In this short motivational vlog filmed at Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey, Alex greets viewers and poses a central question: whose life are you living? He challenges the audience to consider whether they are pursuing their own dreams or merely following others' expectations. Alex shares his own pivotal decision to leave a stable job and become a full‑time coach, describing the fear and clarity that came with focusing on what makes him feel alive. He uses his story as a catalyst to encourage viewers to reflect on their current path, assess if they are showing up as their authentic selves, and, if not, to think about the steps needed to align with their passions. The video ends with a friendly sign‑off, inviting viewers to contemplate and act on their own aspirations.

Good morning, peeps. It's Alex coming to you from beautiful Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey. You can see from the background it's actually quite an extraordinary place. I'm here for today and I wanted to give you a little bit of inspiration today, and I wanted to ask you a question. And the question is this: whose life are you living? Are you living your life? Are you making your dreams come true, or are you following what someone else wants you to do, or some— what someone else— who someone else wants you to be? And I really encourage you to take a stand for yourself and realize that there is only one you, and you were put here to do something special. And if you're not following that something special, or if you haven't yet figured it out, you're doing yourself a disservice, and you're doing the world a disservice, because there is a reason why you're here, you know, just like there's a reason why I ended up leaving my job. And coaching full-time. I wanna make a bigger difference than what I was doing, and I would have never been able to do that if I had stayed where I was. Was it scary? Yeah, any big decision is frightening, but when I thought about the bigger picture and I thought about what made me happy, and I realized that when I was coaching my clients, even when it was still just my side gig, That's when I came alive, is when I realized that it was time for me to make a change. So I honor you guys who are pursuing your dreams, and for those of you who aren't yet, I absolutely encourage you to at least think about whether or not you're doing what you love, if you're in the right place, if you're showing up as who you want to show up every day. And if you're not, then think about what you need to do. All right, so that's it for today. I just kind of wanted to pop in, say hi, and I will talk to you guys later this week. Have a good one. Bye!
