Because becoming an attraction agent is not just for secondary brokers. Doing a bit of both. Nice. Secondary. Nice. It's good to see that we've got a good mix here. Of Plan Secondary. Good stuff, good stuff. I'm excited. A lot to share on this webinar, a lot of value to share. I'm gonna try and cram in everything that I've learned, everything that I've done over the last 3 and a half years in Dubai into a 90-minute session, which is, uh, it's gonna be intense, but there's gonna be a lot of value. So super excited. How many of you guys have been following me for a while now? Who's like an OG follower from like— I started making content in 2023, so 3 years of making content. Anybody here actually seen any of my earliest posts? 6 months, 7 months, so still quite new. 2024. Cool. Remember your tux suits. Oh, that's brilliant. Yeah, that was, um, that was tough times. Ain't easy. Before I could afford a tailored suit. Cool, let's get started anyway. Pretty much majority of the people here now anyway, so let's kick things off. Move this out of the way. Cool. So just to run you through the event schedule over the next 3 days, what you're gonna be hearing, what to expect from myself, from Tyler, and from Tom panel. So I did obviously do a little bit of a brief to let you guys know, but I'm super excited for the next 3 days with myself. We're gonna be walking you through the Attraction Agent Framework. Which, as I mentioned already, the exact framework that I used over the last 3 years here in Dubai to become what I call an attraction agent to generate inbound business. Second night, tomorrow evening, you're gonna hear from Tyler Newman, who is a GOAT when it comes to social media strategy, content branding, and inbound lead generation, short-form content as well as long-form content, and giving you everything that you need to know in order to dominate your online presence in 2026. And then the third day is gonna be with Tom Panos, which is an 11:00 AM start time. He's based in Australia, so they're ahead. 11:00 AM Dubai time, and he's gonna be giving you all the scripts and the dialogue. He's actually a master at scripts and dialogue, and especially in times like this with a lot of conflict that's going on with the war and stuff and how Dubai's been affected, it's really, really important that you understand how to combat these conversations 'cause they're not easy conversations to have. And Tom has been in the markets for a long, long time and he's had very difficult conversations. So Friday he's gonna be talking you through scripts and dialogues in order to combat them. So today here's what we're gonna cover. We're gonna cover a bit about my journey for those of you who are not been following me for so long, maybe you're new to my channel as well. So I'll give you a bit of background on myself. The Attraction Agent philosophy. The Attraction Agent Roadmap and what's next. So to kick things off, sorry, this bit about me, bit of background on myself. So where it all started, I got into property when I was— well, I've always been in property. I grew up with a dad who was a property developer in the UK but didn't always get along with my dad, didn't always agree with everything that he said. We bashed heads a lot. I always wanted to do something for myself. He always wanted me to work in the family business. And at 17, I decided to hire my first ever property mentor, which went against everything that my dad ever believed in. He thought I was hiring a guru. And at the time I didn't tell him. I actually lent the money off my brother, £2,000, just to invest in my own education, to learn the skills that's required to get to the next level. Now, even though my dad was somewhat successful, I just knew that deep down if I listened to him, it weren't really going to be the direction I wanted to follow. And I knew I had to take matters into my own hands in order to become the person I am today effectively. That was the first ever mentor I ever invested in. I hired them. Within the first year, I made £30,000 at the age of 17. I paid my brother back the £2,000 that he lent me. And I did this from sourcing properties in the UK. So for those of you who don't know, property sourcing is where you deal with the buyers. You basically handle a buyer like a buyer's agent in Dubai. For investors, you go around, you view the properties. There's a picture of me viewing a couple of properties. I was 18 at the time this photo was taken. And you basically piece together an investment opportunity and then present it to your investors. I grew that investor list up to over 300 investors at the time before I moved out to Dubai. Obviously, I moved to Dubai because the opportunity was too big to miss. I was earning decent money at a young age, but I knew I wanted to take it to the next level. So moved to Dubai in 2022. Yeah, 2022. I always forget, '23, '22. This was January 2023. This was after 4 months being in the game. Took me 4 months to make my first ever sale. Came here in August 2022 and made my first sale in December 2022. That first sale for me was, it changed everything because as you probably all know from being in Dubai or for those of you who are coming out to Dubai, you've gotta live off savings. Obviously it's a commission-only role, but you wanna prove something to your family. You know, if you've moved from the UK and you maybe weren't the, Maybe weren't the right decision based on what your family's opinions are. You're surrounded by your environment in the UK. They don't know whether you're making the right decision, but you go and do it anyway. You bet on yourself and then you get here and the first 4 months are tough. You're grinding, you're working hard, you're in the office till 10, 11 PM at night. You're just hitting the phones and you're just chasing, chasing, chasing business, trying to make something work. And then the penny drops and you do your first sale. Now that first sale for me was £10,000 net. It was tax-free. I'd never made 10 grand in my life. And it was more important the fact that I could show my dad, I could prove to my dad that it was all worth it. Because over them 4 months, every time, every single time I spoke to my family, now this is maybe different for some of yous, but for me it felt like every time I spoke to my family, I didn't have anything to show for it. And it felt like, oh, how is business going? How is this going? Have you made any money yet? So when I did that first deal, meant everything to me. So January 2023 was when I first came back to Dubai after Christmas. So that was my first holiday home in December. Closed my first sale, got back here in January, and I started creating content. This is the first time I started to get a little feeler for content. Now, even though I went posting stuff online, I was actively reaching out to owners, sending them videos. Now, a lot of people like to just hit the phones and make cold calls, but For me, I've seen an opportunity where I could get my face out there, and I did that by sending out videos over WhatsApp to owners, and I was getting amazing feedback from this. A lot of people sit there and wait for leads to come to them, or they hit the phones and they cold call. But for me, I understood that if I can get my face in front of somebody, I'm going to build a much deeper relationship with them as well. Gonna see how fast we can go from Arabian Red. A few of you, you might have seen this video, or you might even remember this. So this is my first ever viral video that I made. So this was start of year 2. So for the whole of the first year, I was just actively reaching out to people. And then year 2, I started making content on social media. And this video ended up getting around 50,000 views total across both platforms. I remember when this first hit 10,000 views in like 48 hours, I was running around the house screaming, I was made up. And this is really where I grounded myself and people started to get to know who I was. Became the Arabian Ranchers 3 specialist. A lot of people still reference me for this video. Did you buy more? Give you an example of what this video looks like if you haven't seen it already. This then became a series because I saw the results from it. So I used to just time myself driving from Ranchers 3 because a lot of the objections was— A lot of the objections I used to get is, why is Wrenches3 so far? So I just played into that objection and I just made a joke out of it. I had a Porsche and just