After suffering an accident, he could not afford the expensive creams and serums prescribed by doctors, and he distrusted their ingredient lists, which he felt were filled with glycerin, fragrance, and synthetic preservatives. So when I got into that accident, I couldn't afford the creams and serums that the doctors were recommending that I use to kind of mitigate the scarring. And I didn't trust the ingredients inside of them anyways. Trace element of an active ingredient that's meant to reverse the scar, but it's filled up with glycerin, fragrance. I just didn't trust the ingredients. So I made my own without those holes, without the synthetic preservatives. And it really worked. The same people who saw me in the ICU just weeks later were blown away. I never had an intention to start like a business or make this a product, but it was kind of cool to have people who fell in love with it. Like they needed it.
