Chart Talk Ep #5 | Scanning, Chart Theme, and Why Systems Matter

Alec Riffle walks through intraday scanning and chart patterns, reviewing tickers like TSLA, RKLB, and QBTS. He explains stop placement, position sizing, and why sticking to a premeditated system beats chasing setups.

Names, ceg, bst, cls, they all kind of have this bowl and it's really a cup and handle. It's like a low base cup and handle. It looks great. It looks great. I mean the moving averages are still kind of out of, out of whack. They're starting to trend nicely. But the 100 still hasn't turned up. They're not all turning up, the two hundreds up. So we have most of them. I mean that's kind of the end of the day what matters. We got the majority of them and we got the fast ones up. The five starting to hook down a little bit. But you know, I mean to me it's like, yeah, it's really just over. Yesterday's high is pretty simple. Let's see how far away we are currently from yesterday's high. Yeah, I mean we're, we're within striking distance right now. So I mean we're not even a percent away from yesterday's high and it's a nice round number of 343. Pretty close. So like I'm going to allocate a little bit more because I, I think that just with some other background knowledge that I have and knowing that full self driving announcements are coming. Elon's back in the office. He's turning on the marketing machine. I just kind of think that we might get some pump. There's a lot like this is there's heavy volume in here from 219, February 19th down. Like there's heavy selling. Actually it's not, not too crazy but there's a lot of selling in this range. So there's a lot of shorts. I feel like a lot of them covered down here. But, but still, I mean there's, there's some in there. Okay, so we're going to make sure that my note is on. We're going to set an alert. Yeah, this one looks great. Tesla looks great. Just as a reminder, put TSL and look, I mean look, the 5 is above the 10. They're super wedge tight, close to vwap. Just a real nice smooth day out of that like bottom consolidation when, when the market was kind of digesting Trump's tariff news. It just is clean in after hours. It just went straight sideways. You know. It's got a really nice flag. It, it looks great. It looks great. So this would probably, this is the best setup so far. Yeah, looks great. All right, Futu. FUTU has earnings in a couple of days. Flag looks good. It's gonna leave it be shop. I'm removing it from. Need some more sideways. Netflix is, is lofty. It's got this bear divergence going. It's too slow. I don't even care. It's so slow. Like, I mean it has a 2.6 APTR. Like I don't give a shit about that. Get rid of ya achr. ACHR is still actionable. It has this kind of UNR going on. Look at the weekly. I'm gonna remove these lines. A lot of. I just like constantly remove lines and redraw. Remove lines and redraw. They just get my way. I like looking at a naked chart and you know, I just keep redrawing them over and over and over and over. There it's holding. I don't know. There's not like a super clean level. I mean this chart is anything but clean. I mean this was a beautiful little flag right here. Just you know, similar to Tesla similar like all the stocks really where they have this like bull and then a flag made a great move, but then it just shits the bed. It reminds me of oklow of Oklo here. Like identical where it kind of has this nice move and then shits the bed. Except Oklahoma was more linear than, than this turd. But nonetheless, like if it could go sideways just a few days, you know, straighten out, we have this high volume close candle. This would be my level. I think so. Yeah, that would be the level. So high volume close of 1116. Okay, so I'm going to cancel these alerts. I got one right there already edit properties. 11:16. Kind of thing was, I don't know, like 5% position, 5 to 10%, something like that. Already. But it needs more sideways. It has a lot of space between yesterday's close and in that level. You know, it's, it's, it's a little ways out. If it had some news and it was gapping over it, I would buy. And oftentimes like the charts, that's. You can't take the pattern for 100 face value if it's within like striking distance, which I would consider this within striking distance. Just visually like it's not very far away. You could come up with some mathematical formula for determining what striking distance is or not maybe one aptr, ADR or whatever away from your, your breakout spot. But like you would need some sort of thrust. Like for me, like if it was just running into that line without news, it would be hard for me to. Hard for me to buy it. If it was much closer to the line and it was tight and you know, my Risk was just like a quarter of a percent or something then yeah, you know I'll buy it newsless but here it would need to be gapping over the line with news or, or something. The MACD is, is crossed down still indicating it needs more sideways. The 5 is below the 10 indicating it needs more sideways. We just got a weekly MACD cross so I mean it's looking good. We retested the monthly left side peak. We whipped off the weekly five day. Like it's good overall holding this 1050 but still I just need that, that little bit. If I were to take it you know, Monday over like close previous days close or highs, it would be definitely a cheat setup. I'd want less size so I would take, take the lower end of the spectrum. But really like the move's gonna happen over that high volume close spot and we need the 5 to get above the 10 anyways so like not a lot's gonna happen until then. It's probably going to give us, you know, it'll give us a pop up, it'll come back, it'll go sideways and then it should give us a nice little like flag like it did down here from 423 to 512. So it's just going to stay on the list. Gold. Yeah man, that, that undercutting rally I posted in. Yeah that was just perfect at 32. Super clean number. Yeah, yeah that would have been, that would have been nice but I don't know, it lost momentum. I think it's just topping here to be honest. It probably would end up being a good short again against this line but I don't know. I'm just going to keep it on my needs more sideways list though because I don't really have like a place to watch some names. Like I have a futures list, I have an indexes list but sometimes I just leave names on here to watch. So I'm gonna leave that on here to watch. IONQ is gone. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Instead of focusing on nbts and being an idiot, I should have just only stuck to my triggers because the, the small account would would probably be at like 1.5 million or more. If I just stuck to, stuck to the system and didn't get all crazy with nbts and, and just like clinging to the Nvidia news. There was this one, I think it was APLD that that was similar. It had Nvidia news, it gapped up the bat, it didn't continue. But then there's others that, that have had great news and ran. I should have known instantly because I saw it in the tape how freaking heavy it was the day that it like kind of gapped down after, after the news. I think it was like Friday or something. I'll. I'll save the rest of the talk for when we get to it. But anyways, this one was a huge message. It was just so, so simple. Like literally clean as a whistle. I know people are calling it choppy. Things are choppy when they're in ranges. Right. But as soon as it took out this range, it's like it went straight up 40 a day. You just had to wait for it to take out the actual key range. If you're buying it in here where there's no like key range, then yeah, be prepared to sit in the chop. Enjoy it. You know, you got to, got to learn to love the chop. If you're going to enter that world, you gotta love that world. And if you don't, you gotta act like you do. But like. Yeah, I mean it acted just like NNE or oklo in the chop or SMR in the chop. It's the same thing. But as soon as it broke, there's no key level in this range. As soon as it broke that key left side peak, the thing went straight up. It's the same thing with QBTS. Where it broke this 775 or even. I think even cleaner would be this high. Yeah. 8:22. Yeah. Like that mid range kind of level. Yeah, that's probably even cleaner. It went straight up like monthly flag. Like beautiful. Probably even this one. Whatever. Anyways, you could have picked any one of these like round number levels and you were good. But I mean the thing is QBTS was gapping on news like a relevant event. I mean it's earnings. Like obviously earnings don't matter but they said something within their reporter. There was some hope or promise, you know that was gleamed from. From investors to send this thing and then continue through these highs. Like and then it gave another entry here, you know, off the five like a continuation. Very simple wick. Off the five it opened off the five like and then boom. You know, should have caught it. I. I did long it and I got shook out and it was just one of those things where I wasn't super paying attention. But my second entry would have been right here in this bubble and we would be sitting up 140% right now on a 30, 30% position or more. 30, 50% position. Something like that. You know, again, like if you would. If I just Focused on executing only the triggers on my list. The small account would just be doing ridiculous numbers at this point. Like almost unbelievable numbers, but deviated. Not only did you trade something that's not within the system, but also you missed the ones that were in the system. And it's just so funny that the ones within the system are up like 100 plus percent in a couple of weeks, while the one that you traded outside of the system is literally doing nothing. It's going down, right? So you know, like everybody strays