Do you have a desire to leave a legacy? If so, let me ask you this question: How's it going for you? Are you progressing? If you're not, I'm going to give you 3 steps that you can follow to get you started on that journey, so stay tuned. I'm Alex, your certified high performance coach. I help women who feel unfulfilled despite their success really clarify what they want so that they can make lasting changes in their lives towards a meaningful legacy. So leaving a legacy is a topic that's important to me, and it's one of the reasons why I made the change from corporate into entrepreneurship. But I realized that's not for everyone. If you do have the desire to leave a greater legacy but you haven't quite gotten started, you may be stuck in paralysis by analysis. Right? And leaving a legacy can feel like a really gigantic job. It's easy to kind of get sidetracked and not to get started and get caught in that thinking stage because it's comfortable and because we're not quite sure how we should proceed or how we should move forward. I know I did it for quite some time until I finally made that shift. But I want to share with you the 3 ways that you can actually get unstuck. And the first one is really define what legacy means to you. What does that word mean for you and how does that look like in your life? Is it— is legacy something that you want to leave for your children or through your children? Is it how you're showing up at work and the impact you're having at work? Is it maybe making a greater difference in the world? Only you can define what that word legacy means for you, but it's an absolutely critical step if you want to move forward to step 2, which is to align your life to that desire to leave a legacy so that you can start to live into what it's going to take. Who do you need to become? What are the things that you need to do? Because once you know what that legacy, what that means for you, and you know what type of legacy you want to leave, then it's much easier to realign the things that you do to get you started on that path to having a legacy and to leaving a legacy. So clarity first, alignment second, and then the last thing is start taking small steps, start taking action, because we can get caught in that thinking piece for a very long time without moving forward. But it's important to really start making small changes, start taking small steps, because as we start to take these small steps, we see what the possibilities are. Doors open up when we're aligned with what we want to do and we have that, you know, we're congruent with this desire to leave a legacy in how we show up and in the things that we do, things like the universe shows up for you and it starts to put things in your path that allow you to live that legacy, to start putting in place the things you need to do so that at the end of the day you are able to leave a meaningful legacy, the meaningful legacy that you truly desire. So that's what I wanted to share with you today. If you want to start thinking through some of these things, if you want to have a conversation, let me know. I'm going to put the link to my calendar in the, in the description below. And as always, remember, dare to make your difference in the world.
