nice review. I said very nice barber. No more better. This guy has a five star review. He has 300 reviews. Only five star full. Full five star. Imagine you'll be the Taban guy leaving him a four star, tanking the rate. On a serious note guys, I don't understand. Would you actually leave like a like a three star review to someone? Like would you actually go to a shop, have have food or like have a haircut, whatever and then leave a three star, like a two star? I would understand if it's like a crush out worthy place. I would leave it at one star. I actually never leave one stars unless it's actually like. Like if I personally had a bad experience, like I didn't like it and let me leave it one stop. They can fix it. May not make it easy if, if the spot is misleading or like a super taban and it's saying I'm good and it's actually super Taban. I would leave a one star to prevent others from. From harming themselves. But would you really give somebody like a three star, make their business look Taban skin. They're already struggling, they're hustling and you, you dunk on their head with a Three star. I don't think that's good. You give them five star and then you give them feedback in person, you know, but you don't need to let everybody know that these guys could improve because then you're just hurting the business. Is this, is this fair to say, guys? Is this fair to say?
Yeah.
Where are we going? Viktams. Which one?
Valley Ranch.
You're right. Which one? Valley Ranch. Did we ever go there? The white accolade. Which one.
Had the meat place?
The one that was closed that we he had to pray outside or the big one?
No, the one where he said we only serve our present.
Yeah, but that one he was closed and he had the sheikh had to pray outside. Then we went to another one with a man. And you took a 30 minute nap.
Yeah, that's the one.
The one we had the nap. Okay, that one's good. That one is actually good. That one is good. Nice thing about New York City, it's just really easy to eat healthy them. There are so many like your name is Ayub, same as mine. I was looking for someone to make money and I saw your life. Can you help me, advise me to make money? But I'm 27 and I wish to get married. Habibi, better make it easy. And I have a ton of videos. I have these live. I have also other videos on my channel where I answer questions and help people make money. That's completely free. You can go ahead, check it out. Full five star. Are you by your fit guy? How many times do you train and what do you do? I don't train anymore. I used to train. I used to be Alhamdulillah. Very, very active in the gym. How much does a taxi and Uber cost you a day? I don't want to know. Way too much. Which one is it? The name? It's another one less geopolitics and going against the prophet's advice regarding the rules and business productivity. Question please. There's Wagyu brisket place next to it. Yeah, we might want to go chat to the Wagyu Giant place. Giant, Giant spot.
He's close today.
It's close today. Oh yeah. He's only closed. Open three days a week. Sir. Let me see if they have a bathroom. Let me use the bathroom. So you chat to the guys here.
Back again. We are back. Struggling. There we go. So we've just ordered the car and we're gonna go to Valley Ranch. Inshaallah. Valley Ranch Islamic Center. It's a nice place. I took a nap There last time, so I'll probably take a nap there again. Got the taper fade. Alhamdulillah. Yeah. So the place, the brisket place, the Wagyu, actually, Wagyu place, they close on every day except for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, that's when they're open. So we haven't had a chance to go. Maybe next America trip. Inshallah. Cafe, barbecue. That's the place for the Wagyu, right?
That place is amazing. Yeah, it's so good. I love that place.
I haven't had a chance to go yet.
Oh, it's so good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Every time I get to go to Irving there. It's so good.
Yeah, yeah. I think they're only open on the weekend, right?
Yeah, that's a good question. I've only gone on the weekends. Yeah, that makes sense.
Yeah. There we go. Somebody likes it. Okay. Yeah, we need to go. Inshallah. Inshallah. Next trip. Next, actually, because we're flying on Friday. No, no, he's coming on the way because we're flying on Friday night at 11, so maybe we can go Friday morning. The guy's taking like 10 minutes to come. It's too long. I might cancel and find another driver that's closer by. It's ten minutes for him to come. We can wait for ten minutes.
Wait, is it giant cup? Is it giant G.M.C. s? This way. You want to cancel it?
No, no, I can keep it.
I understand. It's okay. You can't cancel them, so. Hello, sir. Hello. You opened a big GMC for me, sir? Escalade. Escalator. Cancel.
Look, Highlander. It's a nice guy.
It's a Highlander. Pick up in 10 minutes. You cancel. It's 7 kilometers away. The guy is in it.
He's probably dropping someone else off.
Yeah. By this point. Take a gun. At different times. Ask somebody from the chat if you can. They said you had a beautiful accent. You're beautiful. Instagram. Abulah. Yeah, I think it's ABU1. Something like that.