every once in a while. And you know, I'm not going to really give myself too much wiggle room because it's kind of unexcusable. But it is a great, great wake up call. But yeah, it's beautiful because I love seeing it because it's just like, it's so illustrative of. This system is so simple. You have a focus list, a needs more sideways list and a scan. You draw horizontal lines through key levels, you set alerts, you buy them through those levels. If you buy it through the level and it comes back down and it's still actionable, you set another alert. That's it though. The list is titled Focus for a reason. That is the list that you focus on. If it's not on the list that's titled Focus then you do not focus on it. It's really just that simple. It's binary. And you know, I wouldn't have even seen nvts unless somebody said something about it in the chat, right? And so you know, I know my, I'm like smog. Like I got one scale where I got hit with an arrow, right? And then I just degen out. And it was just two bad trades, really. It was just two bad overnights. Overnight one gap down, big loss, overnight two trump, same thing. And it was just stupid. Out of system, out of sight, out of mind. Now but that mistake should really, really just show you like why it's so important to have premeditated actionable triggers just based on these simple, simple concepts. And it's like if, if a stock is not on your focus list, you do not focus even on it. Even the needs more sideways list can be dangerous at times. If you're not strict with your needs more sideways list and you allow junk there that's like not even nearly actionable. You can find yourself taking trades off of that list and you really shouldn't. That's why I'm so protective of the names that go on my manual lists which are focus and needs more sideways, right? Like during the day. I don't want to see my scan. I don't care. I don't, I don't really care. Like, I don't, don't care about it because I did my work the night before. If something is happening during the day, you know, with some name that should be on my, my focus, it's going to be like some random news event or something because it's not some technical breakout through a level that I've observed. Like, I'm going through every single one of these names with a fine tooth comb. There is not a actionable setup that I am missing, period. End of story. So I don't really care what random events or random things are going to be happening within my sc. I shut that book. Like, if you look at like all the watch lists on the side of your, of your thinkorswim platform, you have the ability to close it. I close it. Actually, what I should do is I should set up, I should set up an actual, an execution workspace. So I have a scan workspace and then I have an execution workspace. Within the execution workspace. You only see your focus, your needs more sideways list. That's it, right? Like, you don't. And then obviously your open positions during your scan, like your nightly scanning, you're permitted to look at other things. But this is what keeps you out of trouble, right? It's like you just don't go to that part of town, right? Like if you want to go hang out with those, you know, you know, those scofflaws and you want to go do some random, you know, slam some H behind the Walmart parking lot with the bros, like, by all means, open up your, your scan in the middle of the middle of the day. But that's just how you get in trouble. We're not day trading. We're not looking for opportunities midday because, you know, oh, oh, our focus list is, is dry today. Or our needs and we're sideways isn't doing much. That's just how you get yourself in all sorts of trouble if you just start hunting for setups. Like if you're fishing in the river and you've known that you've caught a lot of fish in that river using that bait during these time, this time of year, but they're just not biting. It's not like all of a sudden you go get a spear and you just start walking through the river spearing stuff. Like, that's just not the way it works. Let's see. I guess there's a couple questions I can pause here, but actually, you know what? Let me get through the needs and we're sideways list and I'll come back and answer those questions. All right. So qbts, I mean, I just. I'm gonna leave it on my needs more sideways list as a reminder to only trade actionable names. I mean, it was. There was two perfect triggers here and there. Like you. I had two attempts. All right. Alibaba. Alibaba needs more sideways. It looks good though, these time. The key level for me is 126 here, but it's not like super clean, but. Yeah. Anyways, Labu. Labu. I have that one little tiny starter piece. I think I'm right on it. But I'll keep watching that one. Dave. Dave is not really viable actually. I just leave it on there to watch mstr. It just needs to go sideways and find some support. Obviously it's. Its action relative to Bitcoin has been pathetic. But I'm going to watch it just because it's, you know, a liquid leader. Okay. RKLB is very actionable. It looks great. Monthly retest, perfectly off of this 21 level. 2134. Know all the moving averages are kind of sloping up. So for the 105 above 10. Super tight day. Like, I love this like, like, what do you have right here before this expansion candle? A super tight day, right? We have a super tight day out of this flag. If you look at oklo what just happened, it's a good example. It's not super tight, but you had this super tight day out of this flag. It's just the same story. All these charts have done the same thing. They all had this big parabolic move. They come back, they build this cup. They came back, you know, they ran back up. Now they're putting in these flags and these little high type flags are just all over the market. That is the chart game right now. Every one of these stocks, there's one did it like. And there's a bunch more setting up trying to do it. Ceg, vst. And these names are not related to one another. Like, oh yeah, that's a good one. These names are not related to one another. Like in terms of like a business. Like actual tangibly what they do as a business. But they are in a general setup theme of like someone's accumulated me. Somebody shaping these charts all the same way. Like, the charts aren't just shaping the same way. Just out of happenstance. ACHR did the same thing with that flag there. I mean, they all are. Tesla's Doing it. Etc. So RKLB looks great. It looks great. And the cheat for me is it's just right over yesterday's high. It's still in this range but you know right through that five day SMA and through yesterday's high is perfect. So the five day SMA is at 2564. When we open tomorrow it'll be slightly lower. It'll probably be lined up exactly with 2550 which is yesterday's high. So I'm gonna clear my line. Yep. Yeah, it's probably gonna drop and be right about here. So 25 is the high. Yeah. Okay, so I'm gonna set it right at 2550. Is that the high? High? 2551, 2552. Cool. Whatever. You know I'm going to add an extra note, just a little bit of context over P H O D and, and where's my hand and five day sms. So both of those have to be cleared in order for me to purchase Create alert. Yeah, this looks great though. Looks great. Looks just like all the other ones that are running right now. And this space theme hasn't really ran yet. I mean this typically is what happens when all the, the stocks start running. They all run like in waves like you had quantum run space and then we're probably gonna have robots run. So yeah, this one rkl Bizzle Hertz. I am long and it looks great still. I mean it looks even better honestly. It's kind of far away from previous high day but I mean that's the spot to buy it. One more tight day. I'm going to set an alert here regardless because we don't, we don't know like if it was gapping over it or something. Gapping over this level on news it's good to be cognizant of it's not immediately actionable. It would need that like secondary sort of thrust. But look at all, look how tight all the moving averages are. This is actually a prime reason why I do not like to have a moving average. Like the 5 must be above the 10 or you know, the 10 must be above the 20 sort of like scan filter because when they get this tight it doesn't really matter. They're all the same, they're all overlapping like I don't care, like if you look at this like my 5 minute chart here, look how they're all just, they're so stacked. The 10, the 20, the 30, the 5. Like they're all within 22 cents of one another, therefore they're all the same to me, like it doesn't matter. Like so yeah, I wouldn't use that. That sort of filtering in my scans. I know people do, but. Nah, don't do it bros. It looks great though. I've bought it for. I buy it. I bought it here. I bought it here on 522. Okay, this one's a cool little small account edge name. I saw there's another one that looks just like it. K, N, D, L, Y. K, D, L Y. Maybe that's it. What was it? Do you guys know what was the one that ran with the K last week? Kldy. There you go. Kd. That's what I just typed. KDL Y. Oh yeah. Kindly. I don't know why it's not loading. Toss is weird on the weekends. Like the data is all choked off. Yeah, I can't get any of the charts to run, but if you know what it looks like, it looks a lot like GRYP right now. Is Kate Naka is kdly. Is it a bitcoin name? Oops. Yeah, yeah, yeah, same thing. Yeah, this thing looks great. Like, I mean, pain in the ass. I'm sorry, what? You know, unfortunate what it did on day three, but I mean it gave you 120 move in two days. Like come on. Oh, and. Oh, that's stupid. That's bad marketing. That is not smart to change your ticker name mid mid move stupid. That is dumb. But big wick off the five. I mean this is like. This is a crazy 100 yesterday. Still 37 mil dollar