Hello, guys. Welcome to our Monday Live. Today is going to be a short one. And the reason is because I have to really let my voice rest a little because last Saturday we were on Zoom with 250something. I think 270if I. I wasn't looking at the people, the number, but we were on Zoom talking about autism. Okay. And why we were doing it, because number one, it's public service. Obviously, if it wasn't because of you guys watching and help and interacting with me and telling me what to teach you guys, you know, we wouldn't have been able to do it for free. Right? So we did it for free. And we had like 200 something people come in. We stayed for three hours there just answering questions from parents. For me to go through all the slides and I had to go through it really quickly. I, you know, usually when I teach it's kind of fast, but at the same time I wanted to be careful about, you know, if parents didn't know much about autism in particular. So. And there are a lot of things that even a mom of, I don't know, like 7 years old, I think, with a child of ASD, she still said, hey, man, I never heard of this before. It's really nice and refreshing to learn all these new things. And basically I just told them about what I thought about asd. The most important and special thing was that we had a person with autism on the call. Okay. She's my student and also a coach within our Agents of Speech membership. And she would show up and just basically take a look at what parents are asking and also give her 2 cents about how to teach children. Right. So she came online and I had the pleasure to ask her a lot of things that I would want to know and when I was just starting to teach children on the spectrum. So it really helped me a lot by interacting with her to know exactly how they think. Okay. When I say they, I mean neurodiverse people. All right? And that's why we made the talk. And probably we're going to have more talks in the future. So if you want the recording of that three hour juicy session, which is super long by the way, you can just leave a comment below. I'll probably reach out to you and tell you where to go to find this recording. I haven't made it public like the previous talk. And the simple reason is because. Our coaches personal information, like we did talk about how she felt this and that, and it's pretty personal. I don't want to put it just on YouTube. Because agents of speech, what we do here is that we care about your privacy. And, you know, that's why we're doing what we're doing. That's why stuff are on Zoom. That's why it needs to be in us in a private portal, private place and not public. And that's because I do care about how you guys feel, all right? And that's why there needs to be a paywall for some of it. Right? Because all this infrastructure ain't for free. You know what I'm saying? So that's something I want to talk about as well. Right? So if you need. And you want. Actually, you want the recordings of that, you can just comment below, say, yes, I want it, or give me the recording, please, and I will be sure to find someone to, like, reach out to you and give it to you. And, yeah, that's probably it for tonight. I really think I don't have a lot to share this week because I just really need to take a rest with my voice, man. If you can hear it right now, it's a little. It's a little not at optimal level, I would say. Right, okay, so I see there is a question. I'll get to it in a bit. Just one more announcement. Announcement, and that's it. So the next talk, what we're doing, we're still thinking about, and it will still be free. We're not going to charge for talks, and we only charge for courses and consultation, and that's because those take up most of my time. Okay. And talks, they only take up like three hours of my time. Right. I've talked about this so many times. Or, you know, I just need to think using my brain. Right. And then make the PowerPoint. Doesn't take me a lot of time. Right. So I'm not going to make it like paid, but obviously, you know, if you want to contribute, then just go to agents of Speech.com and take a look and grab some of the courses there. And, you know, I take a lot of pride with my work at. You know, each of the courses, there are video explanations of parents actually doing it, of the parents who I coached, and they show other people how it's done. Right. And that's really something that no one else is doing, and I'm really happy about that. It means that the parents, like yourself, really trust me to let me show other parents how we do it and how we got results. Right? So that's the most important thing, I believe. Okay, so let's see. Probably answer a few questions and then that's it. Really need to take a break this week, man. Okay, so how can I help my child if he can speak well, but he doesn't reply when I ask something? Man, that's very little information. If I wish I could answer you just by seeing this. Probably he doesn't know. There's only two reasons, as I always say. He doesn't. Either he doesn't know the answer or doesn't understand your question or that he doesn't want to. Right. So you can only do two things. Number one, like reduce the. Reduce the. What's that called? The difficulty of the question. Or actually just to. Just to give him a. You know, have a reward for him whenever he answers. Right. I mean, I've talked about this so many times, and obviously there are new parents coming in every day, and if you don't want me to, like, repeat myself so much, just join the micro course at the very least. You know, agents of speech.com micro, very easy to the