002 MU Talks - Fear And Following God Into The Darkness
7 Feb 2020 · 28 min
Rob and Alin discuss fear and faith through personal stories: Rob's F1 visa struggles and a million-dollar lawsuit threat, Alin's high-risk pregnancy where amniotic fluid unexpectedly returned at 34 weeks. They frame fear in three types and use Exodus to explore how God places people where they need to be.
All right, we back. We back at it. We're in the back at IT Recording studios of Multnomah University. Mu talks.
Mu talks.
We are. It's your friends Aline and Rob. And yeah, we're going to talk. We have a very interesting topic today, ladies and gentlemen. This is our second show. Our second show. Very excited second episode. We want to talk about fear. We want to talk about fear and following God. Life can be scary. And. And so we're gonna. We're gonna tell some stories. We'd love to hear your questions if. If you're listening to this on Facebook Live, you can write down your questions. We'll come to them in about 10 minutes. For now, we're just gonna start off and. And talk a little bit about our lives. I don't know about you. When I. When I was a young guy, I. I said last episode that I married my wife when we were 19. And so we got. We graduated. She hates it when I say that, by the way. She. She says I was 20. She was 20. I was 19. Okay, you have to correct this for the record. So we went off to. We were going to go off to college or test seminary after. So I finished up. Finished up my bachelor's degree, going to seminary, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. And. And I never forget my dad said something to me. Said. He goes, you're going to learn a lot of things at seminary, Rob. He's like, the biggest thing you're going to learn is how to trust God. And I had no idea how. How right he was going to be because we were 20. We're going off to this country. We didn't know anybody, you know, I applied for a visa to a student visa. F1.
Talk about fear.
Yeah, that's right. And. And. And they're like, so my first. I sent in the visa, like, yeah, we'd like to come to school. And they're like, okay, show us all your money. And we don't have any loans for you or anything. You got to figure it all out. I'm like, okay. And then they're like, they wrote me back. The government said, no, you can't come. They said, because you don't. You. First you'd have to learn English and you'd have to learn to drive. And I'm like, well, we do speak English in Canada, most people think. And, oh, I just hit the. Look at that. I hit the phones. Oh, no.
Oh, no. I'm coming back.
People, don't. Don't give up on us.
Don't give up.
And then, and then I'm like, and we could, and I know how to drive. We have cars in Canada. And so actually we talked them into letting us in.
Oh wow.
And, and it was crazy. It was kind of our first experience with trusting God because we had $10,000 in the bank for tuition. Didn't have enough to live. Like we didn't have anything for our house or rent or anything like that. And expensive school. And so we heard about this thing where you could do where you'd be like a live in servant for somebody for rich people.
Oh wow.
Yeah, in, in Highland Park, Lake Forest stuff in that part of the world. So really nice houses.
People in Chicago immediately know what you're talking about.
That's really, really nice area. And so, and, and so I kept calling the school, trying to find a place we could do this. Apparently it's okay immigration wise, or so they told us. I don't know, I don't know. But anyway, they said it was legal. And so anyway, knowing looks, hey, we'll.
Figure out we have Facebook live people.
Not go to jail. So I think it was okay. And, and so we kept calling the school, trying to, trying to get a, you know, trying to get an opportunity. And finally we, somebody answered and it was getting close. I was getting worried. I'm like, how are we going to live? We only have money for tuition. We don't have enough room for room and board. Finally this guy picks up and he's like, oh, I actually resigned a month ago. I'm just here to clean out my stuff. But. So we don't run this office anymore. But I do have one contact name that's left. And so they gave me this name of this lady, a very older lady. And, and she's looking for a living. So we call him up and I'm like, hey, I heard you're looking for some live in help. You know, my wife and I would be interested in applying. And she's like, oh really? I'm not trying to be, you know.
Okay, it worked. That was a good sound. Thank you.
And she, and she's like, oh well, what time can you come interview? And I'm like, well we're in Saskatchewan, so how about two days from now? And she said, great, how about 6 o'? Clock? I'm like, okay, jump in our car, start driving like crazy, you know, almost through the night. 17 hour drive to Chicago. We get there, I think we spent like $47 in the whole trip. Gas is 99 cents. You know, we pull straight in into her apartment, beautiful house, Lake, you know, Highland park, old house, really co. We knock, we do the interview, we get the job. And I'm like, oh, man. Thank you, Lord. Because I'm like, I have no idea where we're gonna live. And. And that was just the first of many times that God was able to help us get it, even though it was a little bit scary. How about yourself? Have you ever faced fear in your life? Have things come up?