volume. God, it's chaotic. Intraday action is just like puke. It looks so bad. Intraday these are like the ones where you just take tiny size. You set stop low a day like 5% position. You could take a 5% position on this thing and who knows, it might go to like a hundred, right? Like can't take any size on it unless you add. It just doesn't act clean enough. It's. It's just chaos. It's pure chaos. Which I'm guessing this gripe is pure chaos. You can see, you see all the robo trading like this. All these blocks, like that's robo trading. That's what I call robo trading. Looks. It's barcoding. Yeah, that's. That's not very human. But it looks nice here. But the reason why it looks nice is because it's being robotrated. There'll be times where it has more volume and it kind of breaks out of the robo trading. But yeah, that's just that's just shares changing hands through computer. So I'm gonna get the. Off my. My scans. Our art. Our art looks good. It's in this range. You know, I see people just keep like constantly trying to buy it. But it's just like all the other stocks, they all made these big moves up. They pulled back. They're building like this bull. They have this left side peak. That's meaningful couple of them. You just wait for it to go through that on news. Like this one is not one to just buy technically. Like it would need to be again, pressing the breakout level really, really close. So you have super tight, tight risk. And again, it's robo trading as well. So the chart shape is just being manipulated. Yeah, you need to see a breakout with news and you need to see organic price action happen. I don't. You don't want to buy stocks in a range that is. Is. Is being built inorganically like it doesn't matter. Like the chart history literally doesn't matter. But as soon as it breaks over this range and it starts trading organically, then yeah, maybe, hey, you know, we could look at it. But I have an alert set. I don't even want to see this thing. Take it off my list. Cep, it looks fine. There's no range here. I like watching it, but I'm not. I'm probably. I'm not going to trade it. I'm gonna set an alert though. But I'm moving it off my list. This is taking a while to get through the needs more sideways list. I'm gonna leave the line here. Left side peak. I spent a lot of time in this thing studying it, but really the line is over five that matters. That's the actual line. Yeah, it's like over 5. It's the high volume close of 505. It's just bailed out a lot. So I'm going to put a line up there. 505. I mean, it could do what cert or what soun did. Pull that up here in a sec. Like, think about it before you act. All right, let's look at SOUN so I can kind of put it into perspective. SOU was one of the Nvidia runners and this one paid me a ton over the year last couple of years. Where is it? There it is. Okay, so soun gapped up and then it put in these tight couple of days. The big difference though is soun's flow is not nearly what NVTS is. And SOUN does not have the same chart history as NVTS NVTS has just been going down perpetually, forever. So like, yeah, I don't know. But I mean, S O u N is an AI name. It's. They're doing new things in a new industry. So it's, it's not just like, you know, some of the other AI related plays, like they're a pure AI play. They're. They're literally about sound, voice, things like that. So I mean, it is interesting and it's new. This NBTS is like wolf. Literally like wolf. Like it's just been going down for literally ever. Didn't have the highest volume ever, but it's like an old worn out dog. Like it's just a pure piece of dilution machine. Yeah, cool. Nvidia partnered with you, but I don't know, it's not the same as S or even like core, weave or arm. All right, we're almost there. As this one I think can just keep going higher. It is an inside bar squeeze type of play right now. But I'm again, I'm not really, like, I'm not super interested in it. If like you really, really, really wanted it, you could buy it over this line. 1089, that's like a cheat and you have a pretty tight stop. But I'm not really interested in it. I'm gonna set an alert though, up here because maybe it goes like parabolic, blows off and gets a short opportunity, but I am going to take this off of my list. Son alert. All right, cool. Get off. All right. So what I just did was I cleared my focus list. I repopulated it with names from I need more sideways list and then I purged names from the needs more sideways list that I'm just not going to trade that I'm not interested in. I will talk about LTBR if it's on my scan. If it's not, I'm not interested. All right, But. Oh, there it is. Look at that. Number two. It's your lucky day, bud. It's your lucky day. Judging by it being up 40%, I could probably say that it's not actionable at all. We're not going to trade stock that is up, you know, that much. It's not tight anymore. You know, like, if you really paid attention to quality streams, when he would scan and build his list, he would just instantly scroll down to the middle of the list where. Where the percent change is much lower. Like he didn't bother filtering them out programmatically. He would just scroll to the middle of the list because he's not going to be trading the names and the outliers. But you know he does pay attention to them because the, you know the ones at the top of the list might be most, you know, apt to be a blow off top parabolic short and then the ones in the bottom could be mean reversion longs. Right. But still he normally just goes to the the meat potatoes center of the list. But I did say I would go back through and answer some questions real quick before we move on. Okay. Where do you generally place your stop once it cross key level? I mean generally it's at low of day. Like here's a good one. All right. Nny. So if I was look I have a line right through 30 here. Right? Perfect. That's my key level. Okay, so say I don't know, say I bought it and then it wicks down. My stop would have been like yesterday's high here. That would have been my stop because look at all of this relevant support here. I have yesterday's high, I have the five day SMA, I have the 10 day SMA. So I have all of that as support. So my stop would have been down here. I don't know how the action actually played out. It may have went red immediately and then it rocketed through the line. It would have been such an easy buy if this was on your action list. And it. This is a great example, a great example of what I was talking about. So the previous day wasn't very tight, but it still had this relevant level of 30. I don't know why I have 30 but I have that line there for some reason. Let's see if we can figure out why. I don't really see a reason why though. Yeah, let's look at the weekly perhaps perhaps peculiar. Why did I care about 30? Whatever it was it but in pre market you saw it tried to sell off it wicked off previous high a day. Just for discussions purposes, let's just assume 30 was like the crystal clear level that we were like okay, if it goes through this we're going to buy it. It's on our trigger list. Yeah, in this example I would have probably set it as the bottom of this wick. Low of day would have been really great. Or I would have used this wick the pre market low. But either way, I mean what I try to do is I try to use the nearest relevant higher time frame level. So in this instance you have several. You have previous high of day, you have the five day SMA, you have the 100 day SMA and then you have the blue line which is the 10 day SMA. Obviously I'm not going to let it go all the way down to the blue line. But you have plenty of relevance, you know, with just previous high day and the five day sma. If it were undercut and like if it were, if price were to move below previous high of day, that green dash line, you could close it, close it, get stopped out, take your loss. But if it went back through it, you could buy it back. You could buy it back with half size and then as it pushes back through the 30, you buy it by your second half. But this is a good example because there's re. There's several relevant daily levels right there and it's breaking out with, with, with other news. Do you have one specific that you'd like me to talk about? You know where. Why is it in streamer mode? It like automatically goes to streamer mode. Man, I can't see anybody's name. How do I take it out streamer mode? All right, sweet. Only price pays. Do you have like a specific example you want me to talk about or. No, Stephen's still here. Yeah, he's here. All right, well let him get back to me. All right, sweet. So that was the only. Well, Vlad had a question. Okay. What would be your stop loss on that gap up? What gap up? You would be shaken out re enter qbts. All right, well I can talk about that one pretty easily. Qbts. So that's how many days ago was that? So that's on 5 8, 16 days ago. I haven't reorganized these but kind of just remembering where they're at. Damn. Okay, so 58. Was it really 5 8? Yep, 5 8. All right, here we go. Okay, so did. Okay, so my line was 775. Like that was the line. It was gapping over it. So yeah, I guess I haven't touched on this. Often when the stock is gapping over my line I will take a washed out long into it which was perfect here. The reason why I got stopped out is because I bought it when it was breaking through my line in pre market and then it rips and I just wasn't thinking it stopped me out and then I just stopped watching. This was also the five day SMA at that time. So it wicked perfectly like perfectly off the 5. So in the example of QBTS, yes, I got stopped out because I was buying in pre market which I don't think necessarily is bad. You just you know, should be kind of aware that it might, it might do this. But yeah, like if I wasn't, if