ear and to the eyes, because it's only one hour with all the courses, all the material inside. Just join it first. I mean, you're gonna. We're gonna save each other a lot of time because if you send me an email, I get back to you. You send me an email, I get back to you. Why don't you go through the basic knowledge first, and then you can ask me the harder stuff later on. Right. So thank you, Martes. Right, Martes, I'll get back to you. I think one of us will get back to you with the link. Okay. I'll probably just PM you or something. All right. And that's pretty much it, guys. Tonight, if there aren't any more questions, I'm going to just rest a bit and let you guys know that I'm planning for more talks if you don't want to miss it. You got to be on our newsletter, which is on agents of Speech.com. just scroll down and say, I want to be on the newsletter. We usually send it out through email because if I announce it through, like, YouTube or Facebook or what I'm doing right now, it doesn't reach all of you guys. Right? I mean, we have. We have, like, nearly 5,000 people on each platform, and right now only 11 people are watching it. And at the end of the day, I don't even know how many people watch the whole thing. You know, the recordings. It's very difficult to reach people. So that's why we use email as a way. And we might make a telegram group for that matter. And probably the telegram group will be again, free and just for me to distribute information to you guys. That's all. And that's pretty much it, guys. That's all I wanted to share. If you want the recording of our autism sharing session, please do leave it in the comment section below. It's super cool because we have a adult with autism to answer. And what's that called? When I say something, it doesn't mean it's true, right? I mean, you guys know it by now that sometimes when I say something, it doesn't. How to say it doesn't. Doesn't mean that it's already the truth. Right? And it's never like that in the world of therapy. So therefore, it's really nice to have someone who is, who knows, who's been through that kind of stuff to actually tell me how they feel when I say that kind of stuff. Such as, oh, autism people are like this. They're like that. And then she says, yes, you're right. No, no, not really. It's like this, right? That's invaluable information. Right? So, yep, Chiyi, I will get back to you on Facebook. All right? Someone's gonna reach out, probably me. Okay. And that's it. Okay, see you guys and have a good night. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments and. And if you have any ideas about what do you want to learn in the next talk. And probably it will not overlap with the courses because the course I take a long time to make and I take all the screenshots and recordings of other parents of how they do it. Very practical tips. I put it in the course because I can't do that live, you know, but if live, I can teach. I can teach for a long time and I like it. Okay, so if you want more of. You want to know what topics, like instance, you want to know about aprective speech, you want to know about, I don't know, dyslexia. I'm not very good at dyslexia. Don't. Don't ask me that. You want to deep dive more in autism, that's cool as well. Just let me know. All right? Okay. Andrew, I see your comment. I think I've seen your comment a few times already saying that he keeps on shouting. I do not know why your child keeps on shouting. To be honest, I haven't seen him. I haven't. Like, you haven't described more about, like, what triggers him, what not. And you said no particular reason. Right? I'm not sure. To be honest. But at the very least, is there something that he wants from you? Is it that he wants your attention? Is there something he just wants to annoy you or what is he up to? You gotta be able to answer that in order for me to help you. All right? And you can ask me in the group. You can ask me. Yeah, just ask me in a group, because that's the easiest way for me to answer you. And usually if you put me on a spot like this, I cannot. I don't know. I mean, I haven't seen the child as a wholesome person. You know, if you just ask me like that, like a lot of parents are, they say that, oh, my child is three. I don't know what to do. It's very difficult for me to give you any sort of recommendation. You know, it's very difficult. If I haven't seen the person that is. All right. Or even if I've seen a person, I don't know how it looks like inside of your house. Right. So please make my job a little bit easier. Okay? Just a little bit easier. Just tell me more. Think about. Like, have your own analysis. Think about it before you ask me. That would help me a lot. All right? And, you know, some parents really treat me like I will know just by saying, oh, my kid is 2 years old, can't talk. What should I do? You know, watch more videos of mine. You know, like, join the course. Take a look at more of. Not even. Even our course. Just go. Go look at other speech therapists who are going online. More and more of them are going online because of the pandemic. Go ask for help, you know, go get, like, an online screening. We don't have that yet because it's just too troublesome, in my opinion. I would much rather you, as a parent, learn more through our courses first and then we can have a consultation. I like that model more, but there are people who are willing to help all over the Internet. You just need to find them. Right. Okay. That's all. I'm really going to shut up now. Have a good night. Or have a good morning if you're in the United States and.
