Alan Solosh here, the passive income guru in this video tutorial is about completing your profile on the Atlantic Dashboard.

So now that you've set up your Google authenticator code, it's now time to get the rest of your account verified and get your KYC documents done, which is know your client, otherwise known in South Africa as your FICA documents. So, so this is to just verify that you're a real person. It's a worldwide standard and it's just something that needs to be done in all your online platforms. Over here you put in your.

Passport number. So I'm just going to put a fake number in there for the moment, just to speed up this process. And then I'm going to show you how to do your date of birth. So for your date of birth, you can just.

Click on this icon over here and then click on where it says October 2017 and then click on the date 2017 again, which will take you to the year part of the address. And then you can either just press the forward and back backwards icons to get to your year and then obviously do your month and then do the day that you were born. Please pause the video, go and do your date of birth now and your passport number and then come back to this video and resume the video. Once you've done that, you can click on your nationality and you can just put in your nationality. So for me it's South Africa. My region is Gauteng. So fill this in while I'm doing it. And then Johannesburg is where I live. And if you half fill it in, it should search for the, for the city and then come up with the city and put this the city in. And then over here you can put your address. So I'm just going to put my address.

Over here. Now when you put your address. Let's do that again.

Not quite sure what's doing that. Just have to it myself.

Right, so this is the first part of the address. It just wants to know either the number of the street that you live in and the street address and if you're in a complex, the number of the complex and the complex name and then address for correspondence. This is very important. This is where you need to concentrate. It says here quite clearly that you need to spot with country, city and then the rest of the address. So for me it is South Africa.

And it says their city, which is Johannesburg. And the rest of it is address. Where I'm going to put there.

I'm going to put Douglasdale.

Then I'm going to put there 77 Lesley.

23 Parklands. Parklands. Okay, so basically your event, your address is in the reverse order from country, city, your suburb, your street, and then obviously we're going to put there. For me, it is the complex name as well. It has to be done this way. If you don't do it this way, you will fail your verification. So please concentrate on what I'm telling you. Please pause the video, please go and do this exactly as I've indicated how to do it. And please make sure that the address is how it looks on your KYC document. So you would need a bank statement or let's have a look here.

Okay, so we haven't got there yet, so we're going to do that in the next few minutes. And when I say save, it's going to drop down a box over here for me to upload my identity document, which I'm going to show you in the next couple of seconds. So wherever there's a red block, please fill in the red blocks. Okay? And over here you can make this your name. So I'm just going to call me Alan Solos. So that when people come to my, when they get to my sign up page, when I send them my link and they fill in their details where to sign up, it says there your name. This is very, very important that you put your first name surname so that people know that when they signing up, they signing up in your team and not in someone else's team. Don't use something strange that they can't recognize. Please use your first name and your surname so that people know that they are signing up in your team. Okay, so please go and fill that in. Please pause the video, fill in your address, fill in your address for correspondence and then fill in your nickname and then come back to this video and resume the video. And then you can click Save. Now that you've clicked Save, you can see that the identity has not been verified.

And it says here, send my ID verification. Okay, and here's what these are the terms and conditions that need to be adhered to when you send in your document of your id. So it needs to be a clear colored image, not black and white. The size needs to be more than 600 by 600 pixels. There can't be any hidden details on the photo. So your photo has to be in the format of JPEG, PNG and BMP. No PDFs are allowed and the photo needs to not exceed 1 megabyte. Now sometimes your picture is more than 1 megabyte. Now to reduce the size of your image. Below this video.

Is an explanation video on how to reduce the size of your JPEG. Okay? If your JPEG is less than 1 megabyte, then you can ignore the video below. And if it's more than 1 megabyte, then please pause this video and go and reduce the size of your JPEG and then come back to this video. Okay? And then over here, what we're going to do is we're going to click on this icon over here, we're going to go to our.

Our image that is less than 1 megabyte and we're going to say open, okay? And then we're going to say send my identity verification. We're going to click on that icon and that and the your passport is now going to upload to the platform. Give it a little bit of time to do that and then we'll move on to the next section, which is the address verification section. So as you can see here, the document has now been uploaded and it's waiting for verification. And the next step is to do your address verification. And let's go through the.

Terms and conditions here to get your account verified, your address verified. So it needs to be a statement from the bank of a bank account. So go to the bank, you need to go and print, print out a statement from the bank, get them to stamp their bank statement. And obviously the address on the bank statement needs to match the address for correspondence exactly. Okay. If there's anything missing here, you will fail your verification. So please make sure that the bank has got your correct address for correspondence. It cannot be a PO Box address or private bag. It needs to be a physical address. Okay? So the confirmation of the bank account must be opened in your name. It cannot be a company name, the registration page of the passport, a notification from the state tax service. So it can be the registration page of the passport. So you can use that. As long as it's got your address on it, you can use it. Certificates of registration of the vehicle. So it can be vehicle registration as well. So tax certificate, vehicle registration, passport registration or bank account registration papers. Those are the four documents or five documents that they will allow as.

To check your, your address and address for correspondence. So the document must contain your name and must contain your name and surname. The document must include your home address. The document must be not older than three months. Okay?

So make sure that it's not older than three months and photo has been in the format of a JPEG PNG BMP. No PDFs allowed. And again the photo must be less than 1 megabyte. So I'm going to just upload my, my verification now. I'm going to pause the video and get that done. So please do the same. And if you need to go to the bank, then obviously just save your, save everything over here, go to the bank, go and get your registration papers or your bank statement, go and get it stamped and then log back in here to go to profile and then carry on with your verification process. Right, so as you can now see, everything is waiting for verification and this can take up to 12 weeks for your account to verified. The support department needs to verify that everything is 100%, that you say who you say you are and that you live where you say you live. So please just let it take its course again. It can take up to 12 weeks. And if it's not verified after 12 weeks, you can send an email to the support desk or you can click on this little speech bubble over here. Just open up the speech bubble and you can say new conversation. You can click on one of these people.

They'Re obviously all offline at the moment.

And you can send them a message to say that your account hasn't been verified. What must you do? And they will then give you an answer. The answer will probably be to send an email to the support desk and you'll just go into the queue. But there's nothing to worry about now. You can still invest and you can withdraw your profit while you're still waiting for verification. So it's almost time to invest. Let's go on to the last section of our, of our profile setup. I would put in a Skype handle over here. If you are on Skype, put your Skype handle, your social link, you can put your Facebook link over here for your, for your Facebook profile so that your upline and people know how to get hold of you. And then over here you can put in your current password. Now this, this is to change your password over here. So if you.

Just go into your, your, the webmail. So let's go into our webmail and let's go and get that.

Our initial original password. So that's my original password. And I'll just close the screen down and then I will go back to my Atlantic, I'll paste that in there and then I will put in a new password.

And save it so you can pause the video. Now go and do those steps. And as you can see, it says here the password is saved. So I'm just going to copy my phone number I'm going to log out and then I'm going to put in my new password and I'm going to log back in. I haven't set up my ga. Pass my GA Google Authentication on here. You've obviously set up yours. So when you log in, it'll take you through the Google authenticator steps. And as you can see, I've changed my password. I'm now logging in with the password that I know and I won't forget. Now your account has been set up correctly, our next step is to invest, which is really exciting.