I. So okay, I was buying in pre market I did get stopped out. What was the proper action? Well, I got stopped on this big red candle. I should have immediately just tried again off of my, off of my key level and just kind of bought, bought this candle. I mean that's a classic washout long unless you're seasoned in it. I would not, you know, expect you to take this. But for me it's bread and butter, simple night and day. Or it's just simple routine execution. People say don't buy dips, don't buy, you know, knives, whatever. Without more context they just, just sound like they don't know what the they're talking about. Like if there is a you know, 15 minute flush into your, into your key level and you see it wicking like that, like I'm putting the whole position back on and then some because I know my risk is so it's, it's, it's blatantly obvious it's below 775 or over the 5 day SMA is right. Like it's super tight risk. I'm trying it again. That's it. Okay. I mean the levels for Ionq are the same thing. I don't, I don't know what there is to explain. All right, I'm gonna go through the scan now. All right. Oh, that was ugly. Nope, LBTR already talked about it. I mean it looks great like on this little five minute like you know, if I was a day trader I'd be watching this thing. But we're not about that life. Ouchio. You also have this left side peak. Like if it gapped down into the left side peak you could try to take it I guess. I don't know. I don't know. It's just a chaos chart. Like this is the type of action you're going to be dealing with. You needed to catch this one cleanly. You can't chase it because you will get worked. And then I need see it's still within the range. Like I'd like to see them flag outside of the range or even in all time highs flag up there somewhere and we can buy it. Maybe, I don't know. They're gone. Gone. Gone. Oklo. Gone. Smr. Gone. Trash. Trash. Corey, we already talked about it. Did I set alert up there? Trash trash trash. Already talked about. Yeah, like when you build and clean up your needs more sideways list on a daily basis. Like most of the names that you're Going to go through in your scan. They're already on your list. You've already talked about it, the work's already done and usually like there's not that many names to add to it. NBIs. I own car trash. This one looks good. CRDO. It's a little slow, but you know, it looks pretty good. It's got this clean gap level. Like that is crystal clear to me. The gap low and then where it wicked. It's like over 64. It's got earnings, it's got earnings, but I'm gonna say over 64. I'm gonna look at more chart history. This thing doesn't move that clean like it, it has here. Like it trended nicely. Like this is good though for like small size, bigger accounts. Like nice trend. Would have bought it. Could have bought this wick off the 10 if you're savvy. Could have took this unr 37 would have been a pain sitting through it. I don't know. It never gave any real clean like expansion. Like you get an expansion on this day 58, but then the next day it literally comes all the way back down and tests you. Like, I just don't like names like that. Like I want to see them make a big move and stay out. Like kind of like this grindy, you know, like you gotta take like small size and just not look at it. Put your stop previous day low or previous low day and just, and just let it go. But even in a lot of these instances you would have got stopped out and it's just like stupid waste of time. It looks nice though, I guess. But like we cannot forget about this chaos. Like this thing acts like a. Like look at this. Like who wants to be in this? Where it fake breaks gaps down, goes back up, comes all the way back down. Like for what? Like all in the middle of earnings. Like it gapped up mega on earnings and then zero follow through. So like what makes me think it's going to follow through like meaningfully again? Like, I don't know, it's just, it's just not right. Shit's not right. Like it needs to gap over all time highs, change its character. I'm going to put an alert up here. More than likely though, if it does like, you know, gap on earnings, it's probably just gonna double top there. But if it pushes over it, I don't know. All right. Reghetto. Regatto's still kind of in play, you know, like hasn't gone yet. It's like these things are all Setting sail on their own accord, ebts went with with earnings. IO and Q went with their SEC self declaration that they're going to be the new Nvidia. Right. I mean, I don't know what Regatto is going to do, but I know that it act like from the people who actually know about Quantum, they prefer Regatto over the others. I know IonQ is the poster child with their new offices looking like a daycare center, but yeah, I mean, it's still the same play. They all have the same chart shape. You know, I think, like, I think it's reasonable to expect it to go. All it needs is like something like a little something like it doesn't even have to be great. Like, I think people are just looking for an excuse for. For these Quantum names to run. What happens though, when QBTS pulls back IO&Q pulls back for. Ghetto is kind of in third place right now. But it has these levels, you know, 12.75 solid. It literally wicked off of it. Perfectly. Look at this. Literally, like you can't make it up, like, perfectly down here. Well, where do you buy it now? I don't know. Like, you buy it over this. This little thingy, I guess. 1444. Just not. I don't know. I mean, like, there's no clear line. Like you should have. If you wanted it, this was the spot. If you were watching it and you wanted it, this was the dip to buy where it came back down and it tested that key level. Like, this was it. And I wasn't. I wasn't. But I am going to put it on my needs more sideways list just because I should have some eyes on it. I know Ariel loves it. My boy's been trying to short this thing for eons. So is. So is my boy Martin. Martin Sculli. All right, where were we? R. Damn. Where am I? I don't see it. See, sometimes when I got to go like this and then it will highlight it. All right, there we go. All right. Afrm uec. Nice little spark. Still though, these uranium names, I don't know what people, like have, like. People like love these things. They like fantasize over them. I don't know. I did catch UEC last year right here. I want to say somewhere in here. And I wrote it up thick. And I did, actually, but that was. I don't even know why. Like, shame on me. I think I just got lucky. But that's insane volume. That's like noteworthy volume. But it wasn't enough to like, carry it out of the range. Like, oh cool, it broke the 200 day SMA. But guess what? You're still in this like big sloppy range. Like let's talk over nine. Yeah, let's talk overnight. So I'm going to set an alert up here probably for the year 3030. Holy. UEC is doing something. Okay. Some. It doesn't even deserve the whole word. Something, something. We're gonna put an alert. Okay, cool. Okay. A lab. A lab again. It's another one that people like, loved. Like love. But like this is just, it's just such a sloppy trend. Like this is not a nice trend. It's just choppy, sloppy. It's moving back and forth from the 5 to the 10. Like it's just a chaos grind. Like I'm not, not really into it. You would had to buy it on a dip. Like right here. This expansion candle was nice. This one was nice. It was nice. But it only gave you like. Like I want moves that go straight up. Like, can we just. Like what is it? I don't even remember about. Like I'm gonna find some examples of names that just go straight up. Like can we just get some names that go straight up? Hymns. Hymns right here. Out of the shoryukan. Straight up 100 in 12 days. Like it didn't give you any of that. Maybe this day it did gave you a little grief. But still it came down. You were still up like 10. Like you should still be in it. But then it just rocketed. I mean from here, if you would have bought the undercut rally of 5 and your average was say 4050, you had 7 days of glorious trend. 60%. Now let's look at Alab. Like where do you get that? Like there's just a bunch of red days mixed in. Up and down, up and down, up and down. Like this is not a trading stock. It's again, I just don't know what people love in it. It's a good trend stock. Like if you're going to take small size and like swing it probably, you know, I guess. But like same thing with, with Reddit. Like it just reminds you of Reddit. Just crappy, choppy chaos stock. It's probably going to end up going like when they look like that, they kind of end up going the wrong way eventually. With the exception of vrt. VRT is the king of the choppy chaos grind. I nailed this thing short like two times and it still stopped me out. Like, I just hate this chart. But it like yes, big trend. Right. But like, let's look closer at it. Just choppy chaos. Like you buy it here and then you sit in it for literally freaking. Like you think you're good, you got 20, but nope. It then just comes right back to your average on earnings, but then, nope, goes right back up. Just insane shop. But then you got this one where it's like, hey, I got an EP, I'm save. Nope, straight back down 20. It's just a crappy chaos chart. But. But if you're an investor type and you bought this EP down here, you're up 500 or whatever. You're up. But still though, look at the weekly chaos. I don't like chaos charts. Like, I'm totally cool on that. Like, I want charts that make big linear moves fast. Like that's what we want. Like right here. This is not chaos. Tsll. This is beautiful right here. Boom. 113 days. None of that craziness. Right? Like you're good like those. That's the type of chart history you need to be looking for. And guess what? The chart history is still the same. Big move up 40. This doubled