Group Coaching for Non-Verbal Children Now OPEN

A live YouTube session (May 20, 2023) by Ming of Agents of Speech announcing the reopening of a paid group coaching program for parents of non‑verbal children. Ming defines “non‑verbal”/“pre‑verbal” as children who may produce words but do not use them functionally to communicate, states eligibility (children should be over two years old), explains the application process (chatbot via Facebook Messenger at www.agentsofspeech.com/talk), and outlines an 8‑week structured curriculum delivered with group coaching via Telegram video feedback. He also describes capacity limits (50 seats), upcoming membership for verbal children called “Language Learners League,” and answers parent questions about routines, gestures (open‑palm give), requesting, play sequences, and behavior strategies.

All right, so we're live and this live is all about. We're opening the group coaching for non verbal children one more time before two things happen, right. Number one is that the price will go up. And the second one is that we're going to start putting more application, more application steps in between and we want to do this basically. I'll have a post, talk about this later on, but let's focus on that. We're accepting parents now. All right, so this for non verbal children. So children who haven't. Like people have been asking me the definition of non verbal, right? The definition of non verbal or pre verbal, so to speak, is that your child may or may not have words. Okay. They have or have not. But it's not functional that your child isn't using it to communicate. Right. They might use words for other, other meanings, other functions, other purposes. For instance, they might use it to stim. You know, they might use it to self entertain, so to speak. Right? They might know all the nouns of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, you know, like the animals, colors, ABCs, whatever. But they aren't using it functionally to ask for like, things, for help and to comment on things and to, to have a good time with you. Right? So that is like, I would still say that that's pretty. Not using verbal communication, right? Because it's like using verbal for other, other purposes, right? So that's number one. Number two is like your child must be over two years old, right? Because in the first two batches we have had some kids who are below two and it was pretty difficult to get them to work because they couldn't even sit properly. So we don't want that. Right. So let's talk about like, okay, other than these, what else do you do? Do we look into it? So this whole service is paid, all right. So there are loads of free information on our website, like and on. On YouTube and Facebook and we have like groups and whatever and you can search those. But the most important part of this program is the coaching part, right? So what you get is you can look inside of. Basically we have a telegram group. And once telegram is basically something like WhatsApp. But you can send videos to me and our team to look at and I'll give you feedback. Right. The reason why this is very important is because you can watch all the online courses you want, right? To be honest with you, I don't like doing online courses anymore because people can buy. The easiest thing you can do is to whip out your credit card and buy something Online, which you will never watch. I myself, I have a few online courses that I haven't touched yet that I bought at that time. Right. But the reason why I haven't done so is because there's no urgency. Number one, there's no set, there's not, there's no ending date and that there is no one to hand guide me. Right. So I wanted to make something that will make sure you will get the most support, as much support as I can give you. So if you're watching this right now, please say hi and tell me where you're from. We have for this whole group coaching thing, our limit is 50 people and we're going to close by next Monday. Right. So we still have the weekend to accept people. So we're around like half full now from all the waiting list and from our email newsletter. And you, you know, if you want to join, you should and how you will, you should. Sorry, how you should join. Sorry, it's very late here. How, how you should join is to click on the link below, which is agentsofspeech.com talk. So if you go there, you press that and then you can use Facebook messenger to start a conversation with us. Right. And answer the questions that the, that the chat bot has told you so that we can like. After you finished looking at it and asking and answering the questions, we're going to send you a YouTube link that is a private video. If you're a good fit, you can watch it. Right. When you watch it, it's a 20 minute video. So the thing about why it's so long is so that you know exactly what the program is about. Right. And a lot of the, the instructions inside of the, of the course aren't, all of them are not 20 minute long but. Right. But the format will be pretty similar. Okay. We will have the course and then we'll outline it and we'll give examples. Okay. So that's important for you to like go through the YouTube video that we will send you after you answer the questions from the chatbot. But. And then a team member of ours will hop on the chat and answer any questions that you have right. At the same time, if you have any questions about the program, you can ask here. But what we don't want is that if the YouTube video has covered some of the questions and the details, some parents will