Oh, my goodness.
Have there been issues, as God's called, on your life?
So how. How. How much back can I go?
Like, I think you go all the way back.
So let me actually tell you this. Just this year, so we. We are expecting our. Our third child.
Yeah.
And it's just. It's been a roller coaster. So I'm. I really know that when we talk about pregnancies and all that there's just so many people around us that have experienced all kinds of weird things. So our entire. Our entire pregnancy journey, right. It's been an absolute, like, roller coaster. So we have. We have three. So we have two daughters at home, one on the way, and then one that. That is in heaven right now. One baby that is in heaven. And that started an entire journey of fear with all the pregnancies. Right. So this year, the pregnancy was going really, really well. I mean, it was just our. This is the best pregnancy we've ever had. Yeah. And all of a sudden, like, one. Just one doc appointment, right? You go in, you're like, okay, everything normal. And then you just see their face, right? You see, like, you see the doctor. Like, you hear from a doctor, you're like, not good, man. That's not like. No, don't say. Right, right. And we just. You know, Diane saw that. Diane, my wife. I'm repeating that so people know who that is. She saw, like, the. And then it's like, hey, I'm sorry to tell you, like, this pregnancy took her left turn, and, you know, the amniotic fluid is not. There's something's going on with the pregnancy. And nothing for me on planet Earth brings more fear than.
Yeah.
Dealing with, like, children and diseases.
And what do you do?
Because there's nothing. There's nothing you can do. It's just I've never experienced more. I think maybe I was more, like, disconnected in life from things that I was like, I don't care. Like, if that works, that works. But this one is just a different thing for me. So that's why I'm going straight to wherever I experienced, actually, the Most amount of fear, actual fear in my life in the, in these issues and stuff. I think, you know, growing up I was always like, well, I can't say poor. No, I was poor.
Yeah, sure.
I wanted to say not rich.
Yeah. But nothing wrong.
So then I've never had a fear of not having money because, like, when you don't have them, like, it's just so easy.
What do we got to lose?
It's so easy to not fear, like financial issues because you've never had a ketchup sandwich. Oh, yeah. No mustard.
Okay.
It was mustard. Yeah, it was cheaper mustard, so. But that's why it was like that. That never was like a major fear. But hitting like parenthood and like, you know, with, with kids, it just hit me really bad.
Your nightmares change once you become a parent. Suddenly it's not about you. It's not worried about your kids.
Yep. Yeah. I do have a praise report though.
Yeah.
And I think maybe this, this speaks into how we actually fear and why we fear and all that. So. So that took a left turn for us. But just recently, like, Diane went to a follow up doc appointment where we knew that she's going in and she might actually give birth. Like a preemie. And we're starting a whole journey.
34 weeks.
34 weeks. We're going in. She's going in. And what happens is the doctor said, what? Right? She looks at the screen and she's like, what? Yeah, she has never. So her amniotic fluid just regenerated. Yeah, it just came back. Yeah, like, and the doc said she's never actually, she's never seen this ever before in her practice. Right. And she's not super young. This is not her first year of medical practice. So she's never seen this before. Which is really exciting to see that. Right. And I'm thinking like, man, we fear. We fear so much. But look how this goes crazy. Look how this whole thing just came around.
I was scared for you yesterday because I just heard about it yesterday and we were praying for you in faculty meeting. Yeah, that was scary.
It is scary.
It's two beautiful girls and then you got another one on the way here and you know, a boy. A boy. I didn't want to say. I didn't want to spoil it for the radio, but. And so super exciting.
Yeah. Yeah, quite exciting.
So you guys are feeling better today?
Yeah, I know. Much better. Much better. So that, that really leads me to this discussion on fear.
Right.
Because it's paralyzing. So it's paralyzing. I'm looking at students and how they experience life. Right. Or people that are, you know, with us. Quite a few people on Facebook Live, some people. And how you, how you deal with fear. Right. What is, is there anything in you that actually helps you deal with it and how you deal with it? Right. Yeah.