the small account. And look, a nice linear flag. Like, okay, give me that. Yes. Overall, we're in this big range, but let's just look at the moves. Like they don't. Like this one right here. 89. This doubled the first SE. This was the very first trade that took it from 25,000 to 50,000. Beautiful, clean. That's what we want. Okay. None of this chaotic. Like Palantir is kind of chaotic. Like it doesn't trend cleanly like it has here. You know, this is pretty nice. And I'll give it, you know, the, the benefit of the doubt with the earnings. But like, I don't know, like this is like, this is not great trend. Like maybe for like five days or so. But like it's just been. It's crappy chaos. This was my first seven figure trade right here. I bought this day over this peak. But still, like, this one was good. This was the best move it's ever had, like on its true ep and still it like faked you out initially. Like, chart history is so important because the way stocks behave in the past, they're likely going to behave like that in the future. Yeah, it's just kind of, kind of the way it is. Yeah, Cub like no chaos. It went up literally on the expansion day, 36%. That's why it's inexcusable. That's why you cannot miss these. And then it just naturally Flagged, no craziness. Didn't even come. Barely came out of the five. And look, look, look. You're up 150. I would be up 150% on this. I would probably have like a 304. This. I'd be million bucks in a small account on this right now. Right now. Right now as it is. And it's like it makes these clean, linear, giant moves. Moral of the story, don't take chaos stocks. They suck. They suck. I. Irene. Iron. Whatever you want to call this thing. Look, it did exactly what. What was the one that we were looking at earlier? Groupon. Groupon. It did just what Groupon did. Tell me you did it. Gr. Peanut. Huh? Huh? What do you think? Same thing, right? Okay, so then the next day you bought it over that line. That's why the chart, if it's still intact and you still want it, you set another alert and you take the trade back through it. You still have super tight risk. The key level has not changed. Don't be afraid of the top Wick. It held Groupon held the 10 and the 5. Like, if you like this and you want it, it's made good linear. It's made a really nice linear move here. 50%. You know, we looked at the chart history earlier. It's, you know, not the greatest, but still, I mean, it's actionable. By all means. If you're running, you know, a lower position size account, like, it's. It probably should be on your focus list because iron just kept going up. Groupon. I don't know what theme it's in. I don't know what they're doing. It's just some random software company. You know, maybe they're incorporating AI and it's going to change their. Their game. Might be worth, you know, doing a little bit of DD into the company, trying to find some extra conviction, but still. All right, I already talked about it. We're done. Yeah, these Shitco. Shitco miners, I don't know, they're kind of making these moves off the bottom, but still they're in this. These giant death ranges. Just atrocious. Atrocious. The best one is Wolf, but. All righty. Coin. I hate this stock. It's just another shitty stock. Like, I don't. People are obsessed with it. There's nothing to be obsessed with. It's a piece of stock. It literally has like, never moved out of these ranges. Like, it's just in this giant monthly cup and handle. Just doo doo chart. Horrible chart. Over 350 maybe. I don't even know. What do they even do that's unique? Everybody's gonna start selling bitcoin. Like there's nothing they do unique. Their platform sucks. Like coin. The stock sucks upst piece of ASTs. Crap. Crap. RKLB. Actionable crap. See, there's APLD. Let's find the day that Nvidia. I want to say it was this day, the Nvidia news day. Yeah, it was that day. Was it? I don't know. But anyways, it didn't act right. Rivian. I mean, it's a really tight pivot here. Like if you just love Rivian. It's got a nice level to me. I don't Maybe even over this one. 16 or something. I don't. I don't like it. It's a car company. Like, you may see more of them on the road, but I just. I don't know. It's not the best trender. I mean, it made a pretty big move, but I don't know, it's just. It just doesn't excite me. Like I want to trade the supernovas. This thing, this thing. This one. Yeah. Definitely should have been in this. The reason why I didn't see it because I think the other scans I run filter out otc. But when it perked up here on volume and it had, you know, higher average volume by a factor of probably like 3 or 4 compared to the previous days in this long range. Then it gave this little tight flag and then you just had your alert set here at like 775. Interesting number. It would have tripped it and you would have probably seen it wash out in the morning right against. It didn't come all the way down to 775. But I don't know what this level was. Let's see. This was a low. It came all the way down to here. Oh, strange. Why is my wick. Oh, I'm on the freaking 3 6. I'm on the 12 hour. What am I doing over here? Okay, that's much more like it. Hold on. I need to go back through and look at some of these charts. I was on the 12 hour. I'm tripping. Okay. All right. All right. Yeah, I don't know. There was no. There was no level. I don't know how you buy that. What was it even retesting? Is there something like eons ago? Jesus Christ. What a crazy looking thing. I don't even know how you. I don't even know if like, these are charable. Yeah, there's no. I Don't know how you buy that dip. You have no level, nothing, Nada. Hut. Wolfie, You know, I need to look at a scan that has more size because there's a lot of charts that I know of that are not getting pulled. I need to clean this up. This is ridiculous. Where's this, the daily driver? Where's just the four? Aha. There it is. Okay, Yes. Do I have max percentage for stop? I mean it. So, like, look, if you just trade type charts like what I've been showing, then your stop loss over time, if sizing correctly is going to work out to be a little less than 1%. The tighter the charts you trade, the lower your, your stop is going to be like, you know, absolute max hard stop for me would be like, I don't know, 2% of my account. But like that's, that's like if you're sized right, if you have a 10% position for you to lose 2% of your account need that, the stock needs to go down like what, 20%. So like that's just, I mean, I don't know. Like on average your stop loss should be less than 1%. But there will be times where it's more. It's an average thing. People keep looking for these ultimate le. Like these ultimate hard numbers. There are no hard numbers. Everything is a spectrum. Think about every single quote, unquote hard number. If your X ATR is extended from the hundred or the fifty cell, or if this or that. Like, you know, my hard stop is 1%. Like, like no, like, no, it shouldn't be like that. Like over. If you have a stop loss criteria for your account, it should be based on averages over time. You should have an ultimate max stop loss which, like, no matter what you're out at, and that could be like 2% or whatever, 5%. I don't even care. Whatever you want it to be. But that if you are trading tight charts and the charts that I'm scanning and showing you, you will never have those super nuclear drawdowns. Like, I don't calculate the percentage stop loss ever. Ever. I'd never do it because I know that if I buy Tesla over this level, 1779, my stop loss is going to be these, this blue and pink line. Blue and pink because that's the five day and the ten day. They're just there. They're the relevant levels. And the tight. The chart is super tight. It's like an inside open close, right? It's not inside high, low, but it's, well, kind of it is, Yeah, I guess it is inside of the entire previous day bar. But it's, it's a really tight bar, right? So like I'm trading a tight chart that has, it's right up against the moving averages. So if it's gapping over the 10 and 5 in the morning, right, like my obvious stop level is going to be these, these, these levels. And like say I were to buy it over whatever this is 1779. Well my drawdown is 2%. So if you have a 10 position that is 0.2% stop loss. If you were to buy it even over pre previous high or 2 day ago high of day, if you were to buy it over, what is that? That's the high of 522, which is like 1520. Even then you're. If you were to use the 10 as your. That's 4%, that's 0.4%. So the stock would literally have to draw down 4% to get stopped out if you're using this 10. So like the key is to take 10 and 20. Like the reason in the SAE I can take huge size is because I'm trading super, super tight against the key levels, right? So like I can take a 50 position and still maintain a 1% or 2% stop loss in most instances unless I just off, right? But like that's like the idea. So you want to trade tight candles, tight charts that are pressed up against the key levels so that you can use the key higher time frame levels as your stop out. And if you do that, you don't need to calculate. You don't need to calculate like, like risk. Like I don't calculate RR or whatever. Like it's stupid. Like I know like it's literally a waste of time. You're sitting there calculating your risk to reward. But like really it's just if it's on your focus list, it has a tight, tight chart. Like it's already been predetermined, right? And so like you just use the key level that's relevant, that's nearby. It could be the bottom of a five minute formation. It could be, you know, some key wick within the region. You have to think about things as bands as opposed to these hard lines, right? So I mean I know you're probably looking for like a, like an ultimate number, but it's just like we can