still ask, oh, what's the details? Can you just send it here? The reason why we don't like that is because we want to, we don't want all people to know about this, right? We, we just want people who really care and parents who really care to see it. Because if we want, if we want to, right? If we want to, we can just throw it on the Internet and a lot more people would join. But the thing about all this is because we want to have as many success stories and case studies that we can use as data points to, to tell others what we're up to, right? So you know, in our industry there's a lot of stuff called like evidence based practice, right? So I'm not saying that I'm, I'm like agents of speech is able to do this at this, at this moment in time, right? But we're certainly trying to like move towards that becoming more legitimate in the online space, right? Because I feel like therapists like myself, when we do like YouTube videos or like coaching or online courses, it's very surface, right? And to get to a point where I feel comfortable personally, professionally that you will use this information and take action and help children to talk, there's a whole new different level. You know, there's, if you go into the rabbit hole of searching online about like parent coaching, parent like, like workshops and so on, those things are expensive. You know, like a workshop in, in Singapore, let's say, would cost you around 3,000 USD for, for like two or three days and you don't even get feedback afterwards. It's just that, that money. So if we do it online, the cost will be a lot lower, right? I'm not saying I'm an, I'm an expert, so to speak, but I've been teaching parents over the Internet for some time now and we've gotten good results, right? So, so if you want to, you should PM me on Facebook, right? Private message, my Facebook page, the word talk. And then the chat bot will start asking questions. If you're watching this on YouTube, all you got to do is to press on the link below or I don't know where it is for you, the link in the description box, which is www.agentsofspeech.com talk, right? And then when you, when you press on it, it'll guide you in into your Facebook messenger app. If you don't use it, you can just sign in with your phone or whatever. And then why we use a chatbot is just that we can do it really quickly. Whereas some parents or some people, they don't really like using email and they don't really have it on their phone and therefore it's not fast enough. So that's that and some parents are asking why is there a limit? Why are you closing it? Well, it's very simple. I'm a one man banned right now. I'm a one man business right now, right. This is my livelihood. So I'm telling you, if I take more than, you know, 50 parents at one time, I'm not going to be able to give the best experience. That's number one. Number two is once we like, we close it and we don't have it running, right, I can focus on actually doing the work instead of thinking about, oh, I still need to send emails out, I still need to like onboard new parents and get the surveys in and so on. All I'm doing just like fulfilling service, right, which is what I like to do. So I'll keep it that way until we have a new, a new team member who can help out with each. Right. So you might be asking, is there a time for like zoom or like live workshops or whatever? How, how do I give feedback? Well, that's very simple. I don't. You send me a video, right? You take a, you take a webcam or you use your phone or use a security camera and you, you film yourself working, right, with your kid and you send that over on telegram, right? So once you, you go on, you send it through telegram. I'll, I'll look at it and I'll tell you where to be careful about what you're doing, right? What you're doing wrong, what's, what's going well, keep on doing what's not working. Stop it. Right? So that's how the feedback works, okay. And it's very important that you watch it, right? And you keep on telling me because obviously we do have a set, like a set rule, a set, how to say a set thing that we're, a set eight week process that we, that we go through and we've like, we've used a lot of time to distill it. And this method, so to speak is basically what a lot of speech therapists or, or any old therapist is doing. But to do it in a, in a way that you're able to, to understand for parents is difficult, right? Because you don't, you don't get like a real life example. You only see it through like videos and someone isn't like holding your hand to do it. We're doing it with you over the Internet. So you know, you have to, we have to make the whole thing as simple as possible. So right now, let me just see. So if you say talk here it won't work. You need to go to my Facebook page which is I think Ming phone agents of speech. Right. It's still very weird to say my own name on online. Anyways, so go there. Private message, my Facebook page. Okay. And right. Talk there. And that will work. Okay. Through my eye says hello from atl. I guess that's at lan. I have no idea. Somewhere in usa. Anyways, I know that your language lay verbal course is pending. In the meantime, everyone do videos or shorts or activities. Except we can help kiddos have convo. Right, yeah, about that. Like wait until next week. In the meantime like do I have video shorts? Yeah, I mean I don't have a lot on that and basically why is because like not 80% of the people who find me. Yeah, Atlanta, thanks. 