like, see how fast I can drive there. So that then became a series. I kept producing them videos and some of them did 200, 300,000 views. I think I saw your update. Yeah? You're doing with the— So, year 3. Lemme pause this. Just to give you a bit of understanding on what year 3 looked like. Now year 3 is really where the magic happens. You know, you've been producing content for 12 months already and you really start to see the benefit from that. For the first year of making content, people get to know you, but you still haven't built that real trust with them yet. Maybe they need to watch you for a little bit longer. Maybe they need to watch some— it takes on average 7 hours of consuming your content before somebody truly trusts you. So think about how many videos you need to post in order to generate that build that trust or maybe going into long-form content. So that's what I did in year 3. Year 3 is really where it paid off. I generated 3 million dirhams in sales commissions purely from my content, purely from inbound business. I didn't have to make a single cold call in year 3 and all business was warm inbound leads. This was me reflecting over the last few years. I'm with this guy, funny story. So we were out filming a YouTube video the other day And this guy noticed me and he said, you know the guy, I'll play the video first and then I'll give you context. Greeting all of your platform, but you don't forget that by today. That's why I called you, Aidan Doyle. I used to go around these coffee shops. I used to try out every single coffee, like nothing really to do with Ranchers 3, just me being me, having a laugh, tasting out coffee, and just being super particular about like what coffees I like, what I don't like, rating them out of 10. And we're sat here in Pete's, which is my favorite coffee shop, which is quite nostalgic. So anyway, this guy, right, he's just started at this Pete's like a week ago. And he went, I think I saw you on TikTok. And we just managed to, we happened to have the camera rolling at the time, which was why it's facing my arm at the start. And he goes, I was looking at my new job placement because they moved him from another Pete's to Arabian Ranchers 3. And he said, Pete's Arabian Ranchers 3, my videos popped up. So it just goes to show you don't know who's watching. It could be people who are literally just working in the shop in your community, and it could be buyers, could be sellers, could be people from all over the world. You really don't know who's watching your content, but that was just quite a funny story. Obviously, I used to go around tasting coffee. Again, just goes to show that your content doesn't have to be serious. You just got to be a little bit— you got to be— you got to get out of your comfort zone, basically, is what I'm trying to say. You've got to be yourself. You've got to be human. People buy into who you are as an individual. And for me, tasting coffee, Made a lot of sense because I love coffee, shows who I am, other people who relate to that. It's a bit of a viral approach, as you could say. But also I linked it to Arabian Ranches 3. So it meant that I was constantly reflecting and constantly linking myself back to the community that I was working in. So coming on to the attraction agent philosophy. What is the attraction agent philosophy? Well, an attraction agent is a go-to specialist in your marketplace and use content and position and brand to define a niche, generate an inbound business, and while others are chasing attention, you have attention chasing you or leads chasing you so you don't have to chase business. I believe, and a lot of other people believe that, I'm sure I don't even have to ask you guys, but I was going to say the whole reason that you're on this call is because you also believe that becoming an attraction agent is The epitome of being an agent in Dubai, right? You want business to come to you. You don't want to have to chase business forever. Cold call regulation is getting stricter and stricter as well. So how do you create a business where leads come to you, business comes to you, so you never have to rely on cold calls and you can have all the freedom in the world to do so? And that is the Attraction Agent philosophy. So the principles of the philosophy. Well, the key principles really are competing on presence and not price. Because when you're an attraction agent, you can take on listings with seller fees, you can take on listings that are exclusive, and you don't have to worry about these other agents in the market who are going to try and do a lower fee or they're going to try and pitch the listing off you. Because there comes a time where your brand is so powerful, you can literally use that as leverage for you to turn around to that seller and say, sorry, I'm not listing it unless it's exclusive. This is me, this is who I am. Here's my Instagram to prove it. This is my experience in the market. If you don't want to go exclusive with me, I'm sorry, I'm not the right agent for you. You can have so much more confidence in your negotiations and so much more leverage. People are going to want to pay you a fee because you've justified your fee already. Your content's justified your fee for you. You don't have to try and pitch to this client. So that's one of the strong points, competing on presence and not price. Building attention before you need the business. So for example, you could have somebody watching you for a year, 2 years before they even purchase a property from you, which is very common as well. I've had a lot of cases in the past where clients have messaged me last year, ghosted me. I've not had to follow up with them on WhatsApp because they've followed my Instagram and then they've reached out to me a year later when they've been ready to buy. So many agents in the market ask me, say, Aidan Doyle Doyle Doyle, what's the best way to follow up with people? Produce content. Whenever you meet somebody the first time, the first interaction you have, you show them your Instagram, you get them to follow your Instagram, and then you just post, post, post, post, post. Your content will do the following up for you so you don't have to. Generating inbound leads instead of chasing leads, obvious one. Becoming the go-to specialist in a defined niche. Now, what does it really mean to become a go-to specialist? To dominate a community. Now, doesn't mean you have to have the most amount of sales. Doesn't mean you have to make the most money in that community. What it means is that you have the market share of attention. People believe that you are the go-to person in the community because they can't stop seeing enough of you. You're reaching more people than anybody else. People assume that you're doing more transactions than everybody else. People assume that you've got pretty much access to everything in that community because why wouldn't you? Because of your brand. Perception is so key in this market, and being able to have a brand gives you the best perception ever. You are perceived as the, the number one in that community. You don't have to be ranked number one on Bayuth. I think I was ranked like number 5, number 4, or number 5 on Bayuth. Doesn't mean I don't have the most true broker points, but I had the market share of attention, right? So people come to me, and I was perceived as number one in that community. So that's another key principle. And 10, another one is turning marketing into assets and then working on your reputation while others work the phones, right? So I've got something interesting for you guys, a little task for you to do. I've put together an attraction agent scorecard. Me and my team put this together where we're gonna test you on how much of an attraction agent you already are. Now this is a really interesting quiz because as you go through this quiz, it's 21 questions. You're going to start questioning yourself, how much are you actually doing versus how much you could be doing in order to become your full potential and be on track to becoming an attraction agent. So I'm going to pop the link in. Well, Tyler's actually just popped it in for us. Thanks for that, Tyler. So click the link on your phone. I'm going to give you 5 minutes to fill this out. Literally takes 5 minutes. Answer every question, 21 questions on becoming an attraction agent, and actually think about the questions as you're going through these. Understand what are you doing right now, what are you not doing right now, what should you be doing right now, and how can this benefit you going forwards. So I'll go over to the chat in the Zoom call if you can't find it. If anybody can't see that, just drop me a message. Also, if you managed to finish it already, I'd like to know your score out of 100. If you— everybody pop in your score when you've completed the scorecard out of 100. I want to see who's got the highest score. And don't worry if your score is low, that's the whole point that you're on this webinar, because you want to learn, and you're going to learn how to become an attraction agent. So anyone who's done already, pop it in. Be thinking about how you can adopt as well. Come on forwards. 