In this short, conversational monologue, the speaker reflects on a recent Thanksgiving experience, thanking a friend named Mandy for hospitality and expressing gratitude despite a difficult morning. She then emphasizes the importance of a regular gratitude practice, arguing that clearly verbalizing and truly feeling gratitude signals the universe about what you desire, thereby attracting more of those positive experiences. The speaker outlines practical ways to incorporate gratitude into daily life—whether in the morning, evening, or during journaling—stressing the need to genuinely feel the gratitude in the heart and gut. She concludes by encouraging listeners to adopt this habit, promising that it will bring peace of mind and surprising positive outcomes, and wishes them a wonderful weekend.

Do you have a regular gratitude practice? Coming off the heels of Thanksgiving, which by the way, I hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving and that it was filled with love and laughter and that you got to celebrate it with the people that, that you love. I have to admit, after yesterday, I'd like to thank my friend Mandy for taking in the strays and inviting us over to her house. We do this every year, and this morning I am honoring the struggle because it's a little bit difficult, um, or it was a little bit difficult getting out of bed this morning. But I had a great time, and I am super grateful for the evening last night and for her and her family who have embraced us and, you know, taken us on board as, um, as the proverbial strays. So I just wanted to ask you again, do you have a daily or a regular gratitude practice? And this is so important because the universe wants to give you what you desire most, but if you don't let it know what it is you want, what it is you're grateful for, it doesn't know what to bring you. So So by really being able to verbalize what you want, or let me rephrase that, to verbalize what you're grateful for, whether it's the people in your life, whether it's that cup of coffee in the morning, whether it's, you know, your body for all it does to support you. Being able to put that out there invites more of that in your life. So having that clarity of these are the things that I'm really truly grateful for— and it's not just about saying, oh, you know, thank God for this, or I'm so grateful for that. It's really about saying it but feeling it, feeling it in your heart, feeling it in your gut, just sitting with it for a little bit and truly, truly feeling that gratefulness. So if you don't have that practice in at the moment, I invite you really to put that in place, whether you do it in the morning to set up your day so that you start off on a positive note, or if you do it at the end of the day when you journal, or whenever, you know, make it a normal part of your routine, whatever that is. And just be thankful for the gifts that you received throughout the day, and then you can go to sleep with peace of mind and that grateful attitude. So that would be my, my recommendation and my tip for today, really. Just put in place that practice and watch what happens in your life, because I think you'll be amazed at what comes into your life once you start being grateful for all of the wonderful things that you have. So that's my quick message for today. I wish you all a fabulous weekend, and we'll talk next week. Take care, bye!