It feels like some people are naturally like. My wife is a woman of faith. I don't know what it is. She just has zero fear of the future. She'll do anything, she'll try anything, she'll follow. She believes God, and it's marvelous. And I don't understand it, but I'm smart enough to try to follow her in that. Like. So, for example, we're at Chicago. We get into this house and we're driving. And again, we don't have a lot of money. And so our car breaks down and we're like, oh, shoot, what are we gonna do? We got a car that broke down. And so we're gonna drive back to Canada. Cause cars sell a little bit more there. And so we, we find another one somehow we. We save up enough money to get a little bit of. A little bit of a car. Cause we can't work in the country, right? We're on a visa, a student visa. And so we get this car and we're driving them both back at Christmas and. And we're driving through Wisconsin and the snow starts coming down and all of a sudden this guy kind of. We're on the i90 or whatever it is, and some. This guy cuts off my wife and she hits the brakes and it's. Starts going into a spin. So we're 60 miles an hour down the highway, second car behind her, the bad one, the Mazda GLC, and she's in a. We found an 86 Mustang with big wheels, rear wheel drive, which is not great for snow, apparently. Anyway, so she hits the brakes, goes into a spin. And I'm watching this and I'm thinking, this is not good. And so she slides into the ditch. I slide into the ditch. And I'm thinking, that's gonna take. Cost us an hour or two. And then other corner of my eye, this car comes through and just goes boom. And it just. It totals her car. And I'm thinking, did I just watch the love of my life die? Like we're married for one year. And so I'm, I'm, you know, young Canadian guy, I'm whatever, 20, and I'm running through the snow in my sandals and I'm running up to the car. You okay? And Leslie's okay. And I'm like, okay, that's good news. And I run over the other car. They're okay. And then I'm like, oh, this is not good. What are we going to do? And I'm like, so, you know, upcoming, you know, the lights come up and the police are there. And I'm like. And they're like, license and registration. I'm like, okay, sure. Here's, here's. Here it is. And he's like, and your car insurance? And I'm like, yeah, it's right here. And I handed him, like, the. The driver's license, drive off permit now in Canada. Side note, in Canada, your insurance is part of your plate. Not so in America, it turns out. But I didn't know that, so I thought I had insurance. And they're like, this isn't insurance. I'm like, oh, yeah, it's insurance. I got it at the DMV thing. And they're like, no, it's not insurance. And then I'm like, no, it's insurance. And they're like, can you come sit in the back of the car? And I'm like, oh, immigrant. And about that time, I sit in the car and the lights are flashing in my face, and all of a sudden I see this ambulance drive up. And I remember that I'm in the United States and people sue people here. And I'm like, oh, this could be really bad. So eventually we get home and we start getting letters. We get a letter from. We get the police saying, hey, you guys are found to be driving without insurance. You're going to be prosecuted, and you owned a car. We get a letter from the car shop saying, yeah, your car's totaled. You owe us money. Then we get a letter from something else. And we get. Finally, we get a letter from. We get a letter from a lawyer, and it goes, we, you know, you were in an accident with our clients, and we'd like to sue you for $1 million. What? And we got nothing. I mean, we're in writing. 20. Yeah, so. And so we get a letter from a lawyer. And so we're back in Saskatchewan going, maybe we should just stay. Like, maybe we should not go back to the United States. Like, maybe Canada is okay and amazing. And our parents are like, well, yeah, you guys are a tough spot. It's amazing they didn't help us. They're all in heaven now. But anyway, they're like, oh, what are you guys going to do?
Like, yeah, we don't know.
You can't take Loans? Yeah, we don't have a. Can't get to work there. And so I'm like. And so we prayed about it. We're scared. We're like, we could go to jail. We're getting sued for a million. How? We don't have money now because we're going to sell the car to get another car. And so we're like, God, we thought you wanted us to do this, but now we're scared. What are we gonna do? And so we prayed about it. My wife's like, let's go back. And I'm like, oh, oh. So I'm like, all right. So we didn't have Facebook back then, but I guess somehow we. We advertised it and. And. And then friends started helping us. So a friend comes up and goes, hey, we've always wanted to go to Chicago. If you pay for the gas, we'll drive you back. We're like, great, great. We get back. We get back. I'm working at a church with a guy named Steve Patty, who went on to invite me to Multnomah. We're working at church together, like, oh, shoot. Lake Forest. Anyways, Christchurch, Lake Forest. And he's like, I got an extra car, Rob. I'll let you have it. I'm like, what?
What?