14%. Got some work to do there, Muhammad. Got some work to do, that's for sure. 32, 20, 32. By the way, most people who do this come in at around 30 to 40%. I think the highest that I've had so far is like 60% on it. 43%, that's strong. Strong 40%, good, nice. 48%, solid. Interested to know if anyone's got higher than 48%. Not using Instagram at all, only relying on cold calls. Anyone else only relying on cold calls, not using Instagram? It's strong. 43, 44. One more minute to get this complete. I'll pop it in the WhatsApp community after as well, uh, after the webinar if anybody doesn't manage to complete it in the next minute. 47, nice. Strong. I'll just start making content. Do you know what? I'm gonna get on to that because a lot of people think that to make content, and especially in your first year, that you need a full team. I didn't have a full team. I had a phone, I had a selfie mode, and I just send it to my owners and reach out to people that way. 89%, oof. Solid. Nawab, really good stuff. Nawab, do you want to take the rest of this webinar then? Cool, moving on. Right, foundations of becoming an attraction agent. All right, so building, positioning, specializing, and your first digital assets. So stage 1 is again coming back to what I was saying previously, not about having a full team, it's not about having literally a filmer, editor, whatever you want to have. It's about having an iPhone, maybe sticking in a few mics. Sometimes you don't even need mics. These iPhones are great, by the way. And actively reaching out to owners with content rather than waiting for deals to come to you and leads to come to you. Use content, use your face to reach out to people. Start to nurture and build trust with these individuals. Think about how many cold calls these owners are getting every single day. How many messages, WhatsApp blasts they're getting. For you to go outside their property and film yourself and go, "Hey, just want to let you know, John, I'm outside your property now. I know it's not handed over yet, but I wanted to give you a quick update. I'm actually passing by with a couple of buyers. They did show particular interest in your property." Something along them lines. Bit different, shows that you actually care. It's personal to them as well, and you've gone out your way to do it. It goes a long way. Rather than just doing cold calls. So, foundations: becoming a true specialist, understanding your niche, your community or developer. Because whether you're an off-plan agent or whether you're a secondary market agent, having a niche is important. People need a reason to reach out to you. And it's a limiting belief that people have, especially the off-plan agents. The off-plan agents seem to think that, "Oh, if I niche down to only one developer, I'm going to miss out on so much of an opportunity with these other developers." But If you really think about it, why is somebody ever gonna reach out to you if you're promoting every single developer? There is no integrity there. And at the end of the day, if you're promoting one developer specifically, it shows you truly back it and you believe in it and you'd be seen as the go-to specialist for that. So I'll give you an example. Let's say I decide to become an Emaar specialist, right? And all my content is around Emaar and my personal brand, and I am the go-to authority for Emaar. Now, when you are promoting a specific development and, or developer I should say, and a buyer is inquiring with you, why do you think that buyer's chose to inquire? And at what stage of the buying cycle do you think that that buyer is? Because what a lot of people forget is the reason when buyers message you on Instagram for advice is because you are a trusted advisor and they trust your opinion on that developer. Therefore, when they inquire and you turn around to them and say, do you know what? You get on a consultation call, you do what you need to do. They've come to you because they want to know your opinion about Emaar. You get on that consultation call and you say, actually, do you know what, Mr. Buyer? Based on what we've discussed here today, I actually don't think that Emaar is the right developer for you. However, I would advise that you consider Ellington Demac, whatever other developer, doesn't mean that you can't sell these other developments. It just means that you've got a reason for people to reach out to you. Whereas if you try and sell everything to everyone, you end up getting nothing back in return. So specialize in one, understand and trust the process, trust that when buyers reach out to you, that they are reaching out to you for an opinion, for your advice. And how much more integrity does it have when the go-to specialist for EMAAR, the expert on an EMAAR development, doesn't sell or doesn't pitch EMAAR to the client, actually says, "No, EMAAR is not for you, but I do think that X, Y, and Z is best for you." So much more trust, so much more integrity in that than trying to pitch everything. So be a specialist, whether that's in a community or whether that's with a developer off-plan. Then the second thing is become known in that one market rather than trying to serve everyone. Understand that there is an abundance of buyers, and if you specifically stick to one, you'll get your word around. The word will spread. People will be talking about you. You don't have to think that there's a lack of abundance or lack of buyers and you want to try and make as much money and try and talk about everything because nobody's going to reach out to you if that's the case. You need to start making short-form content, whether that's just yourself talking to camera you need to start reaching out to owners directly as well or reaching out to buyers as well by sending them videos. If you're in a developer's office and you're talking about the project, you want to be specific, you want to mention that buyer's name, you want to make it personal as you can and you're talking about development. So you start doing whatever it takes without having a full content team behind you. I didn't have that the first year. I just made sure that I wanted to get my face and my name out there. So that's using your content to support your outbound. And then begin building digital assets that work for you 24/7. So that's the stuff that is gonna be on your Instagram, on your TikTok, because when you post digital assets online, when you're sleeping, when you're on holiday, when you're on a different time zone, when you're working, your content is working for you. So you end up getting in so many more places seen by so many more people in one time. So what does it take to become a true specialist? Because for some reason in Dubai, as soon as people land here, they pick a community that they wanna work in and now all of a sudden they're a specialist. So they're a community specialist or Dubai Hills specialist, Rancher specialist, and they just got here a week ago. What does that actually mean? It doesn't mean nothing, right? There's a difference between area of focus and specialist, specialist/expert, whatever you want to call it, community expert. Well, being a specialist is really down to knowing every single nitty-gritty thing, down to knowing exactly when specific roads are going to be opening, when amenities are going to be opening, what schools are going to be in the community. You need to know the difference between Type A and Type B, but what their specific differences are in them properties. You need to know why one window is square and why the other window's rectangle. You need to know why one door opens right, the other door opens left, anything, right? You need to know exactly the differences because that's what makes you a specialist. Not only