80% of parents who find me are like children who hasn't spoken yet. They haven't spoken yet. Right. So and then the, the next 15 are children who only speak in single words. Right. So a lot of those things that you're talking about are actually inside of our group coaching membership thingy that we've been running and we have a lot of good results there. It's just that we need to take the time to take out the videos and ask for consent from the other parents that we have used. We have taught them to do, for example, using what's that called, using board games or whatnot. And then we can use that to make it into a course material and tell you the steps of doing it. But the thing is, once your child is above verbal level, it's actually quite not as straightforward as teaching on a non verbal child. Right. Because there's a lot more nuances, so to speak. Right. There's emotional needs, right. There's building the play, explaining the task very clearly without using too many words. You need to think about what their academic background is right now and how can we what's culturally appropriate. Which is crazy because to me I, when before I worked online it was like everyone was just from the same place. But now like we have people from Dubai, we have people from like all the way in Poland, you know, all around the world. You know, like other than the, the main English speaking countries, we still have a bunch who are from like Southeast Asia, India, you know, like all around the globe, which is crazy. So you know like finding something that is culturally appropriate, like people can find it on like e commerce stores to buy those toys is a challenge. So that's something that we're working on right now is that we're making A whole list of toys at different levels and finding links and keywords to find within different e commerce stores around the world. Right. It's just not Amazon, right? As there's like Shopee in Southeast Asia. There's you know, like if you're in, in China and you're near China, you can use Taobao. Right. There's a lot of stuff going on. So that's why I'm taking a lot longer on that. Sorry. Through my eyes. But anyways, let me keep going. So. So I just wanted to show you something that. Something that will make a little more sense to you guys. Hello. Sorry, I can't see. I think you're in the group. So the group doesn't allow me to see the names here, but that's fine. I want to show you the overview of our eight week program. So let me just share it here. Present. I think it's. Nope, not slides. I need to share my screen. Okay, here we go. There we go. All right. Can you see it? Let me know. This is the outline of it. I'm trying to make things look better, as you can tell. Anyway, so week zero, we talk about expectations, mindset, some housekeeping stuff, letting you know how the whole system works. Right. And what you should be doing. And as a bonus to this course, right. You'll have the micro course in the introduction course from Agents of Speech as well. And if you already have it, we'll just discount it off. Like whatever you spent with us, we just discount it off. And then I expect parents to read through to watch Week zero and some parts like at least the micro course is only one hour if you fast, if you make the video speed a little faster, then you can finish it within like within 40 minutes. Right? Tops. And then week one, we set up the initial routine. Routine. And this is what's missing in a lot of like home therapy. Because a lot of times I feel like, especially in the western countries, doing speech therapy is a lot more child led, which does nothing wrong with that. Don't get me wrong. It's just that parents don't see the results immediately and therefore they don't think they should keep on doing it or they feel not. There's no reward from doing it. Right. You keep on doing and your kid just doesn't speak. Right. So we take a more structured approach because. Because doing child led therapy is actually quite hard even for a junior therapist. Right. Even for a therapist, having a goal at the back of your mind whilst playing naturally is very difficult. So therefore we're Going to set up an initial routine, right? Get the child to understand what they're supposed to do in a structured way. And we do the open palm gesture, right? Which I think a lot of people know about this already if, especially if you've gone through some of our courses and materials. And then week two, we add the open gesture gesture, right? We add an open gesture inside of the routine. And after, in week three, we start to remove prompts and we add like a social routine, right? We want to add some, like, some fun routines that don't involve gadgets, rewards, toys, whatever. And it's. You're the toy, right? You're trying to create something like tickling, peekaboo, singing songs, whatnot. We're trying to introduce it here. Then week four, we start doing action imitation and we add the tap, tap plus mama thing, which I think if you've seen teaching your child to say mama inside of YouTube, then you'll know what. But now we're putting this whole thing inside of a routine so it'll make sense. Action imitation. I think a lot of parents do not do this at home. And they skip forward to what we do in week eight. We'll talk about later, right? And week five, it's all about mouse shape imitations and vocalizations. So you see, we move from like, big gross motor into like mouse shapes in week five. And in week six, we do play sequences, right? Teaching the kid to play with toys basically in a structured manner instead of just letting them be, which is what's popular right now. But does it work