About 10 minutes.
Apple cider vinegar.
Alitura dermaroller, Alitura clay mask, Alitura moisturizer, and Alitura serum.
Hey, good morning. I wanted to go through my Alitur Dermaroller application process. So here we go. Just little tiny X's and plus signs. I like going right up there around the eye area. This is just what I do. Eyebrow, T zone, forehead. Now it's time to put on the clay mask. So right here. Look at that. That's ideal texture. It's like a mousse 1 to 1 ratio alotur clay mask powder. And then I add a little apple cider vinegar to it.
All right. I left out. One of my favorite things to do after putting on the Alitur clay mask is the inversion table. So I say upside down for, I don't know, 10 minutes. See ya.
All right, so the mask is now dry. I gotta go wash this off. My face is pulsating. I'm just kidding. You don't really talk like that, but yeah. So I'm gonna go rinse this off and I will see you right back.
All right, so I'm out of the shower. I shave. That's my routine. I do the Derma roller, followed by the Alotura clay mask, followed by the Alatura moisturizer and serum. And that's just how I start my mornings, one to three times a week. And it's. Yeah, it's undeniably effective. And it's very consistent, super practical. You can do this out of your comfort of your own home. It's a spa treatment that many med spas estheticians use all around the world. So, yeah, just thought I'd go through the routine of what I do, and if you have any questions, contact us. See you.