Yeah.
ABU1, like the number one. The brother is back in Algeria. Let wait. Can we see me here? Oh, we can. Can you give me one? Sho. Sho. Making the most out of these sweets, man. Chefs are milking these sweets, bro. Harry was free. Was like Atheni. Give me more. It really nice. Another one. It's another one.
The same thing.
Do you like pakistan? Yes.
That's on my own. Yeah.
Inshallah. See you at a Masjid Shah. What's your process for hiring good talent? I don't really Do a lot of interviews.
Actually.
We have a lot of friction in the hiring process. So somebody would apply. They send a video of them first, of them speaking. If they, if they can't do that, then probably not going to be a fit for the, for the company anyway. Because in the company you'll have to speak with team members, send videos of whatever you're working on, etc. And you'll have to be good at communicating to an extent so that we can speak with you. So that's the first thing. Second thing, we'll ask you from your experience, what you've done, what you have achieved, what kind of things you look at to know if you're good about. Based on that, we'll understand if you're good at what you do or not. From that, you'll hop on a call with one of the team members of that department. So if you're a sales guy, you'll hop on with a sales manager. If you're a content guy, you'll hop on with content manager. If you're whatever. If it's another role, you hop on with the CEO. They review what you said, your experience, they'll ask you a few questions, see if you're a culture fit. If you are, then we'll set expectations, discuss expectations. If everything aligns, you might have another meeting and from there you'll have a trial for like 30 days or something. And based on your performance after the 30 days, you'll either stay or leave. And that usually is very clear to give us good talent. You strike a balance between being serious and professional, but also friendly and humanity with the brand. I think it's just natural. I think the more you open thinking, the less natural you look like. I left 5 star review. Scan this, bro. Get a review. You don't need this. Yeah, you probably don't need it, right? Not really. What's inside? Probably just like your passport.
Yeah, yeah, just my passport and your.
Wallet and yeah, you probably don't need it. You can leave it here. Where's the guy? Over here. See who had a. Good afternoon. How are you?
Good afternoon, how are you?
We just got a camera. He's just going to record me. Is that fine? The car, he's going to record me. Not the car, not you, just me. You fine? Oh yeah, You good, bro? Oh, you want to keep it? All right. How are you? Good, Huh?
There's a limit. Center.
Turn left, then turn right on North Central Expressway. Turn right on north central expressway. It, You know, actually copied your haircut, Tony. Copied my haircut. Tiny is milking. He's milking everything he can. Coping my business model. Copy my niche. Copied my haircut. Can I crash out, Bro? It's smart. I feel like it's one less to worry about. Exactly. What do you think about recruitment industry? Like what? Abu Maz. I got his course but I didn't finish it because I'm being lazy. I think the answer is in the question. If you are being lazy, nothing's gonna work out, man. The real question is why are you being lazy? I know that working is hard, but do you like the life you currently have? Do you like your current situation? Do you feel happy with yourself? Do you feel proud of what you have accomplished? If you feel like it, then don't do anything. If you don't feel proud, then do something about it. Highway 75, stop using the left main. I think recruitment is great. Keep left towards us. Highway 75 South. It. In 2 miles.
Keep walking toward the frontage.
Feeling all right? You know? You know? Read the questions. You want to read the questions?
Questions.