just keep going over like paler, right? If I were to buy it, I have my 10% position up here, right. I say I'm going to buy it at 25, 41, it's so tight, like, I could literally use the 10 here as my stop. It may be too close. Like, I may have to use like 125 as a round number. But like, look how tight it is. So if it breaks out, like, if it gaps up and runs into it, it's probably going to reject, retrace. Keep building the daily range a little bit. But like, if it were to gap over it on some news or something, like, if it were to gap like over this kind of flaggy thingy on news, like, I'm buying it opening range over the line and I'm going to use a stop of like, I don't know, 125 or something like below the key level. That is the 10. And also that is the left side peak. So 1, 2, 5, 4, 1 is the left side peak. So like, and it's funny, the ten day is right there. So that is like as important of a level as you could possibly have. And if you really wanted to and like you're gonna, you know, you could literally like let your 10 position, 10% position. I would not want to do it and get stuffed and come all the way back down to the five. But that's only one and a half percent away. That would be if you bought it here at the 10 and you had a 10% position and you use the 5 as your stop. That is point one. That's a tenth of a percent account drawdown. I know it looks crazy. It like, looks like, like big. But like, it's not. It's not. You're just using the key level and you're trading a tight chart. Like the candle is tight. If you're not trading tight charts and you're like, say you're like, oh, I'm gonna buy like, you know, over this, like close of this big candle. Well, I would use the close or somewhere nearby there as my stop. That's what I would do. But preferably, I just want natural organic lines that are important to be my stop. And if price is too far away from those natural higher time frame organic lines, it's not tight. It needs to be on your needs more sideways list at best. Hope that makes sense. All right, I think we went through all of them. Bull. I keep seeing people talk about this thing too. Like, what the fuck is wrong with people? Why? Why? It had one day, one day right here. When it undercut below the gap level. I traded here and it went through it. But look, it just fizzled. It was just a day trade went 50% like it may have continued and ran, but like no, this thing never. Like this is absolute garbage. Garbage. All right, so I have this other list I was going to go through, but it looks like it has all the same names. I need to look at some slower names for a minute. Let's look at. I'm going to look at this super slow. That'd be. Yeah, this is super slow. Yeah, this had news. So I mean this is ep. It's just super slow. But I know it just, it doesn't have a history of trending very well. I mean this is a weekly chart. Let's look back at the daily. This thing, it just maybe, I mean maybe that's a true change of character. You know, it gaps down. I could buy it. I don't know. I'm not really interested in it. Oklo. No. Like what is this stuff? No, obviously. Why are these in Crapple, man? Brutal. Apple's a buy for sure. Like from an investing perspective, it's a buy. They own the devices. Nobody has the device manufacturing capability that they have. They're taking their time with rolling out Apple intelligence or integrating, you know, AIs because they have so many regulatory issues and they're so woke that they have to make sure that their, their, their AI doesn't like spit out something like racist. But yeah, like it's, it's a buy long term. Like people are going to buy iPhones. Like okay, if you break your phone and you have an iPhone and it you like, like run over with a car, you drop it in like a vat asset, you're gonna go out and you're gonna buy a new one immediately. Immediately. You're gonna buy one immediately. And Trump already said that like any of the cell phone manufacturers are gonna, they're producing them offshores, they're going to be tariffed, right? And obviously, you know, iPhones aren't going to come back. The manufacturing is not gonna come back. But there needs to be a win. There needs to be something. I mean, I totally agree with the long term play. We cannot outsource the manufacturing of killer robots and other sci fi shit that threatens the hegemony of the United States. If India is making all the sci fi shit, China's making all the sci fi shit, all these other nations are making all the sci fi shit. And we are not making, you know, them all. Like thank God we have Tesla here. We're going to make a ton of killer robots. But like we need to step up our sci Fi ship manufacturing in the United States, period. End of story. It needs to be made here. So I get that. And what's the first step? Okay, Apple, we need to break some of your dependency on child labor, you know, but yeah, it's just a negotiating tactic. Like what Trump has done. Trump has already revealed all of his cards and in the matter tariffs are purely a negotiating tactic. He's throwing around the, the weight of the United States purchasing power and he's getting what he wants. And I mean, you know, it's, it's a, it's a brutal game. But like, it's. Imagine basketball, right? Like, and you got a big body, you're bodying up, you're using your weight. That's what you do. That's what you do in games. This is a game he's just using. He's using the, the body weight United States to get what he wants. And you know he will. And Apple will go up. Apple's just not going to the bet. Who's going to replace Apple? Who's going to replace it? Anyways, I digress. Tesla already talked about it. Holy, that was ugly. Talk about a bottom pin reversal. That's a real deal. Too bad the chart is just hideous. What up, Louie? What are you doing? What up, Blue Dog? See you amd AMD big move off the lows. I mean, it's a piece of. Still, I do think that American semis are going to have their debt. We see all this semi investment, you know, happening. It's kind of, you know, all for show, but still, I, I just think it's the start of something. There, there will be a day where American semis have, have their own day. Nvidia. Oh man. Dude, this thing is just talk about chaos stock. This, this range over the last year has just been pure chaos. Pure chaos. But it's actually gotten really linear. Like if you were to look at and like single out what is the most like linear moment it's had in this time period? I mean, you would have to say that, you know, you had one here, one here and then here, like where it's not acting like chaotic. Yeah. And we have earnings on Wednesday. It always runs up into earnings. I should have played it running up in earnings. I have like the last couple of times. But it's got this nice little high type flag. It's got earnings, you know, set alert here. I'm going to put it on my needs more sideways list because it is one to pay attention to. I do have a ton of earnings alerts on it. So Google Meta. This one's still getting its dick kicked in the dirt. It just looks like shit. Abgo looks good, but it's a chaos stock. Like, it just doesn't make nice linear moves. It makes chaotic moves. It's linear on the highest of time frames, but it's not linear on the time frame that we trade on. Like, if you want to take like a 5% position on this thing and just let it ride, maybe be my guess. But it's just, it just looks like I know people. I've seen people talking about it a lot recently and I'm just like, do you, do you recall how it's treated us? Yes, it goes up, but like, it doesn't go up cleanly. It's just. A trader beater. It's like a wife beater. Like. Yeah, cool. Like the monthly trend. Oh my God, look at this thing. On the monthly. It's up. Not even that much. Well, it is a ton, but like. Yeah, Unless you're trading the monthly chart here. Nah, not for me, bro. Snow, snow, snow. They had ER last week. Nice. Not interested. All right, well, that's, that's the scan. I did drop a couple little ramp bombs there. Anybody has any questions, I'm. I'll hang out. If not, I'm gonna jump, give you guys a few as I poke around. Let me see, earning. But, you know, I judge the market by the length and quality of my watch list, especially my actionable list. And you know, right now I have three actionable names on it. There's a lot of promise within the needs more sideways list, but literally the names need more sideways. So I expect, you know, maybe this next week starting off with some chop, maybe the end of the week we might, we might see some follow through in some of the names, but immediately the most actionable would be, you know, a Tesla or an RKB for me. All right, I'll give it two more minutes and give it till 11:30. Surprised you guys don't want to talk about anything. I mean, there's really not a lot to talk about. I just say the same thing over and over and over and over. So if I knew another language, maybe I could explain. Other language. Oh, you guys are talking. I just hadn't scrolled down. Why does it scroll down automatically? Uber, please. I. So did you see Uber pop up on any of the scans? No, didn't. So what's there to talk about? I'll look at it just to kind of prove a point, but I like how it held the left side peak here, you know, I mean, actually if you want Uber, Dan, if you want Uber, tomorrow might be a day to buy it, you know, over, over, close. Or if it were like gap down under this left side, peak this 87 and come back through it. Like a big gap down, like that would be kind of cool. And then move back through it. But yeah, I mean, this is like a, you know, PW and R in the making. It's like way too slow. It moves at 3.69. I gotta, I'm gonna, I'm just gonna bite the bullet and I'm gonna have Vaugh delete all my scans and then rebuild them. But, like, I gotta build. I gotta build. I gotta build