Whatsapp broadcast messages

Okay, cool. So open up WhatsApp. Do this with me while we're doing this so that I can teach you as we go. Okay, so open up your WhatsApp.

Okay, so let's just kill that message. Okay, so this is.

This is my. This is my WhatsApp. Some of you may know how to do this, some of you may not know how to do this, but I'm going to teach you the techniques right now. Okay, so what you're going to do is you're going to create a broadcast list. A broadcast list is slightly different to a group with a broadcast list. Please, can you mute your microphones? Everybody. With a broadcast list, you are broadcasting to people. When they reply to you, they reply directly to you. It's like a group, but slightly different. Okay, so you just like doing. It's like a PA announcement on a microphone basically, to your database. So click on broadcast list. All WhatsApps have got this, okay? And then at the bottom here, click on new list.

Then what you're going to do is you're going to start adding your contacts to your list. So I'm just going to add. I'm just going to add two people.

Okay, so I'll just do Simone, and I'll do her mom. Just. Just for reference of how this works.

Okay, so I'm just gonna do. I'm just gonna do the two. I'm gonna create the list, okay? And then I'm gonna click on messages. Let me go back. So I'm going to click on this headline over here. Because I want to name. I want to name. I want to name the group. So there it says here, two recipients. If you click on the I, you can now change the list name. So call it.

Call it Atlantic Atlantic 1. Okay, now when you add in your people to the group. Let me just. Let me just save this list and let me go back here. So let me go back to this list over here. Now, when you save messages to the group, you can see here that the names are saved in random order. Okay? There's no order. It doesn't come out alphabetically for some reason. So when you're adding people to your group, make sure that when you get to the last person that you've added, if you've got more than 256 people on your phone, which most people do, make sure that you take note of the last person that you've added to the group so that you can. When you. When you create your next group, you start from that name. Don't repeat the people on the group. Okay. On different groups. Don't have the same person on multiple groups. Okay? You look confused there, Khumot. So are you. Is everybody. Unmute yourself if you got a question.

On my other lists, look here, it's not in alphabetical order. For some reason, it didn't come in alphabetical order, and I don't know why. Maybe this is an Apple issue. Maybe it's an Android and an Apple issue. But that's why I'm saying to you, when you add your contacts to your list, make sure that the last person that you add to your list, you know who that is. So if you're adding in alphabetical order. So let me go back to. Let me go back here. Let me go back to this list here and start adding people. Okay, so if I add people, let's say I'm just adding. You can see I'm just adding people from a. Okay. From a. We've got a couple of block people there. Okay, I'm just adding people. Let me just add them and see what happens on this list and see if they come out in alphabetical order. Can you see it's not in alphabetical order. I've got Simone. I've got Charmaine, Simon, and then it's in alphabetical order. Okay? So, so now when you're adding people to the list, make sure that the last person that you've added, you know where it is. On my phone, I've got thousands of names, okay? So if you're going to create another broadcast list, you know where to start on your list. So I've started. My last name here is abba. So when I create my new list, okay, let's say this is an empty list. I'll go down to abba. Okay, I'll go down here. These won't be ticked on a new list. And then I'll start adding new people to my new list. Are you hundred percent with this? Are we together, people?

Everybody nod yes or shake no.

Okay, so the whole point of this is, what we're going to be doing is we're going to be sending out a name, a broadcast to your list. So Evernote, you can open up your Evernote, and here I've got my various different scripts, okay? You guys wonder how I do everything. This is how I do it. Okay? So I don't have to type. There's no typing for me. I use three keys. Control.

I use control C, which is copy, okay. Or right click. So I don't right click. I try not to use the mouse. I try and use my. My keyboard as much as possible and use the functionality of the keyboard. So Control C on a Windows computer, Command C on an Apple computer is copy, and Control V is paste, and command V is paste. So control C on an. On a Latino. On a Windows machine is is pasting and con. Command V. Command V on a Windows machine is paste, okay? So I'm basically copying and pasting messages into the database. So, so let's say I want to speak to. I want to send a message to my broadcast, okay?

So let me just cancel that call and go back to my broadcast. Okay, so now I've got my broadcast, okay? So I just want to take these people off, okay? So I'm gonna. I'm gonna say, how's it to these people? Okay, so I'm gonna say.

