So once your child is going into primary school, there will be social workers looking after a child, Right? And there will be counselors looking after a child. Why? Because after sex or something, children start to have, or us in general, we have emotional needs. And that emotional need stems from their need to be understood. The environmental factors that, like in the family, they're not able to speak their mind. There might be stuff going on at home. And so social workers are always there to help out. And social workers are like the key part because they know a lot of the theory. They are jacks of all trade. They know most of the things. So when you're finding a leader of a center, a leader of a special needs program, it's most of the time it's going to be a social worker. Whereas a counselor is more towards like after primary school, towards secondary school, middle school, whatever you call it, then a counselor is going to work a lot more intensely to counsel the child's emotional and academic needs at that point.