Your phone is dead. You can plug it. Can I use influencer Marketing for my recruitment agency? I don't think so. I mean that's. That's a stretch. What's going on? It's here. It's stuck here. You're sitting on it. That's why it's stuck. Did you find a cable to charge it for? When do you think a CEO should hire an executive assistant? I don't have an ea. I think it's personal preferences. I do and don't have an ea. So it's a bit of an interesting situation. I have a COO who's like a. It was like an EA on steroids was much better than an ea. I think people confuse what ea, PA and all that means. Should I explain? Do you know what it means? Himself. EA, pa, all these kind of things. Explain it. Yeah, PA so all the EA, whatever the thingy is relating to assistance. EA means executive assistance. PA means personal assistant. The difference is a personal assistant deals with your personal things. Most people don't need it yet. PA means person who books your flights, person who goes, gets your laundry, person who does your actual personal day to day life and handles it for you. If you need food to be delivered, if you need whatever, that's someone who handles it for you. That's when you get way busier and someone else does it for you. That's one thing. The PA is a. The ea, sorry, is a executive assistant. It's someone who can execute and do things on your behalf. So if you get to a point where you get too busy, you cannot take a meeting. You get to a point where you need to meet someone and you can't go because you have two meetings at the same time. You get to a point where you need to hire someone, but you can't speak with them. Right. You have an EA, which is someone who can execute and do things on your behalf. He would take about the same decisions that you would take. He could do like out of 10 things that you do, he could probably do eight of them. So you delegate eight of them and you focus on two. That's what EA does. So if you ask me, when should a CEO hire a EA? I had mine after I had about 10 employees. I think I had six, six to eight team members around there. I forgot six, eight, close to 10. And then you have to train them. One thing I'll say is spend a lot of time with EA and pa. You need to spend a lot of time. You need to make sure they're good. First of all, you need to spend a lot of time vouching them. And once you hire them, you need to spend a lot of time training them to make sure they're really good because it actually can change your life completely if they're really good. And it can make your life a whole mess if they're terrible. So PA is low skilled and EA is highly skilled. Yeah. Yeah, sounds fun. Let me know when you're looking for one. I would absolutely not hire you, Tani. Oh my God. No way. EA is somebody who removes headaches. So far, that's not been what you've been successful at, Tani. It's not a bad thing. You're more of a business person, Tani. You're more wired towards making, you know, take another digit. You're more of an operator. You're more taking advantage of opportunities you look into. How can I negotiate this Aikido? How can I approach this ea? The. The literal definition of EA is a problem solver. Somebody I'll throw a problem out and like, hey, bro, figure this out. And they're actually good at figuring it out. Long back so far, I would say I have two. Two guys that are. I don't call them EAs, but they have the, the skills of one EA could do. I pay my EA so lot of money. As in they're not my. They're not EAs, but they do the job of an executive assistant. But yeah, I would say it's Alain and Aman. Yeah, like they Actually do very difficult work. It's not like, hey, can you handle this? Like, I gave Alain a call and I said, hey, fly to Saudi Arabia and fly find a building. That was a voice note, no questions asked. Three days after he sends me a video, he's in Saudi Arabia and he's with a guy that has buildings. He's like, which. Which building would you prefer? That's what an EA is. That's why I'm saying he's somebody who removes headache in a quarter mile. Keep left on July 635 west, using the left lane. Do you pay for his flight? See? See what kind of question he did. You think he said, are you gonna pay for my flight? No, he just booked it out at the end of the month. You're gonna send me the invoice. You see, you just proved that you add headaches, that you add friction. Oh, my God, it's such a nightmare. I hate one thing I hate the most on earth is questions. And it's specifically dumb questions or useless questions. Like a question that you could answer by yourself is a dumb question. A question you could Google is a dumb question. A question already answered once and you know the answer becomes a dumb question. Whenever I hear a stupid question. Honestly, I think if there's one thing I think I'm very patient. I don't think I get angry. I joke on live stream, etc. But I don't really get angry. But one thing that could actually just be like, I want to stop speaking with this person. I'll still stay respectful is stupid questions. I think Shem sudden understood it really quickly when he started working with me. Did you Shem suddenly never asked stupid questions, Bro crush inside out every minute. What do you think of an agency that hires ea? Oh, I can't see the message anymore. Do you think an agency that places EAs and train them and builds SOP for Muslims, yeah, that would be good. But you have to make sure you're good at it. Every guy. You guys think, okay, let me break break your beliefs, guys. You guys think you don't make money because you can't find a good idea. That's not why it is. You guys don't make money because you're bad at it. You're bad at a good idea. You could be very good at a bad idea. You still make money. The key is execution. It's not finding a good idea. Everybody has good ideas. Our grandma probably has a good idea. The real thing is who can execute on that good idea? That's the thing. So yes, an E. An agency for EAs would be good. Yes. Have it like literally a trash collection business in New York would be an amazing business now. How are you going to execute on it? Good luck. That's the thing.
Someone said. What's your name?