one. I gotta build one for, for each of the accounts. I can't be dealing with the. I have so many I've built now, I don't even know which one's the main one. Like. Yeah, Louie, you about to go to bed? Are you about to go out and party? Memorial Day weekend? Let me see if anybody else asked another question, missed the first 20 minutes of stream and now there is nothing. Nothing. So really I should just be. All right, I'll tell you what I should be running. I should be running simply a. Well, I, I run all these different accounts now. I got parents accounts, I got girlfriend's accounts. I got my account, I got other account. Right. I got mom's account. They like kind of all fall into different dollar, volume and ADR like ranges. Some of the accounts are like, small. They're pretty small, but like, I can't pay super close attention to them. So the, the, like, I, I need to be able to buy things that are a little bit slower so I don't have to watch them all the time as I, you know, if I migrate to becoming more of a full time, you know, like, family office, I'll migrate everything to a, a single platform and I might be, I'll be able to get more aggressive on them. But I essentially have like, the way that you should run your scan is a multiple of your net liquid and, and adr, right? And you use ADR as the governor. So if your scans, you know, running, I guess, you know, more than 100 names, increase the ADR until it's not, You know, SAE is great because, like, it's cool. You can experiment with it. You can start very small. You can push it right, without jeopardizing the larger nut. It's. It's something to keep you busy with. You know, I, I never really expected it to, you know, give me so much value from now like clicking the button too much in, in the other accounts. But it does like, I don't even touch them. I really even look at them. I mean, I just execute the triggers and then like really I'll just be thinking around in that thing trying to speed run it or whatever. But yeah, once I get it up to like, like I said 10 million, I'll actually swing it like a normal human being for you guys. But it's just kind of hard for me to do it with this. With this amount. Let's see if I miss any other questions? Yeah, don't trade messy charts. It's, it's. It's pretty simple. How would you have traded df? DV was jnvr. Why these change? Oh, this one is beautiful. Oh my God. So you would have bought this day 65 a day so you had to sell a good amount. The next day you would have got chicken stopped out. But then you have like, this is a perfect story. Oh boy. Beautiful. Big move up tight day. Against the moving average, you would have bought over the high. You'd still be in it. You'd be up 180 in three days. My God. My God. This would have been a brutal wick. See, these things are just brutal. They're just abusers. But yeah, what a. Let's look in like the hourly or something. Yeah, like it even gave. It gave such a good move. Like these are like, these ones are perfect for the 30 EMA magic. Let's look at the five minute. Yeah, like, holy. Right here. And these things just go insane. It's just chaos though. It's so hard to like, I don't know, like, how do you hold it? And it doesn't really trend clean. Super clean. But it's up a ton. And this is just so thin in here. It's not even. It's not even tradable. It's so thin. How would you have played hymns this week? Coming up? I think we already went over it, but. For me it's. It's literally just over the high. It's a super tight day. So big move up, pullback, Undercut, find support. Two higher lows, two tight days. Like, it's pretty simple. One over 55.50 is fine. Like, I'm okay with that. Like, you might. You probably will experience some turbulence as you run into these, but if you're prepared to kind of hold some consolidation, you know, you might be able to get a good average in here. I mean, him Z runs at 20 APTR, but. Yeah, like it's still like. I mean it's the same, Same concept. Same concept. I mean it's pretty difficult if you can't trade the open or near the open because the farther you get away from the open, the less probable the stock is going to break the key level. The highest volume events happen, you know, during the Open. So it's, it's pretty hard. You know, I don't know what like, like what's the earliest time you can, you can be at the, the charts. This looks good. Yeah. This honestly looks like, you know, our KLB and all the other ones even more aggressive. Yeah, I mean it's not bad. It's made a huge move and it didn't really give like too many great places to. It'd be nice if it came down and like retested 34. That would be pretty clean. But you kind of don't want to see it. It's not a tight day at all. A couple more days to build like a tight flag up here would be ideal for me. Or if you really wanted to, you could play it over. Yesterday's high. Yesterday's high corresponds with the high volume close. So that's actually a decent level. And the high Volume close is 37.37, which there's some magic to those kind of competitive numbers I've seen. But yeah, 3737 could be a level if you really wanted this one. It's up there though. So like you, you know, you want to be careful. But yeah, yeah. Like if I was in New Zealand and I was considering like trading, trading and I didn't have like a full time job or whatever, I would just flip my, flip my whole script. I would just, you know, change my sleep schedule. But if like you literally can't trade the US markets because like you just don't have enough, you know, gas in the tank, it's pretty difficult. Yeah, you can set up auto buys. You can do all that. You know, I've seen other people try to do that. What you like. You know, one thought that I had would be you have to take smaller size and it really has to be a numbers game where you have to take smaller size and weigh like a lot more positions. And I don't know if you're able to set like in toss, you could only set so many buy stops and every buy stop that you take it, it whittles away at your, your buying power. But if you could set a bunch of buy stops and not have your buying power diminished, it could work. We're like you could set like 50 of them at key levels and then you set like a hard stop loss of, I don't know, whatever, however much you want to set it at. I mean, that could work. It would just have to be a numbers game. But for what. What makes most sense to me is you want to set, you want to have less size than normal. And it's definitely going to be more of a frequency thing. See what what our boy NQ doing. But like right now, like, I'm not looking at bonds, I'm not looking at rates, I'm not looking at indexes. Really. Like, it doesn't. Like none of it matters. None of it matters. Promise you it doesn't have to be that involved. Like, you don't have to. Like, I'm not focused on themes or groups. Like it doesn't, like, it truly doesn't matter. But what matters is big move up, pullback, undercut, sideways serve, spam. Like, that's what matters. Because, like, people can talk theme. I hear theme. It's. It's very common for swing traders to talk about. But why, like, explain to me then why there's so many charts that have the exact same shape that are not within the same theme? Like, that is true. It's just flat out true. And if it's true, then does narrative theme actually matter? I won't say it doesn't matter. You know, like, it has to happen. But in the progression of like, what matters first chart theme is what matters first. And I discovered this about a year ago for myself, just studying, you know, every single track that there is. And I, I just had that epiphany. I remember having it too. I was actually walking around my facility and I kind of just was thinking of things and I had it. And then I instantly went to go, like, brain dump it to like one of my AI recorders. And yeah, I mean, it still just holds true. Like, I see it in as, like, as. Watch. Just watch as. All right, let's look at Oakland. Pretty similar theme where it has a high, pulls back, comes back up, puts a flag in. Right? Let's look at ACHR has this like, big move up high pullback cup. Why are they all. ACHR makes flying fantasy vehicles. I don't know what this thing does. American sports, I would have to. They probably sell like, sportswear. But like, why are the charts shaped the same way? Like, why, Like, I don't think they make flying human transport quadcopters, right? But then, like, you also have vst. Oops. It's the same thing. This big move up this peak, this cup. It's the exact same chart. They are not in. Okay. * or arc. Teryx. Oh, Solomon Arctic. Okay. Yeah. So they're outdoor wear. Right. They all have the same chart, which means that theme does not matter. It's what are the institutions accumulating? The reason why all these charts are shaped the same way is because the institution sold it and then now they're buying it again. There is no other explanation. It's not like retail is collaborating in some, like, you know, group, ethereal think tank. It's like, no, some really deep pocketed funds are shaping these charts. That's the way it works. So, like, yeah, you can look at, you know, I.O. and Q&. And Quantum. But like, I would not. I do not need to know that those stocks are involved in that they. That they're in the same theme to know that they're in the same theme. Unless you think about, you know, this chart theme kind of phenomenon where, like, these two stocks in front of us are not in the same theme, but they have the almost nearly identical chart shape. The highs and lows and the delta between them are more exaggerated, but nonetheless they have the same shape. And the only thing that explains it is that groups with large enough money to shape charts across uncorrelated, seemingly uncorrelated stocks are doing this because I don't know who else is. So