is that more content to speak about because people say, "Oh, I don't have content to talk about." Well, you're not a specialist then because you don't know enough about your community, right? People who lack confidence as well usually stems from a lack of knowledge because when you are the most knowledge person in your community, you will have the most confidence because you know no matter what question comes your way, you'll be able to combat that with an answer because you are an expert in your field and you genuinely believe that. That's what it takes to be a true specialist. Too many people out here brand themselves as a specialist, but they don't know half as much as the buyers know. Sometimes the buyers know more than them. Now don't get me wrong, when you're starting out, even myself when I started out, I learned a lot just from speaking to more people. I just spoke to so many people, so many sellers, so many buyers as I could, and every lesson that I learned made me a better specialist because I would pick up information as I went. I'd hear a thing, something from one seller, and then I'll tell it to the next seller, right? And I'd leverage that. But that's what it takes at the beginning. So funny story about the, the, uh, when Arabian Ranches 3 first handed over One seller called me up and we were talking about his property and he goes, "Aidan Doyle, there's going to be a petrol station opening in front of my property." And this is in Rubert. And I'm like, "Oh God, a petrol station. That's not great, is it?" So we start to talk about the price of his property and if it's going to affect the property price. Then straight after that phone call, I made sure I called all of the owners within a proximity to that petrol station. And I was like, "Look, I've just got off the phone with Imar." And I just wanted to let you know before anybody else knows. So I made sure that I made out that they were the first person. Just wanted to let you know, whispered. I mean, this is a whole bit different training. Don't want to go too off track, but talking about tonalities and melodies that you use in your pitch and when to raise your voice, soften your voice, whispering to the client going, I just want to let you know before anyone else, there is going to be a petrol snip. Is this going to affect your strategy in any way? Is this going to affect your intentions? Anyway, I did that for all the owners. A lot of them decided, they were like, "Oh no, what do I do?" 3 years later, there is still no petrol station where this supposed petrol station was going. But anyway, what can you do? You find out information, you pass the information on, you use it to your advantage, and there's still no petrol station. Hey ho. So digital asset creation, step number 2 of phase 1. So this is still within phase 1. This is your first year of becoming an attraction agent. So content is not a hobby. Remember that. A lot of people think, oh, I'll do content in my spare time. Well, content is not a hobby. Content should be mandatory, should be in the diary every single day. For me, making content was the highest value task I could do because each video that I made would generate me 8,400 dirhams per video. Because across 2025 alone, the sheer volume of content I produced and the income that I generated from producing that content, I now knew every single Instagram reel that I put online would generate me on average 8,000 dirhams. So it now became the highest ROI task that I could do as a real estate broker. So it would mean that first thing in the morning before anything else gets in my head, whilst I'm clear-minded, I'm highest energy point, I would make my content. I had another rule, which was a personal rule. I mean, I would advise you to take this rule as well, but don't be making content after you've ate any food because you go into a bit of a food coma and you're not gonna be as high energy. You're gonna be sluggish. When you show up on camera, you need to almost show up 10 times the person that you are just for that person who's receiving that content just to see the energy levels and who you really are as an individual. It almost feels like it's died down a little bit when you are receiving it, when you're watching it on a phone screen. So if you really want to show your personality, you want to get out there, you need to show up 10 times the person that you truly are. So do it first thing in the morning before anything else distracts your day, before you run out of time, because you should never just find the time to do content. If I told you that I would give you 8,400 dirhams per video that you produced, you would make that trade, right? However, what if there was one contingency? I'll pay you the 8,000 dirhams per video that you make, but I'm not going to pay you it today. I'm not going to pay you it next month. I'm not going to pay you it in 6 months. I'll pay you it in 18 months' time, but I'll pay you for every single video you ever made, which equates to over 4 million dirhams. Who here would make that trade? Of course you would, but it's just delayed gratification. Too many people want instant gratification, especially when it comes to social media. You need to understand the art of delayed gratification and knowing that you are investing in your future self and you're going to make this return in the future. So make it your first task of the day, highest priority task. Each piece of content works for you 24/7. In stage 1, content does not need to generate inbound leads yet. It's supposed— sorry, its purpose is to support your outbound Activity. Don't hear Arabian ranches. So an example of supporting outbound activity, I mentioned it earlier on in this video, but here's a real life example. This is a bit of a shocking video, I can't lie. Like I made this video when I was in January 2023, this video was made. So that screenshot I showed you earlier, it's one of them videos that I was sending out to my clients and I was doing this to build trust with my clients. For them to actually respond to me rather than just ghost me, rather than me just messaging going, "Hey, what's going on?" Or, "Hey, here's a market update," because that's boring. How many brokers are doing that, sending a market report? It's lazy, it's boring, right? I went to the community, showed I was a specialist and using these videos to outbound. And no, it wasn't bulk videos and it wasn't generic videos. I mentioned the client's name, I mentioned the client's property, and I specifically pointed each and every individual's property out. As I went through this video. Super important to be specific. Stage 2, this is where you scale up. So for me, this was year 2. This was month 13 onwards. This is when I really started to see a return on my content that I was making, and I wanted to go public with it. I wanted to start hiring a full-time content team. I wanted to start publishing content on a more regular basis, and I wanted to do it to a higher level. But more importantly, I wanted a strategy because I lacked a strategy. At the end of the day, I was just doing it where I could, trying to get deals here and there, but I really wanted to understand what is top of funnel content, what is middle of funnel, and what is bottom of funnel. How can I convert attention into commission? And that's what stage 2 is all about for yourselves as well. So, I don't know, I'll ask you guys, but put it in the chat. Who here, if I said what is tofu, mofu, and bofu, in other words, top of funnel, middle of funnel, and bottom of funnel, how many of you understand this terminology? Just put a yes or a no in the chat for me. Got a mix. Got a mixture. Yes, no, yes, no. Cool, cool, cool. So top of funnel content. This is the content where you make as— you can make your most viral videos in your top of funnel. This is where you get your eyeballs on your page. This is where you get the attention on your page, right? So Top of funnel content has nothing to do, or doesn't have to have anything to do with the community that you specialize in. The purpose of top of funnel content is that it's likable, shareable, watchable. It's engaging for any demographic of person anywhere around the world, no matter what. It doesn't have to be real estate related. Doesn't have to be Dubai real estate. Doesn't have to be Arabian Ranches 3. Doesn't have to be anything like that. It just has to be top of funnel. It has to be vague. It has to be entertaining. You want to get