or not? Well, it does, but it just takes a lot longer, right? So we're going to just do play sequences in a very structured way. Because you already taught your child to do initial routine with rewards, then it should be easy to sit them down now and you can finally teach them how to play. So you teach it approximate or word imitation. Like, hopefully now you can get them to start talking and imitate some sounds and words, right? In week seven, we add more steps to play sequences. We expand the play. We make sure that the. The kid understands that when they're playing with a toy, they're just not throwing it or biting it or like just smashing it around. There's something called tool use, right? They know how to use tools, they know how to use. They know how to pretend, you know, so adding more steps is great. And then in week eight, and then this is the. Where. This is where a lot of parents are doing, right? In the beginning and failing, right? The reason why is because we will Only use flashcards to expand vocab if the child and you have a good working relationship, right? So that's why it's not working. And then secondly, we also are trying word imitation that play sequences or trying to get the kid to say the word during the play sequence. We're blocking the kid. When they understand the routine and they want to do the next thing, then they will be able to start talking. And this is what you're shooting for. And we have a bonus which is command comprehension, which to an extent, a lot of speech therapy and ABA therapy, we do this. But the reason why we do this is because we're paving a path towards. We're combining. We don't do anything too crazy like one of those therapy tasks like a three step command, right? Oh, touch your head, go touch the sink and then come back and turn around or something. That's quite crazy. So we don't do any of that. We do a very simple task. Once they understand it, we stop and we go on. The next stage is to go on to like work combiners, which is another course. And I think what we're going to do is like just to put all the courses with the membership, which is also group coaching, right. So just now someone was asking about like verbal children, right? So verbal children will be in the membership, what we call language learner leagues. The language learners league. Very hard to say. Anyways, so that's how it will be. Let me just stop sharing and I'll keep talking. Effie. Hi. I use words, but only when prompted. Do I still take this, right? Well, I think it really depends, Effie. I mean, like, if your child can, Like if the first response of your child when he or she wants something is to pull your hand or put your hand on top of things, then I think it's worth it because you're gonna breeze through through the weeks pretty fast. And we can like, we can start teaching them, prompting them by using gestures instead of asking. Right? So I'm. My question to you, Effie, is when you're prompting your child to talk, are you using like gestures or are you using like questions? Because if you say like, what do you say? Or like copy me, say something without any gestures in between. That's a problem. Second of all, does your child like playing with toys? Right. Is playing with toys? Sorry, Playing with toys, something that he or she enjoys? Right. If it's not, then yeah, I think we should do it. Right. And if you're talking about like words only when prompted, let me know what does that mean like how do you prompt. Okay, so we've been getting some good results and I want to publish those data to you guys, but not right now. The reason why is just because I'm still getting it all together. But I'll tell you right around from what the initial calculation is, around like 80 something percent of parents who do send me videos and whatnot, they see a difference in their. Of course I can't, I can't say that. Oh yeah, they all talk like 80. I can't say that because even if it were, I wouldn't say it because that's kind of scammy. I, I wouldn't like to say that. So there are like, if you look at the testimonials which you will see if you go through the, the whole process of applying, which you, you, you PM me, you private message me on Facebook with the word talk. Right? Or you can go to the site, the URL www.agentsofspeech.com talk, right? You can go there. Let me just. You'll see some testimonials and it'll be good. You can see the testimonials at the end of the video. Okay. Effie says, puts my hand to juice. And you can't say juice. But when I say juice, he says it back. If you show inside cart, you can say it. Okay, Just can't. Request is good with labeling, not requesting day to day. Yeah, I think you know like you're gonna have a very easy time teaching him with our method. I can already envision it. And that's because there are some parents who are like yourself, like your situation with your, with, with your son, I think it's pretty similar, but you need to take one step back before you can go like two steps forward, you know. So for him the thing is we need to get the requesting all correct first. So if I'm, if I'm ex explaining and telling you if he wants juice, does he get the juice in one go? Like the whole, the whole interaction is that he wants to juice. He puts your hand on the juice as you were saying, right? And then you're like, what do you want? And he's like, or like he's just like tapping on it or whatever and say, say juice. And he says juice. And then you give him the juice and he gets it and he just walks off. Right? Is it like a one time only thing? Because