I'm gonna go black here. Let's go. Different color, a little contrast. I think it shows up better too. Feelings. So this is my feelings domain, My emotions. This is the land of giants. Okay, my feelings domain. What's the next one? Finance. My finance. My finance domain. My money. Okay, what else? My fun domain. Okay, what else? What is it? Health is fitness. My fitness domain. Okay, what else? My faith domain. And Najuli family. So then my family. We can call this your family and friends domain. This is your relationship domain. And then number seven is your focus. And your focus is your definite major purpose in your life. Your calling, your big why. Okay, now this is where one of the. One of the struggles or one of the choices, we'll call it a choice that Carolina has had to make. What is my focus right now in my life? Because she wants to build a career as a real estate agent, but she also wants to be a mom with her five kids. Well, this is the trifecta of insanity. This is why, like. And she wants to be a good wife. How do you do all that? So the key is to build something. You got to have a clear focus about what am I building? Does that make sense to everybody? So for almost every single one of you, your main focus right now is your real estate career. That's why you're in 500k coaching. It is your business. That doesn't mean it's the most important thing in your life. It is just the primary driver that is going to help you create the domain, the kingdom in which everything operates. So all of this then becomes this is your kingdom. These are the seven different territories. Who is responsible for your feelings? You are. That means you're the king over your feelings. You are the queen over your feelings. You are the absolute monarch over your feelings. Or your feelings can rise up and they take control and they say, bow the knee, motherfucker. And we bow the knee to guilt. Oh, we bow the knee to fear. Oh, we bow the knee to anxiety or doubt or shame. Or we bow the knee to pleasure and we allow the feelings to take over. Problem with feelings is feelings have no intelligence. Your feelings aren't smart. Is anger smart? Yes or no? No, anger is not smart. Is anger powerful? Yes or no? Yes, anger is very powerful. So this is why I call it the Land of Giants. Anger is a motherfucking just you Talk about a powerful warrior. It will fuck shit up. They're powerful things. They're not good or bad. They're not. And we talk about some empowering and disempowering emotions, emotions that tend to move us toward wrong directions and emotions that tend to move us in good directions, like love. Powerful emotion. So is hate, right? So anger. Powerful emotion. So is sadness. So is guilt. Is guilt good or bad? Depends. Guilt may be like, hey, hey, Bo, wake up. Shit. Oh, fuck. I made a bad decision. I'm guilty for it. Now what do I do? Now the guilt causes me to go, like, okay, I gotta turn. Guilt has done its job. What a lot of people do is they don't listen to guilt. They just live with it. And so they just, like, guilt just beats the shit out of them every day. Or shame, grief. Powerful emotion. Not smart, but powerful. What I can do with it, I need to understand it, and then I need to rule it.