that just goes back to, you know, the notion that ultimately chart theme is what matters and it's more important than the narrative theme. Narrative theme is, I think it can be important, like, you know, in like, smaller cap sort of runners. But again, though, if you were to look at Quantum before they all ran, they all had the same thing going for them. They all looked the same, all of them at the same time. Big moves up. This pullback corresponds with this pullback, right? Like, it's the same. It's the same thing. Reghetto. They all have it. Like, you can just tell that they're quantum because they're all doing the exact same thing. But also, like there's. This is the chart thing, right? But still, though, from a. From a. A larger perspective, they still have that general shape where they made this big move up. They've pulled back, they've made this saucer thing, and now they're doing this little flag. Every single one of these names that are running has done this recently. Every one of them, even hims just more exaggerated, but still huge move up, little saucer thingy, Big move up. Flag. This one's, like, probably on the farther right side of the bell curve. So if, like. If, like, more volatility and range would be on the right side of the bell curve, less volatility and range, like, CLS would be on the left side of the V of the curve. Actually, this one's pretty. Pretty volatile. But they all did the same thing. They all did. And I hope that, like, resonates with you guys. You know, charts, at the end of the day, from, like, a technical perspective, truly do tell all. And if you can pick up on, like, if the chart does not look like CLS doing what CLS is doing, generally, it's. It's. There's no point to look at it whatsoever because not only is it not within a narrative theme, it's also not within what's even more important, the chart theme. And, like, if you don't have that, then it's literally like, there's no point to focus at it, spend any time on it. All right, 30 seconds. If there's no more question, you guys can keep me going. If there's a question every 30 seconds, I'll keep going, but there's not another question. Next. 30 seconds, I'm going to bid you farewell. 15 seconds. Oh, all right. Keep it going. All right. So you'd be fine with never knowing what industry a stock is in? If the chart is perfect and a lot of respect, it might be beneficial. It's nearly impossible, though, luca, to not know. But I just. I don't. It's good confirmation, but what's going to put it on my radar is, like, I'm scanning through and I see Qubit, IonQ cubits all look the same. They're all starting to put in higher lows and act the same. Like, I'm gonna just group them and I'm gonna look at them, and I'm like, oh, you know, they're all quantum or whatever. But it's like, riddle me this. VST and that the Arc Derek company that we're looking at, ACHR, RKLB. RKLB is doing the same thing. They're all. RKLB's chart is more similar to, you know, ACHR. Even though ACHR has already made its move forward. Like, RKLB is right here. Like, you see this? Tell me they're not the same chart. You don't need to know. Like, you don't need to know. All I know is that, like, look, say they were in the same industry. Say they were like, the same industry. Right. Okay, well, I saw ACHR go first. Well, RKLB is right behind it. I don't care because the chart is exactly the same. If this is working, then this is bound to work. And you may see, like. Like, what's Lunar doing? Let's see. What's that herd doing? I don't care about this. Like, you wouldn't even pay attention to it. It's not even. It's sort of doing, you know, the big move down, but it's just so exaggerated. It's just so out of spec that there's really just the one space name and it's. It's. It's rkl. But, yeah, like, I don't know. Like, I, I don't. I think that. I think that narrative theme, as I call it, theme. I differentiated them narrative theme and chart theme. I think that chart theme has to be happening. If I don't see many names with the similar shape, I'm not nearly as interested in it. There you have it. Any homework? Yeah, go through. Yeah, here you go. Go through. Every single stock in the market. Over 30 million in daily dollar volume, regardless of ADR. Every single one of them on the hourly, the daily, the weekly, and the monthly. That's probably like 8,000charts. I'm gonna go through those and let me, let me, let me know what you find. Have used 30 EMA magic successfully in downtrending markets? I mean, yeah, that's a great place to use it because you're not subject to. I mean, like, in downtrending markets, the duration of up moves isn't great. When am I going to upload this one? I don't know. I could probably do it pretty quick. There is no maximum time. Like, if the setup's still intact, if it's still tight and above the key levels, like, it's still intact. It's either there's. Either the setup is intact or it's not. If the setup is intact, then it's. And it's still actionable. Then I will. I will take it a hundred times. It doesn't matter. Usually when there's that fake breakout or whatever. Like if we look at Groupon, right? Like, if you want to be a little bit more conservative, you could buy it over the high 2789. You could buy it there. All right, 10 seconds. Start the clock. You know what this is like? This is like blitz. I don't know if you guys play chess, but. Where you can add some seconds back to the clock. I see people typing faster. Faster. Are good trades planned ahead, days ahead Bro, weren't you here the whole time? If you're using just chart. Okay, yeah, homework, go back and watch this video like 50 times. All right. If you're using just the chart patterns, how does the MACD below help? Will, MACD is purely a technical indicator. It's a momentum indicator. All right, Capital. That's your, that's your homework. Go, go go into day trader rehab and search the term macd. And every time I've said it and read every, every single post. Did you short MSTR Friday? Yeah, I did. I sold and I shorted. I'm up like a percent and a half or something on it. So do you subscribe to the idea of laggards? Yeah, I do. And that's kind of a good point of using, you know, theme, I guess. Like, because, you know, within the theme you're gonna have like, you know, RKLB could be a chart theme laggard. Right. Because most of the names that have the shape have already broken out. Also, it doesn't really have any peers. Like, what's another chart in Rocket Labs? You know, flavor of companies that has that looks like this. I mean, there really isn't any, which is, you know, the thing that it has going for it is chart theme. Because like, if you were only trading themes, what theme is it in? Like, you have to start creating labels for that. Like I like, like Sci Fi, you know, like that's where I came up with Sci Fi, literally. Because I noticed a ton of charts over a wide range of, of sci Fi esque themes, like narrative themes. They all look the same. Well, I mean, if you're, if you, if you're taking the cheat entry, you're buying within a range. More than likely you're buying within the previous day's range or like you're buying within the substantial range that's there. So like, you know, buying over the range is, is ideal. Like right here, like I have Rocket Lab. That's like a cheat. I mean, it is like a cheat. You know, 26.70 is, is ideal, but you're still within a range. Like, you know, we may move up to here or here or here, but like, ideally this thing just keeps going and it flags near highs and then you buy into all the eyes. I mean, again though, glad. Like, like, like what? Like, I think you have to kind of look bigger here. And I think it's really the theme, the real theme is like, what will AI impact the most? And like peloton could be potentially revitalized by, by AI. I Mean, this just looks like though, like it's. It just looks like. I mean, it's not even close to highs. It just has this big move down. Like it's just choppy. It, like, I don't even know. Like, it just looks like. Like you want stocks that are like. Like going up. Like. Like see how like ACHR is like going up, like up to the right side of your screen. Like it's like already breached the highs. Like. Yeah, like that's kind of what you want to trade. Like this thing is like heads already had a recent. Like just. Jesus Christ. Like, no, no, no. Yes. Yes. No. Yes, no. Alrighty. Well, this was a fabulous session. Little impromptu, which wish more people could have hopped on, but that's why we will post it. I think we covered some good stuff though. I think the chart theme thing is really important and just like next time I scan, it's going to be the same thing. And I'm going to ask, I'm going to say, hey, what's the first thing we do? And everybody's going to be like, oh, remove all the names from the focus list. I'm going to be like, yeah, because it's not going to change. I have done the exact same thing since the beginning. I mean, literally. And the problem is I don't really have much more to say. Like, once we start talking about position trading and like, you know, building models, like, there's infinite. We can talk about. We can play out all sorts of things. And that's like what I. My. My next level, what I'm really trying to think through. But like, in this game of just playing, like high momentum, like, you know, swings, like, it doesn't have to be like, you do not need to know. You don't have a new. This is much better than five. I should probably just name this one five, to be honest. Like, Luca. Do you think that this would replace 5? Luca probably. I probably put him to sleep. Probably heard the same thing. I think it'll just replace five, because I. I did the exact same thing with five, except that in talk, so. Alrighty, players. And players, you guys have a good night.