inside of the program you'll learn that you need to do it over and over and over again until it becomes a spontaneous response, right? Until like, you don't just give them the juice one time, you need to give him small bit by bit. Well, even if you don't join, just listen to me now and you can try it, right? But so you should put the juice, you should pour the juice in a cup, but in a small quantity, right? And then instead of him putting your hand on the juice, he should hand you the juice, the carton, right? And the reason is because if he's putting your, your hand on top of things, you are a tool, right? Your, your juice carton opener. You're. You're an opener. You're your tool. So you don't want that, okay? The reason is because if he finds you as a tool, he wouldn't want to talk to a tool, right? But if he hands you it, then it means that he's asking for help from you, right? It's very subtle difference. Okay? And why is he good at labeling and not good at requesting is because labeling is fun to him. Requesting it doesn't understand that by speaking he gets it faster because he's been using you as a tool for a very long time and therefore that's been working. And therefore he thinks what works doesn't need fixing, right? So what are you going to do now? Is that if you don't do this, I mean, it's like it's too passive, right? If you're always waiting for him to, if you're always waiting for him to like, come back and come for juice, you're being too passive for him to learn as quickly as possible, right? Anyways, pj Hi. And Fe, you said okay, you have the plus one. So the incentive is this, right? You join and then we'll take off. What you spent with us for the Agents of Speech plus program. We'll just discount it off the, the price of the coaching. Okay? So hopefully you've watched most of it, but the problem is like, you need to set up a time to actively go and attract your child to come to you to request for things so that you can teach requesting, right? Once you have taught requesting and you have taught that he's supposed to like, he has imitation, right? It should be very easy and straightforward for him. And whether if you want to join or not doesn't matter. I think if you just implement taking the juice, like shaking in front of him, you know, giving it to him, he doesn't know how to open it, he gives it back to you, right? And then you teach him to say open or like with the gesture, open it, pour a Little bit. And you teach him to say pour as well with the gesture. Pour just a little bit. You give it to him, he drinks, right. And then he has no more and he has to ask again. So when he wants it again, then you close the carton and you shove it into his arms and he has to give it back to you and he has to do open again, has to pour again. And he drinks and he keeps on asking. And you do this for like 10 times and most probably without any prompting as in you asking or asking him to say whatever. You just do that. It should be fine already. Okay, so hopefully Effie, you get what I mean here. All right. You can send me an email since you already. You should be on my email list about this and we can have a, you know, we have a conversation there as well. Okay. So. Hello. I don't, I can't see you. Cannot see you from the Facebook group anyways. Yeah. About like sentences. We're not dealing with it right now. We're doing non verbal children. Right. We're talking about those. These kind of questions is very hard to answer. Right. As I was saying before, right. If you. Right. There's no context. It's very hard to help you. Right. It's not responsible to, to ask a question without proper context with just one line. How to reduce with self harm. I don't understand. I don't know. I don't know how to answer that. Right. I mean anyone who would answer that would be a very generic question. The generic answer, the answer would be stop, stop them. Right. So I don't know. That's great. Effie. BJ says, I've got an 8 year old who's taking. Still taking milk from bottle and we're trying to get the bottle away. He bangs his head, scratches, bites when we don't give it. Only choose the nipple. Well, you know, like. Well then don't give him the milk and only let him chew on the nipple first. Right. And then think about how to get rid of the nipple slowly. And that's like, that's really like. When we're dealing with behaviors we really have to think about. How do we get rid of chewing and a behavior. There are only three ways to get rid of a behavior. Number one, prevent it. Right. Can you prevent it? Not really. Because he's asking for it, right. And if he, if you don't give it to him and he knows where it is and he's eight, he's smart, he's already developed cognitively, he's gonna start like Banging his head and try to get physical with you so he can't really prevent it. Right. The second way is like, you can. You can reward him when he stops. Is there a stronger reward that you can use to bargain with him? Right. If there is, then great. If he gives up chewing the nipple, he gets something. Then he would like to be honest. If you reward him like you say, if you stop, I'll give you something and that thing is strong enough, nine times out of ten, he'll stop. Correct. So therefore, you have to think about it that way. So the first way is prevent. The second way is a reaction and to. To. To. To reward the opposite of the. Of the behavior you're trying to get rid of. Right. The third thing is a replacement. So is there a replacement? That's fair enough, right? Can he. If he only. He's not really