In this interview, Sarah Fishkin shares her life story—from growing up in a divorced family and experiencing chronic conflict, to a marriage she entered without true love, to a painful divorce that mirrored her childhood. The crisis sparked a shift from victimhood to curiosity, leading her to meet mentor Bob Proctor and become a certified transformational mindset and prosperity coach. Sarah explains how subconscious patterns formed by early conditioning dictated her choices, and how she now helps clients break those patterns through a structured process: identifying purpose, creating a vision, setting bold goals, and reprogramming beliefs via visualization, autosuggestion, and habit change. She utilizes the 12‑step Thinking Into Results program and teaches the universal laws (Attraction, Vibration, Polarity, Assumption, Cause & Effect) to empower clients, especially newly divorced women, to view divorce as a gift and a chance to rediscover their true selves.