attention. The whole purpose of this is to gain attention, all right? So these are your videos that are gonna go the most viral. People are gonna see who you are. People are gonna click on your page and then they might even follow you, okay? They might follow you or they might scroll through your other content. Your other content might be your middle of funnel and your bottom of funnel content, right? And this is where you start to nurture and convert your audience. Your middle of funnel content, the whole purpose of this is to nurture your audience, and your bottom of funnel content, the purpose of this is to convert that attention into commission. Because what's the point in having all of that attention if you're not gonna convert it into commission, right? So stage 2, you're focused heavily on short-form content by this point, and you're growing your audience and market visibility. Use engagement as signals for conversations. So this is where you're actively reaching out to people via DM. Because you're seeing these people engage in your content, so they've obviously followed you for a reason, and then converting that into commission through your DMs. So attention is intentionally converted into leads and commission. At this stage, content is no longer random. You began operating with content commission systems, so it's a clear system. You know exactly why you're posting your video you know exactly what that video is gonna do for you and how you're gonna then use that strategy in order to generate more business. So I've just obviously discussed this with you guys, but here's a visual understanding of what each stage of content strategy looks like. Your top of funnel, your awareness, your middle of funnel, your trust, and your bottom of funnel is your conversion. So just to give you a couple of examples and the goal of each of these again, so it's to attention, awareness to create one association, your name, face, and market. So people start to recognize who you are. So these videos might be where I was driving from Ranchers 3 to Dubai Mall. It might even be sometimes when I'm coffee tasting, like it's just entertaining. Another good one was speed tours. Like I was just running around the house sweating, speed tours, engaging, entertaining people, entertaining the people who are watching it. And people start to recognize my name, my face, and an association to the market. Your middle of funnel is your market insights or deal analysis, talking about the stories of your clients, the business that you're doing, the deals that you're closing, the updates on the community, everything like that. And then your bottom of funnel is when you say, DM me if you want the full breakdown of this, that, and the other. So I'm sure you've seen me do a lot of these bottom of funnel stuff where I'll say, DM me the word this, DM me the word that, and then you can set an automation to send people a reply or you can actively reply yourself. What most people don't do is they don't ask for the business. So a lot of people spend a lot of time doing middle of funnel especially. Very few do top of funnel, but hardly any do bottom of funnel. So imagine if you're just stuck in the middle of funnel. Well, what happens when you're stuck in middle of funnel? Well, you get 2,000, 3,000 views on your video. You don't ever really reach more than 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 views. So you don't get enough eyeballs on your page. Your following doesn't really grow. And then you're never asking for the business anyway. And then people question why they're not generating business through social media. And it's like, oh, I've been doing it for 6 months and I've not had a single lead. Well, you're not doing the full strategy, right? So understand the strategy, understand the process, and ask for the business. Utilize your stories correctly to ask for business, to ask for people to DM you. Whether you just made an investment breakdown and you're saying, hey guys, I've just made the best investment breakdown about why Arabian Ranchers 3 is gonna be the go-to investment for 2026. If you want me to send you this breakdown, swipe up to this story and DM me Arabian Ranchers 3 or DM me 2026. Now your followers can message you and you know exactly who to target when you're going through your Instagram, you're messaging these people, you know who's interested, right? You can ask for their phone number. You can take that conversation away from Instagram into a meeting and convert them. What most people do in this situation as well, which is a bit of a pet peeve, People will just, and I'm sure you all have seen this, people will just put up on their Instagram story, I've just made this amaz— same thing, made this amazing investment breakdown about why Arabian Ranches 3 is the best investment in 2026. Here's a link for you to watch it. What's the point in that? So you go on your story, you see your insights, you've seen that you've had 50 people click the link, but you never know who them 50 people are, right? You want to know who these people are and the way that you want to know and the way that you get to know is by asking them to reach out to you. May fall fallas when you just sell a property as a broker in Dubai. Second stage of phase 2 is creating a hero piece of content. Now, for those of you who don't know what a hero piece of content is, this is a piece of content that gives immediate, immediate what's the word I'm looking for? Immediate authority, immediate credibility, immediate understanding as to who you are as an individual. It shows your background story, it shows your upbringing, shows a bit of humbleness as well. Shows that you're not just— because you've got to be careful as well on social media that you're not just bragging online a lot because of the success that you're having in Dubai real estate. So you want to show your upbringing, you want to show your story, and it builds real trust with people, all right? So you wanna have this pinned to your Instagram. This video's pinned to the top of my Instagram when you go on my page. Instant authority, instant credibility, instant understanding as to what I do, what I sell, and if somebody's gonna follow me on this page, they're gonna work out whether they wanna follow me just from watching this one video, right? Who I am, what do I specialize in, why should someone trust me, and why should they follow me? So I'm gonna show you this video Understand rather than just watching the video, understand how the video is put together and the way that it's put together intentionally to convert that trust and make people actually want to follow the page, right? That's the whole point of it being pinned to the top. I've made 4 followers, which is selling property as a broker in Dubai, which is wild because I only moved here 2 years ago today. I was 19 years old with nothing to my name. And for the first 6 months I didn't sell a single thing. And to be honest, I only made 40 grand the first year, which is exactly what I was earning in the UK. Year 2, I netted about £150,000. Year 3 went through the roof. I managed to bank over £500,000 in personal tax-free income. It might sound crazy, but getting in and out for less than £30,000 a month in Dubai real estate is considered a bad month. And of course, I did what any 22-year-old would do when you start making a bit of money. I bought a Porsche, I bought a Rolex, I just swapped my Porsche for a G-Wagon and I started flying business class. But I was wise enough to invest multiple six figures into property and crypto. And here's exactly how I did it. Firstly, I specialized in one area in Dubai. I doubled down and I became the go-to person for that area. Secondly, I went all in on my personal branding, invested thousands in growing my content. This means that I no longer have to cold call or chase business because business comes to me. And lastly, I work all day, every day. You ask anyone that knows me closely, they'll call me a workaholic. You want to learn exactly how we're doing it? I actually made a second page just to explain exactly that. Anyway, that was my call to action at the end of the video. Oh, we've ended up— and they're— how fast you can go from Arabian Ranch in Syria— sorry, into Dubai Mall. Racing all of your— but you just— bit of a technical issue there, weren't there? So that was a call to action at the end. Now, of course, you have your own call to action. You don't have to have a call to