drinking the milk, if he's just chewing on a nipple, can you do something to replace that nipple? Maybe a chewy tube will make sense. Right. And you have to do it this slowly to replace that. All right, we do. What you said just does not stick. I don't know, to be honest, Effie, that's why there's, like, coaching nowadays, just so that you can send me videos and I can go through them and I know exactly what's going on instead of words. Because last time a parent was like, oh, it doesn't work. And I'm like, how about you try prompting her other hand? Right? Her other hand doesn't seems more active. Right. And when she did it, it works. And that's because I can see it with my eyes as a third person, whereas the parent cannot. And there's like, usually small tweaks or. Or maybe I can. The most common thing is that the parent keeps on repeating the same word over and over again, bombarding the kid for no reason and being awfully strict. Right. So, you know, like, watching is one thing, doing is another, and getting feedback is a whole nother thing. Right. Oh, thank you. Yeah. In. In the COVID During COVID I guess. Yeah, that's good. Thank you so much. Yes. Cool. No, no worries, bj. Yeah. So you see, sometimes if you ask me a question, I can. If you give me proper context, I can. I can tell you at least what to try. Right. And that's what I think is missing in the Internet world for a lot of things. Right. And because this is a soft skill, it's not something that is, like, very hard. It's not like you go through the steps and it will Work. The problem is that most parents are very soft with their children or too hard like this. Extremes, right. And to teach a child, it really depends on can you see what the child needs and wants and approach a child so that they don't feel that, that they're being cornered. Right. That the child knows exactly what you want of him or her. And you know, like just getting your child interested, engaged, all these is super hard to do for parents, you know, and that's why it's not something I can just send you a workbook. It's not teaching a child to like write or teaching a child to read. For typical developing children. These are children who don't understand a lot of things and they require you to explain it in a way that they would understand. And most of the time this means being a little more physical with them. And the generic advice of all being talking at your child's eye level, you know, doing this, doing that, you know, you know, like speaking, you know, getting rid of questions. All those are good. And we do talk about that. Right. So Fes, is group coaching, right. For me or a different one? Okay. So I think if your child is at that, at this level, it's a little bit hard to say because you're right in the middle. If you were to join the one that we're opening next week, your child would be like not good enough because he's not using words to request already. It's still like you have to push him and whatever. Right. And when you prompt it's like through imitation and it's not through like gestures or whatnot. And he, I don't know if he likes to play game, play toys and games or not, but it feels like there's no working relationship yet. So you know, like that's something that you have to keep in mind. So you say you prefer one on one. Well, the thing is you get one on one attention from me anyways. So you, you know, like I, I know I shouldn't be doing this. You know, like some parents are sending me privately on, on telegram for their, for their children's videos. I understand there's a privacy issue of sort so I allow that. So, you know, like maybe 70% of parents are actually sending it in the telegram group and I can watch the videos there. Some, some people just send it to me on telegram like one on one. I still accept that. Right. And the problem is if you do one on one, it's going to be like a lot more expensive. Right. So you know, I much rather that you do it in a group setting and go and like, you know, just go through it as fast as you can. Even if those skills your child already has. The problem is the whole group coaching is not just for the kid, it's for you. Right. The reason why you have to go through the parent, the parents have to go through all that, all that training is because once you have a working relationship with the kid and you know how to prompt them and create situations and you know, like create routines and such, is very easy to teach your kid, you know, especially if your child is already speaking when you prompt him. Right. So it really is up to you. I mean, you could wait, but at the same time, the one that is coming out is next week is more of a monthly commitment, you know, monthly commitment instead of like a eight week lump sum. So that's something you have to think about. And if you were to join next week, I will still point you towards the, the like the latter half of the a week program. But it wouldn't make sense if you didn't do the, the first few weeks. Right. So I much rather you just join this one first. And if you want one on one does like that's impossible right now. I'm sorry. But you can like, you can go through the whole thing, but then you can just send it, send the video. If it's privacy that you care about, then you can just send it to me privately. The videos. All right. Elise says for nonverbal, is there one word to start to focus more on, to learn? Yeah, we do focus on gestures first. We don't focus on one word. We do focus on some gestures that are associated with a word. So we do open palm, which is just