So some of you may have closed some of these windows here. So each one of these panels is a window. And we know that because there is an X there. So there's an X there and there's an X here and there's an X over there. Now if you close it over here, it disappears from MT4. So let's shut down all of these things and then you've got a blank screen and you don't know what to do or how to get it back. So there's two ways of doing it. The first way is to click any one of these panels over here. Now if these panels are not here, then you just need to click on View and then toolbars and then all three, all four of these must be checked. Okay?
Then you'll be able to click on these icons over here. So this is the trade terminal, which is the bottom panel, which is your, your. Your history and your open trades, etc. The next panel is your indicators and your account details. And this panel, this indicator over here is your currencies. And if you click it, then everything will be returned back to original factory settings. Now you can also move the windows up and down to expand them and you know, to get a larger perspective of each window, you can also move the window out of its current destination locked position. So you would hold the mouse down, left mouse click down. And then you can move that window out of that position and then it is out of its locked position right now to get it back into its original position, you need to mouse left click down and you need to move it into this window until it. It places itself in the correct space and then you let go and then it, it actually, it locks itself. So you can also reposition it to there. You can reposition it above. I like to reposition it below.
And then don't know why that's looking like that, but let's fix that up. I like to to have it exactly the way it was.
Its original factory factory settings. That way I don't get confused and I know where everything is because it's imprinted in my brain. So that's how you reset MT4 back to its original settings.