Another student comes up to me. He's like, I just got an inheritance here. $600. And I'm like, this is incredible. Then we go to the new people. We're staying with these people that we're doing the house stay with, the rich people. And they're very nice people, Jewish people, and they have some friends over, and they're like, rob, Leslie, how was your trip? And we're like, oh, it know. We're crying, and, like, we got to hit the car and we're gonna get sued. And. And they're like, oh, that's terrible. And they're like, you know what? We'll give you a little money just to help you out. And he goes, and you can use. We have an extra car. You can drive the Buick. We're like, okay. And then. And then the best part. One of the best parts, the people that they had over. He's like. He's like, you know, you got the letter from the lawyer. I said, yeah, here it is. He's like, can I take a look at that? And he's like, yeah. He's like, yeah, I happen to be a lawyer. And so he's like, wow. He's like, let me see. And he's like. He's like, yeah, this Is. He's like, no, he's like. He's like, I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I'm going to take on your case pro bono.
Those words.
Yeah. Means for free.
Yep. For free.
Yeah. He goes, every time you get a letter from the lawyer, bring it over to my house. So it was just down the road. And so every time I got a lawyer, I'd bring it over. I have a letter I'd bring it over to. So he'd take it. They'd throw the garbage. It's like. I guess that's how it works. Okay.
But I think there's going to be a new episode with. How many times did you actually get. Because I've never. Yeah, I've never. So you're like, every time I got a letter from a lawyer. How many times did you.
It's like three times or something. Every time the. I looked because I was curious. And every time, the amount kept going down. All that to say, our church, they're like, we know you've been working with the young people. We want to create a job for you. There's no money in the budget, so the senior pastor and Steve both took. Personally took a pay cut to create a job for us. Oh, wow. But the way God provided for us, I mean, we thought we were. How are you going to. How are you going to beat that? What are you going to do? And yet, you know, God calls you to take a chance, and you do it. You step out and. And then he answers, but he doesn't answer till you step out.
Wow.
So it's scary.
You know, just recently, we had faculty meeting, and Kristen. Dr. White. Dr. Kristen White shared the devotional when we went on a dean's retreat. And it was actually so. It was such a simple truth, but so powerful. And it really reminded me of something really interesting. And I'm curious to get your take on this, because she was saying Exodus, right? You know, God says, let my people go.
Yeah.
They're coming out. They're getting to this place where there's a mountain on the left, there's a, you know, desert on the. The right. There's a sea in front of them, and there's an Egyptian army coming right behind them. Right. And. But what was really profound in that is that God said, this is where I want you to be.
Yeah.
He wanted them to be in that place. They didn't know what's going on, but they see this army coming, and so they were afraid. But in the place God wanted them to be.
Yeah.
It was so powerful. Right. Because I'm thinking, like, people think fear is a bad thing. And. And, you know, I. In my mind, I have kind of, like, a way how fear works and why then, you know, what kind of fear is good and what kind of fear is bad? Right. But. And I want to unpack that a little bit. But it's interesting. What I'm hearing from your story, which is fascinating, is that, yeah, it's okay to. It's okay to actually have fear. But what I loved about Leslie's approach was like, let's go back. We need to be there. That's where we have to be. You're going back. I'm pretty sure it's full of fear. Maybe I was right.
I'm always.
But you're. It's fine. It's fear. But when you know, clearly that God wants you there. Right. He'll unpack the whole thing.
I mean, ultimately, God is in control of the universe. And if he's making the calls and if he's smarter than us, when. Why would you want to be in charge? You know, why wouldn't you just trust. Even. Even if it's tough, you know, the only thing that's tough is you don't know that his plan is going to be great for you. Like, he's. He's working some cool things out, but they may not be easy things.
So this is. This is what I. This is how I've always. Not always, but in the past few years, this is how I function with fear. So at least philosophically, this is how I organize fear in my life.
Right.
So there is a. There's a demanded fear, there's a forbidden fear, and there's a natural fear.
Yeah.
And sometimes it's actually really helpful to put them in these categories because it helps you figure out, like, okay, hold on. What kind of fear is that? So there's a demanded fear by God, where the only demanded fear is that where God says throughout scripture, fear me.
Yeah, right, right.
Fear God. And I love how somebody put it, like, if you fear God, you don't fear Satan or evil.
Right, Right.
Because a lot of people are afraid of the devil, are afraid of evil, are afraid of dark, are afraid of, like, the, you know, not dark, is not afraid of dark.
Yeah.