give. Right? They give. I. Sorry, they do it and we give it to them. Right. We do open like 80, 80 plus percent of the people who in the. I think 90% of the kids who talk the first word is like open in. In the whole program because we just bombard it so many times. Right. So yeah, I hope that makes sense to you. So yeah, I just want to stay for a little longer and talk a little bit more. Although it's very late here already. Oh, that's great. At least. Thank you so much for, for emailing me. So you can join by two ways. You can email me and say that, oh, I'm interested and I'll send you the, the private YouTube video and you can watch it and tell me if you're in or not. Right? You can do that or you can, you can go through using the chat bot on Facebook and you can go to agents of Speech.com talk and you can do it there like, like here, right click leads you to go into the, the Facebook chat bot. I know, ask questions and stuff. And after that, if you're a good fit, you know, and you watch the video and you say that, oh, this is good, a team member will help and assist you. All right? So anyways, I hope that was helpful to you and if you have any more questions, please feel free to comment here. Down below. Our team members will be checking the comments. And whilst this is happening, I need to go back, I need to sleep soon and there's loads of videos I need to review for tomorrow. Parents are very nice. We have limited seats, only 50 this time. We're increasing a little bit and we're nearly halfway full. And we will stop accepting parents at the end of Monday next week. Right. We're closing even if we don't hit 50. Right. It's just, I can't handle it. I just can't handle it. It's just impossible. There are too many videos, too many questions every day. Right. And plus, on top of that, next week we're going to start, which I owe a lot of parents because of a lot of stuff happening and in my life, I haven't been home for a very long time, therefore you haven't seen me live for a long time. Right. And so we're opening up the membership which we call Language Learners League. Quite, quite some alliteration there. But what that is for is for children who are verbal above the level of the eight week course. Right. And that's going to be a monthly commitment because for it to be worthwhile for everyone, I think at least like three to six months just trying it and doing the work together. And we will also have live zoom calls for that one. And it's a lot, a lot more commitment there. Right. And it's just because like from non verbal to words, it's more of a straight line for me because I've taught so many parents online. But for the verbal and up, we still need to like lay out the process for each task and each level. Right. So that's why. And obviously for the AB program, for the non verbal, we do have customizations, but you need to send me videos. Just let me see how your child is like. Or else it's pretty impossible to know. Right? You could ask a question and like, I don't know how to answer. You need to show me videos and I need to give you suggestions and you need to try it and we need to troubleshoot, right? Most of the time, therapy is all about troubleshooting. Most of the time we're thinking about when we're working in a clinic is always thinking about what cues and prompts are working, what aren't. Why is it not working? Can we try something else? What does this child like? Why does it. Why do they not like it? Why are they biting me? Why are they hitting me when I do that? Well, I gotta stop those. What's working? I gotta double down on those, right? So it's kind of like that, but over the Internet. And most of the time it's me telling you some soft skills, like, oh, don't grab your child's hand like that. They're gonna hit you. Right? Don't prompt the other hand. Right? Make sure you have two hands free when you're asking for an imitation or else it's not going to work. Right? So these things, I guess no one really talks about. It's just, oh, yeah, go down to your child's level and talk to them. Play toys with them. Follow the child's lead and, you know, hopefully they will start talking if you keep on bombarding with words, right? Withhold the item, don't let them have it. Ask, what do you want? Right? Oh, actually don't do that. Don't ask any questions. You know, it's confusing. It's confusing. So that's why there's a process laid out. And that's not even enough. We need to get you some feedback or else you won't learn. Right? Just as if you teach your child and you don't provide feedback to the kid, that's detrimental. Because then your child's like, did I do it or not? Did I do it well enough? Did I do it in the correct way? Why am I not praised? And why, like, if you say something and someone doesn't imitate you back, how do I know if I said it right or wrong? Right. Imagine yourself learning a foreign language. If I teach you a word in Chinese, you say it and then I'm just like. Whereas you say it once, you know, the accent's a little off and I say it one more time to you, then your brain will get feedback and you'll learn a lot faster. Okay, enough for tonight. It's already like 2am here, so I'll shut up and hopefully, you know, you get the memo. Go to agents of Speech.com Talk. Sign up there, let me know, we'll chat. Like, we'll chat on email we'll chat on the. On the Facebook chats. And when you join, we'll be on Telegram. Send me videos. We'll have a good time. All right, that's it for tonight or in the morning for you guys in the usa. Thank you so much. I'll see you guys soon. Bye.
