Alan Solarsh shows how to check if a referred trader is in your FBS partner structure. Go to Partner → Reports → Partners Commission, enter their sent account number, and search. If they don't appear, they need to email FPS support with their RB number, sent account number, registered email, and your email and IB number.

So what you need to do is you need to log into your FPS partner website. So please pause the video log into your FPS website. Once done, you can come back to this video and resume the video. Once you're on your website you can just go to the if it's on trader, just click on Partner. That way you get to the partner section of your website. So please pause the video go and do that step. Now once done you can come back to this video and resume the video. Where it says Reports, just click on the downline drop down menu, Sorry cat. Click on Reports and there's a drop down menu over here click on Partners Commission. So please pause the video go and click on that drop down go click on Partners Commission. Once done you can come back to this video and resume the video. Now it takes about 30 seconds to get to this part of the of the website. What it's doing is connecting to the database which takes about 30 seconds and it's going to find all your commissions owing to you to make sure that everything is in order. Okay, so once in that section just find your person's number that they're saying they've registered the with. So they would need to find that on their dashboard in their trader section. So you would tell them to go to their trader section and go and find the center card number. They'll send the center card number to you. Once you have the center count number, put, put that sent account number in there. Click on the Enter button and then it will go and find that account and make sure that.
They'Re in your downline if it comes up. So let's just add a zero there and you'll see that it won't come up in your section. Now you know that that person is not in your in your structure and you need to get them moved to your structure. Okay so they would need to send an email to FPS to support PS.com and I'll leave in the comment section on YouTube. In the comment section will be the description and the email that needs to be sent by your downline to FPS. They need to put in their RB number, their sent account number, their email address. Okay, the email address that they used to register with in FPS. Then they would need to put use your email address that you used to sign up for FPS and your IB number, not your center count number, your IB number. Okay? And where do you find your IB number? If you go to your dashboard, click on Dashboard, it'll take you back to your dashboard. So you would need to log into your dashboard and this is your RB number over here. So whatever your RB number is. So go and get that done. If you can't find the people in your account.
In your structure, make sure that everybody is in your structure. If they start trading, you cannot move them to your account. So I highly recommend that you get this done before they start trading so that you know, they not move. Now the way to do that is to make sure that their bot isn't installed. Okay? So once they have the bot installed and they've set up their account and they start trading, they cannot be solved, they cannot be moved. There's nothing I can do about it. So make sure that you do this correctly in the sequence that I've explained to you in the last, in the last video, in this video so that you don't lose those commissions because the commissions are substantial.
