Have you started your mid-year review process yet? If not, this is the perfect time to do it. I'm going to share my process with you, and I'll even give you a hint: it doesn't start with your goals. Stay tuned. Hi, this is Alex, your certified high performance and mindset coach. So let me take you through that process. 5 super easy steps. Number 1, take stock of how you feel about your life right now. How do you do that? I've made it easy and created a Life Arenas assessment that you can take so that you can measure yourself in the 10 different arenas of life simply by reading a statement and rating yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 about how much you agree with the statement. So go through each of them. The link will be below underneath the video. And then, you know, start, start going through it. Once you've taken the assessment and you know where you're doing well and where you're maybe not feeling so good about where your life is and what you want to do, pick the 3, and just 3 goals that you really want to focus on for the next 6 months. And it could be similar to what you had the first 6 months, it could be something completely different. That's why we do these reviews so that you can kind of adjust along the way to make sure that you're serving your needs in the best way. So pick your 3, and only the 3, so that you can be focused and you don't spread yourself too thin as you move forward and as you try and you attempt to reach these goals and make them happen for yourself before the end of the year. Number 3: Define your why. What is your big motivation behind why you're achieve— or attempting to achieve these goals, right? And make it precise, make it super clear, not only for yourself so that it fires you up and you have the energy and the motivation to keep moving forward when life goes sideways, but it's also good because it also gives the universe the clarity of what it is you're looking for so that it can support you in making those goals happen. Number 4, now's the time to draft your goals. Once you have that clarity in terms of how you feel, what areas of life you want to focus on, and you know your why, now's the time to draft your goals. Make them clear, make them easy to understand, and, you know, once you have your goals, create that roadmap for yourself so you know what it's going to take for you to get from here to here so that you can finally achieve, achieve those goals. And then the last step, number 5, clear your task list and your agenda of anything that doesn't support you meeting those goals, right? Things are going to happen, distractions are going to come in, Hulu will always be there, Vikings will always be there, Netflix, and all of those things will always be there. But if you really want to be intentional about reaching those goals, you have to get rid of all these distractions and you have to be able to focus. That's why I wanted you to pick only 3 goals. Focus, clear your agenda, clear your distractions, and then, you know, see how much progress you make between now and the end of the year. Now come back next week because I'm going to take you through how to help you stay on track through the end of the year so that you can, you know, just keep that— keep moving that needle and keep moving forward. So that's it for this week. I hope it was of service, and I will see you next week. Take care. Bye.