Sorry? What's the name of my thumbnail designer? Which one? Which one for which thumbnail we have. I don't even know the names we have. I mean Wasim did the. Waseem is not a thumbnail designer. He has a guy but he did the live stream once long but they're actually very good. Then who else does the other one? We have another guy. I think it's German with its own. Other guys. Yeah. Have so many different guys. Yeah. There's a. On the trailer skin. Uhoh. Thought we missed the exit. Am I going to crash? The prophet. The prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam Said there are two blessings which many people waste health and free time. From Saha Bukhari. Yep. Oh, Okay. No longer he's doing his thing. We've closed four big Muslim CEOs. But the problem is Muslims EA are bit not that strong yet. Yeah, you need to be better at finding them and you need to be better at training them. I don't think you should also always a big thing. I'll give you guys big. Listen, if you're looking to hire someone, don't hire based on the headline. Don't hire based on the role they're applying for. Most of the people in my company apply for if that makes sense. Like I said, Alain is a very good guy. If I need to execute something, Ellen is a sales guy. Ellen is a closer. He applied to be a seller and then got promoted to be a closer. Never. Never. He applied to be a EA and he would never consider himself a ea. But if you write the job description of an ea, which is somebody that can take meetings on your behalf, represent you act solid, look good, he knows how to communicate. He has emotional intelligence. So he so that he can handles things on your behalf. Like that's literally the description of Alan. Right. So it's not really about. Like I'm saying this because you're probably struggling to find good EAs because you're saying, hey, I'm looking for EA and a good guy that has those genetics would not apply for that role. Like the. The big thing in a company I've said makes good is making the people like you find a guy and then you make him good. Does that make sense? You train him, you See the genetics he has and then you put him in a role he can grow and you give him the training he needs and you help him out, he'll be good. 6 months, been doing IMA only using your free content and getting advice from bros on the Halal network, speaking with brands, trying to settle on rates and got 12 influences on board and any advice to keep up flow. If you're sending, if you're emailing less than 10 different brands per day. That's probably why you're not closing deals. The stream crashed. Are we back? Oh, we are back. Yeah. Show them the rogue again. The road. So what do you think about building systems and automation from the first day of the business? Absolutely. No, don't build automations and systems in your business. When you're starting out, you build automations. So here's the roadmap to starting a business. You start and you figure everything out. You can, you just do a bit, you get paid for something. Like you try, you keep trying, keep trying. That's literally what I did. I tried by collecting trash, then I tried by selling Karakti, I mean Karakti then collecting trash. And I tried getting some something else. It didn't work. I was gonna do the window cleaning, it didn't work. Then I was thinking of doing something else with influencer marketing. Then something else about building a website for them, but something else about whatever. Somehow it stuck when I said I'm gonna build an AI whatever thing for you. Okay, makes sense. So now I'm developing this. Once it works out, I close my first deal. I'm gonna try a second one, a third one once I close like three deals. Now I can turn that into a business. Say okay, how did I reach out to those three guys? So I make it a system, I make it, I only reach out to those type of people this type of way. That's how I'm gonna do it. So the road looks so crazy, bro, the way they built it. Look at this. It's crazy. Like the road is.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's so crazy. I was saying the, the once you, once you have data on like what works, what are the type of good clients? What about clients? How do you close people? What do you usually charge, what do people accept to pay, etc. From there you build actual systems and then you hire people. And then when you hire people and they could delegate tasks, you automate the rest of the task that those people could do so they could do more stuff. You see how far, how late the automations came because you need to know what to automate. You need to know what to what, what to build systems around. You're not gonna build systems and then try them. That's a waste of time. Stream Crash inside out champs. There's some crazy car cars on there. Sometimes they sound better. What's your number one advice to tackle laziness and procrastination and avoiding hard tasks. Allah's going to hold you accountable, bro. And how far do you think you could scale the content marketing agency? Oh, I think he was. Exit. I think we missed exit. No, please tell me I missed exit. Please, please. It's okay. You all right, bro? Okay. The roads are difficult to see, huh? The GPS gave me loss. Yeah, you tired of going around? You're good, bro. Look at this, bro. There's a truck driving over us. This place is so peak. I told you, Turn right on boulevard no ways. You guys are still in traffic. I'm already at the M D. Don't worry about it, bro. What's your number one advice to tackle laziness? Oh, I already answered. And how far do you think you could scale a content marketing agency? I think the. Like I said, the difficulty is going to be finding good creative people that can make the content at scale. That's the biggest issue. He giving a premium respect, Bro. You don't know what would have happened or what was waiting for you. No, I'm just, I'm just chilling, bro. Let me give him a call. I'm gonna call. Probably doesn't have wi fi. The stream's crashing out half one guys, because we're went under a few ton. Should be good now. Good thing. Good thing we are not in Dubai though. You miss an exit in Dubai.
