A first-person vlog by Andy Hnilo (CEO of Alitura) showing a typical business day at his apartment-headquarters. The chunk documents his morning routine: a homemade tonic of many supplements (vitamin D3, BCAAs, astaxanthin, krill oil, elk velvet antler, cordyceps, turmeric, spirulina, etc.), a steam facial, a bulletproof-style coffee with added functional ingredients (reishi, cayenne, maca, stevia, chocolate, collagen), brief grooming, and plans to wrap orders and reach the post office before 5:30 before working out.
What we're gonna do today is like a day in the life of, you know, just a typical business day for me in Alatura here in my little headquarters, which is my apartment right now. Here we go. Now we're good. It's a good way to like just get the blood flowing and just a little bit energy. I don't care what type of cloud you're in when you wake up, as far as just being somewhat, still just trying to get through it. Push ups will get you right into it. Yeah, I got it, man. I'll. I'll send you those, I'll send you those. And do you have the turquoise one? Yeah, I have that one. Okay, that'd be a good. That's a good. All right. So here we are. I can't tell you how many times I've been in this kitchen and just, I don't even really think about it. I just start going like as far as making my morning tonic. And now I'm just gonna wake up even more from just taking a blend of adaptogenic herbs, amino acids, anti inflammatory herbs, just different extracts and omega 3s, you'll see. So I start off with vitamin D3, Silta. I do three branched chain Aminos, natural stacks, dopamine, astaxanthin, krill oil, elk velvet antler. Antler, excuse me, Cordyceps, Turmeric. A huge fan of turmeric. Last but not least, this is spirulina. Here we go. Cheers. All right, here we are. Got that nice mixture, that smooth creamy mixture of the mass. Now we're gonna head to the bathroom and throw it on, get a little hot water going to kind of open up the pork, pour steam up the face a little bit. And so the micronutrients are escorted into the skin in a circular motion upwards. So here we are. I usually do this, you know, 10 to 15 minutes. Really kind of loosen up that back. You can feel kind of the disc move around. Alright, so here we are. I'm doing my French press of my bulletproof coffee. I added reishi, cayenne, gelatinized maca, a little stevia, bulletproof chocolate powder, bulletproof collagelatin. I'll talk about fuel. Unreal. Just hopped out of the shower, got a nice shave going. So now I gotta get on the orders. So what I like to do is wrap the orders up, get a little activity in. We're gonna go head over to my friend's house and work out. After I just bang out some of the orders, get them wrapped to head to the post office. My goal every day is to get there before 5:30, and I think we can do that today. We got a lot. We got a big day ahead of us, so let's head over and.
