Hello, welcome to the Monday Live. Every Monday night for me, I will go online and talk about answering some questions, but this week we're not going to do that. Similar to last week, we did a talk on speech delay and if you want the recording, please just comment. Say, yes, I want the recording. We went on Zoom and basically it was a free of charge talk for parents who wanted to learn more. And we had around like 370something parents online with us. And it was a pretty cool experience. So that's why the organizer and I, we are going to do another one. And this is going to be about asd. Okay. Autism Spectrum Disorder. And why we're doing this is number one, because there are just too many questions coming our way and we cannot answer them. All right? And secondly, yes, we have online courses about it, and those are really cool and those are great. Parents are getting really good results with it. And if you haven't joined, you should, right? But that is on the paid side, right? If parents are in a country where they can't use credit cards or whatever, then I would want to be able to help you guys in a more structured manner and in a bulk move, right? Because everyone is like, a lot of people are emailing me and private messaging me, and I don't. I cannot attend to you guys one on one that. That easily. Right? So that's why we are having these talks a little more. And it's free of charge. There's no. I'm not asking for any money for that. And the reason is because, you know, there's just a lot of paid workshops nowadays online. And I feel like just collecting money itself is very troublesome to get you guys, like to check if you guys have or have not. And anyways, anyone can just share the Zoom link when they get it, right? So I would say that doesn't matter for me. The thing about it is that getting the recordings to you guys, that's one of the problems because. No, no, having you guys show up live on the Zoom is a problem because of the time differences. So. Carlene. Hi. Good morning. You must be in the US So it's nighttime for me already. Anyways, so this talk is more about Autism Spectrum Disorder. The title is called Is there Really a Cure for asd? Right. Obviously there isn't, but we're leading into the topic of helping your child to survive without you, right? And that's one of the most. One of the things that the deepest fear of a mother, right, is that, oh, when I'm not around anymore or you know, not even talking about being alive or, you know, or passing away like that. Right. Just sometimes you might not be there for the child because just life gets in the way. You know, if I'm not around, are they able to survive? Are they able to operate? Are they, you know, do other people understand them? So on, so forth. And the. The quick and easy answer is that it can happen. But it's gonna, you know, there's gonna be a lot of things that you need to teach the child. Okay? And on the call with us on that day, it'll be on Saturday, okay? The coming Saturday again, which is the same time as before. And it's on Saturday at 7pm My time. So if you guys are in the USA, especially if you're in. You are in the new New York. Let me just check. Right, New York time. Now, on that day, it will be Saturday morning at 8am very early for you guys, right? Or if you are in uk, then that would be actually. Oh, man, that. That would be, I think, ungodly hour for you guys. I think maybe it would be at like midnight. Okay. And for us guys in Asia, which is the bulk of the parents, especially in Southeast Asia, it would be at 7pm for me, 9, sorry, 8pm for people in Malaysia and Singapore and so on, or in Hong Kong or whatever. So that's great. So if you guys can join, then join and tell your friends about it. We're making it. We're shooting for as many people as possible because as you can see, right, if we do a live here, it really is dependent on Facebook allowing us to show it to more people, or YouTube for that matter. Right. So we're going to do it on Zoom. It's more private. You can ask questions and we can record it and we can distribute it and it'll be easier. And when you click on the link, on the title or in the description, you will see that there's a Google form. So to help me with creating a better experience for you guys, you can just tell me the questions that you have. What time would it be in Miami, Florida? I have no idea. Miami time. Now, let's see your time. Now, the timer is 10am so it should be. Sorry, 10, 10am Right, it should be 8am over there. All right. Okay. So it would be 8am Saturday for you, Carlene. And yeah, it'll be great if you guys can join. It lasts. It'll last for two hours around, and we'll stick around for 15 or 20 minutes for a lot of Q and A'S. Last Saturday. Something that we needed to work on was the amount of people who would. There's just so many questions. We couldn't get to all of them. So I'm thinking maybe we can do a bonus Q and A round if time does not allow. That's something I'm thinking about. And obviously when Zoom gets over, like 500 people, let's say last time was 300 something, I believe this time will be around the same, if not more, around 500 people. That's the maximum that we can do because of budget. Okay. Basically, so if you guys can. If you guys join, then, you know, better come in earlier or else someone's gonna take your seat if it goes over 500. Right. So if you can't make it, we will send you the recordings via email. And also we have a WhatsApp group for that matter, but I'm not inside. Okay. So that if that's the case, then everyone will just text me and it'll be very, very, very chaotic. Okay. So that's all I wanted to share. A quick update about the talk. All right. And be sure to fill in the Google form and join the WhatsApp group. That's very important so that we can get to you and tell you the Zoom link. Right. And let me know any questions that you have about asd, what you want to hear about. So the gist of it is that we are talking about what skills your child needs to know in order to be able to survive by themselves, no matter if they're just in a school or no matter if they're just working by themselves when they're older. Right. So there's a lot of skills that. That a person needs. Okay. And a child or a teenager or human or adult on the spectrum requires teaching. Okay. They cannot just like that and learn it. So we're going to talk about that. So, Carlene, how do you get it? You can join the Facebook group. Sorry, no, no, the WhatsApp group. Sorry. After you go to the link, the Bitly link, and we'll tell you there if you guys use WhatsApp in USA. I'm not sure, but most probably we will. I don't know. Other than that, I think we'll send emails as well. So make sure that you put all the stuff inside. Right. Okay, cool. So that's it for tonight's live. Just very quickly, I believe sometimes when I talk here, a lot of stuff is just lost on the Internet because it's, you know, not. Not everyone's concentrating. So I want if this is for free, and I want to want to help as many people as possible, I hope that everyone can be in the same room and just listen at a set time with a set topic. And that's it, guys. That's all. I'll see you guys next Saturday if you guys are joining. And let me know if you have any questions. All right, Bye. Bye.