Like, actually. Yeah. Like, one time Diane left town, and I was alone in the car, in the house. And I'm not kidding. If there would have been a webcam there.
Yeah.
That would have been the funniest YouTube video. Because I just, like, I was paralyzed. I was like, what's the sound?
What's this?
Like, I can't do it. So I'm afraid of what? I think that's natural fear anyways. But there's a demanded fear, right? And that is the fear of God, but there's a forbidden fear. And God says, do not be afraid of the arrow that flies in the night. Do not be afraid of. And do not worry about what you're going to eat. How are you going to dress? So he goes in great detail of what you should not fear. And it's fascinating because I think we flip them. We actually are. Are not afraid of God, right? But actually we fear so many things that maybe is natural, and then there's a natural fear, but there's a natural fear. So we're afraid to pet a pit bull sometimes. Or. I'm actually. I'm. I'm terrified because I grew up in a place where people didn't have dogs for pets. Like, actually Eastern Europe. If you know anything about Eastern Europe and you see a dog in Eastern Europe, don't pet it. Don't, don't, don't do it. I'm helping people out here, right, for your interest. Facebook Live and in this podcast, don't do it. If you travel to Eastern Europe, you see a nice puppy, don't do it. Because people actually make a mean for a purpose, just for defending your household and stuff. So I grew up. So there's a natural fear of that in me. Maybe it's not in you. There's a natural fear of, like jumping from an airplane or jumping. But people mess with that, right? Some. Actually, some people think they mess with the natural fear that is in us, that is built in there to protect us, right? To. To get us away from some kind of danger. Do you think?
Yeah, I mean, it's. It's something. It's. You're right. We are supposed to fear God. And I mean the word for fear. And I remember the Greek classes and stuff. I didn't take a ton of Hebrew yet. But, you know, sometimes that word can be respect. And, you know, and like, the word fear can be. There's kind of a broad semantic range, but yeah, it is surprising how many times we're told to fear God. And that's. That's a good thing. And I agree with you that we. We lose that a lot of times and we do get confused because we see the world and it gets so big in our perspective and we forget God because we can't see him. And so we Start. We start getting scared. Yep.
You know, I. It was an interesting thing. So I've experienced. I've had an experience. The fear that was actually like a very different kind of out of my world. My very prescribed world. So for a few months, for like six months, I was a volunteer in probation in a juvenile center.
Oh, wow.
Interesting. In Oakland.
Yeah.
So smack, California. Oakland. I was a probation officer for this juvenile center. And with that came the ability to do a ride along.
Yeah.
So I had a chance to go right along with the. With the police officer in Oakland at night. The whole night. Yeah, that whole. Just that one night. Right. And I don't want to spark the debate of, like, blue versus any, but it was just. For me, it really was one of the most powerful experiences, because what happened is. So he was really nice. Like, I actually think he hated the fact that he had to drive with somebody. Really. He was not into it. And people actually, his colleagues were making fun of him, like, yeah. Sitting right. Anyway, so I was like, okay. But then we drive along. You know, we're driving along and stuff. And at a certain point, I'm like, you know, he's. He had his lunch at 12 and midnight.
Right.
So we're going to lunch. And I'm like, you know what? This is on me. Like, literally, this is on me. Thank you. Like, I appreciate it, because what are you doing? And stuff. And after I paid for his lunch, he just got all the worst calls. He was like, oh, you want to experience something tonight? Like, he actually put himself in the work. So. So I got to see some things that, like, they have to deal with. So even one thing, for example, when we went in the restaurant, he had to. We passed by four restaurants, and he didn't go in because he had to find a very specific one where his back is not exposed.
Yeah.