action. So that gives instant authority, instant credibility, integrity, shows a bit of my story, my upbringing, my background, how I got to where I am today. And it's a very well-engineered piece of content. That video has done over a quarter of a million views. On the basis that it was put together so intentionally, we knew that this video was gonna go viral. It was super top of funnel, even down to the hook at the beginning and the way that the pacing was done and the engagement, and it's entertaining to watch, right? So having a well put together hero piece of content is super important. You have to make sure that it's intentional. You have to make sure that it's well scripted and put together so that it's gonna be pinned there for pretty much the next year, 2 years, 3 years. If you wanna update it every year, then you can do. but it's gonna be one that's gonna be there for a while. Proactive DM setting, something that a lot of agents in Dubai seem to not do. They expect leads to come to them before they actually reach out to people. Now this is a prime example of Tyler's Instagram page, which he reached out to somebody on his Invest with Tyler page. So he set up his second Instagram account. Not a lot of followers, you know, just had a few hundred followers come through on that page and he DM'd every single follower who engaged with his content. They were liking it, they were saving it, sharing it, whatever. They were commenting on it. Reaching out to them, obviously, thanks for the follow. And then they've replied, we've invested in a couple of projects, Nikki Beach. So asking for his opinion, asking for his thoughts. It's just proof that you don't need a large account. You don't need a large following, right? It's a brand new page, couple hundred followers. Message every single follower. Why not, right? A lot of people wait for business to come to them, but they're so lazy. That's why they just don't want to put in the extra time to reach out to people. Sit there crossing your fingers hoping a Property Finder lead comes in. You've listed a property, you're competing with everybody else. When you have all of these followers following you, but you don't know why they're following you. There's a reason that each individual has followed you. There's a reason that people like your content. Just remember that and Reach out to these individuals and you will see the results from this. There's some examples here, like what you can use if you want to reach out to people as well. Make it supernatural. You don't want it to sound like it's a bot or it's automated. Just make it supernatural and candid. Stage 3, this is really where you dominate. Okay, so this was for me the third year, right? Really started to dominate my communities. Sorry, dominate my community. Introducing warm retargeting ads. So this is where you start to put a bit more spend. So you know, you've got your content team, you've been producing your content, you've had your strategy, you've done it intentionally, but now you want to invest in ads. Now you want to take it to that next level. And you might even want to invest in YouTube videos as well, right? So you're upping your content game where you are reinvesting what you've made off the back of your content back into your brand. I would invest on average 20 to 25% of my commissions back into making content every single month. So if I had spare commissions left over, that 20 to 25% was literally religious. Every single month it would go into content, whether that was ads, whether that was YouTube, and I wanted to grow my brand. Okay, so after you've made so much short-form content, you want to pivot into YouTube, you'll see a much bigger return on your investment. Don't get me wrong, YouTube is a lot more expensive to produce per video, but the benefit of YouTube is that the length of time that somebody is watching you is a lot longer, which means that the trust factor is there. And I'll show you an example of a YouTube video that I produced and has done significantly well and has actually generated me some of my best ever clients, clients that still buy property from me today. Run webinars as well is a great one, especially for you off-plan guys. Running webinars is a phenomenal way for you to generate serious buyer interest where you spend a bit of money, you run your ads, you promote a webinar, and you pitch your projects. Much better than cold calling buyers from these Meta ad leads of a property, and I'm sure you've all saw them, like basic property, payment plan, start on price, boring ads, and you're hitting the phone, you're calling them. And you end up calling delivery drivers who don't even know why they've registered and why they're on the phone. So doing it through a webinar with a personal brand, your face, your pitch, your development that you're specialising in, your ads that you're running are designed and scripted creatively. They're engaging, they're not just a picture of a basic property. It's you, it's all linked to your brand and you're nurturing these people. All right? So one for the off-plan, not really something that we can delve deep into today. I could talk for hours on off-plan webinars, but we don't need to delve too deep into that. Leverage paid distribution to scale your visibility and position yourself as a go-to expert in your market. So core outcome of stage number 3 is that you can press the trust at scale and become the obvious authority in your market. At this stage, your content is already generating attention and conversions. The whole point is that now you amplify it with leverage. So when things are going well, when things are going great, double down, put your foot on the gas, spend money on it because that will just amplify and leverage your brand even further for you to generate 10x. That. This is really where you start to get a mass amount of inbound leads. I couldn't fit all of the proof on one page because I have about 60 or 70 different screenshots of DMs just like this from people. Now, if I actually look through these, it's a real mixture of people who have either replied to a story or they've just reached out to me randomly. Now, for example, this one, I sold this property in 24 hours actually. He really needed the money. He was a desperate seller. He was selling it below market value. Oh my God, I've just remembered, you know what's brilliant about this one? Villa 86 in Raya. I picked up the listing from a DM and I then sold the listing through a DM. So he messages me on Instagram just out of the blue. I didn't ask for him to message me. It wasn't a follower DM. Then asked him if he's the owner or the broker, reached out to him, 24 hours later gathered everything I need to gather, signed an exclusive contract, eh. I then put the deal on my story. It might have even been this one. I don't know if it is this one, but I put the deal on my story 24 hours later, distressed sale, listed all the information about the property, very clear to the point. And all of the responses I had from that, I converted into a sale. So can you imagine, the seller approached me through Instagram. I then listed the, well, technically listed it, didn't go on Property Finder, but listed it on my social media. And then a buyer DM'd me about this property. So who needs Property Finder when you've got that leverage, right? You don't need it. So there's a couple of ways, you know, you can reach out to somebody via a follower. You can DM them directly, like I was saying earlier. You can wait for leads to come to you, but this is really stage 3 when leads start coming to you. So you've built authority, you're spending money on paid ads, so leads start coming to you a lot more easy. And then you can also put stuff on your Instagram story. The only thing is about putting stuff on your Instagram story when you're promoting deals is only promote a deal, and this is a hard rule that I always have, only promote a deal if you genuinely believe in the product, if you would buy it yourself. Because if you want to be a true specialist, you want to have integrity in your community. You don't want to just promote crap. You want to promote stuff that is just literally the cream of deals, right? And I could have quite easily put up a deal every single day or put up a deal every single week, but I chose not to. I chose not to because I understood the value in posting every blue moon. If I posted a deal every day, I'd be a bit like the boy who cried wolf, right? I'd