How'S it? That's all I say. Now 10 people got that message.

Okay? And now I'm going to say.

Right? Okay, Now I'm going to get responses from 10 different people. So let's go back here.

I want to show you how powerful this is, and I'm going to show you what you're going to do.

It's a little bit difficult on this, on this machine. So I'm gonna do this.

I'm just gonna go to WhatsApp because I've got WhatsApp on my phone and I'm gonna drop my message there. Okay. I got an amazing project I'm working on. Can I share it with you? Now, if you've got a list of 250 people you can broadcast your message to to 250 people. Some of them are going to come back to you, some of them aren't going to come back to you. Do you want to build this fast or do you want to build this slow? You tell me. Fast is one thumb. Slow is two fingers. What do you want? You want to build this fast or you want to build this slow? Recruiting. And here you would paste, you paste your first message. So message and call it message one. Message one. Like that, call it message one. Let me move this over like that so you can see it. And then you put your.

As soon as I understand and create a chat. Okay, cool. Yes, the chat, there's message three. Okay. You send them that. Now, if you've got your own landing page or squeeze page, you'll replace this part here with your landing page. If you don't have a landing page, then you. You'll send my message. Okay, for those of you that want a landing page, I'm doing landing pages for now for 199rand. That's for free. If you go back here and I click on Mr. Madhu over there, let's just see if I can message him. Okay, There we go. So I click on him and I click. This bubble over here will show me if he's getting my messages or not. So as you can see, this over here means that my broadcast was. I did send a broadcast to my phone, but it's got a great tick, which means that he never received it. Now, the reason he never received my message is because my number is not saved in his phone correctly. The phone number, my phone number needs to be saved in his phone in the Plus 2.7 format. Okay. If your Number is not saved in the plus 27 format. He's not going to get your messages.

So this is a good way. So what you need to be doing is after you've sent your broadcast.

You need to say to, you need to contact each person on your list. This is a little bit of pt, guys, but it's well worth it, I assure you. So you go back to your list and you contact each person individually. You've got a Patrick and you, and you got a Patrick. Okay, you see, how's it Patrick, he got my message, okay, Because I sent it to him personally but he didn't answer. So he was getting my messages as you can see. So he's obviously removed my number from his phone so that he doesn't get those messages. So that's why I've contacted him privately and I followed, I'm following up with him. So I'll just, I'll just, I'll follow up with him again. I'll say, how's it Patrick? How's it Patrick? And I'll keep on contacting these people until they like not going anywhere. The only thing I'm doing is being persistent. The money guys is in the follow up. You're not nagging people, you're helping people. This is an opportunity for everybody to get out of the shackles of modern day slavery. We have the deal, okay? There's no better deal than this. Do you, do you agree with me?

Okay, so, you know, maybe they don't trust it, maybe, I don't know, maybe they don't like you and eventually you'll tell me leave me alone and that's fine. I'll just carry on contacting him until either he does or I die. I'll just carry on, contact him and that's, that's what I'm going to be doing. Okay? So you need to be going through all your whatsapps, all the messages, like this guy over here. Go through message as he read it, hasn't read it, hasn't got the message. I'll then contact him privately and.

Get them to watch the video. Okay? This is an awesome tool for you to immediately jump start your business today, okay? No more meetings at home. You don't have to go to meetings at venues, restaurants. They're great if you want to do that. All of the men, all of the venues and all of the meetings have a purpose. Okay? Very good purpose. When you go to a meeting, you get social proof. That means there'll be testimonials there. So if you take your guests There you can introduce them to other people that are making money. So there's nothing wrong with those meetings. Everything works. This is just an added extra of how you can explode your business quickly and switch your business on very, very quickly.

So I highly recommend that you make your, you make that, that broadcast list. Now. If you're going to be doing this, this broadcast thing, you need to be contacting me. We need to be doing this together so that you don't ruin your database. You don't freak your friends out, okay? Because this, you can, you can very easily freak your friends out and you can lose your friends. And, and that's not what we're doing here. We want to love people. We want your friends to remain your friends. We don't yet. We're not here to irritate people. We need to do this in a responsible manner, okay? So if you decide to do this, you need to contact me. We need to do this very professionally and methodically, okay? So.

