Avoid Multiple MT4 Windows

Hi, guys. There's something that's come to my attention where the bot is buying duplicate or creating duplicate trades. And the reason it is creating duplicate trades is because some of you have opened up your FPS, your MetaTrader 4 more than once and you're running multiple instances. MetaTrader 4. Okay, so what that means is you basically double clicked on the FPS icon and the program has opened up two or three times. Now, how you would know that if the program is opened up two or three times, on the left of your screen is the FPS icon in the taskbar. And what you can do is you can actually just basically mouse over.

Keep your mouse over the FPS icon. So as you can see, there's a fly out that appears over here. And these are the different instances of FPS running on the machine, which means that you've opened FPS more than once, which means that the trades are going to be executed more than once. So in the top right hand corner you can see that there's an X. Just click on the X, it will start closing. You just need to click on the X, it will close down that instance of FPS.

Okay? And what you can do is you.

Can close them all down.

And then open it once. Make sure that FPS is opened once only.

And if you mouse over here, you can see that FPS is open once.

And then I recommend what you can do is to just resize.

The FPS.

Window, just drag it down like that where you've got the two arrows. And then you can mouse over the blue, click on the blue and drag.

MT4 to the top of the screen. And then expand it so that it sits nicely.

On your screen so that.

You can see exactly what's going on.

Cool. So get that done and make sure that you've only got one instance running.

Because if you've got two instances running.

And the bot is buying twice, it.

Could be detrimental to your account and.