be saying, oh, look at this, look at this, look at this, I got this. And then when there's an actual great opportunity, nobody's gonna message you. This is my philosophy. Like, I get there's people that post every single day, that's cool, that's fine. You promote your stuff on your story. For me, I wanted to post every blue moon because I knew when I posted the amount of hype that I would create around it, I'd make a video and I'd go, guys, I have got an unbelievable opportunity that's just come across my desk. Talk a bit about it, and then the next slide would be, the next slide in the story would be a breakdown, distressed deal. So again, it's engaging, people see it, they're like, this must be a great opportunity because Aidan hardly ever does this. It was maybe once every 2 weeks or once every month that I would do this. And when I did this, I kid you not, I would get 10 to 20 DMs from buyers every single time. Now I can only sell the property to one of them buyers, right? Which I did, but I still had the other 9, the other 15, the other, the remainder of the buyers who messaged me, which I now know exactly what they're interested in. And now I can make my calls or I can speak to my sellers and I can try and piece a deal together. Whereas if you post every day, you're probably not going to get that much hype. You're not going to get that much volume, right? So for me, I did it every now and then and I got a lot of interest and my clients respected me for that because they genuinely knew these deals were good. So step number 1, paid retargeting. This is when you're in stage 3. The first thing you want to do in order to leverage is paid retargeting. Now, what is a retargeting ad? So you have different types of ads for those of you who don't really know. And a retargeting ad is somebody who is following you or they engage with your content already. And your ad is gonna be retargeted to that individual. They are a lot cheaper and it means that your spending can go a lot further. And it means that the amount of times that they see you every single day is gonna increase. So let's say you've got an Instagram account with 2,000 followers and 5 or 10% of them are owners in a community that you sell, or the buyers, right? These individuals who follow you, they engage with your content. Maybe they don't even follow you. Maybe they just see you on explore page and they engage with you. You don't have to have a lot of followers, but those followers are intentional. So you set a retargeting ad, and a retargeting ad will go back to this individual who's engaging with you, and they'll see you pop up 3 times a day, maybe even 4 times a day, depends on what your ad spend is. Now, when you show up on somebody's phone 3, 4 times a day, regardless whether they're following you or not, you tap into their subconscious. You become familiar. Your voice becomes familiar, your face becomes familiar, you start to be recognized as the go-to expert, go-to authority in that marketplace. So even if they don't follow you and you're still making your cold calls, at this point you probably won't be making cold calls, but it's important to remember that if you are making a cold call, cold calls aren't cold anymore. So even when you need to make a cold call, it's not a cold call. They know who you are. They've seen your ad pop up 3 times a day. They've seen your content. And you become familiar. Even if they don't recognize it, your voice becomes familiar, your face becomes familiar, right? You send them a video on WhatsApp talking about their property. You might never have spoke to them before, but they recognize you. How do I, how do I know this individual? I'm sure we've all experienced something like that, right? We all recognize people which we didn't realize. So retargeting ads are super powerful in order to build that trust with them, individuals. Secondly, it's long-form content. So this is where YouTube kicks in. Now, here's an example of a YouTube video I posted. This was my first ever YouTube video, by the way. And within 6 months I had 16,000 views, which is quite high for YouTube, especially when it's a pretty much niche video about a small community in the middle of Dubai, right? It's a high amount of intent. Can you imagine getting 16,000 inquiries on Property Finder? 16,000 people watching you because I'm probably finding you have listing, listing, listing, listing, listing, and your face is in the corner like a little small face, little name, but you're no different to everyone else, right? But on YouTube, they get to spend 30 minutes with you, 20 minutes with you, 7 minutes with you. It doesn't matter how long the video is. For me, it was 7 minutes, right? But they spend 7 minutes watching you, right? The whole point is for them to watch 7 hours of content. So by YouTube, you can get to that 7 hours worth of content a lot quicker. Now they don't have to watch 7 hours of content to message you. From this video alone, I generated some of the best buyers and I still work with them today. I generated approximately a month, I would say 2 buyers a month in the first 6 months from this video alone. And they were high-intent buyers. The great thing about YouTube is it's the second largest search engine behind Google. When you search on Google, YouTube comes up as well, which is an added bonus. But for YouTube videos to show up on somebody's channel, somebody's page, you have to search something, right? Therefore, you have to master the SEO. And for you to master the SEO, you've got to put in the right wording. You can do split tests with your thumbnails, you can split test with your titles as well. But what's really interesting about this video in particular, I don't know if it's put in, it's actually not in this webinar, but I have a screenshot which shows the key search trends, and I can know exactly what each individual viewer searched for when they found this video. That's what's so good about YouTube. You can't do this on Instagram. Instagram, you will come up on the explore page randomly, but YouTube, people are intentional, and for them to find you, they have to search certain things. So I did a bit of studying into this, looked into the backend of my YouTube, and out of these 16,000 people, Over 50% of them had searched Arabian Ranches 3 in Dubai. Over 50% went on to Google and went on to YouTube and searched Arabian Ranches 3. They then saw my video come up and they spent 7 minutes with me. Could you imagine speaking to 8,000 people for 7 minutes about the community that you specialize in? The community that you dominate? Do you think they're going to go to another agent? How high intent are they to go on YouTube and search that, right? These people want to buy in the community. They're interested. They're investors. They want to know. They want to do their studying. They want to do their due diligence. So before they even go on Property Finder, they go on YouTube. So for all you agents who are sat there on Property Finder, good luck to you because they're watching me on YouTube. Before they got on Property Finder. So some of the best clients you'll ever get are going to come through YouTube, and it's a strong, strong, strong point to remember, and it's massively underused in Dubai real estate. So if you want to take ownership, you should probably get on YouTube now. Authority and positioning at this stage. By the way, guys, I know we skimmed over this YouTube stuff, and we skimmed over the ad stuff. I want, like tomorrow evening, Tyler's going to be going into this in a lot more depth. He's going to be showing you how you can master YouTube in 2026. I'm not going to take that away from him. I'm going to let him do it. He's the specialist in this field. So tomorrow evening at 7:00 PM, all of you guys need to be there if you want to know how to dominate YouTube so that you can get also 8,000 high-intent buyers watching you for 7 minutes. And you will get some of the best clients coming through to you. So that'll be tomorrow at 7. Thirdly, authority and positioning. So at this stage, buyers recognize you before speaking to you, and conversations become shorter and easier. Deals get closed a lot quicker. You don't have to negotiate so hard because a lot of the trust is already built. Therefore, what you say, they believe. Because a lot of negotiation is just them not trusting you, them not having certainty in you, them not having certainty in the product, right? So your content puts certainty