You.
Take a five minute drive. You take it to like 35 minutes. There is, there is not too many road in Dubai. There's no, it's not that there's not many roads is that the roads are shaped in a way where you should not make a mistake. They optimize. So if you make a mistake, you can't. Like the way to go back you have to enter kind of like the next city, find a roundabout inside and then go out. You can't just go outside and come back. Literally a five minute drive. If you miss the exit, it would turn into like 25 minutes, 30 minutes. Some people, they start bucking out on the motorway. Oh no, I think it's a battery. Like it's charging the battery. I think the battery died on the guy. Actually. Should we send 50, 100 message for getting clients or just 10 message per personalized message? You should send 50 to 100 personalized message per day, every day. How much would you say it cost to live in Dubai and at what revenue would you say it makes sense to save from the tax? I'd say cost 5 to 10k. It doesn't cost 5k, but you need to be making that amount to live a good life because you're probably going to Be Like Spending 3 to 4 Grand on your, on your expenses. You're probably going to spend up to 2k a grand on food and a grand on whatever activities you do. So that's one thing. What revenue Would it make sense? The taxes in the UK is like 25%. So if you make 100 grand, you're gonna pay 25 grand in taxes. I'd say past 100k it makes sense. You also need to pay 10k USD to set up the company and I think, what is it, 2,000 a year, something like that to maintain it? I would say past 100k profit, it makes sense. Is 5k a good price for the whole placement in 90 days and 90 day trainings for the EA? 5k is a bit of an expensive price for EA the market, I think. I mean it depends on the level of ea, of course, but knowing you and what you just said said that you're just starting out and that the EM market is a bit taban then no, it doesn't make sense. I mean, try it and see. But I would not myself, I don't think I would pay 5k for a year. That also maybe is because I know how to hire them myself. And it also depends on how good your training is and what are the payment terms. It's much easier to pay after. So for example, for salespeople, we pay very well to hire salespeople. Like we would pay you grand just to recommend us a closer. Not even do any interviews or whatever. You just recommend the guy. And if we end up working with him, we pay you. But the thing is we have payment terms that we pay you 60 days after he's been hired, which means he stayed for 60 days because if he's trash, he would have been fired after two weeks and we lost money hiring him. So we're not going to pay you a fee. But if we stayed, we made money. So. All right, thank you so much, bro. Appreciate you. All right, thank you very much. One second. It.
Thank you, thank you.
Thank you so much. Oh, we're good, we're good. It was just my backpack. Thank you. Bro. Thank you. Bye bye. Where you trying to go? I don't think you'll be allowed with the camera. What you trying to do inside? We already prayed actually. Why. Why did we come here?

We just going to run the Escalade funnel. I'm telling you. People are going to start. Look, look, look. Sho, sho, sho. What did I say about the Escalade funnel? Who is coming here? That's a. That's Alexis and that's a. That's a. A. Oh. And that's a lady. Never mind. That's a family. N. You cannot dunk on a family. It doesn't work. So I'm like, let's have a seat. They have a. Ben. I can also have a look inside, see if there's anybody. Huh? I just dropped my buffer one second, You guys. We might. We might run the message funnel again. This is still trying to close them.

Did you get the Uber. Inshallah is still there. It. Is the Uber here with him. I think we should start renaming the streams we should name them day in the life of. Of a Uber passenger. At this point, we're taking, what, six rides a day? This. This challenge should be sponsored by Uber. Good afternoon. Yeah. Salam alikum.
Let's go.
How are you, bro? How you doing? Good. How you, bro? Yeah, I'm okay. You stretching a little bit?
Yep.
Long day. Oh, yeah. See there you.

Sure. It's. Thank you.
Appreciate you.
Nice. Oh, nice tws. Thank you, bro. This is really nice. Mini tweaks. The Bkhan spot will probably be open by now. We can go grab the food and then go to the. How far both of them from.
Six Minutes.
Then add it as a. An itinerary so we don't have to wait for another Uber. You can add it as a drop off, like. Oh, really? Okay. Someone's asking.
Square zero of your journey. You had very comfortable circumstances. You were unmarried and still living. What would you give?
Advice.
You can take more if you want.
Are you sure? Yeah. Thank you. I put every time for every bag. Sometime I take. This is nice. I'm going to put it back. Thank you. You want one?
Yeah, please. Thank you.
