Good morning everyone, it's Alex. It's Monday morning, so I thought I would reach out to you and send you a little bit of Monday motivation. So I've been catching up and watching Stargate SG-1, and one of the characters this weekend said something that was— that really resonated with me, and this is what he said. He said, "To resist the influence of others, knowledge of oneself is most important." So think about that. How well do you know yourself? How well Do you know your values, what you stand for, what you will accept and will not accept? Because if you in any way are unsure about what you stand for, what you believe in, what your values are, chances are you're going to be most likely to be influenced by others. That means you're taking on whatever their values are, whatever they are wanting for you to do, instead of staying true to your own course. And that is something that when we are in our own growth journey, super important. The basis really is knowing who we are, knowing what we stand for, knowing what we're willing to accept and not accept. And that is in any situation, whether that's at work, whether that's at home, it's in a relationship. Knowing and being strong in who we are really drives how we live our life. So think about it for a second and just ask yourself these 3 questions: What do I believe in? What impact do I want to make in this world? And really, what are my values? You know, do you want people to see you as a person of integrity? Do you want to come across as somebody who is trustworthy? If so, then start living into that. But until you know exactly what you stand for and what you believe in, don't be so surprised if you don't always make the decisions that are true to your heart because you're not following your heart, you're following what somebody else wants you to do. So that's it for today. I just kind of wanted to check in, wish you a wonderful Monday. It's kind of gray and icky here in New Jersey, but look, enjoy the day, have a fabulous week, and we'll talk soon. Bye!
