Isn't it funny how the things that we once rolled our eyes at end up becoming exactly the things that save us? Welcome to your 3-minute reframe. When I was in my 20s, I remember walking through Barnes Noble and walking through the self-help section and thinking, why can't people be happy with who they are? Fast forward a decade or so and divorce became the very doorway that pulled me into personal development. When at a time I dismissed it, it actually became a lifeline. For me, and it was my wake-up call. It was my invitation to look inside and reimagine who I wanted to become. I want to give you 3 ideas that really are centered around this idea of a major life shift being a gift. And the first one is this: to look at disruption as a mirror, right? Masculine energy wants you to keep moving forward. It wants control, it wants structure, they want all of that. And whenever things falling apart it can make you feel like a failure. In this case, looking at your feminine energy is really a mirror that's showing us that we can't always continue to live from that place. It showed me that Boris doesn't necessarily come from controlling the mess, but it comes from how I'm willing to show up and how I'm able to show up when control gets taken away, right? How do I want to handle this situation? Idea number 2 is think about shifting from doing to being. Your instinct, if you've been living in your masculine energy for a while, is to immediately rebuild, right? Set new goals, set new routines, have new plans. And that is masculine energy at its best. But the real invitation is to take a step back and tap into your feminine. Give yourself the opportunity to pause, to feel, to allow yourself to be necessarily without a plan. Yeah, it's not comfortable, but that's also where you're going to start to rebuild your trust, your intuition, and your deeper wisdom so that you finally have all of the pieces that you need to rise. And the last idea is think integration, not abandonment. Imagine building a life where your masculine and your feminine energies work in harmony to support you in your next chapter. If you're standing in the middle of a life that you certainly didn't plan for, know this: divorce can be the greatest gift that you've never asked for. I would like you to Just take a moment today and thinking about your divorce situation to think of one or two good things that you can see coming from this destruction, so to speak.