It's actually very good. What's your name? What's your name, bro? Huh? Beaver. Nice. Where are you from? Wait, let me guess, let me guess, let me guess. Let me guess. What? Okay, guess. You said the first letter, so it gave me an idea. Either Cameroon or Senegal. No, I'm not from Cameroon. Really? Can you say something in your language? Say hi. What's the first letter of the country? You have a C. You have a C. Letter C. Letter C. It's not Cameroon. It's not Senegal. Senegal. S, C. Is it a big country? Yes, it is. Huge country. Second country in Africa. Big Africa, huh? Second country, largest in Africa. What's the largest country in Africa? Algeria. Which one? Algeria. Algeria. I'm from Algeria. You from Algeria? Yeah, the first one. You know that, right? It used to be Sudan.
Sudan is the separate now. Sudan, Algeria and what?
My country is the third one. Country is the third country biggest in Africa. So now it is second. Because Sudan is divided. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'm from Congo. From Congo. Congo, the second largest, biggest in Congo. Eleven, I mean, nine of the. Very good. How is it in Congo? It's all right. How long you been here?
10, 11 years.
Really? You're the first guy from Congo that I met here in the U.S. oh, okay. You know? Yeah. Everybody from Nigeria. No, he's from Syria. Syria. Yeah. So since I was born. It's been so long time. Over 35, 36 years old. Sorry for Syria. They keep fighting. I don't know why. Serious keep fighting. Last year I was. I was in Dubai. Yeah. And then we were. We have to go Amsterdam. Yeah. We have to pass Syria, Pakistan and what was again Palestine. So the pilot said, hey, we cannot pass because it's a war. It's been a long time. There is not any airplane passed over Palestine. You know those countries we pass the Republican shoots.
So we have to land somewhere and.
Looking for where we gotta go. We didn't pass Syria. We didn't pass Palestine. He land somewhere. This is my first time. I never see that before it was last year. I don't know why people keep fighting in war, what they're looking for. It is what it is. I think. You go back to Syria?
Yeah, I was there last month.
He was okay.
Still there?
Yeah, Everything's fine now.
There's no more fighting. Yeah, it's good.
Peace now. Peace. Full peace. Peace now. Peace. Full peace. That's better. So what about Israel?
Oh, oh, Israel. Causing trouble as always, everywhere they go.
Live stream so I don't care. Shut it down. Change topic or shut it down.
There's a brother called Sammy. He's asking, how do you achieve your mental resilience?
Huh?
How do you achieve your mental resilience and keep working hard? Why you love nothing?
Why you love it? Am I crushing out? No.
This question was asked before. Probably wasn't.
No, it's okay. I repeated the questions like five times for each question. Anyway. How do you build mental resilience? I think you have to realize that everyone is actually doing the work. And the only reason why you're not successful is because you're not doing the work. I think that you see everyone and you think they're lucky. You think they're better than you. You think they have something you don't have. But they actually just endure so much more pain than you do and still keep going, which is what makes them successful. I think that's. Once you understand this, it's not really resilience. You just know that it's part of the journey. Like I know that I have keep calling people, to keep calling people and to work 10 hours a day, 12 hours a day. Absolutely not. Do I feel happy? Absolutely not. Don't want to keep going. Absolutely not. Am I gonna give up? Absolutely not. Because I know it's part of the journey. Seems like the guy is still busy. Mellow makes it easy. Let me know when you get some time. Where are you? Oh, we left. We left the spot. We're going to the method. We're going to collect our stuff and then we have to remember the Karakti spot. We're going back again. It. Do you need a good thumbnail designer? Yeah, if you are good, make a thumbnail. Send it. People in 2025 only work on proof of concept. You have to on social proof and proof of concept. You have to show that you think it's good. So if you think you can help me fix that one and if it's good, they will like it. And if you don't want to do that, then you then someone else who's willing to do that is going to get the job.
You guys should have rented a car. There's no one to drive.
Yeah, who's gonna drive? Shimsu is holding the camera and I am working. Busy. Yeah, yeah.
There's no way we can rent a car.
What's going on here? I visited you in the morning and you are still here when I returned. Yeah. Welcome to the Grand. Welcome to the Hustle, man. It's really been a six and a half hour stream. I feel like we just started, bro. I created monsters with Johan, which went good. Like, maybe in terms of revenue. What's your drive? I don't think it's relevant to disclose that. The guy is not responding.
Yeah.
You know what's the most difficult.
