What A Coach Should NEVER Do #shorts

I also want to tell you what things are not my role and my job as a coach. First thing is, I am not going to give you the answers. I can't. That's not my role. Nobody knows what the right answers are better than you do. You know your life, you know your circumstances. All I can do as a coach is shine a light on that so you come to your own, to your own realization. My role really as a coach is not about rehashing the past. In a way, I don't care what happened in the past. I only care about what happened in the past if it helps us to figure out how we can get past that into the future and to get you to really follow your dreams and to get you to the next level.