So living with that acknowledgment that there are people out there just because of your uniform are like, they're. They want to harm you, like, straight up. Right. That was a realization that I've never. You never walk around like, I can go to this restaurant. I can go to that restaurant just. Just by the fact that you wear that. Right. But then. So there's a funny case, and there's a really profound, very deep one. One is we got a call that somebody's trying to steal a. Steal a car. And so we're going into this apartment building, and, you know, the. The apartment building manager opens the gate for us. We go in, and we. We take a turn, and this Guy is literally with the hanger, trying to open the window, and the cop just turns on all the lights, right? And this guy is looking at him. So he comes out of the car with his gun. Stop, whatever you do. And he. He literally books this guy, like, puts him in the back of the car. But he's an exchange student from China, doesn't speak English, and lost his keys, like, forgot his car. So fear on his eyes and on his face was very visible in another country now, really. So he didn't speak English, so we didn't know that this. This is what he's trying to do. It was funny. But then we actually got a call that there's a guy trying to escape and DUI and somebody stole a car. And that car passed right by us, right? So the cop sees it and turns on all the lights and just steps on it. And we. We actually arrested that guy. And he puts in the car with me, and he was a gang member and in the car. So while he's getting all the information, I'm there with him in the car, right? And he says, my name is in the hat. My name is in the hat. And I was like, what? And apparently his name was in the hat to be killed by the gang for something. And I have never seen or witnessed somebody being more distraught, right? And I was so excited because in that night, I got a chance to share the gospel with them and to say, hey, I want to talk to you about something. You know, there is a greater love here, and there's. And I really got a chance. And he was like, I've never heard this before. Thank you so for talking to me about this. It was such a powerful experience. I was thinking, you know, I should do this every day. Like, this guy catches him, and I preach him, like, you know, I preach the gospel here in this car. It was so profound to see fear at a depth that I've never experienced it before, and people out there experiencing different levels of fear and different, like, experiences, but doing it alone.
And when God's not in your life, I mean, you know, what ultimately do you have, like, darkness? Nothing. I mean, it's. You try to imagine the life without God. Terrible thing. I think the other thing that's interesting, at least in our life, when you show faith and when you. When you exercise faith and you take a step out, then it seems like you're strengthened for the next time. And in our life, I know the challenges have started small, and then they get bigger and bigger and bigger. Like, dealing with that. That Guy that was going to try to sue us for a million dollars. And, and the police and all of that. By the way, the police story. I should have said this too. At the end of the story they, we, we did get, we get arrested or not arrested, but we got charged and they said Rob is not, not allowed to own a car in the state of Wisconsin and Leslie's not allowed to drive a car in the state of Wisconsin. So I drove and Leslie owned the car. Not trying to, but, but seriously though, like, you know, you get through that, you get through that and then the next thing's bigger. Like we, you know, we start our first church and we're youth pastors and get a call when I'm 24, 1:30 at night and, and it was, hey Rob, are you sitting down? I'm like, no, what's going on? He's like, it's your brother Tim. It was my brother Tim. And he's like, you should probably sit down. I'm like what? And he's like mom and dad were just killed in a car accident. And I'm like what? And all of a sudden you like. So for me I was 24, but you become an orphan, right? And, and now I had these two younger brothers, a 16 year old and a 20 year old, 21 year old. And suddenly we're in this world where we got to make decisions like what are we gonna do with our parents house and we're gonna do all this stuff and, and the scariest for me was what am I going to do? Because we found out that I was the guardian for my 16 year old brother John, who's awesome guy, both my brothers, awesome guys. And, and so we're trying to make decisions on like do. I was working at church in Lethbridge, Alberta and I'm like do I leave my church? I love it. And do we move so that John can stay in his school and stay in his town, this little town and, or do we bring him to us but then we have to pull him away from everything and just these, you know, terrible decisions. But because you, you learned faith earlier, you're like, okay, we're just going to keep taking steps forward. We're going to keep trusting and God, God brought us through it along, along by the way with the church. I mean you can. People came in and helped us all over the place. Which, which was incredible, man.
I, I think if, if anybody hears something today. Yeah. And I just, I want to land that, you know, with that is just keep, keep going, keep, keep going. I really think that if you're in the place that God wants you, you know, sometimes you're in a place where God really doesn't want you to be there, and that fear is natural and good, and lean on it and just get out of there.
Yeah, right.
Just recently, like, you know, thinking through, like, talking to some. Some young people, like, hey, I've done this. I've done this. And I'm like, yeah, you should be afraid. Like, that's not. That's not cool. Right.
Might be good for it. Yeah.
But if you're in a place where God wants you and God reveals that to you, like, just keep. Keep plowing through. Right. Keep going.
So if we got some questions.
Yeah, let's see if we got some questions here. If you have some questions, put them now in Facebook Live. Just. Just type them up in Facebook Live for us. And then if. Even if not, like, one thing that I do want to share with everybody, if you're listening to the podcast on audio and, you know, on our channels and stuff, and you want to hear some topics or, you know, you want to hear us cover somebody or even have somebody on this, you know, the show, we call it a show, which is really interesting.