That'S what I recommend. So this is what you, this is what your task is. Your task now is to create your broadcast list. Create a broadcast list and add every single number to the broadcast list. If you've got more than 256 numbers on your phone, then you'll have more than one broadcast. Remember that. You need to remember what the last name is that you're adding to the broadcast list. So that when you open your next broadcast list, you know where to start from in your, in your contact list.

Then you'll start, Then you'll send the first message. I know I'm repeating myself, but it's important that you've got this down pat.

You say, hello, how's it, how you doing? And then wait for them to respond to you. And then you can send them individually the first message. Okay? Now if they say they're not interested. So if they say they've got no, no money, then I say this. So let me just create the, the message in my Atlantic. But so many things open here, guys. Sorry. Let me just get organized on the screen. Yeah.

Okay. Atlantic 2. Okay, so if they say no, no, not interested, not interested. This is what you're gonna say.

Or they say no.

Got no money to invest. That's a very common one. You're gonna say that, this is what you're gonna say. That is exactly why, why you need.

Which makes them look like a fool. Because everybody wants to be open minded, right guys? So there's a lot of like psychology here, okay, that I've worked out the ways to get them to say yes, yes, send me the video. You see, they're not seeing the video because they're prejudging it. They're not sure why they don't want to do it. So.

They'Re not making an educated decision, okay? We want them to see the video, then they can make an educated decision. Now a lot of them, after they've watched the video, they're not going to come back to you because life is very, very busy. So they get distracted, okay? We run very, very hectic lives. All of us have got very hectic lives. We've got kids, businesses. Some of us have got hectic jobs, hectic schedules, you know, and you know, maybe they just forgot it slipped their mind. So after you've sent them the message of the video, it's your job to follow up with them, not their job to follow up with you, okay? You need to follow up with them. The fortune is in the follow up. Follow up, follow up, follow up. People will then, I mean, I've got people that I followed up for four months and only after four months they eventually joined, okay? Now if they watch the video, so after the video, so this is after the video. If after the video they say to you they don't have money, you can send them this message. This is classic, okay? This is just the classic that I worked out, okay? So I work this out, okay? So after the video, if they don't have money, we send them that message. Let me just put this over here.

Off the video, no money, okay? That's when you say, thank you for your honesty. You're on the right path for the correct mentorship. Now, are you aware that there is no joining fee. You know, when I recruited all of you, I sent out a bulk broadcast and, you know, it didn't take me long to respond to, you know, if I was working on my phone, okay. And swapping between trying to copy messages on my phone. And I've got the app of.

See, on my phone, I've got Evernote over here, okay. At the bottom. Yeah, there's Evernote. So there are all my messages. So if I'm. If I'm opening up the message, it's a whatever. And then I'm copying it here on my phone. And then. And then going back to WhatsApp. It's very difficult, okay? Extremely difficult. And. And that's a pain. So you need to be having the tools, the correct tools. Now you're all, like, fairly arty literates. You've got competency here. So it's just a matter of learning these tools, getting au faith with them, and utilizing them in the correct fashion in a methodical order. You need to keep your head jack Calm down. Okay, do this methodically and nicely and not get too excited so that you know what you're doing, how you're doing it, and then, and you're not making mistakes. Okay, so you Download Web.WhatsApp on your, on your computer. And then when, when you're on your computer, it'll ask you to scan it. Okay, so let's, let's show you how to do that. Let me just log out channel, show you exactly how to do that. Right, so now that you've got the program open on, on your computer, okay, so there, you've just opened up WhatsApp on your phone, on your computer, and it's asking you to scan. So on the phone, you open up WhatsApp.

And you click Settings in the bottom right hand corner. On an Apple, on an Android, I'm not 100% where it is, but you'll find it. And then it says there.

WhatsApp web desktop. There it is. The second icon, you click the icon and it says there, scan the computer. And I scan the computer. Boom.

Okay, so let's just minimize this. And I scan the computer. Boom. Okay, it's now scanned. So if we go back to, if we go back to my phone.

There it is, it's busy scanning on my phone and on the computer and eventually it'll render and then I'll have WhatsApp on my computer. So now you know the trick on how to do this. Very, very simple. I can add it to my, I can import it into my phone and then I've got, I can then do broadcasts, I can then do WhatsApp. WhatsApp each person individually. So I can offer this tool to you.