in you and it puts certainty in the product that you sell. You no longer competing, you're the obvious choice within your niche. And this is where the attraction agents stop chasing business and dominate in their market. Look guys, if you want to know, I mean, you probably already know this, right? But I launched my real estate brokerage here in Dubai a few months back. And if you want to know a bit more about how we at Amara can help you achieve everything that I've discussed here today, I'm going to be hosting a private briefing. And I don't want to pitch to you guys on this call. That's not what it's about. The point of this call is to give you as much value as possible. And you're going to get a lot more value tomorrow evening from Tyler when he discusses his social media strategy. But for those of you who are even a sniff interested, 10% of interest into how Amara can put together the whole strategy that we discussed here today for you to become an attraction agent, I'm going to put a link in the chat. Tyler's put the link in for us, so thank you for that, Tyler. If you click on the link that Tyler's put here in the chat, you'll be able to register for a private briefing where we'll be discussing how Amara can help you achieve what we've discussed here today. Amara is a platform for brokers to leverage in order for them to become attraction agents, in order for them to dominate their communities, the developments, to dominate the marketplace, and what I like to say, win the market share of attention, because that's what matters in 2026. So you can go over to that link in the chat right now. Tyler shared the link for the Amara private briefing Monday the 16th. Somebody's saying, where is the link? It's— can everybody see the link? It's, uh, Tyler sent the link in. I'll send it in again myself just in case any of you missed it. Yeah, cool. I've sent it in as well. So on Monday, I'm going to be talking through exactly how Omare can facilitate that for you. Monday evening, 7 PM. Tomorrow evening, you are going to be hearing from Tyler Newman taking you through social media strategy. And then Friday, the one and only Tom Panos. Here's a brief breakdown of what you're going to be expecting coming up next. So tomorrow, content branding inbound lead generation. What we're going to cover on that session: the exact content frameworks that top brokers use to generate inbound leads, building a personal brand that attracts clients, organically, paid versus organic strategies and how to combine them both. Turn a social media presence into real listing appointments. And then Friday at 11:00 AM Dubai time, Tom Panos, one of the best real estate coaches in the world, especially in the current market that we're in right now. I know I mentioned this at the start of the webinar, but it's so important to mention again, your scripts and your Your dialogue and the way that you communicate with your buyers right now matters more than ever. The way that you operate in this market is going to be so different to the way you've probably operated over the last year, last 2 years here in Dubai when the market's been going up, up, up, up and up, right? There is going to be difficult conversations where buyers maybe aren't so certain. So how do you increase that certainty? Well, Tom's going to be covering exact dialogue on how to overcome these objections. So you wanna learn more about objection handling? I'll see you on Friday at 11:00 AM. Super excited for that one. Any questions in the chat that's going on? Let me just check here. So can you confirm, do we need a license for social media? We, yeah, you do need a media license. You need to go and get that sorted at the, it's in Jumeirah. You need to apply for a media license. It's a new rule that they just brought in. Register with an email link to a Zoom account for the briefing. Can you let people know? Okay, so Tyler's just let me know that for the private briefing you need to register with an email address that's linked to a Zoom account already. It's a free private briefing, don't worry. It's not a pay— it's not a paid private briefing. Let me see if I can handle this for you guys. Can we— so, because a few of you are having issues registering for Monday. Let me know if anyone's facing any issues, by the way, for registering for the private briefing on Monday. Okay, you just need to register with an email that's already linked to your Zoom account. So every single one of you are that on this right now, whatever email you're using, that's what you use to register for the private briefing on Monday. Any other questions from everyone before we wrap up here today? For those of you asking how am I objecting the current situation with my clients, we're going to be talking about that on Friday, Friday at 11:00 AM. So make sure you're there. Someone has a question about DM strategy slide. What's your question? Ask me the question. I'm— I'll answer it here. I would advise against faceless content, personally. For the hero vid, what if we don't have that credibility yet? For the hero video, Miles, I know that you're in my coaching as well, so I'll speak to you more personally about this because it is an individual case by case. But for the hero vid, it's understanding what credibility you've already built, whether that's externally outside of real estate as well, but it's showcasing your story. So that people can trust you, right? It's finding common ground with individuals to show that you're actually human. All right, but we'll, we'll speak about that privately. Thank you very much, guys. Thank you. Like I said, anyone asking about Monday, anyone struggling to register, you've got to use the email that you've used Aidan Doyle in here today. It's got to be linked to a, to a, um, a Zoom account. I'll put the link in again because in case anybody missed it. Cool. Any final questions before we wrap up? By the way, I'm more than happy to do a quick Q&A with people. Like, if you have got questions, don't feel shy. Um, what are the best ways to reach out to sellers or buyers through direct messages while addressing the current situation? So again, something that we— I don't want to take this away from Tom. I just want to let him talk about dialogue in the current situation. If it's not about the current situation, I can give you some tips and tricks, but I know that, um, that's something we're covering on Friday. So cool. Company, I'm focusing on the US. Oh, okay. When you're asking about getting listings without cold calling, I don't advise you not to cold call, by the way. I still think that cold calling more people, speaking to more people, you're going to build so much more experience, but also doing it whilst making content is going to help your chances of the call not being cold and being a little bit more warmer. But you can also do what I was doing before. You know, I was telling you I was going in the community, taking videos of myself outside of the villa, right? Talking to the client specifically about their villa and then send it to them. That's a great way to build trust with individuals. Can you train agents from other companies to build their brands? If they're not in your company, if so, how do we go about it? Yes, we can. I'm more than happy to assist. So I have a coaching company here in Dubai, the Attraction Agent Accelerator, which I can reach out to you about, or you can reach out to myself about, whatever works best for you. And we can discuss that further. Or secondly, we can discuss our sister company, Vista Studios. Vista Studios is a content agency. Where they look after your full brand, the A to Z, so you don't need to worry about it. And that's purely content. So if you want help with that, more than happy to assist. I'll just drop you a WhatsApp. If you want to send me a WhatsApp number or you want to send me a WhatsApp on the— you have my details anyway from— from the WhatsApp community, I should say. Right guys, I'm going to wrap this up because I don't want to take away too much from the next two sessions either. So any questions around social media, they're going to be covered tomorrow. From Tyler. So those of you asking about how many times you need to post between stories and reels, that'll be answered for you tomorrow on social media. All right, guys. Cool. I'll see you all guys tomorrow at 7:00 PM for Tyler's webinar. And then I'll see you on Friday at 11:00 AM for Tom Panos' webinar. Enjoy the rest of your evening, guys.
